Uns hat besonders die große Auswahl an Aktivitäten gefallen. Es gab den ganzen Tag über immer etwas zu unternehmen und auch Getränke und Snacks waren jederzeit verfügbar. Das Essen war wirklich außergewöhnlich lecker und die Auswahl war sehr groß. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass es jeden Tag unterschiedliche Gerichte gab, sodass es nie langweilig wurde. Auch der einfache Zugang zum Meer und die Nähe zum Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für uns sehr angenehm und abwechslungsreich.

Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Leider fanden wir den Pool nicht ausreichend sauber. Besonders morgens waren im Wasser teilweise weiße, schleimartige Partikel zu sehen. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass der Pool nicht ausreichend gereinigt wurde. Hier würden wir uns eine bessere und gründlichere Reinigung wünschen.

Nous avons passé 14 jours à l'hôtel Selectum et avons passé de merveilleuses vacances en famille avec nos filles. L'hôtel possède un parc aquatique avec une trentaine de toboggans et plusieurs piscines. Les chambres sont confortables et bien entretenues. Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement l'équipe d'animation — Alia, Zaira, Katerina et Arda — qui a été formidable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'activité de fléchettes, très animée, et nos filles se sont beaucoup amusées. Nous tenons également à remercier Mme Ayfar qui nous a reçus au service relation client et qui a été aux petits soins avec nous tout au long du séjour. L'hôtel propose également un parc d'attractions gratuit, ce qui est un vrai plus. Le kids club mérite aussi d'être souligné, avec des horaires élargis très pratiques, et la gentillesse des filles qui y travaillent, notamment Malek. Côté restauration, la nourriture est variée et bonne. Nous avons apprécié les nombreux points de boissons et de snacks répartis un peu partout dans le complexe, ce qui est très pratique vu la taille du site. Enfin, la plage est propre, avec du sable (et une petite bande de galets). Nous y reviendrons certainement!

Отель полностью протурецкий от анимации до персонала, малая часть персонала разговаривает по английски, в основном это телефон и google translate, спасателей у бассейна с 12 до 14 сдувает ветром, никого нет, хотя вроде как семейный отель, в детской зоне для маленьких - одна девушка, которая постоянно сидит в телефоне, забыв один раз закрыть горки - так что дети съезжали по сухой, все лежаки заняты уже в 7-30 утра, очереди в ресторанах, ресторан начинает убирать еду за 20-30 минут до окончания работы, нормальные коктейли только в лобби баре, в номер все надо просить (гель, халаты, полотенца, гигиенический набор)

Veels te druk, en net als in veel andere hotels moet je ook hier je handdoeken om ochtend 6 uur zetten anders heb je geen stoel. Hier moeten ze iets op verzinnen, zoiets als.. als stoel half uur of uur leeg staat gaat handdoek weg.

Otelinzde geçirdiğimiz tatilden çok memnun kaldık. Odalar temiz, düzenli ve oldukça konforluydu. Personel güler yüzlü, ilgili ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya hazırdı. Yemekler lezzetli, ortak alanlar bakımlı ve genel olarak otelin atmosferi çok keyifliydi. Özellikle hizmet kalitesi ve çalışanların misafirperverliği bizi çok mutlu etti. Güzel ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirmek isteyen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz. Tekrar gelmeyi kesinlikle düşünüyoruz. Her şey için teşekkürler!

An absolutely wonderful resort! Everything about our stay was perfect. The resort features an amazing number of swimming pools and fun water games. It is also located right next to the sea, making beach access incredibly easy.The food was highly diverse with plenty of delicious options, and the cleanliness of the entire property was top-notch. Most importantly, the customer service was outstanding. A special, heartfelt thank you to Ayfer and Ali for their exceptional hospitality and for making our stay so memorable!

Despite the quality of amenities, the slides for kids was only working 2 hours in the morning and 2 in the afternoon, with amount of people during the season it was impossible to join. Most disturbing was that staff did not speak English, or very poor English and presume everybody is from one country, which might be supper disrespectful. Staff should definitely come up with the way how to bring up the order in facilities usage as me and my lids was politely line for every single line however due to chaos, my kids was multiple time overtaken in line by other kids, or even during breakfast lunch dinner, certain families from country R just skip the line. same for the buggy or other amenities. That took the overall good impression of the hotel which makes us not want to come back. s

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. The biggest issue is that the hotel is clearly understaffed. There are simply not enough employees to properly take care of the guests, and the lack of organization and attention is noticeable throughout the resort. The dining experience was especially disappointing. Around 2:30 PM, even though lunch is still being served, the staff starts removing the food. As a result, guests are literally rushing to grab the last portions. In a hotel of this category, food should be available until the official end of the meal service. Housekeeping was also far below expectations. The rooms were cleaned very poorly, with little attention to detail, and the overall level of cleanliness was unacceptable. In addition, many parts of the hotel look worn out and outdated. In our opinion, the property is in need of renovation to meet the standards expected of a five-star resort. Overall, this hotel does not provide the level of service expected from a five-star resort. It was a major disappointment, and unfortunately, we would not recommend it.

Everything was close by within the premises, generally there were no queues in the bars, restaurants, etc, which is not common for all inclusive type of stays.

Language is a huge barrier. Nobody could speak English even in the guest relationship office... It was difficult even asking for more comfortable pillows, which we had to quit because we were tired being in the catch 22.

Here for 10 days and definitely wouldn’t return . No info about resort , where things are , no interaction from staff as to what’s on during day , entertainment is awful . They don’t listen to what you order and constantly forget what you ordered . Seriously under staffed at bars and ice cream stations . Spend half you life queuing . There is a few nice parts of the place like the 24/7 restaurant but again , they forget half your order weather it food or drink. Place is clean , bedrooms are cleaned immaculate . Food is worst I’ve had as a selection in turkey and I’ve never had the problem before , it’s awful and rubbish selection at snack and beach bars . . As for the clientele , don’t both coming if your English , no one here has manners and rude as they come . And it’s definitely not 5 star therefore it’s over priced . Needs to be 4 star. They just don’t understand English to the point I couldn’t even order a latte with out showing them on my phone . For other nationalities it’s probably great , but I have manners and respect for others so don’t bother going unless you a rude ignorant person that doesn’t intend on eating or drinking what you wants when you want lol it only got 3 star from me cos we found a lovely little pool outside out patio door . They put us in the wromg room first night and wouldn’t move us , then when moved give us keys to a room which already had a family in and thank god they weren’t in when we let out selves in and saw all their stuff . It’s a shambles . Then the room we got was such a lucky one but it was the view and choice I paid for but having a pool outside your door was good . Overall we went out a few times to side old town which was amazing and I will revisit .

The room is very clean. We stayed 4 nights. Everything is fine. The value for money is very good. Animator Faruk is the best. Every time doing activity for us. All perfect.

1. Большой отель, большая загрузка людьми - хорошие места на пирсе, или у бассейна надо занимать до завтрака. 2. Один главный ресторан. Да, он большой, и, по сути, справляется с задачей накормить всех. Вот только людей надо разгребать руками на ужине и на завтраке. Но это скорее легкое неудобство, как по мне. 3. Пляж - галька. Заход в воду - галька и скала, песок начинается, когла уже скрывает с головой. Тем кто едет на песчаные пляжи Сиде - в другой отель. Мы любители купания и ныряния, поэтому пирс для нас - самое лучшее решение. Пирс здесь достаточно большой. ! Лестницы в воду высотой около 3 метров, требуют минимального атлетизма и ловкости. Сын однажды сорвался с этой лестницы и летел вниз с высоты почти 3 метра, и ударился о последние ступеньки, так что есть сомнения в безопасности данных сходов в воду. 4. Лифт, определенно не справляется в часы пик, когда все идут на завтрак или на ужин. 5. Курение разрешено везде, к сожалению. Всё выше перечисленное абсолютно не перевешивает удовольствия от нашего отдыха в этом отеле.

We had another fantastic holiday at this hotel—our second stay in two consecutive years, and once again it exceeded our expectations. From the warm welcome and quick check-in by the professional team led by Burak Güneş, to the excellent entertainment organized by Cansu Salman, everything was perfect. The children’s activities were especially great and made our family holiday even more enjoyable. The restaurant offered delicious food with a wide variety of choices, and Caner Arslan and his team provided exceptional service. The pools, aquapark, and beach were spotless and very well maintained. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully organized. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the food was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and all the facilities were in great condition. The pools, beach, and gardens were clean and enjoyable. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay and would definitely come back again.

Honestly, there was nothing significant to complain about. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The hotel was well managed, clean, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

больше всего нам хочется поблагодарить "службу заботы" о гостях. Для нас это стало самым приятным и ценным впечатлением от отеля. Мы много где отдыхали, но такого внимательного, тёплого и искреннего отношения к гостям раньше не встречали. На все наши просьбы откликались быстро, спокойно и с настоящим участием. Всё, что было возможно сделать для нашего комфорта, сотрудники "Службы заботы" делали: помогали решать вопросы, приносили всё необходимое, уточняли, всё ли у нас в порядке, и действительно заботились о том, чтобы наш отдых проходил спокойно и удобно. Было очень приятно чувствовать, что к нам относятся не формально, а по-человечески. Нас слышали, о нас беспокоились, старались помочь в каждой ситуации и закрыть все наши потребности. Это создало ощущение безопасности, внимания и настоящей заботы. Отдельно хочется отметить мини-клуб: девочки очень приветливые, доброжелательные, играют с детьми, говорят на разных языках. Ребёнка можно спокойно оставить, зная, что ему будет интересно и комфортно.

Грязно на территории, и особенно в ресторане ( грязь просто смахивают, а по хорошему нужно обрабатывать дезинфекцией), тарелки и кружки грязные часто, неприятно. Ну и мясо часто пересушено. Можно готовить те же самые блюда , гораздо вкуснее. Подушки очень жесткие.

Das gesamte Personal ist aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr groß und bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Erholung und Unterhaltung. Für Kinder jeden Alters gibt es zahlreiche Aktivitäten und Angebote. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The hotel’s large swimming pool areas, family-friendly activities, and attentive staff were excellent. The food variety was adequate; however, the menu was heavily focused on chicken and fish. Room cleaning was carried out regularly, and the hotel provided a safe environment for families.

The prices at the on-site market were excessively high, which was very disappointing. If you enjoy drinking tea, be aware that complimentary tea is only available in a few limited locations around the resort. The inflatable rafts used on the water slides were insufficient, often causing guests to wait. In addition, there were no poolside activities or entertainment programs during the daytime, which made the atmosphere feel somewhat quiet.

BEAWARE 3 stars HOTEL but somehow awarded 5 POOLS : WORST basically every body grabs a towel and attack the swimming pool benches so by 9 am you and your family wont even have a single bench to sit on , while 90% of benches are empty but reserved by people who put their towels on the benches and left to do other activities i have complained about this numerous times without any action by hotel Rooms: 2/10 TOO SMALL , Dirty and Very outdated , the toilet vanity almost wants to fall down , the wallpaper in the rooms are already pealed off , the rooms flooring is always sticky and never clean making it impossible to walk in room , the wood is all bloated from water damage , it just did not feel like a 5 stars hotel Entertainment : 0/10 VERY BAD all the shows was very boring and made by armatures the crowd all left 10 min after the show started , which happened 3 times in my stay cross 3 nights Room service : 0/10 Don't expect any coffee or room service catering at this location Beach service : 0/10 NO SERVICE OR STAFF AT BEACH get things on your own , would be nice to put a couple of employees to cater to peoples needs Public bathrooms : 0/10 worst smell not clean very dirty you'd rather hold it till you walk 30 min back to your room specially if you have children , how can this be at a 5 stars hotel luggage staff : ALWAYS ASK FOR TIP and make you feel uncomfortable that they had to come and collect your luggage complaining about them having to climb up the stairs and asking for tips

Great hotel, everything we asked for we received, excellent customer service. The hotel deserves it's 5 star rating. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. Sometimes we had to check with the chef what was vegetarian as not everything was labelled. The chef was incredibly helpful but if everything vegetarian was labelled we wouldn't have to ask. The restaurants were all superb. The spa was also amazing worth 6 stars. Pony and Whatsy were great very professional and relaxing. Overall great value.

I have been returning to Turkey for the last 5 years and have stayed in several resorts across Antalya, including Granada Luxury Belek and Swandor, both of which were excellent. Unfortunately, Selectum Family Resort Side did not come close to the standards I have previously experienced. We stayed in the lake rooms, which felt very remote from the main hotel area. The lake restaurant was often not open, and the nearby bars had very limited opening hours, meaning we constantly had to walk back to the main hotel for food and drinks. While the lake rooms look nice in photos, the reality was quite inconvenient. Housekeeping was also disappointing. Towels were replaced daily, but the actual cleaning was poor. Floors remained dirty throughout the stay and the room often felt only “tidied” rather than properly cleaned. The atmosphere around the resort was another let down. I have never experienced such rude and inconsiderate guests in all my years visiting Turkey. Restaurants and public areas often felt chaotic and lacked any sense of class or relaxed holiday atmosphere. The à la carte restaurant was especially disappointing. It felt rushed, overcrowded, and nothing like the premium dining experience you would expect from a 5-star all-inclusive resort. The drinks selection was also very poor compared to other Antalya resorts. Cocktails were basic, choice was limited, and overall the bars felt focused on quantity rather than quality. To be fair, the resort does have good pools and plenty for children to do, so families with young kids may still enjoy it. However, if you have previously stayed in higher quality resorts in Belek such as Granada Luxury or Swandor, this hotel will likely feel like a major downgrade in terms of service, atmosphere, food, drinks, and overall experience. Sadly, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had in Turkey.

Very HONEST review!! Location was more out of the way from the airport than expected roughly one and a half hours from Antalya airport due to traffic and one hour journey return. Atmosphere was okay but felt it didn’t cater well for British more for the Russian's. That’s all you got asked …are you Russian !! The rooms…well let’s just say they were terrible!! Furniture was dated shelves loose and the bed and pillows were brick hard! The air con was noisy so we couldn’t keep that on at night. Only 1 English channel which was bbc news and 2 English kids channels. Size was fine but we were on the 2nd floor swim up lake house! Which was not what we booked. We booked ground floor. I have bad arthritis and going up and down stairs was not good. The railing leading up to our room was loose. The room below was getting work done so when you are trying to relax on the loungers outside our room it was difficult with the noise going on. As you can see from the pics there was mould round the bathroom window, in the corner of the shower. I have now come home with a severe chest infection!!! The maids did their best but we had to ask for loo roll a number of times. The balcony from our bedroom was hanging off NOT SAFE!! The stairs to the swim up were also a hazard. Quite unsteady ! The ladders into the pool were loose and no grip whatsoever! And too deep especially for a non swimmer like myself. How is that safe for children! The floors and not been cleaned in both rooms so you had to wear the slippers walking around. The hotel itself especially around the lake houses were run down. There was a restaurant area at the lake houses which only got used for cakes in the afternoon not for breakfast or lunch so you only had the option to eat in the main restaurant in the hotel which was utter chaos!! No organisation whatsoever! Trying to get a seat sometimes was a nightmare. We did go down to the beach restaurant for lunch which was quieter for my autistic son. The bar staff there were very pleasant and had a good laugh with them. The seating area after reception area the seats had stains on them. A lot of wasted space round about too that wasn’t getting used. We chose this hotel because we stayed at Selectum Luxury Resort Belek last year and were blown away so we thought let’s go with the same hotel group. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. The hotel and lake rooms are in dire need of restoration as this hotel has so much potential. I can’t say a bad word about the staff as they were very accommodating. I would have highlighted this at the time but the hassle and effort required to speak to someone was not worth it. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Sadly we won’t return.

We visited this hotel from 13.05-21.05.2026. We have traveled to Turkey more than ten times and have never had the desire to give feedback, but unfortunately, choosing this hotel based on feedback, we got a negative surprise this time. 1. The hotel is on a VERY large area. There are two shuttle buses running between the beach and the children's area on the territory. It may not be convenient to move around if you have a baby in a stroller, since it is not possible to get on the bus with a stroller. 2. The hotel is very boring during the day. There were no daily events by the pool or anywhere. There was a complete lack of entertainment. 3. The food is very monotonous and does not vary. The choice of fruit is minimal (banana, apple, pear). 4. There is no catering in the children's amusement park and water park area. If you want to have lunch with the children or have a snack, you have to walk to another hotel. And there, too, the daily snack is only burgers, fries and nagitzas every day. Similarly, on the sweet side, a small selection of churros and waffles. 5. The amusement park is free, but only 4 of the seven attractions work. 6. The elevator in the main building - only tourists with big bellies can ride it. It's hard to get on with a stroller. In addition, only one of the two elevators worked half the time. 7. Location OK, alcohol in the bar OK, staff OK. In conclusion: If you want entertainment during the day, the food selection is varied, you are traveling with a baby who is in a stroller, then I would rather not recommend it. But if you just want to lie by the pool and are not picky about food, and the main thing is to just fill your stomach, then this is for you. Last year at exactly the same time we were in another Selectum hotel - Selectum Noa Belek and this hotel is almost better than the Family Resort even when traveling with children.

We recently returned from a one-week stay at the Selectum hotel. We have mixed feelings: the hotel has some wonderful strengths, but the basic lack of hygiene, poor soundproofing, and service standards seriously ruined the overall experience. The positives we really enjoyed: Paradise for kids: The hotel is perfectly tailored for families. Plenty of activities, great water slides, and a clean general territory. The children were very happy. Amazing SPA & Hamam: I went for full-body massages every day. The SPA staff and the masseuse (from Bali) were fantastic – she even helped me with a sunburn issue without me even asking. Food & dining area: There was a large variety of food (though it barely changed throughout the week). The dining staff was very helpful, neat, and constantly kept the area clean. What completely ruined our mood: Tragic housekeeping: For four days, our room was not vacuumed at all (later, it was vacuumed only poorly in the very center). The beds were made sloppily, and after emptying the bin, the trash can was somehow left right in the middle of the room. Our personal belongings and child's toys were just thrown around anywhere. Shampoo, shower gel, and toilet paper were not replenished for days; we had to go and ask for them ourselves. Disposable slippers were completely out of the question. Strangely, we saw mountains of toothbrushes and combs in the housekeepers' carts in the hallway, but none of these amenities were left in our room. Even leaving tips (which is optional) changed absolutely nothing. Noise and poor soundproofing: Our room faced the outside of the resort, so we were lucky to avoid the very loud and heavy party music from the main areas. However, the room doors have zero sound insulation – we could clearly hear every single footstep in the hallway. Since quite a few guests heavily overindulged in alcohol, their noisy walking and shouting down the corridors constantly woke up our children at night. Language barrier and Russian atmosphere: It is impossible to communicate with the staff in English. If we said we didn't speak Russian, they just shrugged their shoulders and walked away. Eventually, we got tired of constantly repeating that we are not Russian. In the evenings, when we wanted to sit outside and have a cozy time, we felt like we were vacationing in Russia – only Russian music was played continuously, which completely ruined the evening atmosphere. The hotel has a lot of potential, but the lack of basic cleanliness, thin walls, and lack of western hospitality standards significantly drops its value.

Schöne Anlage, grosses Angebot (Unterhaltung, Essen, mehrere Pools, Kinderpools etc...), riesiges Buffet, Kinderbuffet...

Unser Zimmer war zu Beginn nicht ganz sauber geputzt (Spiegel verschmiert, Duschmittel bicht aufgefüllt), aber es war ok. Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung war auch nicht so liebevoll (Pijamas wurden z.B. einfach zur Seite gelegt, normalerweise werden diese gefaltet aufs frische Bett gelegt...). Das Buffet ist zwar riesig, es gibt aber kaum warme Optionen für Veganer. Die kalte Auswahl ist aber gross, man findet auch als Veganer immer etwas abwr halt nicht so abwechslungsreich.

We are currently third night in at this hotel, the hotel itself is nice, the welcome was lovely, there’s plenty of food choice. Our room is located on top floor with a beautiful view, however, there’s ants in our room, and the loud music in the evenings just absolutely ruins everything, our room currently vibrating from such loud music, and we have a two year old with us. With it being a family resort I would have never expected the music to be playing so loud and so late… and we still have another week to go here..

Me and my family had a wonderful time here for 10 days in April. More food than you could have ever wanted. Bars everywhere. Pools outdoors as well as inside. Kids club. My youngest was first up for kids disco every night. Reception staff and managers in the lobby area who would help you with anything you needed and recognised you and said hello. I felt 100% safe here with my young children, staff were amazing and friendly. Even outside of the hotel people were so helpful and friendly. I love Turkey and the people. Always have. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and for my two children’s first time abroad.

The building is beautiful and well-maintained, the food is good, and the staff is decent, BUT I DON'T THINK IT'S RIGHT THAT A SUPPOSEDLY 5-STAR HOTEL ONLY HAS AIR CONDITIONING AFTER 9 PM, AND SOMETIMES LATER, AND ONLY UNTIL 7 AM. I WANT TO EMPHASIZE THAT THERE IS DISCRIMINATION AGAINST CUBAN GUESTS. A CHUNKIN'S GROUP ARRIVED, AND THAT DAY THEY TURNED ON THE AIR CONDITIONING AT 5 PM AND TURNED IT OFF LATER THAN USUAL. BECAUSE THEY'RE GIVEN MORE RIGHTS IF THEY PAY THE SAME AS ME. THAT REALLY UPSET ME. This needs to be addressed because this system isn't right. For me, it's no longer a 5-star hotel, and they should inform guests about this before making a reservation.

I loved the big area, lot of activities for children, nice garden, loved the Lake houses area, waterpark, luna park. Staff was friendly and helpful. Inside pool was very big and the water temperature was ok. Food was delicious.

The family room in Lake house was a little bit tired and no air ventilation, the airconditioner was blowing only warm air, so we were not able to use it but we slept with open window. But the view and the Lake House area was amazing. Our vacation was 16-22. April, I guess it was not the season so I did not see any animation team or activities. The lake House restaurant was closed and the some days there was very low variety of food. Also the platform to the sea was closed. And some activities of Luna Park and kids club were closed.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gästebetreuung. Die Mitarbeiterinnen Pelin und Gyla waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Dank ihnen konnten wir einen späten Check-out in Anspruch nehmen, was unseren Aufenthalt deutlich entspannter gemacht hat. Sie waren jederzeit sehr nett und engagiert. Das Reinigungsteam der Zimmer hat ebenfalls hervorragende Arbeit geleistet. Die Zimmer waren stets sauber, die Minibar wurde täglich zuverlässig aufgefüllt, und insgesamt war das Personal in diesem Bereich sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer selbst sind groß, gut ausgestattet und verfügen über einen kostenlosen Safe, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Poolanlage war sauber und gepflegt, und auch das Essen war schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich.

Verbesserungsbedarf sehe ich jedoch beim allgemeinen Servicepersonal. Dieses wirkte oft eher distanziert und arbeitete teilweise sehr schnell und ohne große Sorgfalt. Besonders in der Lobbybar fiel dies negativ auf, da dort einige Mitarbeiter nicht besonders freundlich waren. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut, mit einigen sehr positiven Aspekten, aber auch kleinen Schwächen im Servicebereich.

Great seafood restaurant, staff included, and excellent Puppies corner for kids (special thanks to Deniza!). Not so good sound isolation in rooms.

Hotel was too crowded for the amount of facilities that were open which was only a few with no clear guidance on opening times. We were given an “upgrade” to a lake house room which in our opinion wasn’t an upgrade due to it being up three flights of stairs, air con not working and the bathroom window not closing. None of the bars around us were open so it was a trek to the main building to get food or drinks. Inside the main building there were not enough bars open and therefore it was often a long wait to be served. Food was good but food all too busy most of the time Tried several times to get in the à la carte but there seemed to be a language barrier at guest services (which we didn’t feel helpful when trying to resolve issues. ) and several times we were told to come back later, another day to book only to be told it was full yet other families had bookings for two consecutive evenings. I can see that when everything is open it would be a nice place to stay, was certainly very clean. We wouldn’t be back as we like to walk to local bars and restaurants for a change and there is nothing in the surrounding areas

Came on my own with my two daughters. The whole resort was lovely, only issue we had was the phone and air con didn’t work (or I didn’t know how to work it) but wasn’t an issue as we didn’t need to use it. We had an amazing stay, all of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My daughter was unfortunately bit by a stray cat and the doctor on site treated us immediately, provided hospital transport there and back and had someone with us at all times, on arrival back to the hotel we were greeted and asked how everything went, if we needed anything bringing to our room such as food etc. the next morning we were gifted a fruit basket and a get well soon card. For our first holiday abroad as a solo parent, this hotel went above and beyond and I couldn’t have been happier for their support. Lovely food, very clean too.

Our family holiday with my husband, sister daughter and our 4 grandchildren. This hotel is amazing so much for families. Lots of spaces to be together. The food hall was very good. The staff porters, catering, everyone were very helpful, especially the Manager Burak Gunes and the Guest Relations are so very helpful. It was my sisters birthday and they made her feel special. Les repas locaux étaient excellents. Le personnel était souriant et sympathique. L'établissement était propre. Tout était vraiment à volonté et aucun supplément nous a été demandé pour quoi que ce soit (même le mini-bar !) Les activités du kids clubs étaient variées. Il y a beaucoup de bar et de restaurants à des heures très larges. Il y a toujours quelque chose à faire: piscine intérieure, plage, ping-pong, salle de muscu, beach-volley ... La plage accessible à 5 minutes, c'est top.

Les fourmis dans la chambre, problèmes non résolus après 3 demandes auprès du service de l'hôtel ! On les a gardé tout le séjour à contrecœur. Les desserts européens à fuir. La literie n'était pas incroyable (matelas moyens mais les oreillers durs comme du béton). Peu d'activités pour adulte en début de saison.

Okay honestly, we just had the BEST week at Selectum Family Resort Side in Turkey 🤩 It was the first time my sister and I tried this hotel (we usually go to Turkey several times a year and normally stay somewhere else), but we are SO happy we chose this place this time because we will 100% be coming back! The hotel is really beautiful, has an amazing atmosphere, delicious food, and overall it’s just a place where you feel comfortable all the time. But seriously… the main reason I’m even writing this review is Ahmet from the bar!!
He honestly made our whole vacation so much better. Always smiling, always in a good mood, and really good at making people feel welcome. We actually looked forward to going to the bar because we knew Ahmet would be there ❤️ He’s really funny, super sweet, and just someone who spreads good energy to everyone around him. A staff member like that truly makes a huge difference! We’ve already booked again!! And we’re SO excited to come back, and we really hope Ahmet is still working there when we return 🤞 Can definitely recommend!!! ☀️

The hotel was genuinely interested in making guests enjoy their stay. The Customer relations manager Pelin went over and beyond to make our stay amazing & memorable. She resolved a complaint amazingly, followed up nicely and organised a dinner for my birthday.

The hotel needs to tell customers about their facilities. The hotel had lots of facilities like the aqua park, Luna park etc that we only found out on the last day of our trip.

Very good point for holiday I very nice stafff and service kind people we are came with family but we enjoy it Turkish. Amam and massage is very amazing this holiday is wonderful 🌷🌷👌

Almost everything

Unfortunately, the beach is pebbly and quite difficult to get in and out of, especially with children.

We came to this hotel at the end of October 2025. After the first few days, a very large group of men checked in as part of an organized event. Suddenly, there were hundreds of men everywhere — they were extremely loud and disruptive. The hotel is advertised as a family resort, and we came with our teenage children. We stayed in the lake rooms, paying more than the standard rate, hoping for a more exclusive and peaceful holiday. However, the men’s group was also given rooms in the lake houses. They were shouting until 3 a.m., and there were about ten men on one side of our room and another ten on the other side. My daughter and I couldn’t even relax peacefully on the loungers provided for our room. I don’t understand how a hotel with a family concept can accept such a large workers’ organization group at the same time as families on vacation. After this group arrived, our holiday was completely ruined. There were no available seats in the restaurant or in the lounge area in front of the lobby, and the waiters in the restaurants couldn’t cope with the number of people. On the positive side, the hotel staff were very kind and did their best to make us feel comfortable. They offered us complimentary à la carte meals and access to the private beach huts, which we appreciated.

There are many pools to swim in. One pools goes around all the little houses and you almost get lost while swimming in it. It's probably the biggest pool that I ever swam in. It was amazing :-).

The main language of the hotel is Russian. The reception answers the phone in Russian, the shows and the animation is mainly in Russian. This was quite disappointing for us who don't speak Russian at all.

We had such a great family vacation here! The rooms were clean, the food was really good, and everyone was so friendly. Huge thanks to the Guest Relation team — they were super helpful and quickly helped me find my lost bag. Really appreciated it!
