Cordialità, posizione, stanza, vista e colazione tutto fantastico.

The pool. The rooms, and the views

The property was beautifully laid out and great location

Struttura bella, centrale, tranquilla. Personale molto cordiale, attento e disponibile.

Amazing value for the money

Stanza molto bella.

My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon and we had an amazing time! We were given complimentary drinks and offered early check-in, which was great after a travel day. The hotel was able to upgrade our room to one of their suites, which was a very spacious room with a balcony and an amazing view overlooking the ocean. The staff was very friendly and communicative, the included breakfast was amazing, and the porter service taking our bags from the hotel to the funicular was a lifesaver in the summer heat. Highly recommend!

An absolutely wonderful experience that exceeded all our expectations! The hotel is in an excellent location, perfect for enjoying the area while having everything you need close by. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, making us feel special from the very first moment. We were also pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful room with breathtaking sea views and a private jacuzzi, which made our stay even more unforgettable.

Unexceptional.

Not accessible by car. I had underestimated the 10 minute walk in the extreme heat. Had requested twin room. Given a double which necessitated having a drawn down sofa bed in the room for the duration of the stay. The restaurant staff were delightful. The reception staff less so. I don’t like being asked to pay when i have already paid. Shows incompetence and poor PR

A fantastic place for a Capri visit. Lovely hotel and marvellously friendly staff. Located a few minutes stroll from the buzzing centre of Capri. Great views from the veranda for breakfast or evening drinks.

Eveything is perfect.

no car access so have to walk everyday. It was 30 degrees and i was sweating my balls off

Posizione centrale, rapporto qualità prezzo (considerato che siamo a Capri), gentilezza all’accoglienza

Tutto perfetto

habitacion buena desayuno bueno buena atencion del personal

nada

Wonderful, peaceful, and attentive hotel. We felt La Floridiana was a gem. Small boutique feel, large hotel convenience. Amazing staff that is helpful and gets to know at a personal level. The restaurant was very good. Views were amazing. The best thing is the location. Just a short 8 min walk from the main area in Capri, but far enough off the path to be peaceful and quiet. Super close to the gardens and Capri Rooftop. It was a great base of operations for our stay on Capri. We will be back!

Eccezionale

Tutto bellissimo

The hotel was off the heavily trafficked pedestrian area which allowed for it to be nice and quiet. We also had a beautiful sea view room.

A pick up from the port with our luggage.

Atendimento excelente.

Não houve nada que não gostei.

Central location to main square. Nice views

Slow service. Dreary room. Lousy breakfast. Pool atea was tiny and filthy

Favolosamente fantastico

Bar colazione con terrazzo spettacolare

Muito conforto, funcionários atenciosos e vista maravilhosa!

Nada a comentar.

Sehr voll aber das weiß man vorher

I would like to take a moment and to thank everyone! All of the hotel team work so hard, early morning to late night just to make sure we are getting the best customer experience possible in the island. I’ll start with the ladies working at the concierge and front desk.. from the moment we arrived to Capri, everyone was so focused to help us arrive to the hotel, and even sent help for the luggage and understanding the challenges of bringing a baby with us: From assisting us with room needs, luggage’s, concierge !! Which was a big help!!, reservations, canceling reservations, rebooking them, canceling 😆, calling other vendors, helping us in stressful moments with our lights, assisting with changing our flights, helping us with shipping all our luggage’s last minute and even packing and printing and so much more the list goes on and on… The restaurant team: Kind, polite, helpful, caring, always with a YES attitude including a big smile. It is easy to see how hard they work, but any request was always accommodated with the biggest gratitude to be there to help us. Even for things that were out of scope or not on the menu - they always wanted to give us that feeling that we are very well looked after. The hotel, room, facilities: This hotel is a hidden gem! It’s absolutely beautiful inside out with clean look and upscale design. A boutique hotel in its best. The views from the rooms, restaurant, lobby were stunning overlooking beautiful mountains and sea, spectacular. The location is perfect - 3 minutes walk from the center but with plenty of privacy! The pool is so so beautiful and special, super clean, and design all around including the furniture was top notch. Huge pool beds overlooking greenery and the sea. The room!! Big, comfortable, getting cleaned each day and if needed twice a day, the cleaner was so kind and was stunning me each time how she would fix our room so well, having a baby in a room is not easy but the cleaning crew made sure to do a wonderful job. Super comfortable bed and the balcony has more views that I’ll never forget. As an individual who’s in the hospitality business, I have the constant observation and nothing seemed wrong. Everything was absolutely perfect. I’ll suggest everyone to stay at this hotel! Thank you everyone! You all definitely made our vacation special and exceptional.

Staff was top notch- super attentive

Amazing accommodation. . Excellent service. Quality of breakfast is exceptional.

Erinomainen aamiainen.

Suihku toimi hitaanlaisesti.

Breakfast every morning, wonderful views, and convenient location near main square and attractions!

The water was slow to drain in shower, but I informed staff on departure.

Sehr gut Ich würde dort wieder buchen.

Great location - short walk to the main centre, great view from the room (we booked a sea view), staff were very helpful and welcoming and bed was very comfy.

Nothing I would change!

La Floridiana is a 4 star hotel set in a paradisal location. Staff here are utterly professional and go out of their way to assist you. This is particularly true of Eugenia in Reception. She was absolutely first class in all she did for us. The one negative we had however concerned the restaurant. The buffet choices are excellent & waiters are very good. Unfortunately, they have to deliver cooked food from the kitchen that is ordered from the menu. The quality of the cooking is VERY poor and often cold. Serving meals on cold plates is not a good idea.

Absolut freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, toller Service, sehr gutes Früstück (vieles wird frisch gemacht), schöne Umgebung, ruhig, sehr gute Klimaanlage, bequeme und große Betten, alles tip top sauber .... einfach schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Localização. Beleza e bom gosto da decoração. Roupas de cama e toalhas sensacionais. Profissionalismo e Delicadeza dos funcionários. Vista panorâmica. Coquetel de boas vindas. Café da manha excelente.

The location, the excellent and very attentive staff, the beauty of the hotel and its surroundings. A lovely breakfast was included as well.

Everything was fantastic.

room, view, the Mediterranean tiles and feel of the room in general were all 10/10. They gave us a free room upgrade as well, clearly making customers happy when the opportunity is there, is a priority.

nothing

Nulla

Amazing Location, beautiful facility with gorgeous room and view.

Beautiful property with a shimmering pool

Staff were excellent and so helpful, the main one was the receptionist so friendly would recommend this hotel, welcome drink was great. We had booked for 1 night but decided to stay for 2 as they were great

Nothing

Everything is good, clean, cozy, delicious restaurant

Soundproofing, unfortunately, I was woken up in the morning by the noise outside the window and I could hear the neighbors

Great hotel! Clean- got upgraded- accommodating staff- nice breakfast, which was included- very nice pool area- very good location- excellent price! We would definitely go back!

Hotel molto bello, posizione tranquilla, ottima piscina, stanze pulite, staff discreta e cordiale, ambiente rilassante. Siamo ritornati a distanza di qualche anno e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Grazie

Ambiente curato e raffinato
