Perfekt beliggenhed, perfekt fungerende aircon på et værelse der godt måtte have været lidt større. Morgenmaden var virkelig god, med den helt perfekte udsigt. Spa-adgang var det helt rigtige. Personalet var meget hjælpsomt og venligt.

Sengen var meget hård. Der manglede lidt info omkring spa’en - der lå slippers klar på værelset, men de car ikke tilladt i spa’en - det skulle være gummi/plasticslippers - det var lidt irriterende.

Der Spa Bereich gefiel mir sehr gut. Ebenso war mein Zimmer und die Terrasse toll. Schöne Aussicht. Hab im Bett sehr gut geschlafen.

Leider kamen gegen Mittag mehrere Kinder, die den Spa Bereich als Spielplatz nutzten. Die Warfen das Eis herum, die spielten Fangen und die waren sehr laut. Die Für einen Wellnessbereich unpassend. Ebenfalls fand ich die Plastikbecher/Kelche die an den Pool gebracht wurden, äußerst unappetitlich, eklig. Alsjätte schon jemand daraus getrunken. Absolut verständlich! Kein Glas im Spa Bereich. Aber es gibt auch hochwertiges Plastik. Und schöne Gläser! Becher sollten ausgetauscht werden. Sollte bei einem Nobelhotel, ausser Frage sein. Teppich im gesamten Treppenhaus sehr befleckt /verdreckt. Frühstück, gab es jeden Tag 1 zu 1 das selbe. Nichts besonderes, weit weg von 4 Sternen Wurde Taxitransfer angeboten, bis heute erhielt ich keine Antwort, auf mehrere Mails. Hatte sehr kurzfristig gebucht, am 01.09, am 02.09.nachts reiste ich alleine an. Hab am Flughafen erfahren, dass dass es erschwerlich ist am Abend nach 20h nach Sirmione anzureisen. Bat um Rat, sogar um Hilfe, weil ich Angst hatte, dass ich da um 22 h anreiste, nicht mehr nach Sirmione zu kommen, Mittags per Mail mehrmals angefragt. . Bis heute keine Antwort. Nichts. Sehr unpersönlich Ich reise sehr viel. Immer über meinen Geburtstag. Ist ja was Besonderes. Hat dort niemand interessiert. Willkommensdrink? Steht auch dabei bei der Buchung. Nicht einmal das gab es. Sehr schade Der ORT Sirmione ist sehenswert. Definitiv!..........

Colazione un po’ così, niente di particolare, si può dare di più. Servizio poi al bar appena arrivato , molto molto lungo, si erano dimenticati di noi dopo averci fatto accomodare fuori.

‏הגענו וקיבלנו חדר זוועה בבניין של הבריכה והיה של גופרית. ‏ביקשתי להחליף אפילו לחדר יותר זול בבניין השני ולא לקבל החזר כספי וזה היה בסדר מבחינתי. ‏נאמר לי שאין חדר כמו שביקשתי למרות שראיתי בבוקינג שיש שניים. ‏אבל אז הציעו לי חדר יותר יקר בתוספת של 250 יורו למה הם אומרים שכביכול אין את החדר שרציתי. ‏בלית ברירה נאלצתי לשלם את הכסף ולעבור חדר.

La colazione e'ricca e c'e' disponibilita' anche se l'aspettativa per un 4 stelle e' maggiore. la piscina ha un numero limitato di lettini all'esterno ed all'interno e la sua posizione vicina ai pontili delle barche turistiche rende la permananza all'esterno molto poco cocnfortevole. molto fastidiosa e' anche la vicinanza delláttracco delle navi delle compagnie di navigazione che rendono la parte esterna del ristorante molto rumorosa. inaccettabile l'aggressivita'dei passeri ai tavoli del ristorante.

Eingang Lobby stinkt nach Fäkalien (2tes Gebäude) Zimmer nicht mal 2 Sterne Parkplatz Gebühr Extra 120€ obwohl gebucht inklusive Parken.. Frühstück nicht gegessen ganze 5 Tage.Alles umsonst. Pulverkaffee kein Frischkäse.Latte oder Cappuccino muss extra bezahlt werden. Man versteht kein Deutsch,wenn dann nur 5.Klasse Englisch. 2km Auto weit weg Parken müssen. Das nicht mal die Geschäftsführung auf unsere Probleme eingegangen ist finde ne pure Frechheit.1500€ für 5 Nächte Das schlimmste Hotel in meinen letzten Jahren. Die ganze Schuld schiebt man auf Booking. Wieso behandelt man Gäste so wie Dreck???Im voraus alles bezahlt und dann sowas. Der Ekelhafteste Urlaub in den letzten Jahren Booking wurde informiert Das Hotel ist nicht mal 2 Sterne wert!!!

La spa è davvero il punto forte. Anche la zona ristoro è super piacevole. Devo dire che la camera da letto mi ha conquistato, comodissima. Ci tornerei volentieri solo per queste cose. Ottima esperienza.

Lage ist top, Restaurant und Bar am See ist einzigartig und genial. Morgenessen war lecker und hat Erwartungen erfüllt. Auch super: Der Transfer vom Parking (Grifo), welcher nur für Hotelgäste da ist. Das einfach top!

Das Badezimmer, konkret die Dusche, sah nicht wirklich einladend aus, wurde mehrfach repariert und sollte erneuert/ersetzt werden (Zimmer 32). Zudem ist die Klimaanlage zu laut, als das sie auch in der Nacht eingeschaltet bleiben kann. Im Hochsommer wohl ein Problem, Ende August konnte man sie einfach ausstellen, wenn man die Klimaanlage den Tag durch laufen lies. Die SPA Anlage ist schön, nichts aussergewöhnliches, aber ein ganz passend.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Altstadt, da ist ab 4 Uhr morgens die Nacht vorbei (trotz geschlossener Fenster). Dann kommen alle Lieferanten in die Stadt. Das Wellness hat einen sehr warmen Pool. Die Liegen sind alle Richtung Touristenhafen, wo die ganze Zeit Touristenboote lang fahren und es richt ständig nach Abgasen. Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Duschabtrennungen waren schon sehr veraltet und schmutzig.

La camera era fresca e pulita e i prodotti in dotazione di altissima qualità. La colazione vastissima ma mi permetto di dire che la qualità non era all’ altezza di tutto il resto

Purtroppo la camera non era particolarmente insonorizzata e dalle cinque alle sette di mattino abbiamo sentito rumori per la strada che non ci hanno permesso di dormire bene, in spa(non è assolutamente colpa della gestione ma della maleducazione altrui) c’ erano gruppi di persone che non rispettavano il silenzio, bevevano e urlavano da un lettino all’ altro. Ultima precisazione abbiamo prenotato una camera con colazione e spa inclusa per un prezzo davvero molto basso per questo non voglio assolutamente lamentarmi della cifra, ma poi abbiamo realizzato che la spa è accessibile a tutti per cui sarebbe stato sufficiente prenotare la camera con colazione inclusa che costava qualcosa di meno.

Location is exceptional - you're right in the heart of Sirmione and it's such a safe beautiful place. Breakfast was fabulous too overlooking the lake - pure magic. The spa is gorgeous too and really good thermal options.

Największy problem to coś co pogryzło mnie i moją córkę w tym pokoju. Byliśmy w pokoju 214 sprawdźcie czy nie ma w materacu pluskw. Byliśmy u dermatologa po powrocie do Polski mamy pełno pogryzień , które wysykoczyly nam już w trakcie wyjazdu. Nasze ciało jest pogryzione tak , że mamy po około 100 ugryzień na ciele i ja i moja córka. To niemożliwe , że to komary czy pająk. Oprócz tego śniadania są monotonne a całym hotelu śmierdzi dziwnym czymś …

Mi è piaciuto tutto dalla posizione centralissima sia al porto che alla passeggiata fino al cibo, camera accogliente, SPA come da descrizione. A mio parere solo l’area all’aperto con la piscina termale andrebbe rimodernata nel rispetto del contesto comunque di alto livello. Enrico ci ha deliziato a cena fornendoci un ottimo servizio e a cui va il nostro ringraziamento. Al di sopra delle nostre aspettative!

Proximity to lake and old town was superb. House keeping and cleaning was superb. Breakfast was good.

Air conditioning was poor, I believe this is common to restrict between 22-24 Celsius as an energy saving solution in most hotels. Service was slow. Wild birds picking from tables outside at will.

Hotel was in very good location! Very easy to get everywhere, and even it was right in the center of the old town it still had private pool area that was very peaceful! Breakfast was excellent! Loads of different things to eat! We also had dinner there one night and it was very nice aswell! Hotel was clean and stuff was friendly, especially the lifeguard who works at the pool area was super friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location, beautiful view of the lake, wonderful location for morning breakfast and beautiful sunset. The staff are lovely and made our stay feel like home. The thermal pool is great and your skin feels amazing! I ended up buying some of the cosmetics from the spa! Highly recommend the products my skin has never felt more like silk!

Breakfast was sometimes lacking options where items were not refilled within a suitable time frame, apart from that nothing to complain about.

Die Lage des Hotels im Zentrum von Sirmione ist absolut top. Auch der Shuttleservice vom Parkplatz zum Hotel ist super und gut organisiert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und gut, und der Kaffee wurde nach Wunsch serviert.

Das Zimmer mit seitlichem Seeblick und Balkon war leider ziemlich heruntergekommen. Es gab kaputte Türen und Türstöcke im Bad sowie einen defekten, losen Vinylboden im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers. Auch die Tür der Minibar war kaputt. Die Balkontür schloss ebenfalls nicht mehr richtig. Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption lässt leider zu wünschen übrig.

The spa - an unexpected surprise

-The food for breakfast was pretty terrible. We stayed for 3 nights and only bothered with breakfast once - The staff were very unhelpful across the hotel

Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt – wir sind sogar vorzeitig abgereist Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Semione war leider eine große Enttäuschung. Besonders schlimm war der Spa- und Poolbereich. Bereits beim Betreten kam uns ein extrem unangenehmer Geruch entgegen, der für uns eindeutig nach Kanalisation bzw. Abwasser roch. Der Geruch war teilweise so penetrant, dass man würgen musste und wir den Spa-Bereich praktisch nicht nutzen konnten. Wir haben diesen Zustand ausdrücklich beim Hotel angesprochen. Statt unsere Beschwerde ernst zu nehmen und der Sache nachzugehen, wurden wir aus unserer Sicht lediglich abgewimmelt. Uns wurde erklärt, dies sei ein „normaler Thermalgeruch“. Diese Erklärung können wir überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Wir kennen den typischen Geruch von Thermalwasser – das, was wir dort wahrgenommen haben, roch für uns definitiv anders und extrem unangenehm. Die Situation war für uns letztlich so unzumutbar, dass wir uns entschieden haben, das Hotel bereits am nächsten Tag vorzeitig zu verlassen. Das allein dürfte verdeutlichen, wie sehr der Zustand unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt hat. Besonders enttäuschend: Bis heute haben wir vom Hotel keine Erstattung für die aufgrund dieser Umstände nicht mehr in Anspruch genommenen Übernachtungen erhalten. Auch der Poolbereich konnte nicht überzeugen. Für die Anzahl der Gäste gab es viel zu wenige Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Die vorhandenen Liegen empfanden wir zudem als ausgesprochen unbequem. Von einem entspannten Aufenthalt am Pool konnte daher keine Rede sein. Leider setzte sich der schlechte Eindruck im restlichen Hotel fort. Der Teppichboden auf den Hotelfluren war stark verschmutzt, fleckig und wirkte insgesamt sehr ungepflegt. Auch die Dusche bzw. Duschkabine in unserem Zimmer machte auf uns keinen hygienischen Eindruck. Verschiedene Bereiche wirkten verschmutzt, ungepflegt und teilweise stockig.

Możliwość korzystania ze strefy spa .

Kawa z ekspresu w bufecie słabej jakości i mało smaczna . Można było zamówić u obsługi kawę która smakowała jak kawa .

Die Bürokratie mit dem Parkplatz. Zum wiederholten Mal war das Kennwort an die längst korrigierte ungültige E-Mail-Adresse versandt worden und damit nicht angekommen. Die anwesende junge Mitarbeiterin vom Parkplatz Griffo bestand aber darauf, dass wir im Hotel anrufen, um uns nach dem Kennwort zu erkundigen. Das hat insgesamt zu einer Wartezeit von 45 Minuten geführt. Im Zeitalter der KI empfinde ich das nicht nur peinlich, sondern auch schikanös.

The service was disappointing from start to finish. The staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming, and showed little willingness to assist. We received minimal information regarding the parking arrangements or the shuttle service, leaving us to figure out the logistics ourselves. On arrival, we had to transport our own luggage, and on the day of departure there was no shuttle available to take us and our luggage back to our car. This was extremely inconvenient and fell well below the standard of service we expected from a hotel of this calibre.

The location was fabulous. The rooms were perfectly clean.

Pool was too hot and did not serve to refresh us on a hot day. I could barely stay in it. Having to pay upfront for our drinks which is unusual for Italy. The hotel and facilities were underwhelming- we expected a lot more for the hefty price we paid.

It seemed odd that there is a rule against filling up water bottles from the water dispensers. My friend tried to pack a croissant for me as I didn't make it down to breakfast and got told off by staff which also seemed odd to us.

We stayed at Hotel Sirmione Terme for four nights, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. On our first day, we asked if it was possible to upgrade our room. The reception staff told us their system was down and never followed up. Throughout our stay, the reception team came across as arrogant, stressed, and completely lacking a service-minded attitude. No one made any effort to help or find a solution. The checkout experience was equally frustrating. The hotel parking is located quite far away, and when we needed transportation to collect our car, we were told we would have to wait about an hour for the hotel shuttle or pay €25 for a taxi. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The spa area had a strong smell of rotten eggs, and there was also a noticeable sewage smell in several corridors, which made the wellness experience very unpleasant. Breakfast was very basic and lacked both variety and quality. To make matters worse, on one evening the pool area was closed two hours earlier than the advertised opening hours because of a private event. Hotel guests were not properly informed in advance, despite having paid to use these facilities. Overall, the hotel did not live up to our expectations. The location is excellent, but the poor service, lack of communication, unpleasant smells, and disappointing facilities mean we would not choose to stay here again.

Die Lage, direkt an Gardasee, dazu Pool mit Thermalwasser. Großes Frühstücksbüffet. Jeden Tag wurde Tip-Top sauber gemacht.

Beim Frühstück sind die Kellner mit sich und ihre Handys beschäftigt. Abends gibt es zu laute Musik.

Good location in old town area , good cleaning, nice view, good breakfast location but needs to separate smokers and non-smokers otherwise smokers end up dominating the outside area.

the room was very noisy as it adjoined another room and we could hear their shower and water running as if they were in our room which meant we had to sleep with airpods in. I complained and asked to change room but was treated dismissively as when the staff member came to the oom the noise had then stopped ( was lakte in the night by this point), he said we could not move rooms unless we paid more. We were room 211.

Fantastyczny hotel w samym sercu Sirmione, z przepięknym widokiem na jezioro Garda i zamek. Świetna lokalizacja pozwala wszędzie dojść spacerem. Pokoje są czyste i komfortowe, a strefa termalna z basenami to idealne miejsce na relaks po zwiedzaniu. Obsługa jest bardzo uprzejma i pomocna, a śniadania smaczne i różnorodne. To doskonałe miejsce na romantyczny wypoczynek lub spokojny urlop. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie tu wrócę!
