Great location,

TV didn’t work, and staff wasn’t willing to extend late check out as I wasn’t feeling well, it was disappointing considering the cost, I expect a higher level of customer service and attention to guests

Hotel in posizione eccezionale. Camere ampie e molto pulite. C’è un delizioso ristorante sotto una limonaia dove si mangia molto bene. Ma il vero plus è il personale che è eccezionale, gentile, accogliente e disponibile.

Buonissima insonorizzazione della camera Impianto di climatizzazione in camera con regolazione intensità con diverse opzioni come temperatura estremamente efficiente e perfettamente funzionante Pavimento in maiolica bianco e azzurra sia nella camera che nel bagno Ciabatte [di spugna personalizzate con Logo Hotel] NON scontata l'apprezzata presenza di appendino a fianco a doccia (a livello pavimento) molto ampia e funzionale TV a schermo piatto LG PERFETTA la Cassaforte Indel B modello Safe 30 E Plus dotata di istruzioni visive semplici immediatamente intuitive Frigorifero a disposizione con buona refrigerazione e 2 bottiglie di acqua Colazione FANTASTICA a buffet con ABBONDANTE e notevole varietà di prodotti locali e regionali [su tutti: torta caprese (con mandorle e cioccolato) e torta anacaprese (con mandorle e limone), pezzetti di pizza rossa e pizza Margherita (riscaldabili in fornetto elettrico a fianco)]. Colazione fruibile in sala interna ma assolutamente consigliabile in terrazza che è direttamente sopra Via Camerelle con tavolini ben distanziati.

Staff, care, location, pool

Room furniture was okay

We stayed at Hotel Syrene for a week. The hotel had great staff throughout, from reception, cleaning and certainly the restaurant/pool area. The restaurant serves delicious food from a very good menu during the afternoon , which we enjoyed under the lovely shade of the lemon trees. Sadly the restaurant is closed during the evenings. The pool and surrounding area is great, lovely temperature and always space regardless of the time of day you want to relax on a lounger. The room was very clean and had all we needed, the only slight concern was that the bathroom needed updating. Very modern hotel in a magnificent position, we would definitely like to return.

Beautiful hotel newly renovated room. Air conditioning is not working properly. It was 23.5 degrees despite our requests to fix it. They told us it was good enough for them and offered me a fan. Paying over $1000 a night here and a fan to try to cool our room is not enough. This is our 4th hotel this trip in Italy. All of them have been great service, welcoming, had a room ready early, great concierge and provided info on the hotel except this one. This one is the most expensive and a disappointment so far. A shame for such a beautiful and centrally located hotel.

Atendimento perfeito, quartos amplos e muito limpos, fora a vista da piscina que foi excepcional. Melhor lugar de Capri, no centro de tudo. Perfeito !

Da cama, achei desconfortável e pequena.

Çalışanlar çok iyi çok güzel karşılandık. Otelin konumu adanın en güzel yerinde. Odalar tertemiz. Kahvaltısı italyan kahvaltılarına göre gayet yeterli doyurucu. Havuza geçiyosunuz çalışanlar hemen havlunuzu getiriyor. Checkout yaptıktan sonra istediğiniz kadsr havuzumu kullabilirsiniz. Duşumuz tuvaletimiz dışarda var diyolar. Teşekkür ederiz.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the town of Capri about a 8 minute walk from the top of the funicular. Facilities all top notch with a beautiful pool and casual patio area. Breakfast on the restaurant terrace was wonderful, although the food selection was a little disappointing. Staff was great. Our room was a very good size with a decent sized balcony overlooking the ocean.

We did not get the view/balcony we expected from the images for the room type selected on booking.com. This caused a minor issue upon arrival. Hotel management helped to resolve the issue. We were advised to contact the hotel directly to confirm our choice. (This seems to be a common thing on booking, inability to match images with specific rooms)

Hotel lindo!! Arquitetura única, perfeito em cada detalhe.. muito bem localizado, limpo, otimo cafe da manha e com funcionários muito queridos e atenciosos!! Adoramos tudo, nos sentimos em casa e bem-vindos. Com certeza indicaremos para nossos amigos e familiares!

Visitamos Capri en familia, con nuestra hija de 7 años, y el hotel fue una excelente elección. La ubicación es excepcional, a pocos pasos de la Piazzetta y muy cerca de donde ocurre la vida principal de Capri. Desde el puerto se puede llegar al hotel subiendo gradas —unos 20 minutos, bastante cansado con maletas—, en funicular, que tiene fila especial para huéspedes, o en taxi, aunque los taxis son pequeños y con poco espacio para equipaje. También existe la opción de enviar las maletas al hotel por un costo adicional. El hotel tiene un ambiente italiano, sereno y muy cómodo. El desayuno es delicioso, ideal para recuperar energía después de caminar por la isla. Recomendamos usar el bus para ir a Anacapri, Marina Piccola y otros puntos de Capri. De noche, cuando se va la mayoría de visitantes, Capri se disfruta de una forma mucho más privada y especial. La habitación era amplia, con un baño cómodo y una cama perfecta para descansar bien. El personal fue muy amable durante toda nuestra estancia.

Great Location in the central of Capri with the stunning view from room balcony. The room is clean & comfy and staff are very nice & helpful. To be honest I love breakfast here more than some restaurant in Capri ^V^

Perfect location, 5 min from Piazzetta and in the middle of the luxury brands shopping street Quiet inner grounds, very beautiful lemon orchard and pool with side windows Beautiful floor tiles in the lobby, common areas and the room Helpful staff, they contacted me in advance and organized the luggage transfer from the harbor, everything went smoothly. The luggage man also gives you skip the line tickets for the funicular so no need to waste money on taxi.

Breakfast is very good for the desserts but a bit lacking for the rest.

A entrada do hotel tem uma escadaria muito grande, pra quem tem bebê e precisa andar com o carrinho, acaba por ser um obstáculo a cada dia.

Un très bel hôtel avec un hall d’accueil, un jardin et une terrasse magnifiques. Une équipe de serveurs expérimentés de très bon niveau. Des chambres très confortables. Aucun bruit dans la nuit.

Very clean, wonderful staff, wonderful breakfast, need to haul own suitcases from the piazza to hotel (7 minute walk).

La posizione strategica a due passi dalla Piazzetta, ma in una zona più tranquilla, con una bellissima vista, la grande piscina assolata tutto il giorno e la splendida limonaia, dove mi immagino d’estate si possa cenare.

Precioso hotel. Muy bien ubicado, con vista al mar. En una zona muy linda de Capri. El personal es muy amable. Los meseros en el restaurante son tan comedidos y simpáticos, te atienden de maravilla. El desayuno delicioso y muy variado. Almorzamos en el restaurante , muy rico y con vista al mar. La habitación super amplia, con balcón. El área de la piscina linda , en un lugar lleno de árboles de limones. Un excelente lugar para alojarse en Capri.
