Fantastyczna lokalizacja na plaży,posiłki z widokiem na morze,piękny taras zewnętrzny.obsluga restauracji rewelacyjna,wszyscy uprzejmi i uśmiechnięci,stoliki sprzątane na czas a nad wszystkim cały czas czuwa pan Manager!.Świetne jedzenie z karty i rewelacyjne drinki lane z butelki przy stoliku.Przyjemne koncerty na żywo co drugi dzień i jeszcze trafiliśmy na kino letnie na tarasie.

Leżaki życzę hotelu nie powinny być objęte opłatą dla hotelowych gości albo przynajmniej w opłacie powinien zawierać się np 1 drink.Kolacje nie równe,raz super a raz przeciętne i niedoprawione

Le buffet

Hotel location on the beachside was perfect and beautiful. Entertainment in the Sea Hotel was excellent as was the choice of breakfast and the opening hours. Room was clean with a nice balcony with drying rail which was really helpful. Saturday market was great and the other high st type shops. Abundance of supermarkets. Water sports available was good too. All the things outside of the hotel were wonderful.

1) We arrived to be told there was no twin room available as per our booking. No apology, no effort to find a solution. We're fully booked and a hand gesture of 'what can I do'. Then after we insisted that we would like what we booked or a reduction to the price they found a twin room. 2) I requested a transfer taxi or shuttle to the airport. While I appreciate some miscommunication is possible in translation from Spanish to English and vice versa, logically, why did the hotel expect/ insist on me paying for the service before I had received all the information to make an informed decision - time of pickup/ cost/ journey time to airport with both options? They then spoke as if they had done me a favour booking the shuttle without me paying but if I no longer wanted it they would try and cancel it without charging me. Unbelievable and bizarre. I accepted the 7.20 shuttle with a midday flight. 3)The final straw on departure day at 7.20AM for the shuttle bus, I requested to have breakfast bags to go - I had after all paid for bed and breakfast. I was clear on the ask because I have allergies and would have preferred to prepare my own sandwich, but she said it would be done for us and likely to be cheese & ham so I said okay, fine. We arrive at reception 7.15AM and are told there's no breakfast to go, we can't take any food off the premises. And, we were told clearly by reception to come down at 7AM and get breakfast before the restaurant opened. Total lie. And this is from the mouth of same girl who I had told the day before I had allergies (Nuts, fish, seafood) and asked could I get my own food and was told flat no. Meanwhile the shuttle bus driver is waving his hands in frustration that we are making him late. 10 mins later she got us a sandwich and fruit to go but not before she had threatened us with calling the police when I said I wouldn't pay the €30 bar bill until we had the promised breakfast to go.

Sicuramente la posizione , la camera e la pulizia in hotel. Positivo il fatto di poter scegliere il turno della cena.

Sconsiglio la mezza pensione ,di cibo ce n'è,ma la qualità è media.Anche per la colazione , l'angolo del dolce è abbastanza scarso.Per caffè e cappuccino,per come siamo abituati in Italia, c'è da lavorare , per standard accettabili.Angolo piscina,non utilizzato,un po' sacrificato.Consiglio di controllare meglio, visto che è vietato il fumo in tutto l'hotel, perché spesso si assisteva a persone che fumavano sul balcone e non nello spazio apposito antistante l'ingresso dell'hotel.

Das Hotel wurde optisch aufgepept und sieht schön aus. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist top Reseption/Besatzung sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Mittagspersonal teilweise sehr gestresst. Dachterrasse/Liegen keine Dusche auf der selben Ebene man muss eine Etage tiefer. Parterre Pool sehr klein und keine Sonne/hinter dem Haus. Preisleistung zu hoch

La ubicación, la playa, la limpieza, el hecho que sea moderno, la vista desde la habitación y las chicas de la recepción. También el cocinero encargado de los omelettes, muy buen servicio.

Que las camas estuvieran separadas habiendo dicho que queríamos una porque somos una pareja (al final nos tendieron la cama para pareja pero toco pedir). El baño muy chiquito y olia mal. El servicio del restaurante al medio día, muy lento, nada profesional. Que no se puedan pedir snacks en el bar para acompañar las bebidas, especialmente en la hora del espectáculo (21:00). Para mí se queda corto en 4 estrellas. Le falta un poco para serlo: no te dan agua en la habitación, no hay batas ni pantuflas. Prácticamente no hay amenities en la habitación, solo shampoo, conditioner y shower gel. El hotel NO está mal, pero habiendo estado en otro hotel 4 estrellas los días previos nos esperábamos a algo similar. Lo mejor del hotel es que está en primera línea y tienes la playa al frente, que es moderno y está limpio. A mí en lo personal la cama no me pareció cómoda pero es muy subjetivo.

Die Zimmer Lobby Esssaal waren sehr schön und sauber einfach top. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut. Der Esssaal fanden wir top..Sicht direkt auf Strand und Meer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Meer ist top.

Die Lage des Pools war nicht schön. Sicht nach hinten. Zum Glück gehen wir immer ans Meer. Für die Strandliegen bezahlt man 18 Euro was in Ordnung ist aber leider kann man sie nur jeweils 2 Tage miteinander buchen. Viel ausgebucht.

The staff was amazing and friendly, especially the ladies cleaning the room and the staff who was taking care of us during our breakfasts. A huge thanks to them for making our stay really comfortable and safe (since we were two small in stature women traveling, feeling safe somewhere is a huge thing. So if you are someone looking for a safe hotel, safe area in Mallorca, this could be it for you). The hotel is also in a Really quiet area although close to a lot of good restaurants, port and clean, safe beaches. Perfect place to unwind and relax, with a view and access to the beach as well.

Hotelslipper im Zimmer wären gut gewesen

This year marked our 9th return visit to the Sea Hotel in Can Picafort, and that fact alone probably tells you everything you need to know about how much we love this hotel. We've visited every year since it opened and, barring the pandemic interruption, it has become a firm fixture in our July calendar. What keeps us coming back year after year is, without doubt, the people. The hotel is very ably led by Kaja, the General Manager, whose attention to detail and commitment to guests shines through in every aspect of the hotel. The restaurant is expertly managed by Christian, supported by familiar faces including Alba, Gregorio and Carmen, alongside new team members each year who are always friendly, professional and extremely well trained. This year we also met Maria from the strawberry farm in Huelva, who was a delight and added another personal touch to our stay. We normally book a side sea view room, which offers lovely views and a great balcony. This year, however, as it was a special birthday celebration, we stayed in a Junior Suite with direct sea view, and if your budget allows, I would thoroughly recommend it. The extra space makes a real difference, with a comfortable sofa area and plenty of room to relax while enjoying those incredible views over the bay. The suite is very well equipped. The mini fridge is stocked with a couple of complimentary bottles of water to get you started, and for anything else there's a convenient supermarket directly opposite the hotel. Tea and coffee-making facilities are provided, including a Nespresso-style machine, which was a welcome bonus. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and quality toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. There are also additional amenities such as a toothbrush and comb in case you've forgotten any essentials. One tiny suggestion for the next refurbishment: soft-close toilet seats, please! The food remains one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast buffet offers something for everyone, with an excellent selection of hot and cold dishes. I particularly enjoyed the days when poached eggs and hollandaise sauce were available. Perhaps next year we could see some sliced avocado added to the breakfast selection to complement it! The addition of smoked salmon was a lovely touch and paired perfectly with the "help yourself" cava available on selected mornings. I also found myself regularly visiting the omelette station, partly because the food is excellent and partly because it gave me the chance to catch up with the wonderful chef from Granada whom we've got to know over the years. As always, he welcomed us back with a smile sand a big handshake and made us feel like old friends. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, sitting directly on one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca. Guests can choose between the hotel sunbeds or the beach sunbeds operated by the local council ( €21 this year for two beds and a parasol and they only take cash). However, many visitors don't realise that the hotel also has a large first-floor solarium overlooking the beach, offering fantastic views and easy beach access completely free of charge. As we left, we were already counting down to next year. Our 10th visit is already in the diary. If you're considering staying here, it's worth signing up to the Grupotel website and booking direct to access any available offers. Lo mejor del hotel sin duda es la amabilidad de todo el personal. Recepción son muy eficaces, restaurante y bar lo mismo. Comida variada. La chica que va los lunes a hacer sushi es un espectáculo, muy rico. Los cocineros de plancha rápidos y amables. En sala muy serviciales y eficaces. La chica que realiza masajes es un espectáculo, recomiendo sin duda ponerse en sus manos Instalaciones muy limpias, la climatización muy buena. A pie de playa, puedes acceder desde el hotel , o desde el lateral donde la entrada, que son segundos. La sauna y baño turco cumple. Piscina y solarium buenos. Importante, ascensores rápidos.

El gimnasio es prácticamente un cuadrado con 3 máquinas, una cinta, una elíptica y una bicicleta estática. Mancuernas mínimas. De las pocas cosas a mejorar. La cama para mí gusto muy incómoda, te hundes, eso sí, almohadas te van a sobrar, pero muy blandas. Y lo peor la insonorización de la habitación, se oye todo, y del pasillo también, por lo que te despiertas si o si pronto. Aun así, es tan poco lo que mejoraría, que sin duda pienso volver, tanto por el trato, como por ubicación, como por tranquilidad.

This is our second year in this hotel. We absolutely love the location, the staff, ambiance and the food. It is so relaxing here and we enjoyed it so much, it was hard to come back home. Already looking for next year’s booking ☺️

Hotel is not worth the price and should be renovated. Food is without the taste. Walls in the rooms are very thin so you hear eveything from other rooms.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal: Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausnahmslos freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man wurde jederzeit mit einem Lächeln begrüsst und hatte stets das Gefühl, als Gast willkommen zu sein. Diese herzliche und positive Ausstrahlung hat unseren Aufenthalt wesentlich bereichert und trägt massgeblich zur angenehmen Atmosphäre des Hotels bei. Hervorragendes Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet sowie eine direkte Lage am Meer. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die hoteleigenen Strandliegen müssen vorab reserviert werden und waren während unseres Aufenthalts zwei Tage im Voraus ausgebucht. Alternativ können am Strand problemlos zwei Liegen inklusive Sonnenschirm für 21 € pro Tag gemietet werden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind eher klein. Zu Beginn liess die Zimmerreinigung etwas zu wünschen übrig (WC-Ring nicht sauber), wurde danach jedoch zuverlässig und gründlich durchgeführt.

Everything is like on picture, new, clean, a lot of attention to detail in interior design, very good breakfast. Beautiful rooms with cool lighting, clean, comfy beds. Staff in the restaurant is very-very friendly! And views - incredible!

Not sure I'd recommend booking half-board like we did. It was good way to save money on dinners, and food wasn't terrible, but at the same time for dinner they were cooking international cuisine every day with more base/affordable ingredients which didn't fall so much in my taste. It's a pity that sun loungers are not considered a basic item in the hotel anymore and are not for free, and that's everywhere. Cocktails are a bit expensive (I think it was 8 euros for non-alcoholic - that's Norwegian prices) Towels for beach cannot be changed whenever you need - sustainability policy. Transfer: make sure to not accept their offer of a shuttle bus, otherwise your travel to the hotel will be longer than your flight to Mallorca.

Das Hotel ist TOP inkl. dem Personal Der Strand in Can Picafort war diesesmal leider voll mit Algengras sowohl im Wasser als auch am Strand und somit für uns nicht benutzbar das war sehr schlecht.

We liked the room a lot regarding the view, comfort, location at the end of the hall and the top floor. The bathroom was nice and clean, although would've loved a soaking tub and some bath amenities for the price. We loved the front desk staff, who were very helpful and sweet and had some great local food recommendations. They also arranged last-minute for a local tour company to come pick us up to get us to the excursion so that we had something to do on our last full day since other plans fell through. That was great! I loved the massage therapist and her services but definitely needed more availability of staff for services since she was completely booked the day I had free.

I didn't appreciate the neighbors being out on their patio and being able to see right on our patio and into our room. The barrier between the rooms is pretty but is see-through and should provide for privacy. For the price, I expected to have complete privacy. It was also disappointing to find out that the water isn't drinkable and besides the 2 provided bottles, we had no access to clean water to fill our bottles, with the only option being to purchase more bottles from the bar or the market. With regard to our coffee maker in the room, we only had 2 regular coffee pods the first day and they were never refilled - a complete disappointment. I loved the two services I received from the massage therapist but only having one therapist whose schedule was full on free wasn't really ok. How about a 2nd therapist for additional hours?

La ubicación del hotel está genial, justo al lado de la playa y el paseo. Hay varios restaurantes cerca. El desayuno está bien!

Las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas y es algo ruidoso. El spa es muy pequeño entonces es difícil coger turno en la sauna.

Die Unterkunft war direkt am Strand. Keine Promenade dazwischen, wie bei anderen Hotels.

Die Putzfrauen waren leider um 6 Uhr vor der Tür unglaublich laut. Das Zimmer war in den Ecken leider nicht sauber.

Das man die Liegen nur mit Aufpreis nutzen konnte ......

Tolle Lage, direkt am Strand

Wenig Auswahl beim Essen. Zimmer relativ klein.

Fantastyczny hotel. Bardzo czyste pokoje, sprzątane codziennie. Cudowny widok z balkonu na morze i szum fal. Pokoje ślicznie urządzone, wygodne, przestronne. Wygodne łóżka. Personel bardzo pomocny. Śniadania i kolacje przepyszne, z ogromnym wyborem dań i tematycznymi wieczorami. Obsługa w restauracji błyskawiczna. Lokalizacja przy samej plaży i dodatkowo dobra baza wypadowa na wycieczki rowerowe. Hotel posiada zamykany parking rowerowy. Po wymeldowaniu hotel oferuje przechowanie bagażu i możliwość wzięcia prysznica w przygotowanej dla gości łazience.

Nie ma takiej rzeczy. Jedyne małe zaskoczenie, to podział godzin kolacji na wcześniejszą i późniejszą „turę”. Późniejsza tura rozpoczynała się bodajże od 19 i dla nas osobiście to było za późno.

Schönes Hotel am Meer mit kleinen Abnutzungsspuren ( Badezimmer ). Handtücher waren reichlich hinterlegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, man wurde mit Sekt empfangen. Super war in der Lobby das Badezimmer wo man sich vor Check in umziehen konnte sowie nach Check Out bei späteren Heimflug nochmal duschen konnte. Das Essen war immer reichlich vorhanden & Abwechslungsreich. Die Betten waren sehr bequem & es war stets eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Außenbereich des Restaurants war super mit Blick aufs Meer🌞

Die Zimmer hatten zwar Seitlichen Meerblick jedoch war genau das Nachbarhotel gegenüber - wo man ständig der blicke der Gäste dessen Hotel ausgeliefert war. ( kleiner Punktabzug ) Abendessen wurde in zeitlichen Kategorien eingeteilt - 20 Uhr erst Abendessen war dann doch Recht spät zu dieser Jahreszeit wo man nicht mehr so lange am Meer liegen kann. Ich hätte mir den Wellnessbereich etwas größer vorgestellt - jedoch ausreichend- es ist nun mal ein absolutes Sommer Hotel.

Lovely hotel, our 3rd visit. Mainly German clientelle , lovely people. Spotlessly clean , amazing staff , fab position right on the beach. Evening entertainment was poor compared to last visits and evening meal waw a bit hit n miss, but would probably still return on a B/B basis. Thankyou team

Die schöne Lage direkt am Strand. Der Blick aus meinem Zimmer, seitlicher Meerblick..wunderschön. Das Design des ganzen Hotels..sehr schön auf das Thema "Meer" abgestimmt. Der Begrüßungs Sekt.

Das Abendprogramm am 2. Abend..Sologeigerin..sehr schlecht und nervtötend, habe es leider noch auf meinem Zimmer gehört. Zimmer insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Keine Kosmetiktücher im Bad. Die Hotelliegen am Strand sind kostenpflichtig.

Eine mega Aussicht aus den Zimmern, Frühstück war reichlich und gut mit tollen frischen Speisen. Personal einfach super freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Mirno, opuštajuće i čisto, soba lijepa i uredna kao na slici, osoblje izuzetno ljubazno, a doručak odličan. Idealno mjesto za odmor uz šetnicu i plažu. Sve preporuke, jedan od boljih smještaja u kojem sam bila!

A notre arrivée, nous avons été upgradé avec vue sur mer, c'est très agréable. Accueil très professionnel avec un petit verre d'accueil et toutes les explications. Concernant le repas, buffet, vraiment trés trés bon. Des légumes frais cuisinés, une table thématique chaque soir, du choix à la plancha, on y trouve vraiment son bonheur, un effort de proposer des spécialités locales. Le MUST cela reste tout de même le petit déjeuner pris face à la mer le matin. On a du mal à repartir du petit déjeuner. Service en salle très attentionné, pour moi aussi un sans faute Salle de Gym testée, complète, lumineuse, agréable et bien tenue

Cela reste un détail. Nous prenions le ferry et devions partir à 7h. Le petit déjeuner était servi à 7h30. On avait compris la veille que nous pourrions accéder à un café. Ce ne fut pas le cas. Je pense que la jeune dame à la réception au moment de notre départ ne connaissait pas cette possibilité d'accéder à la salle petit déjeuner avant l'horaire (même pour un accés très partiel au buffet).
