I liked the location and the quietness at the pool to escape the busyness of the centre

The bathroom was a bit small and I didn’t like the shower over the bath

Unsafe property for for people w disabilities. If new it had hills and stairs to climb to get to hotel never would reserve I messaged the property that I am post hip surgery ad and they gave me too w Walking shower but did not anyware says it on tehil Also the pool is unsafe no rails and stairs are slippery. I had to go the pharmacy for meds due wba k pain goin uphill from and to hotel

The only real positives were the location and some of the staff, who were helpful. Aside from that, though, for this price we expected a completely different level of service and comfort

Unfortunately, the hotel does not live up to its stated star rating at all. Our expectations, based on the price and pictures, turned out to be very far from reality. The room had a musty smell throughout our stay. The bathroom felt outdated — more retro than what you'd expect from a hotel of this supposed class. The terrace had a constant ant problem, and we had to keep shaking off our belongings. There was no kettle or iron in the room. Even though it was listed as a standard room, this level of issues shouldn't happen regardless of category. The hairdryer worked inconsistently at best. Wi-Fi was another constant issue, cutting in and out throughout our stay. Breakfast was very basic. We can't recommend this hotel and are unlikely to return.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us with a map and showed us the island and where is best to go. The map helped us figure out the public bus too. The bartender was very kind and good at the pool.

There were a lot of ants in our room. There was also mold in the shower. For the price of the stay, we didn’t feel it was worth it. This is in no way a reflection of the staff as they were great. But our room was not comfortable or clean.

Unser erstes Zimmer war zum teil stark Renovierunsbedürftig, Das zweite war dann besser. Der Poolbreich ist etwas dreckig. 12-15€ beim Frühstück für ein Spiegelei bzw ein Omlett sind bei einem Zimmerpreis von ca 500€ und mehr ein nogo ! Mann lebt halt vom namen Capri

Posizione strategica, staff super accogliente, ricca colazione. Ogni volta che veniamo a Capri è un piacere soggiornare in questo hotel.

Trovo tutto perfetto. SE dovessi proprio dare un consiglio, dopo varie volte che vengo, migliorerei l'estetica della zona piscina: soprattutto gli ombrelloni. Basterebbe poco per renderla più raffinata e un hotel così valido sotto tutti i punti di vista certamente lo meriterebbe.

Séjour très agréable. L’hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter le centre de Capri, avec des connexions pratiques pour découvrir le reste de l’île. La plage se trouve à environ 15 minutes à pied. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et disponible. La piscine est particulièrement agréable pour se détendre après une longue journée de visite. Certaines chambres bénéficient également d’une très belle vue depuis leur terrasse. La literie est confortable et l’ensemble de l’établissement est très propre.

Our suite was beyond expectations with an amazing terrace and view and a beautiful bathroom.

Air con in the room needs upgrading. Breakfast was average.

La grandeur de la chambre et la salle de bain, l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. La déco de l'hôtel.

Déçue par le rapport qualité prix. Petit déjeuner correct. L'hôtel n'est pas très bien entretenu, fenêtres et volets bois qui ferment difficilement... toiles d'araignée , tache d'infiltration d'eau. Pour un 4* c'est moyen. La piscine est envahie par les pigeons. Les tables, matelas et le sol sont jonchés de fiancre, de saleté. Je n'ai pas vu le spa ? ? La photo de l'hôtel est bien prise car en fait il n'est pas grand.

The hotel is conveniently located in Capri. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating with all our requests. Overall, we had a great experience.

One minor comment is that the pool area is a little outdated. However, it was kept exceptionally clean, and the staff working there were fantastic.

He estado en varias ocasiones en este hotel pero esta vez he tenido alguna decepción me diero una habitación alado del cuarto de la limpieza y todas las mañana me despertaban temprano por qué se ponían hablar y a reírse las empleadas de la limpieza aunque salí un día para que bajaran la voz ! Les dio igual! La verdad que este año la limpieza no estuvo a la altura de hotel de 4*

Che la camera non aveva la vista che avevo pagato , che non funzionava la luce , che alla scheda di ingresso poiché mancava corrente mi hanno dat una chiave non sicura e conforme, la porta del bagno nn si chiudeva , cuscini letto scomodi e troppo bassi , cuscini all esterno balcone strappati , cicche a terra in camera , mancanza di saponi , materassini esterno piscina sporchissimi , ho ordinato un insalata ed era piena d acqua

Our family had a very nice experience at during our summer Italy trip. The hotel provides exceptional service from check in, throughout our stay. Rish was exceptionally outstanding, providing great service to our family by the pool and during breakfast. The rooms and accommodations are quaint, but the hotel could use a face lift. Prime location with a less than 10 min walk to main piazza.

Loved the Junior Suite, my kids had a nice spacious pool level room as well which was convenient for them. The service was great too. Overall it's a very convenient luxury Capri boutique hotel - short stroll to the beach down the hill and into main town but away from the. noise. Convenient taxi stop nearby too! I have now stayed here twice!

There are a few maintenance areas that can continue to use more attention so this hotel can be top that it's capable of. I would recommend to invest in some new pool lounge chairs and cushions, some new interior lobby furniture and some tile repairs to some of the showers. Overall still great!

Mi è piaciuta la stanza ampia ed elegante, quasi una suite, la posizione centralissima a pochi passi dalla famosa piazzetta di Capri, il piccolo bar a bordo piscina gestito in modo egregio dal maitre e dal suo personale gentile ed efficiente.

Il soffione della doccia a servizio della piscina era rotto, i rivestimenti dei materassini dei lettini della piscina erano macchiati e con qualche strappo, parte del personale che pur essendo assolutamente gentile e disponibile, come in altri casi, dimentica una regola fondamentale dell'ospitalità: salutare per primo l'ospite per farlo sentire bene accolto (in fondo fa parte del proprio lavoro). Se non avessi notato questi piccoli difetti il mio giudizio sarebbe stato "Eccezionale"

Tristemente la manutenzione non va bene e non se ne curano. Aria condizionata malfunzionante, piscina e accessori mal tenuta. Abbiamo trovato gli scarichi del lavandino bloccato così come il bagno della hall… purtroppo gli ospiti non mancano e quindi non ci si cura dei dettagli che dovrebbero sostenere la spesa della stanza che non vale il prezzo. We had a wonderful stay (our second time). I loved the junior suite and also booked a pool floor room for our kids. This is a boutique hotel but very convenient stroll to BagniInternstionali beach club where we all had a great time and so close to the main town where we often easily popped into for shopping and dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful and special shout out to Chris as the pool bar and breakfast service and also Francesco. Thank you for another great stay we hope to be back again in the future!

We just returned from a family stay at Hotel Della Marina Piccola and it was nothing short of amazing. The staff were the highlight — warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our trip special from check-in to checkout. Breakfast was a treat every morning, with fresh options and a beautiful setting to start the day. The pool and bar were the perfect place to relax, and the views are simply stunning — exactly the Capri you dream about. One small tip for fellow travelers: getting to the lobby takes a couple of steps and a short downhill walking path, so keep that in mind if mobility is a concern. Beyond that, everything about this hotel is a genuine 10/10. We can't wait to come back.

The letdown of the property is the pool area really dated need to complete refit the tiles around the pool and in the pool all need redoing such a shame

The faucets seemed a little old and were harder to use. People with mobility issues or that are a little less fit might have trouble with the fact that the hotel entrance is down a slope that you have to climb up evertime you want to reach the main road where the buses are. It's a short hike but kinda steep.

We were in room 103. The “automated” sliding door functioned intermittently at best, took several times to open with a considerable wait time before the door actually opened (if at all). We requested to be switched to a room with a regular door, but it was not available. Several times we could not get out at all and needed to call the front desk to be let out. We were finally given an actual key to the hall door for when we found ourselves locked in. I’m wondering if this door “upgrade” is a regret.

Die Relation Preis-Leistung ist für mich: wir haben sicher um mehr als 100% zuviel zahlen müssen. Dazu noch kostet ein FrühstücksEI einen Aufpreis bis zu EUR 10, Und dies bei diesem extrem hohen Zimmerpreis

This is the WORST hotel to stay at!! I would never recommend them to anyone! They are rude, and do not care about their clients. My experience was so bad. My flight was canceled not because of me but because the airline cancelled on their own. Unfortunately, my entire trip had to be changed while I was in Europe and couldn't make it. I kindly called them and explained to them the situation and it was about 2 days until my arrival and there were no flights going to Capri. They did not care what so ever. They wouldn't return my payment that I paid in full. They hung up on me and told me they don't care and that I just dispute with insurance. What kind of accommodation is that! I was with my elderly parents and my two babies. They made my experience being in Europe the worst time of my life. So I would never recommend this place because who knows how they will treat you if something doesn't go their way.

The hotel as well as it’s staff, location, breakfast and vibe is excellent! Will definitely recommend and stay again on my next visit to Capri!

Great breakfast, lovely pool, superb sea view from the room as promised and conveniently located just a few minutes from Capri town.

Nothing to note we had a great time- though you will need to plan carefully if intending to take the funiculare to the hotel as there are stairs and a short walk.

This hotel is so beautiful and quaint. Our room had the most amazing view of the marina with a large veranda where we would have our coffee in the morning. The staff was welcoming and helpful in getting us here with our luggage from the marina. We were greeted with a welcome drink and Francesco was especially attentive to our needs. I would definitely come back to stay here.

Impressed immediately with the warm welcome! This is a beautiful boutique hotel and the pool view is stunning! Francesco, the chef and Kris the bartender were very welcoming! We were offered delicious welcome champagne and made unique cocktails! Our room is incredible with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the ocean. We were presented with a tray to curate our coffee in veranda! Happy happy happy!

Doskonała pobyt. Capri jest cudowna, a hotel idealny. Idealna lokalizacja, blisko do plaży do przystanków autobusowych, do sklepu, do centrum Capri. Jednocześnie na delikatnym uboczu, także było cicho i spokojnie. Hotel bardzo kameralny, doskonale wkomponowany w otoczenie i architekturę Capri. Dużo zieleni i roślinności. obsługa hotelowa na najwyższym poziomie, bardzo miła o pomocna. Począwszy od personelu recepcji, poprzez Panie sprzątające, skończywszy na personelu restauracji oraz baru przy basenie. Pokoje przestronne, wygodne. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, spory i urozmaicony wybór. Wszystko idealnie :-)

Nie ma żadnych minusów, wszystko idealnie. Jedna uwaga dla innych, my wybraliśmy pokój z widokiem na ogród i ulicę. To była nasza decyzja, podyktowana uwarunkowaniami budżetowymi, niemniej zalecam wybrać pokój z widokiem na basen i morze, tam są balkony lub tarasy na parterze. U nas nie było balkonu, a przydałby się. Na przyszłość już będę wiedział jaki pokój rezerwować i też polecam na przyszłość innym chętnym.

The breakfast wa delicious,the location was walkable to the main town.

We saw a bus to Della PIccola after arriving on the tram so we purchased tickets and took the bus but it took us to the BEACH instead of the hotel. The names are the same so it would have been helpful to know the best way to arrive at the hotel from the tram.

Nice reception area and pool. Close to main town in Capri but still quiet and peaceful. Staff especially at bar friendly and helpful.

The room was not that clean. The shower was very old and covered in limescale and there was dirt in the bath, reported but we never heard back. Terrace area overlooked by others and not private. Also dated, scruffy and not clean.

At around 7:00 PM, a staff member who appeared to be a cleaner entered my room using a master key without knocking or obtaining my permission. This was very concerning and made me feel uncomfortable, as it was a serious breach of privacy and security.

Il personale che lavora nell’ hotel, soprattutto alle colazioni e in piscina, è estremamente gentile e simpatico. La posizione è ottima (anche se la salita da Marina piccola è impegnativa con il caldo). Vicina a marina piccola e vicinissima alla piazzetta e tutte le meraviglie di Capri. Stanza grande, molto bella, pulitissima e comoda. Il bagno molto grande sia con la doccia che con la vasca (per l’asciugacapelli più potente basta chiedere). Colazione buona e varia

Nel complesso non c’è assolutamente niente da dire. Capri è una destinazione con dei prezzi alti in generale. Il bar dell’hotel ha effettivamente dei prezzi piuttosto alti (ma assolutamente in linea con quelli di Capri). Anche le escursioni e i servizi proposti (taxi, massaggi etc) sono un pó alti e si possono trovare delle opzioni più convenienti. La zona piscina potrebbe sembrare piccola se la struttura fosse piena e i lettini potrebbero non essere sufficienti per tutti. L’acqua della piscina è freddissima (ma in estate sicuramente va benissimo).
