No real catering with Breakfast for Europeans

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms and generally good facilities. The staff was polite and the overall stay was fine.

The main downside is definitely the location. Without your own means of transport, it becomes quite difficult to do almost anything or move around conveniently. Even the nearest 7-Eleven is around 2 km away, so the hotel can feel quite isolated. For this reason, I would mainly recommend it to guests who have a car or another way to get around.

Nice stay for people who enjoy exercising. The breakfast is also good.

A little expensive, and the location is a little bit far from the city center.

Friendly staff, and a very spacious and clean room. Late check out (12pm) was very convenient. Rather quiet despite being near a busy road. Breakfast had a large selection of local and international dishes.

Use of the tennis courts required a fee, breakfast was decent but not particularly memorable, no easy access to convenience stores nearby.

Staff charged us for “damages” all because the towel and bed sheet was dirty after 4 days of not having our room cleaned. Stated that because they were “too dirty” they have to charge us for “damages” even though they admitted to us nothing was damaged and only dirty.

Location bad, far from anything. At check-in we were asked to leave THB 1,000 as deposition, which was a bit strange. Normally a swipe of credit card will do. But we toed the line, were given a receipt. On day two we had our face towels replaced by house-keeping, small flannel towels about 20 x 20 cm. One of them was stained from what looked like red wine but washed and cleaned and we used it. Left on floor in room for replacement day 3. When getting back day 3, the stained towel was left on the floor, the other one replaced. My wife caught the house keeping woman in the corridor and asked to have it replaced. The answer was no, because we had ruined it. When trying to explain that was not the case she was just ignored. Later in the day my wife picked up a face towel from a unmanned cart in the corridor. She put it in a drawer in our room with the ambition of replacing the stained one with an unstained towel. Day 4 upon return from the Old Town, the stained one was still in our room and the new one, which my wife had put in a drawer was gone... I told my wife they have probably booked it against our room. And yes, surely, THB 200 for a face towel had been booked against the room. We went down to reception to explain the situation, handed the stained towel in and disputed the claim, which took about 20 mins to explain, got a receipt. Day 5, departure day, towel removed from bill..... I am just at lost to why this was such a big thing for the hotel. It seems like washing might have missed the stains on the towel and sent it out in circulation again and the house-keeper thought it was her responsibility to ensure that we would pay for something we had not 'destroyed'. Not happy having our integrity questioned over a THB 10 (charge at THB 200) face towel and the fact that house-keeping rummaged through drawers were we had our personal item/belongings.....

Theme of tennis, pool and gym

Tennis lessons are expensive but only thing available, even court rentals are bit high, hitting fees are also high, group lessons are unavailable. The location by far is the worst. It’s not their fault but they’re in the middle of nowhere and there’s no food option, so marts, shops, entertainment nothing boonies. You’d have to cab out far and expensive to get anywhere. Hotel nights might be pretty cheap but nothing to do and everything else is very expensive like overcharged non alcoholic drink at the bar, they name them fancy names like cocktails but don’t mention the ingredients or that it’s a mocktail. Their light system is just weird. You can turn off the master but that switches even the ac off. Individual turning off is a nightmare. I couldn’t figure out the patio light for the life of me. Maybe it’s for them to film you… they have an annoying tv that turns on everytime you enter, it’s designed to get you to spend money ordering or something.

Houve um torneio de ténis e deixaram imensos carros entrar sem se precaverem dos clientes do hotel, ou seja, não havia lugar de estacionamento para os hóspedes ! Deveriam garantir alguns lugares aos hóspedes e evitar carros de fora entrar apenas para assistir aos jogos !

The hotel was very clean! The room was vig and the bed was huge! Very comfortable! The staff were very friendly! The laundry in the hotel was cheap and handy!

The location isn’t great - quite far and nothing really around the hotel you could walk - the nearest 7/11 was around 25 mins walk away and in that heat wasn’t great! The breakfast was the same everyday so it got boring quite quick!

The food wasn't very good for price you pay

Everything was perfect, except the location. It’s super far from everything. The staff is super kind and helpful and the property is really beautiful and clean.

Interdiction de parler dans les chambre le soir, ou de prendre une douche car l’insonorisation est catastrophique. L’hôtel est agréable en lui même mais malheureusement, beaucoup trop de fausse note, inégalité entre les clients en fonction de leurs croyance religieuse (mon ressentis).

I’m extremely disappointed with how our situation was handled by Oceanic Sportel Phuket. Our trip to Thailand had to be cancelled due to circumstances completely outside of our control, and we contacted the hotel explaining the situation and asking if any form of refund or credit would be possible. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to offer any refund, even partial, and insisted that the room was held for us from March 1st to March 6th despite us never being able to travel there. I understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but in exceptional situations some level of understanding or flexibility would go a long way. The complete lack of willingness to help left us very disappointed. I would recommend future travellers be aware of how strictly this property handles cancellations before booking.

Das Gym ist sehr gut. Das Bett war sehr breit und für zwei gut ausreichend.

Das Waschbecken und die Badewanne sind mitten im Zimmer, die Tür zur Toilette ist weder völlig blick- noch ansatzweise geräuschdicht. Man hat nirgendwo Privatsphäre in diesem Zimmer und ist bei allen Aktivitäten des anderen gezwungenermaßen dabei. Das Hotel ist am Arsch der Welt.

Alles was netjes en schoon, personeel was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Menu in het restaurant was ook uitgebreid. Veel halal opties. Al met al echt een top hotel, behalve de locatie en de kussens die waren echt te dun.

De locatie is een beetje afgelegen, wij hadden wel een motor, maar voor andere zou dit wel een punt zijn. De hoofdweg heeft overdag veel files dus met taxi kom je er ook niet snel uit. En de kussens waren echt slap en dun. Sliepen niet lekker.

Frühstück und hellhörige Zimmer. Wir konnten quasi am Leben der Personen neben uns teilnehmen. TV und menschliche Aktivitäten sind durchaus wahrnehmbar.

Die Hotelgäste. Viele Egoisten die sich nicht benehmen können. Kinder meist auch nicht gut erzogen. Ist aber vermutlich üblich heutzutage.

Piękne pokoje, przeogromne łóżka, ciekawa łazienka. Ogólnie bardzo miły hotel z siłownią, kortami tenisowymi i basenem. Dobre i urozmaicone śniadania.

Otoczenie dość przygnębiające, szczególnie w nocy i wszędzie daleko - koniecznie trzeba zamawiać Bolta.

La chambre spacieuse

L'hôtel est impersonnel. Manque d'âmes. La situation. Petit déjeuner peut être mieux vis vis de la Thaïlande.

Une équipe formidable. Hôtel agréable. Bon PDJ. Mention spéciale car mon fils avait oublié un paquet dans sa chambre et ils ont fait le nécessaire pour nous l'envoyer sur Bangkok dans les plus brefs délais. Un grand merci encore.

Przepiękna architektura i wystrój. Miła, pomocna i uśmiechnięta obsługa. Cisza, spokój, czysto. Znakomity bufet śniadaniowy. Mnóstwo rozrywek dostępnych w hotelu.

Szkoda,że byłam tak krótko. Przydałoby się dodatkowe oświetlenie lustra,lub lusterko do makijażu. Światła są bardzo nastrojowe, trudno się dokładnie ogolić.
