Le personnel était toujours souriant et bienveillant, le restaurant pourtant ALL INCLUSIVE était vraiment de qualité, la propreté était parfaite. Les chambres confortables, le jardin était somptueux, le restaurant LEVANTE délicieux.

Le bâtiment du spa pouvait être mieux, pourtant le personnel était très bien. Et je peux me permettre de dire qu’il manquait quelques toboggan pour les enfants.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Les lieux sont propres et bien entretenus, et le buffet est varié, avec un bon choix de plats. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien aménagée, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la réactivité et la gentillesse du personnel. Les serveurs sont souriants, attentifs et toujours prêts à renseigner et à aider les clients. Un grand merci notamment à gülhan , au bar, pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité Les chefs sont également très présents et souriants, et prennent le temps de renseigner les clients lorsque l’on a une question sur les plats. Une équipe agréable et professionnelle, qui contribue largement à rendre le séjour confortable. Nous gardons une très bonne impression de l’hôtel et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir une troisième fois

A truly unforgettable stay 🤍 Our holiday at TUI BLUE Palm Garden was so much more than just beautiful beaches, warm sunshine and a wonderful hotel. It was about the people, the atmosphere and the emotions that we will take home with us. Everything here felt so warm, welcoming and genuine. From the very first days, we felt not like ordinary guests, but like part of a big, caring family. Every smile, every kind word and every little detail made this holiday truly special. And there is one person I especially want to thank — Feride, our Turkish teacher. ❤️ What began as Turkish lessons quickly became something much more meaningful. Feride became a close and dear friend, a person we felt connected to with all our hearts. Her warmth, kindness, wisdom and incredible personality touched us deeply. Through her, I discovered Turkey not only as a beautiful country, but also its people — their hospitality, kindness, sincerity and huge hearts. Feride made me fall even more in love with Turkish culture and the Turkish people. Some people come into our lives only for a short time, but somehow leave a very special place in our hearts. As a family of 9 ( including 3 teenagers) we went to this hotel to celebrate my husbands 80th birthday. We had a fantastic time, the hotel is beautiful set in lovely gardens and everywhere is kept so clean. The food in all restaurants is superb and as for the staff they are all brilliant nothing is too much trouble for them. There are lots of activities throughout the days for all ages. Thank you for a memorable time 💖

Family, kids 8 & 11 I'll start with cons as there are not many. - This hotel is the flagship tui German hotel, so 90% of the guests are German, but the staff and entertainment is a mix of German/Turkish/English so not a problem. Just not many friends for English kids to make, but staff at kids club do good job including everyone and translate. - Included alcohol and cocktails are all very sweet, struggled to find good drinks included, and I tried them all. -Rep is just a salesman, did not exactly provide help if it's not getting him a sale on the excursions, and just keep telling us how good tui ones are. Now the pros. Pretty much everything else. The Staff all lovely, the rooms lovely. We had pool view room and could see the sea too which was nice and did not find e could hear entertainment even though we were very close once does shut and air con on.. Entertainment Most is really good, bit samey, lots of acrobatics and dancers They do a pool party 9:30pm one night and it's amazing. Get in the pool. It's soo much fun. Food Food is restaurant quality, as most reviews, sooo much choice for even fussy eaters, we did not think much of the al a carte restaurant, it was just same as main restaurant but limited options, especially around drinks and not busy. Bbq restaurant is amazing and beautiful eating on the beach. Pool Massive pool and amazing slides, slides look small but actually fast and fun. Never felt cramped in pool and you get a few adults swimming from 6am. Sunbeds People start getting sunbeds around 6:30, but I'm sitting here right now at 8am and still some available right on edge of pool and tons 2nd/3rd row under canopy . And all through the day can always get one somewhere near the pool, there are sooo many. Trips Pirate ship. Kids loved this one, the staff on the boat keep them entertained the whole time and it's soo much fun. Green canyon: the canyon it's self is out of this world, could have spent the whole day there. Unfortunately they take you to a "textile warehouse " first, which is basically a shop setting takes. But really low quality ones at much higher prices than all the ones everywhere else. Don't get scammed by thathat. Beach BRING WATER SHOES Stones on beach and water gets dead quick. After 2 or 3 meters and quite wavy so not good for young ones. A few inflatable in water which are fun. We have not used beach or sea much, maybe 30 mins whole time, but we love pool Overall wish we knew it would be 90% German guests, but did not change how amazing this holiday was.

Our second time at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint, in fact it was even better! The hotel grounds are stunning and easy to navigate round. The hotel is very clean and the staff so friendly and helpful. We mostly come back for the food and once again were pleased with food choices, everything so tasty and lots of choice, was happy to eat in the buffet every night. Few extra tweaks this year which included being able to order drinks round the pool and the chefs table in the restaurant (maybe in previous years but I didn’t spot it) We will be back!

We have had an amazing time at the hotel! The grounds are beautiful, everywhere is immaculately clean and the food is fantastic. We don’t often return to the same place as the world is so big, but I have a feeling we’ll be making an exception here! All of the staff are amazing and so friendly but for us the Kids Club were outstanding. We had a bad experience with Kids Club last year in a different country but this time our faith has been restored. We need to especially mention Maisie, who has gone above and beyond with our little boy, even coming to watch him go parasailing on her day off. Maisie is an absolute asset to the kids club and we miss her already!

The service, the food, the cleanliness, the attentiveness of the staff, the quality and value for money! Lived the water slides, fitness activities, availability of food options. The trampoline in the sea was a huge attraction as the sea itself is not as great to swim in. The facility is not as huge as some of the other resorts, but in a good way. You can walk from one side to the other so it feels more manageable and less overwhelming.

There were a couple of incidents with individual staff members that were red flags, but the management handled it well afterwards. The swimmig pool gets dirty over the course of the day which is normal, but there could be a better way to manage the cleanliness of it (by pumping more fresh water, imposing more rules, having more thorough cleaning overnight etc). People just put their towels to reserve sunbeds and don’t even show up for hours! Management should do sth about it, as it is very annoying.

Ive been to 4 other all inclusive resorts and this was by far the best one for us as a familly of 3 with an autistic teenage son we would absloutly return here again. When we arrived at 1am there was an issue with our room and the staff who greeted us couldn't have done more to help us they really went above and beyond especially with my son who was super excited to be there and just wanted to show everyone his name badge. The staff here from groundskeeper bar staff and up to managemnt are all such lovely people they really are always willing to help if you need to there service exemplary The resort its self is beautiful and kept in pristine condition and there commitment to sustainability really shows with the vegetation gardens they are growing we saw lots of wildlife cats, hedgehogs and bats and as a wildlife loving family this was amazing My son 14 did a couple of the teen activities the people running them spoke english and german so there was no issues for him to join in but most kids were german but as the pool is so big and amazing we spent most days there we usually went around 10am and although plenty of sun loungers were taken we never had an issue finding 3 together The food was amazing there was lots of choice for us my son did struggle a little but he ate from the kids section alot that had plain pasta and chips and nuggets one thing that I thought was amazing was they had separator plates in the kids bit so food groups didn't touch which is amazing for people with sensory issues or picky eaters The night time entertainment was great as well and we went to the pool party which was lots of fun The resort its self never felt over whelming busy which was perfect for us I will say the resort is predominantly German visitors and everything is in German and English although my son can't speak German he made friends in the pool but some kids my may struggle to make friends

We have been in this hotel 6 years ago and wanted to come again in our first visit to Turkey. It was great seeing that nothing has changed.. Staff is extremely friendly, rooms are clean, restaurant/food options are satisfying. Kid activities were also helpful to have some spare time as couple.

The property wasn’t too big so getting around was easy, the gardens were absolutely beautiful and kept on top of, hotel staff was always so helpful and smiling. Maisie from the animation team was fantastic with our 8 and 9 year old they loved spending time with her doing all activities in kids club, never once said they were bored as they’re is so much to keep them entertained, of an evening the shows where great. The food was phenomenal there’s a chief special every night and its 5 star rating if you didn’t want the chiefs special there’s so much to choose from you wouldn’t be disappointed the food quality was one of the best parts. We would definitely return best hotel I’ve been too and I’m a hotel snob

There was nothing I could say we didn’t like, the is water slides and the kids throughly enjoyed them they’d would of like a few more than there was but this didn’t put us off retuning

De genomen veiligheidsmaatregelen rondom zwembaden en de zee. Met kleine kinderen is dat noodzakelijk. Daarnaast vond ik de dresscode tijdens etenstijd ook heel fijn. Zowel middag als avond hielden alle gasten zich hieraan.

De noodzaak om gebruik te maken van de Blue app voor bestellingen vond ik niet altijd fijn. Ik miste toch wel een pool- en beachbar in de buurt.

We had a wonderful family holiday at TUI BLUE Palm Garden. The resort is beautiful, exceptionally clean and very well organised. Our room was comfortable and perfectly suited to our family, while the food was excellent, varied and consistently good. We especially appreciated that there were always enough sun loungers, both around the pools and on the beach, regardless of how late we arrived. There was no need to wake up early or rush to reserve a place. The pool facilities are excellent for families. There is a large main pool with several slides, another pool with smaller slides that is ideal for children of approximately four to seven years old, and a separate shallow pool for babies. All areas were attractive, clean and very well maintained. The greatest strength of the resort is undoubtedly the staff. Everyone we met was exceptionally kind, smiling and helpful, and genuinely seemed happy to interact with guests. The restaurant team in particular was wonderful. We could also see how much effort the entertainment team puts into creating an enjoyable atmosphere. The beach party was fantastic, and the DJ did an excellent job. We also appreciated that the music, shows and mini-concerts had an international repertoire that could be enjoyed by guests from different countries. Our daughter did not stay at the Kids’ Club by herself, but we still noticed how warm, patient and engaging the team was with the children. Their effort and positive energy were greatly appreciated.

One aspect that initially disappointed us was the sea. It becomes extremely deep very suddenly, only two or three metres from the shore, which may not be ideal for families with young children or less confident swimmers. However, everything inside the resort was so enjoyable that we never really felt the need to spend much time on the beach, apart from taking some beautiful sunset photographs. A few small details could make the experience even better. Some soft background music in the barbecue restaurant would create a more memorable atmosphere. The stage on the upper terrace could also benefit from better lighting, as the performers are not always clearly visible from the guest tables. The only serious disappointment was the hair salon, which I think may be operated independently from the hotel. Unfortunately, my haircut turned out very poorly. I was also hurt in several places by the clippers, the comb felt extremely sharp against my scalp, and the stylist’s movements were generally very rough and uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise guests to avoid the salon. This experience did not change our overall opinion of the resort itself. We left with beautiful memories and would happily return. Our sincere thanks to the entire hotel team for their hard work, professionalism and hospitality.

Never been to Turkey before, so didn’t know what to expect. Our friends recommended the Tui Blue Palm Garden hotel and complex, they stayed there last year. We went to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary, taking our three children and our grandchildren, 13 of us in total. Listed as a 5 star and for us definitely a 5 star plus. I would be here all day if I began to mention anything and everything about our stay, it was absolutely amazing, better than any other foreign holiday I have ever had. You may read these next two points as negatives, the coach transfer is a little too long, but well worth the journey, also the temperature was extremely hot, mid to late thirties every day. Finally, the staff in every department exceeded our expectations. We were approached by senior managers on numerous occasions, constantly checking that our holiday was what we had expected. One young member of the management team, a beautiful lady called Kubra, invited me and my nine year old grandson into her office, she was so kind and generous, offering sweets and a good luck charm as little gifts. One day hopefully Kubra will climb the management ladder, she deserves a higher position in your team. To get a holiday with these standards in Spain or other popular destinations in Europe, will cost you a lot more of your hard earned money, so if it’s a family holiday of a lifetime you’re after, look no further than the Tui Blue Palm garden hotel. Wir waren als Familie mit einem Kind hier und sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist unschlagbar – man hat jederzeit freie Liegen gefunden und es gab überall ausreichend Schattenplätze, was für uns sehr angenehm war. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal: Alle waren außergewöhnlich nett, es war immer genügend Personal vor Ort und alles war stets sauber. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an den Chef und das gesamte Team – unsere kleinen Extrawünsche wurden ohne jegliches „Wenn und Aber“ sofort und direkt umgesetzt. Auch die Küche hat uns vollends überzeugt. Das Essen war bei jeder Mahlzeit sehr vielfältig und für jeden Geschmack passend. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, wie individuell auf Wünsche eingegangen wurde; auch hier wurden spezielle Vorstellungen blitzschnell verwirklicht.

Die Mitarbeiter waren größtenteils sehr nett. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der Anlage sowie die Größe der Zimmer waren gut. Das Essen war hervorragend, vor allem das tägliche Gericht vom Chefkoch. Die Buchung der Veranstaltung und Attraktionen über die App war leicht und bequem.

Alle Veranstaltungen konnte man bequem über die App buchen. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn man bei Buchung der Veranstaltung auch sehen könnte, in welcher Sprache diese dann stattfindet.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Plenty of sun loungers. Extremely attentive staff. Pleasant entertainment. The rooms were spacious and clean, we were even offered bumpers for the bed to keep the kids safe and a stool for the bathroom so they could reach the sink. I would highly recommend if you are fitness orientated as there are lots of classes. A really special mention to the kids club, all the staff were amazing but especially Maisie. I never thought my kids would go but Maisie welcomed them at the evening entertainment and they were keen to go the next day. This gave me and my partner 3 hours every afternoon to actually enjoy a rest! My kids went on dinosaur hunts, played on the soft play and had all sorts of fun. They even had an activity afternoon where the adults joined in. Bahar in the restaurant was an amazing waitress and Gilsum makes the best omelettes ever!! I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return. We did get a private transfer to speed up the process which helped. Overall an amazing hotel with extremely attentive staff.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. I came with family and it was brilliant start to finish. The service is amazing and the people are equally as good.

Been there 3 times because it guarantees a very pleasant stay. The food is exceptional, and so is the quality of the drinks. Entertainment is very classy. Plenty of activities during the day - yoga, exercise, beach events, etc. Aquaexercise is very popular. The sea from the small pier and the pool both provide lots of fun. A la carte options very worthwhile to try. Good-natured, humorous staff make it a relaxing stay.

Havuz başına veya sahile direkt içecek hizmeti almak ancak çok pahalı otellerde gördüğümüz şeylerdi ve burada mevcuttu. Otelden çıkış yaparken kıyafet değiştirmek için sağlanan lounge hizmeti övgüyü hak ediyor. Özellikle Ayla hanıma güleryüzü açıklayıcı ve sorunlara çözüm bulan iletişimi dolayısıyla tekrar tekrar teşekkür ediyorum.

This was our first stay at this hotel, and we hadn't originally planned to stay here because I had already booked another hotel. However, due to flight cancellations, I had to travel earlier than planned and needed accommodation from Sunday to Wednesday. That's why I chose this TUI hotel. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing this hotel is. We will definitely be coming back next year—and not just for a few days, but for a full week. The staff are incredibly friendly and provide outstanding service. The housekeeping is excellent, and the food is fantastic. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

TUI Blue Palm Garden is quite simple and amazing hotel. From the moment you arrive you are personally greeted by the reception team, made to feel welcome & check in was a breeze. The rooms are beautifully appointed. They are super clean, modern & comfortable. We asked for quiet rooms next to each other & got just that. No noise in the evenings & slept very well on comfortable bed The food at this hotel is exceptional. We are lucky to have travelled to many countries as a family & stayed at some great all inclusive hotels. This has to be one of the best. The head chef is amazing. You will see him every morning & evening walking around the food stations inspecting & checking everything is just so. I cannot fault the food at all. If you stay here please visit the 'chefs plate' in the evening where you will have prepared a superb top restaurant quality dish of the day & honestly these were amazing. I'd pay good money in an expensive restaurant for the dishes they offer here. The 'chef's table' chefs önder & Saliha prepare every plate with exceptional care & attention to detail. (some photos included below). They really are superb & deserve a special mention. Every other chef at other food stations are happy & welcoming. They always say hello & have a big smile ready for you, even when working hard. The head chef should be very proud of his whole team. Also, the restaurant staff here are amazing. They cannot do enough for you. They will bring your drinks promptly, clear your plates quickly & will constantly check to see if you need anything. Every single service, breakfast, lunch or evening meal, the waiters & waitresses are just superb. Special thanks to the evening meal waitress Büsra who was so incredibly helpful & after only a few days, she knew what we liked to drink & had it ready for us almost as soon as we sat down each meal! There is not a single waiter or waitress that does not work hard or go out of their way for guests here they are all fabulous. Management should be proud of them all. The daily activity staff again have to have a special mention. Kamil & Kadir in particular are just brilliant. They bring energy & fun to everything they do & we've had so much fun joining in activities they provide every day & often in the evenings too with huge smiles on their faces & enthusiasm in bucket loads. They are a credit to the activity team. I should also mention the sports activity lady with the red/pink dye in her hair (I forget her name) she never stops smiling whatever she is doing & has so much energy she makes you tired just watching her!!! She clearly knows her fitness & brings the fun every day..I should also mention the man (again name forgotten) who does the archery sessions several times a day. A very polite & helpful man who clearly knows his stuff & welcomes you with a smile whenever & wherever you see him around the resort. The ONLY thing I can think of to improve this hotel is a more extensive cocktail menu included in the all inclusive package. It is a reduced menu in the all inclusive with other cocktails offered at extra cost which I've never seen before in other all inclusive hotels we have stayed at. Other than that, this place is superb, every single member of staff are helpful, friendly & hard working from the reception & admin staff to the cleaning staff, pool towel staff, bar staff, restaurant staff, snack bar staff, activity & sports staff, all are exceptional. I thank management for running a truly amazing resort.

This is our 3rd time visiting the Palm Garden and has been our best yet. I would never normally keep returning to a hotel but there is something really special about it here and I'm already thinking about rebooking for next year. The food and drinks are lovely and the grounds are spotless. I think one of the main things about the hotel are the staff every single member of the team can't be helpful enough and really are a credit. I recognize a lot of the staff from the last 3 years which I think also speaks volumes. An extra shout out goes to Omer who takes archery lessons, he is super. I cannot recommend this hotel enough .

Heel mooie resort met veel activiteiten en ook rust. Mooie zwembad met glijbanen voor groot en klein. Alles was super schoon. Ook de kamers. Het eten was super. Het beviel ons goed dat er gehele gerechten gereserveerd worden en er niet alleen buffet is. Alles wordt vers gemaakt en smaakt goed. Ook het personeel is vriendelijk en staat altijd klaar bij vragen.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staf. Food. Cleanliness all amazing. 1 hour from airport. This is my 1st time in turkey. Went with my daughter have to say absolutely loved the 10 night holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at TUI BLUE Palm Garden from 23 June to 28 June, and I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to everyone who made our holiday so special. First of all, a very special thank you to Feride, the TUI Holiday Representative. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Her support, guidance, and genuine care made our holiday stress-free and even more enjoyable. She is truly an outstanding ambassador for TUI, and I sincerely hope her excellent work is recognized. I would also like to thank the entire hotel team. Every member of staff was friendly, hardworking, and attentive. The service was excellent, the rooms were spotless, the food was delicious with a great variety every day, and the beautiful gardens, pools, and facilities were all maintained to a very high standard. We really enjoyed this hotel. Mega friendly and helpful staff. They are always there for you and the service is really nice. We have been to resorts many times and were not used to such good service. Super! The variety in the program of this hotel was nice. Always something new to experience, everything can be found in the tui blui app. Everything in the app works well and is functional. Food and dining is very nice. Good variety and tasteful food. The room was always cool, the air conditioning was always on. So you always came back to a fresh room. Everything was also very clean and spots on the wall or minor damage were hardly visible. So really well maintained. Very much enjoyed the animation activities. Boccia, cornhole toss and darts. Kadir is a hilarious guy and very good at German, Dutch and English. Made every activity a fun time. Thank you Kadir!! Also the evening program is very nice. Much shows and live music. I have little else to say, we really enjoyed this hotel. Thank you for everything.

Just had an amazing week in this wonderful resort. The food is the best we have had at any all inclusive resort we’ve stayed in. Ice creams are very good and Efes on tap! Staff are really friendly and helpful. The bar and rooftop terrace are very smart and the whole resort is very clean. Several cats and kittens about, shopping centre just outside sells cat treats so my daughter fed a few of them. Spa and gym was used and recommended. Loads of sun beds available but the ones around the pool usually taken by 8-8.30. My daughter and her friend went Parasailing from the water sports centre located at the left side of the beach. Don’t normally return to same resorts but so impressed with the food quality that we might be back. Teşekkür ederim

This was a return visit for us to this hotel and the seventh visit in total. We find this to be one of the most relaxing hotel complexes that we have visited. From our various visits we find the Tui Blue Palm Gardens is mainly chosen by couples, older family groups or families with younger children, that is babies up to about eight years old. All accommodation is low rise, two storey set in some very attractive gardens, a good size main pool and an attached beach area with plenty of sun loungers and some covered hammocks. Although there is a relaxing atmosphere throughout there are lots of activities, many fitness related as well as a lot of family orientated such as Corn Toss, Giant Jenga, Darts and Archery. What makes the Tui Blue Palm Gardens our favourite hotel is the staff. We also had a bath and massage at the Spa and this is something we both enjoy, a lot. During our visit we had specific interactions with a number of staff who we would like to mention. Ozan Bey. The manager, who was a pleasure to speak with. Eda. In the main reception, who made us feel very welcome during check in and we spoke of our previous visits. She also looked out for us when on duty. Ayze . The Tui Blue rep in the outdoor areas who always managed to find time to say hello as well as sort a few questions we had, and made sure we got extra bananas in our room. Ulka Who always ensured we got our frozen yogurt with both a smile and wave. A new face but a great addition to this hotel Throughout our whole 2026 holiday and in previous visits here the staff standout as the jewel in the crown. The rooms are kept clean and always stocked with the necessities, the gardens and beach areas seem to be worked on daily and this shows how things should be. The restaurant staff make sure tables are quickly cleared, drinks are checked and if you need a fresh one these are quickly delivered. The selection of food types in the main restaurant means there will always be something you will like and for this visit we enjoyed the addition of the Chefs Plate in the evening meal, where each plate is prepared in front of your eyes. Whilst you can also eat in this restaurant at lunchtimes we prefer the food area by pool/beach which has a good selection of food and you can stay in more relaxing beachwear. There is a bar here and the staff are quick and friendly, as are the bar staff in the main bar complex for the evenings. You can choose waiter service at either bar or go to the bar itself if you prefer. This year we had a visit to the a la carte restaurant, The Levante and we noticed a new set of menus from previous years. The four course meal is very filling and of very good quality. The previous hotel manager who was at this hotel for all of our previous visits had left at the end of 2025 but the new one, Ozan Bey, is often out in the hotel grounds and we spoke to him a few times during visit and were pleased to hear there will be no major changes and the small tweaks and additions we did see during our visit made us feel this was going to be true.

THE best overall hotel I think we’ve ever been to. And we are fussy!! I wasn’t expecting too much as we went as a group of 12 with 2 small children. Thought the hotel would be very child orientated (which it is if you want that as loads to do with kids of all ages) and thought may lack the luxury, but it exceed my expectation. There is so much to do here for all ages if you want that, but is also very relaxing if you don’t. There’s so much about this hotel I’ll try address as much as poss. Always plenty of sunbeds available, lots of different areas during day, especially loved the hammock areas with bean bags. Plenty of sunny and shady spots. Huge pool plus 2 extras for kids. The food is just amazing, fresh cooking stations, own bakery, so much choice and all fresh, they grow theyre own which you’ll spot at some point. You are literally spoilt for choice here. Even has its own cafe. The staff 😊 honestly all so very friendly, always happy to help and look happy too. Please always be kind, they work so hard but are so polite and kind. Cleaners, again amazing, the hotel and rooms are always spotless, very friendly and thorough. We went for my mums 80th, staff were so very accomodating with helping to prep for her special day and a huge shout out to tolga for arranging our boat trip, just perfect. Can’t remember everyone’s names, but honestly they are all lovely. The management and behind the scenes staff must take some credit too, as this place is so well organised. Beautiful grounds, lots of little extras as you walk around. Good evening entertainment, and lovely seating areas. Drinks, plenty 😊. Sensational stay. From the second you arrive to the second you leave, nothing is too much trouble. The food is exceptional. We have a peanut allergy and coeliac disease so need gluten free and this was no problem. If you get chance to do the beach BBQ, get it booked! The entertainment on an evening is good fun and the staff are great with the children during the kids disco. We didn’t use kids club but went in during the parent/child sessions and had a lovely time playing in the air con. Tui staff couldn’t be more helpful. We wanted a baby bath and mentioned this off-hand - it was delivered into the room within the hour. Cleaning staff are AMAZING. The entire place is spotless. We had no issues getting sun beds and staff prevent people from saving them meaninglessly. All of the pools are great and were warm - we had a 4yo and 9mo with us. Couldn’t rate it highly enough and we will be back. Even simple things like needing a plaster was sorted within seconds. Our son fell in the room and we wanted ice - it was delivered from reception within seconds. For shopping, Lyra Park outside is set prices and good quality or head to the stores just a short (less than 5 min) walk away - they will haggle! The room was excellent - we had a family suite. Lots of storage. Definitely take beach shoes as the sand is boiling and pebbles close to the shore. Honestly not a negative thing to say. For context we visited the first week in June as a family of four.

This hotel just gets better by the year our fourth time in a row now and we have just booked for next year. Just can’t fault the hotel . All of the staff are brilliant so I’m not going to name anyone personally because it’s not fair to the rest of the staff as the hotel workers work as a team. This hotel is beyond superb. The General Manager is visible daily, interacting with his guests and staff. He leads from the centre. The spotless accommodation is in villas. The gardens are beautiful. The food available is outstanding. I must mention Polat a waiter who is professional with a lovely witty sense of humour. Thank you Polat. This hotel even has staff who brush the sand away from the wooden broadwalks along the beach. I have never seen such attention to detail that I have seen in the hotel. Quite remarkable. Indeed we will return. Thank you, to all the staff that are employed there. We really enjoyed our holiday.

This hotel is simply perfect! I travelled with my mum and daughter for a weeks holiday, the hotel and grounds were absolutely stunning. There were staff everywhere who were absolutely brilliant, excellent service in every area, the cleanliness of the hotel was brilliant. The rooms were great sizes for what we needed, spotlessly clean and great location as we had requested accessible. The restuarants were good sizes and lovely selection of food, chefs special was a nice touch, we also visited the beach bbq and Al A Carte which were both lovely meals. The pool was spacious and especially being a peak half term week there was still space in and around it for most of the time, reserving of sun loungers was a slight downside (but expected) but saying that we did manage to always get somewhere every day in a good location. The beach was easily accessed and lovely mix of sunbeds, hammocks and bean bags available. One tip would be to definitely book a private taxi from the airport as it is quite a distance, we did this and I am so thankful we did. Some people who got a transfer took several hours. I don't think I can pick up one thing that wasn't right, I will definitely be returning to this hotel based on the experience we had, highly recommend.

For context we're a family of four with a one year old and a five year old, you'll see from my previous reviews we did an all inclusive last year in rhodes which was sub par as a point of comparison The Tui Blue Palm Garden is a fantastic hotel, id say good for both families and adults with a very thorough entertainment and fitness daily programme, the hotel caters extremely well for little ones in particular and are relentless on providing a top service with no stone left unturned. The good - Food and drink are superb with no queues for anything! - Service- faultless - Welcome we received with a meal put on for us with a late arrival was really appreciated - Cleanliness - The staff are extrememly hard working, polite- not just the front of house team with the grounds team also relentless - Double Family Rooms are ideal for a family of four with two double rooms, probably not 5 star luxury rooms but very good nonetheless and fitting of the hotel - The Grounds were spotless, there are tortoises and cats roaming the grounds - The amenities and facilities are all of a very high standard - Accesibility- ramps with every set of stairs which for buggy and wheelchair users is a big help - Lifeguards everywhere - Enough sunloungers for everybody! The ok -The Beach is nice and clean, however steep drop off and the water quite choppy so not ideal for toddlers, the sand is also quite coarse but perfectly good for sandcastle building with sandcastle equipment provided Not so good Transfers - tui claim a 73 minute transfer, this is correct if using private transfer but its more like 2 1/2 hours coach as referenced by previous reviews, we booked our transfers via welcome pickup which overall id recommend but be certain if travelling children of the child seat provision, we were only provided one seat on the return journey Overall top hotel, awesome staff and just so ideal for families, we tend not to return to the same destination twice however we're planning a return in the future

What can I say about this fantastic hotel but perfection. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel welcome from the staff. The food is out standing on every sitting. The pool and the private beach complete the whole experience. Finally the kids club. My daughter loved her time in there. She doesn’t tend to take to anything like that when on holiday but this time she loved it. I have to give a special thank you to Maisie who without her encouragement and kindness my daughter would not have come on leaps and bounds like she has and a big shout out to all the kids club staff who were all excellent.

Just returned from this hotel and was very impressed first time at a TUI blue they seamed to have thought of everything to the smallest detail Food was excellent Rooms very modern in excellent condition Cleanliness spotless Staff very friendly and nothing to much trouble Staff at the Alacarte restaurant were very attentive with excellent food Ayla reception manager was Exceptionally helpful and a real credit to the hotel Food The manager is always walking around at all times of the day chatting to guests Didn’t go to the entertainment but sounded Restaurant as a really nice outdoor terrace and inside very modern with lots of food options All teas coffees and drinks brought to the table which save the the queues at the tea machines which is nice The 24 hour cafe is a real bonus especially after a tiring journey You need beach shoes for the sea as lots of stones Gardens are beautiful If you are looking at this hotel do not hesitate just book it you will not be disappointed

Great Hotel and Staff Our 2nd visit to this hotel and felt it was even better than last time. The staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them from the Manager down to the gardeners, cleaners etc. The grounds are beautiful and kept neat and tidy by and army of gardeners The activities were well organised and the Kids Club was also very good. The pool area was kept clean and tidy and the lifeguards were in attendance. Also the beach area was kept clean with lifeguards in attendance. Our grandchildren (9 and 13) enjoyed Kids and Teens Club. Restaurant was good. A small area is now allocated to adults only. Food was very good and catered for all dietary requirements. Levante Restuarant was also very good as were the staff. Purple Turtle snack bar offered good selection of foods. The BBQ was really good, plenty of choice. We had a larger room which was kept clean by our housekeeper. Reception/Bar area was kept to a very high standard and the staff were very attentive. The Bar, where you can get cocktails was well staffed and service was very good. We have not mentioned any names of staff who were very good as we would have to mention everyone's name. Well done everyone and thank you for a lovely holiday. P. S. We took a private transfer to and from the Antalya airport as the hotel is a long way from the airport. We used Antriva Vip Transfers and their service was very good.

It’s not a huge hotel. Lots of families there with young children , but all very well behaved. Food was really good

Came to the palm gardens after the Castival shut down expectedly ( in other review) and this hotel is absolutely amazing ! I am a wheelchair user and stayed in room 1309. The room was so clean, with fresh decor and a massive balcony, as well as being fully equipped for me to use. All of palm gardens is fully accessible including the beach which was nice. Food was great with plenty of choice, and most importantly always tasted great ! There is also the beach snack bar to eat at during the day which is equally as great. We didn’t use the Al carte restaurant but heard from other guests that this was also lovely. Pool area, beach and grounds are spotlessly clean and it was nice that waiters/ waitresses came to pool to offer drinks throughout the day! If you are animal lover like myself there is cats, kittens, some hedgehogs and a tortoise that live in the hotel, all which a very well looked after by staff which was lovely to see ! Staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing and go out their way to make sure your stay is great. Every member of staff I encountered was polite and friendly. I would like to mention TUI blue manager Boğac, TUI blue members Kubra & Aysa as they continuously ensured we were comfortable and accommodated for during our stay, I felt they went above and beyond to do this. It definitely heightened the comfort I felt after the anxiety I faced at the previous hotel! Locally there is a big shopping mall and lots of shops selling bags, clothes etc a few minutes from hotel. Can honestly say this has been my favourite hotel to stay at and we are coming back in October, which we are really looking forward too 🤩

We decided to book Palm Garden as it,s been a few years since we went to Turkey.Despite checking in at reception late at night we were told that a late bite to eat was provided in restaurant for us ,which was very nice with a starter ,and hot main with even a sweet with coffee. The Palm Garden and every member of staff were first class and always had a hello and a smile for us,even the ladies who kept the gardens and rooms immaculate. The grounds and gardens were absolutely beautiful. All the food was amongst the best i,ve ever had anywhere and i include Sandals etc.Beef/fish/ pasta all cooked in front of guests right down to my fav the omelettes served at breakfast,my thanks go to all the lovely staff who made our week at Palm garden really nice.

We visited with my husband and 3 year old & we’re not disappointed. One of the big draws for us were the kids pools and play spaces as well as the kids club. Maisie as the kids club was an absolute star and really encouraged our shy child to enjoy and take part in the activities. The buffet food was great - very fresh and varied. We would definitely love to visit again!

Our 3rd time here, and has improved even more since last stay. Very slickly run operation, every last member of staff was without exception polite and friendly. Food choice was amazing and used plates collected at mealtimes within a minute if not sooner, with a smile and an offer of drinks. Barbecue was brilliant, and an a la carte offering readily available every night in main restaurant. The actual a la carte restaurant wasn't as impressive as two years ago, service was impeccable but food was too sparse and took way too long between courses, but this certainly doesn't deserve a mark down. Would highly recommend, and like someone has mentioned would get a private transfer as it is a long way.

A fantastic holiday, booked as an early break - didnt know anyrhing about the hotel and checked previous travellers comments which were very positive and all mentioned the food, i can confirm that the food was very good, one of the best we have experienced for an all inclusive hotel. All staff were very friendly and genuinely interested in its customers and how they could help. The rooms are all set up in small blocks of about 10 rooms or so rather than a large hotel building, the gardens are beautiful and very well maintained, overall a pleasant surprise as this hotel exceeded my expectation, we will definately return.

We have just returned from a phenomenal weeks stay travelling as a couple! It is by far the nicest resort we have stayed in. Super clean and maintained wonderfully. We did not spot one piece of rubbish our whole trip. The staff are so friendly and caring and do a brilliant job in looking after the guests and resort. The food is above and beyond what you expect from an all inclusive. Fab selection and the BBQ by the beach was amazing!! The highlight of the holiday for us was the hotel cats, tortoise and hedgehogs. As animal lovers it was great to see these animals truly being cared for and looked after! If we had to choose any negatives, and they are more just small gripes, is the air con didn’t seem to give us the coolest options overnight, and the duvet cover was also small in relation to the bed size. Really nothing to knock any stars off! We cannot wait to be back!

We visited Palm Gardens back in October last year. To be honest, we read how great the reviews were beforehand, so were worried they would have set our expectations too high, however this was not the case. Our expectations were exceeded by the amazing hotel, great facilities, AMAZING food and lovely staff. The experience was so great that we have booked again for this October. I would usually not book the same hotel (and i have never done that before) but due to just how much of a great experience we had, we could not turn the opportunity down. I would highly recommend booking this as a destination if you haven’t already. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Went as a large family group of nine of us, and all of us had an amazing holiday. The hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food is good, although I am fussy and could have done with some more simple pasta dishes for example. The BBQ by the beach was a very enjoyable meal. There is a low level area for children in the restaurant and they had a good choice of foods, as well as some colouring sheets to keep them busy. Our rooms were all very nice with plenty of storage and good showers. The hotel grounds are well looked after, and we even got to see the tortoise and hedgehogs. There were plenty of activities on offer, our favourite was the bungee fitness, it was great fun and led by a great instructor. We also enjoyed playing tennis, table tennis, and mini golf. The swimming pool was cold but we still enjoyed a swim. The baby pool was warm on some days but no so much on other days. Lifeguards were very observant which was good. Lovely room for parents and baby to play in, our little one was only a year old and enjoyed crawling around and playing with the available toys. Nice park in the sand with swings and plenty of buckets and spades for little ones to use. Beach is quite stoney, but lots of bean bags and hammocks available and a nice little pier to walk along. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool, and no need for early morning rush as nothing got going until nearly ten o clock. A lovely holiday and would happily return. Although the journey to and from the airport was about one hour twenty minutes and this was a private transfer as they had said through tui it would have been over two hours.

This is our third stay here, we visited last in 2022. We fancied a cheeky week away in the sun and this hotel came up. As we had already been here before and enjoyed our stay, we decided to stay again. We arrived late but check in was quick and the restaurant had food waiting for us, very much appreciated after a day of travelling. We don’t remember that from previous stays as only the grab and go station used to be open for late arrivals. This is a nice surprise and very welcoming and we hope this continues. Our room was lovely, overlooking the gardens, and very clean. The housekeeping staff did a great job during our stay, the room was always immaculate. The food has improved since our last stay. It was always very good but this time, it was amazing. We even personally thanked the head chef. The choices of meat and variation for a buffet was great, the best we have had for a long time! Mehmet, the manager, is awesome and such a credit to this hotel. He really does care about his guests and is always available for a chat, we even stopped a few times to let him know how happy we was! The ladies on the evening reception desk are so lovely and always happy to chat with us and help us. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The location is a little far out but we love it here and it’s worth it. All of the staff here are wonderful and really do make your stay a happy one. We even recognised some staff from our previous stays, they are all very courteous and attentive. We can’t wait to return for our 4th visit in 2026!

Where to start!! This hotel was amazing from start to finish We Travelled with our family(kids 8&13) with my sister and her family and our mum and dad We stayed in two bedroom apartment rooms. So much space, immaculate, cleaned daily. Fab rooms Twin bedroom with door so kids were separate while we had acces out of room or onto balcony without waking them. Food was the best all inclusive we have had!! My daughter has a dairy intolerance and everythin is labelled so clearly!! Food was sooo good, chefs were all lovely, talented and so friendly. So much choice but also so much attention to detail. Not just a buffet where you manage to find something to eat… amazing food cooked to perfection. Wee station at night with a different chefs specialty each night, like a Michelin star restaurant! My daughter also has choice of 3 different sorbets too! Along with loads of flavours of ice cream for my son too. Jist brilliant. Breakfast has omlettes, made fresh, poached eggs, overnight oats gluten and dairy free huge selection, fresh smoothies and freshly squeezed orange juice. and all us all breakfast suspects, they even made my daughter pancakes with soya milk! Nothing was a hassle. Inside at lunch was fab choice, but outside amazing choice for a beach/pool bar. Lovely baked tattie station along with most of the selections that was offered inside too! Evening was never too busy and staff always attentive. But people need to remember, treat people nice and they will treat you nice, some people are horrid!!! Being kind goes a long way!! Kids smoothie/mocktail/icecream station too at kids pool. Rooftop terrace was Beautiful to watch the sunset , even if chilly, as went on October, blankets were provided if asked for. 24hr bar, with soft, hot and alcoholic drinks. Sandwiches, fruit, protein snacks, etc, great for late check or early check outs. lovely staff and atmosphere. On our walk to room during day we saw the odd cat, who never bothered u, the odd peacock too and at night saw a hedge hog a few times One night there was a beach party, our kids loved the dj and mocktails, we enjoyed cocktails and a dance too! Great shopping centre outside and also in the hotel amazing quality and value clothing etc. we took case home full of stuff for the kids!!! BBQ restaurant at hotel was lovely. Really nice. I hate cats, and waiter made sure the one cat goin around came nowhere near our table, steaks were cooked to perfection and desserts to die for!! Bar staff and restaurant staff all lovely. Especially gulhan and the lad we had (I’ve forgotten his name, so sorry, you will know who you are if you read this “juney with the red wine” haha Always smiling and loved a wee chat when at bar etc. a small tip helped at bar. Staff always enthusiastic too. Plenty sunbeds and never crammed in, beach also amazing and loads of beds and bean bags! Total wipeout type inflatable in the sea was soooo much fun for kids and adults My only two flaws for this hotel would have to be not enough slides for the kids, mine were 13&8, had cousins same age with them so was fine but if we had been ourselves they would have been looking for more to do! And the Tui blue app was a pain, never managed to book into anythin!! Always fully booked. Would have love the kitchen tour!! Booked land of legends and used excursion side and were amazing. Private transfer was worth every penny! The day at land of legends was expensive to get there but worth it as kids had the best day, as did the adults . Food and drink wasn’t bad priced, food better priced than drink but that didn’t After, was a really good day!! Would defo return to this hotel as a couple but for the kids, they need a bit more!! But we cannot stress how amazing the food and rooms and location were! I’m a rose wine drinker and it was Awful, as was the white, couldt drink it at all!! Did purchase a lovely Sauv one night tho!! but I drank red and a gin or vodka, cocktails so nice too. Oh to add. Staff at entertainment area were amazing too. Billie is a credit to the team!! Such a lovely girl!! One night after our water park day, kids were tired and there was a movie night, staff provided Doritos and blankets for the kids , they watched lion king mufasa movie as the adults unwound with the kids in sight with a lovely daiquiri !! One of the best holidays we have had in years!! Book it, some hotels we have been, there are so many hidden extras. Here, it’s truly all inclusive! Everything included and all with a friendly smile!! Amazing place

Excellent food, BBQ beach restaurant really lovely. Water slides good for kids. Staff really friendly. Kids mini disco good and the kids club show which our children had a part in was really special. Acoustic singer on the beach twice a week was lovely .

Had to pay for decent cocktails not all inclusive. Sunbeds ALL reserved around the pool. Last time we came the evening entertainment was of a much higher standard.

This hotel has got to have been one of the best hotels I have stayed at in turkey, it was beautiful and the staff there took care of the grounds and the guests very well. The rooms are very spacious and clean, the housekeeping team work so hard and are so friendly too! The hotel has a beach joint on and it is amazing, the pier is beautiful and it’s open in the evening too so a nice walk along the beach was perfect. The hotel is definitely worth the price you pay and most of the staff are lovely. The entertainment throughout the day is exceptional, even at this time of the year they are still going strong! The entertainment in the evening is thought about very well and the music is turned down later in the evening. There was one reason why I have to give this hotel 4 stars and that’s because of the pool- although it was very clean and well maintained it was freezing. The lifeguards there were amazing, they all payed such good attention to the guests and were very helpful, they even helped put up my umbrella because I didn’t know how to! Thankyou. What I can say though is, the Head Lifeguard is meant to stand out for different reasons than he does, he was on his phone around the pool, not paying attention to the guests who were swimming. He was always very grumpy too and definitely not approachable like the other lifeguards. He was also walking around the pool while eating which isn’t very hygienic for someone working at the hotel. This is something the hotel needs to look at 100% but if it wasn’t for this situation I’d have given it a 5/5 experience.
