Otelinizde geçirdiğimiz zamandan çok memnun kaldık. Ana restoran gerçekten fevkaladeydi; özellikle balık restoranına bayıldık, balık çorbası fevkaladeydi denediğimiz her yemek birbirinden lezzetliydi. Her akşam düzenlenen eğlenceler de oldukça başarılı ve keyifliydi, tatilimize ayrı bir renk kattı. Resepsiyondaki sıcak karşılama ve tüm personelin güler yüzlü, pozitif, konuşkan ve ilgili olması ayrıca çok hoşumuza gitti. Kendimizi başından sonuna kadar rahat ve değerli hissettik. Genel olarak hizmet kalitesi, yemekler, eğlenceler ve personelin ilgisinden çok memnun kaldık. Güzel bir tatil geçirmek isteyenlere gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

Нам в целом очень понравился отель и отдых. Это была замечательная неделя. Всё было хорошо организовано, персонал был доброжелательным и внимательным, вкусная еда, чистота. Прекрасная анимация для детей, аттракционы. С нами были родители, им тоже всё очень понравилось. Отдельно хотим поблагодарить Тахмину - она была с нами на связи на протяжении отдыха, всегда старалась помочь и оставила очень приятное впечатление. Понравилась кабинка на пляже, комфортно и удобно 🙂

Слишком настойчивые просьбы оставить отзыв. Нас просили об этом несколько раз лично разные люди, а затем писали и после отъезда. Я всегда оставляю отзыв, но предпочитаем делать это спокойно, когда есть время. Такое давление немного испортило впечатление. Можно попросить хотя бы через недельку, а не сразу после самолёта. При этом к Тахмине никаких претензий нет - наоборот, мы очень благодарны ей за работу. Надеемся, руководство пересмотрит такой подход, ведь хороший сервис сам по себе мотивирует гостей делиться положительными впечатлениями. Громкая музыка до 23:30–00:00. Всё-таки отель семейный, много гостей с маленькими детьми и пожилыми родителями, и в конце дня хочется спокойно отдохнуть. При этом звукоизоляция в номерах слабая, поэтому музыку слышно. Развлекательная программа до 23:00 вполне понятна, но громкая музыка до полуночи мне кажется лишняя.

Bereits bei unserer Anreise mussten wir feststellen, dass uns nicht das gebuchte Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Laut der Zimmerbeschreibung bei Booking.com hatten wir ausdrücklich eine Unterkunft mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern gebucht. Tatsächlich verfügte die Unterkunft jedoch nur über zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Wir haben diesen Mangel sofort gemeldet und dem Hotel die entsprechende Zimmerbeschreibung vorgelegt. Dennoch wurde uns lediglich mitgeteilt, dass die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie frühestens am nächsten Tag ab 14:00 Uhr verfügbar sei. Da wir unseren Urlaub nicht weiter beeinträchtigen wollten, blieben wir im zugewiesenen Zimmer. Eine finanzielle Entschädigung erfolgte nicht. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang des Hotels mit der Situation. Gegenüber Booking.com wurde der Sachverhalt bestritten. Zudem wurde die Zimmerbeschreibung in unserer Buchung nachträglich geändert, sodass sich heute nicht mehr nachvollziehen lässt, dass ursprünglich zwei Badezimmer Bestandteil der Buchung waren. Auch mehrere beworbene Ausstattungsmerkmale fehlten, darunter eine Waschmaschine, ein Esstisch, Reinigungsmittel, Handdesinfektionsmittel und eine Bügeleinrichtung. Die beworbenen Außenmöbel bestanden lediglich aus zwei Stühlen und einem kleinen Plastikhocker. Der als „privat“ beschriebene Pool wurde tatsächlich mit den umliegenden Villen geteilt. Darüber hinaus befanden sich Schimmel im Schrankbereich des Kühlschranks sowie feuchte Wände und Schimmel in der Dusche und Schmutz auf dem Toilettenpapierdeckel. Das Personal im Restaurant versteht so gut wie kein Englisch und bevorzugt die Landsleute und russigsprachigen Gäste. Auch gibt es jeden Abend Probleme einen Tisch beim Abendessen zu ergattern. Das Hotel liegt zwar nur rund 70 Km vom Flughafen entfernt, aufgrund des starken Verkehrs muss jedoch regelmäßig mit einer Fahrzeit von etwa 1 Stunde und 45 Minuten gerechnet werden. Insgesamt sind wir vom Verhalten des Hotelmanagements sehr enttäuscht.

Very disappointing experience. Our holiday was affected by multiple issues from start to finish. We were taken to the wrong hotel by the transfer, waited hours for a usable room, and the first room was dirty, moldy, and had no working air conditioning. Because of the mold, my daughter, who has a respiratory condition, started coughing. We were eventually given a standard room instead of the family room we had booked. During our stay, the air conditioning repeatedly failed, the TV was broken for many hours, and expired children’s yogurts were served at breakfast. Promised compensation was never provided, except for a late check-out that was useless due to our early departure. Overall, the hotel and tour operator failed to deliver the 5-star service we paid for. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Das Hotel bietet zu allen Tageszeiten immer ein reichhaltiges Buffet mit einer großen Auswahl an Speisen an. Egal ob süß oder salzig, es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und wurden täglich sehr genau gereinigt. Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und haben aus das Zusatzangebot mit der Liege am Steg genutzt. Auch diese Zusatzleistung hat uns den Urlaub nochmals verschönert, ein toller Ausblick mit tollem Service. Generell wird man rund um die Uhr bedient, bei der Bar ist genug Personal vorhanden, sodass man nicht lange warten muss. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, mir ist eine Gabel runter gefallen und bevor ich schauen konnte wo ich eine neue finde wurde mir schon ein überreicht. Man wird regelmäßig gefragt ob man noch etwas benötigt. Die Animation ist ausreichend vorhanden, es wird sowohl unter Tags als auch am Abend durchgehend ein Programm geboten. Obwohl es ein Familienhotel ist, ist der Lärmpegel auch beim Pool nicht all zu groß, da der Aquapark und der Miniclub logistisch gut aufgebaut sind und nicht direkt am Pool. Ich kann das Hotel nur jedem empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt.

The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood while still being within walking distance of shops, restaurants. Several traditional bazaars were within walking distance of the hotel. The atmosphere around the hotel was pleasant and welcoming. The rooms were large and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The only small drawback was the lack of proper ventilation in the bathroom. The hotel offered good value for money. The hotel was generally clean, and the common areas were well maintained. The room was tidy and comfortable, although there was some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. The service was good overall. The staff were friendly, polite, and willing to help whenever needed. They contributed to a pleasant stay and made guests feel welcome. The amenities were excellent, especially for families with children. The aquapark, amusement park, Kids Club, and daily entertainment programs provided plenty of fun for younger guests. The ice cream selection was also fantastic – both the cone ice creams and ice cream bars were delicious. Another highlight was the excellent coffee served by Sumeyra, which was always prepared with great care and tasted amazing. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our holiday very much. We are already planning to come back next year!

We had a great stay at this family hotel. Our child especially loved it, and that made our vacation even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and we were very satisfied with our experience. We would happily come back!

General experience is good, cleaning service sometimes is not very thorough , food diversity is good, a lot of pools and kids activities

We arrived around 10am since our flight was early, they told us our room will be ready at 1pm and it was ready after 2pm they saw us that we have three little kids two of which are babies and still they couldn’t do anything to check us in on time. The main part of the hotel were nice, renovated. The rooms was pretty bad floor had stains all over. Bathroom door had mold the cabinets were peeling. I couldn’t leave our clothes in the wardrobe since it looked dirty. The beach/sand is not very good for little kids. It becomes deep pretty near the shore. They didn’t clean our room for three days. The kids are sleeping at noon and everyday they were trying to clean the room at 2pm. Food was ok, only thing was that there was not much diversity of fruits and kids food was mostly fried things. The only thing kids enjoyed the most was the aqua park and the evening entertainment. But I guess now that everywhere the prices are going up , maybe the price was ok for this experience. We’ve been in few hotel in Turkey and they were for sure better.

Хотелось бы еще отметить менеджера Tahmina, очень внимательная и доброжелательная девушка, всегда была с нами на сачзи и в случае необходимости оказывала помощь либо быстро отвечала на имеющиемя вопоосы.

Hotel would side is budget hotel. As hotel stated its renovated hotel. Not sure when it was renovated but it definitely needs more renovation (rooms). We had family room. Spacious room, with separate little room for kids. But everything was old in the room. Food: there was very little choice of food. Every single day almost everything the same. I have never seen so small buffet in my life. Traveling to Turkey every year. I live sweat part of buffet, but there was not much choice. Every day same thing. Regards the drinks its 10/10. Cocktails were really nice! They had good alcohol choice as well. In the evening usually everyone was gathering next to scene where shows were going, buuuut… you could not have snacks in there. One evening we were having good time on comfy coaches and we took some food from snack bar to eat. Straight away the guy run to me and started saying food not allowed ( and i saw as well before few night some people had same issues) i said okey where should i put that food now, should i throw it away in the bin and he was like yeah. I did it and said it was waste of food and joke, that people couldn’t have food in that area. Anyway. Next part is disco! As well 10/10 all kind of music, people dancing, dj on the stage. Honestly 10 out of 10! There was a bar working 24 hours too. So people who like to stay up to late, amazing thing. If workers from hotel will be offering you to go and have a shopping, they will arrange taxi and it will free of charge for you, go there and come back. If you want better quality clothing, you can go, but be ready to pay more than in other markets. Swimming pools, where nice, but there were always something in the bottom of swimming pool, some sharp things. I never saw that swimming pool would not be cleaned during the night. I will attach pictures what my son found inside swimming pool. Check out!!! Our flight was t 1:30 am and we needed to check out at 12 pm. So whole day without the room, as i saw that hotel was half boarded i went to reception to ask maybe they will let us stay in the room longer, but they said no hotel is full and if you want to stay you need to pay, €10 per hour. So it would make us around €100 or more as our transfer came at 21:25. The lady from reception said you can use all hotel facilities and take a show in SPA centre. I thought ok, as last year hotel had like special room for late departures, with rest room and proper shower, shampoo, towels and etc. Have in mind when we check out they took out towel cards as well. So after all day in swimming pool we went to take a shower and there was no shampoo, no body wash, no towels!! One shower as well. Terrible honestly. Sea side: be aware there is rock beach, and very deep as soon as you coming into sea. So be careful with kids. So yeah i think i said all i wanted. Just to finish everything: 1. Food 5/10 2.Swimming pools 7/10 3. Drinks 10/10 4. Disco and DJ 10/10 5. Sea side 8/10 6. Rooms 5/10 7. All the hotel area 8/10 8. Snack bar (overnight) 6/10 9. Evening shows 8/10

Our family recently spent 10 wonderful days at Selectum Family Comfort Side, and I can honestly say this was one of the best family vacations we have ever had. Part of our family traveled from Russia and part of us flew in from the United States, so this trip was very special for all of us. We were also traveling with two very young children (1 and 2 years old), which can sometimes make vacations challenging. However, from the moment we arrived, the entire team at the hotel made us feel welcome, comfortable, and truly cared for. One of the things we appreciated most was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. Whether it was a simple question or a special request, the team was always attentive and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The entertainment was absolutely fantastic for both children and adults. Our kids loved the water park, the children’s club, the mini disco, and the amusement park. We were especially impressed that the kids club operates from morning until late evening every day. Even though our children are still very young, there was always something for them to enjoy and explore. As parents, that made our vacation much more relaxing and enjoyable. The beach was another highlight. There was always plenty of space and available sun loungers, which is something that cannot be said about many resorts. One day we rented a cabana and had an amazing experience. It became one of our favorite vacation memories. The food deserves special recognition. Every day offered something new, fresh, and delicious. We also had the opportunity to dine at both the Turkish restaurant and the seafood restaurant, and both experiences exceeded our expectations. The quality, presentation, and flavors were outstanding. We stayed in the Lake House area, and I absolutely loved it. The surroundings were beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly cozy. It felt like a perfect combination of luxury and comfort.

We stayed at this resort for 7 nights with our family, including our three children aged 16, 11, and 4, and we had an absolutely wonderful time. This is a fantastic destination for families. Both the kids and we, as parents, thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. There is an incredible variety of activities and entertainment for all ages. Guests can join yoga classes, swim in the indoor and outdoor pools, enjoy the water park, or simply relax by the sea. There is even a daily kids' yoga program, along with themed events and evening entertainment for both children and adults. One of the highlights was the Ultra All-Inclusive concept. Having access to delicious food and drinks throughout the day made the experience incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The 24-hour bar service was another great feature that added to the overall comfort of our stay. The resort grounds are beautiful and perfect for walking. There are plenty of trees, shaded areas, and numerous pools spread throughout the property, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The food selection was outstanding, with a huge variety of options available every day. We especially loved the fresh fruits, salads, meat dishes, and desserts. Everything was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. For families with children, this place is truly ideal. Our kids loved being able to explore the resort, get ice cream whenever they wanted, and order their own mocktails from the bars, while still enjoying quality family time together. We highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling with children. It offers the perfect combination of relaxation, entertainment, excellent food, and outstanding service. We would be delighted to return in the future.

Ive only just had chance to write a review we went on the 27th March all the family 8 in total inc the grandkids .The staff couldn't do enough for you they was excellent ,BUT we had issues ,the hotel just wasnt ready for the first couple of weeks of the season ,we paid for a swim up room ! it was shocking damp bedding ,walls with damp and the final straw the ceiling in the bathroom leaked all over the floor ,we had the plumber in twice as the water was cold as well , so we went to reception and said we wasnt having another night in it and moved to the main building ,they asked us to sign a letter saying we didnt want any money back as we paid more to have the swim up room ! lol oh and the pool was full of leaves and bits of wood floating round . So we got our room but the toilet didnt work sooooo we had 4 visits to the room and me stopping with the plumber all morning to get it done ,he was more than busy ! we just got on with it but it was a shame , we also had a guy gridding the steps around the slide pool on one day that was shut with red tape blocking it off . But as i said before the staff where lovely but for me and the family we think it needs a lot more spending on it and getting it ready to compete with better hotels in that area .

Üldiselt jäime rahule. Territoorium on suur. Toit, baarid on igal sammul. Väga meeldis laste klubi, laps veetis seal terved päevad, õhtuti on lastele minidisko. Eriti took välja Deniza kes oskab palju keeli ja on alati vastutulelik.

Hotelli kohta ei ole midagi negatiivset öelda. Oleks hea kui keegi kutsuks ka korrale sellised lärmakad ja oma muusikaga puhkajad, kes ei arvesta teistega.

La nourriture : on y mange très bien. Menus variés et délicieux La plage est très accueillante et bien entretenue Le kidsclub est vraiment excellent, bravo à la directrice

La piscine intérieure est glacée et l’aquapark également donc les enfants ne profitent pas vraiment. Les barmans sont un peu insolents. Pendant une semaine, nous avons salué un agent de sécurité pour qu’au 7eme jour il contrôle mon identité , très humiliant. Bien que nous ayons été surclassé , la chambre ne présentait pas de ventilation et la Clim était en panne . Donc problème d’humidité qui ont rendu notre bébé malade. Nous avons envoyé des messages pendant deux jours pour enfin changer de chambre . Dans la nouvelle chambre le sommier était infernal, ce n’était absolument pas reposant . Il y a encore tant à dire …

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. At first they wanted to give us the wrong room but then we got the right room in the main building. The room was clean and tidy. The public areas of the hotel could use some updating. The staff was nice and kind.

The Verdict: Excellent for families thanks to a stellar kids' club and friendly, English-speaking staff, but let down by maintenance issues and aggressive management. Highlights Kids & Family: The Kids Club is spotless with a fantastic animation team. Staff: Friendly, helpful, and proficient in English. Dining: Fresh ingredients and high-quality drinks; daily ice cream (10:00–16:00) is a great perk. Property: Modern, clean, and well-designed rooms. Lowlights Maintenance: Persistent bathroom smells and faulty AC marred the room experience. Broken Promises: The Luna Park was closed despite prior confirmation by phone. Food Variety: The menu becomes repetitive over a two-week stay. Management: Guests felt pressured and "stalked" to provide 5-star TripAdvisor reviews. Bottom Line: A solid family choice, provided you don't mind a repetitive menu and potential maintenance hiccups. Until the Luna Park reliability and room odors are addressed, it falls just short of a "premium" rating.

The wrong number was given, which they refused to change. The room was designed for 4 people, the beds and bed linen were only for 3 people. Towels were removed somewhere during the day. Usually there were 1 or 3 towels in the room. The toilet contents were removed 4 times. The hotel needs renovation. The food and drinks are delicious and varied. The beach is close. The territory is large, well-kept. There is one shop in the hotel. Small markets next to the hotel. In the water park, parents are not allowed to slide down the slide with a 3-year-old child, they have to go alone. Wi-Fi is available, good and fast. throughout the hotel, even on the beach

Уборка желает лучшего, полы и туалет не мылись целую неделю, хотя просили несколько раз , только мусор забирали , и стаканы в комнате тоже не меняли , приходилось ставить на пол , чтоб видели и поменяли . Everything was absolutely insane!! The James and Bugy was funny and with us all the time most experienced persons in the turkey!!

Location is very central and walkable to other shops in the area. Adjacent to the beach and with good facilities in the hotel. Taxis outside the hotel with friendly staff, Hotel staff took care of all of our requests and food in the restaurant was very nice. The room we were in should Not have been in use, we were denied when requested a change. Also the nightclub can be heard from the 3rd floor from 11-2am Of course the value was excellent and the animation team very professional and great with kids. A very relaxed and welcoming environment

We arrived at the hotel around 3:30am on 28/03/26. My son and I were met by the bell man to assist us with our bags. Lobby looked very nice and welcoming and also had a good smell. Cons First room I received on the 5th Floor had a odour coming from the bathroom was not pleased about that, however I was given a change of room on the 3 rd floor and it was better. Rooms need some TLC especially the bathroom. I also believe housekeeping needs to pay more attention to detail as dust in bathroom and bit of wrapping from my son snack bag was left in the floor after it was cleaned. The Fish restaurant love the menu , however my soup was cold when given to me and mains could have been a bit more hot. Pros I cannot fault selectum there customer service was on point and the guest experience exceeded my expectations thank you Perihan and Deniza for making Avery's and myself stay wonderful. The hotel grounds is beautiful and I appreciate there were different areas to sit and relax. All and all I would go back because of the friendly and welcoming atmosphere the hotel offers. The lobby and the kids club was my son favourite places to be.

I am currently staying at Selectum Family Comfort Side Hotel in Antalya with my family from the 9th–15th of April 2026, and I felt compelled to leave a positive review during our stay because the experience has been fantastic so far. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed and welcome. Everything is very clean and well maintained, from the rooms to the public areas, and the facilities are excellent. Our room has been comfortable and well prepared, and the overall environment around the hotel is calm and enjoyable. One thing that really stands out here is the staff. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I would especially like to thank Seyfetin, Esra, and Perihan for their outstanding help. After my family and I requested a room change in the villa area so we could be closer to the reception, I unfortunately left my shoes behind in the original room. I only realized two days after we moved rooms, which I thought meant they were gone for good. However, Seyfetin, Esra, and Perihan kindly helped me communicate with lost property and housekeeping, and thanks to their efforts my shoes were found and returned to me. I really appreciate how helpful and professional they were throughout the whole process. The food selection has also been excellent, with a wide range of options available every day, so there is always something for everyone. The spa is another highlight — very relaxing and a great place to unwind during the stay. Overall, we are having a wonderful experience at the hotel. The friendly staff, great facilities, delicious food, and relaxing atmosphere have made this a memorable family holiday. Had a great stay as a family, we were there at the end of March so didn’t expect everything to be open for the kids, but aqua park opened and was great fun. Kids club was great, staff were lovely and kids had a great time there and at the nightly disco! Pools are lovely and the it’s right on the beach - our weather wasn’t great but had a few days of sun! All the staff have been lovely, great cocktails and service, very friendly! Overall we had a lovely time!

It was a really good experience there was good entertainment and the pool was amazing.

We arrived at the hotel around 1.30am the reception staff were welcoming and helpful, we were asked to wait in the restaurant until our room was ready, it was a short wait. The rooms are clean and modern with a small annex room with two sofa beds and the main room had a double bed dressing table TV, mini barand safe. The room was made up each day and mini bar restocked. The food and entertainment was excellent and the general atmosphere was good we would definitely rebook in the future.

We had such a wonderful experience at the kids club during our holiday, and that’s all thanks to the incredible staff — especially Deniza, Melisa, and Ayda. My son has absolutely loved going to the kids club every day and always came back with a big smile, excited to share everything he had done. It’s clear how much care, energy, and enthusiasm the team puts into making each day fun and memorable for the children. From the moment we arrived, Deniza, Melisa, and Ayda were warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. They created a safe, happy, and engaging environment where every child felt included and valued. What really stood out was how genuinely kind and attentive they were — not just supervising, but truly connecting with the kids. It gave us great peace of mind as parents and allowed us to fully relax, knowing our son was in such wonderful hands. The hotel itself has been fantastic — everything from the facilities to the atmosphere has made our stay so enjoyable. We’ve had a truly great experience overall, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to others. We would also happily return again in the future.

We had the best time at this hotel. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. There was excellent entertainment from the animation team. All were engaging and made even our rainy days fun! Each evening had a great show especially when Server sang - he has a fantastic voice. All of the animation team were friendly and ensured we had the best time.

This hotel provides a great experience for people of all ages, and familys of all sizes. The darts games led by server were very inclusive and fun, and the night-time entertainment was very enjoyable. The hotel also offer a wide range of foods for different tastes, and caters well to children. The recreational facilities were varied and diverse, and also offer a wide range of experiences. Overall, a great holiday.

This is a nice hotel, though it doesn’t quite meet 5-star expectations as some facilities clearly need renovation. That said, the staff truly make a difference — everyone from reception to the animation team, restaurant staff, and kids club are doing their absolute best. The family rooms are comfortable and well-suited for families. The aquapark only opened on a few occasions during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. The outdoor pool is not heated, leaving the indoor pool as the main option — although even that felt quite cool. On the positive side, the hammam is excellent. The kids club was definitely the highlight for my children. Thank you Deniza and Melisa! Deniza, in particular, is amazing — very energetic, kind, and constantly engaging the kids with activities. The kids club is even open in the evening (though without rides), which was a great bonus. The manager of the kids club also leads the evening animation, which adds to the overall experience. Food-wise, the menu is good, and a special mention goes to the lady making gözleme — absolutely delicious! The beach has stunning colours and beautiful views, but it gets deep very quickly. Unfortunately, we experienced some windy and stormy days, so we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we would have liked. Overall, a pleasant stay thanks to the hardworking staff, even if the hotel itself falls slightly short of true 5-star standards.

Lovely experience from start to finish, attentive staff and loads of variety of foods and drinks. Entertainment was excellent, and special thank you to Denzina and Melissa from the Puppies Kids Club. My 8 year old daughter loved every minute with you. Loads of fun games and experiences for her. Room was immaculate and well cleaned daily.

We booked this holiday for my wife's birthday the hotel and the restaurant manger was really helpful where I was planning my wife birthday meal where the manger helped me organise this and honestly best experience so far all the hotel staff and the hotel was so brilliant I would definitely book again i wanna say a big shout to the restaurant manger ensar uzunibrahimoglu very helpful and I wanna say thank you to the hotel team and I will definitely book again

We had a great time!! Little one loved indoor pool, I loved the SPA staff were very accommodating and understood what we were asking. We were celebrating a birthday and they organised a lovely table and cocktails, making it feel very special. Restaurant team, animation team, bars and food were great. Had a little something for everyone. We had a 5 year old and 15 year old and both had a great time. Room was exactly what we needed, double single and a sofa bed. Cleaned everyday. We would come back. The most disappointing thing was that the forecast online was wrong. Storms mainly in the evening and daytime more then comfortable to be out ☀️❤️

I came with my family and the children absolutely loved it!! The rooms were spacious and clean, food had something for everyone. I want to visit again in April 2026 but was wondering is the waterpark open?

Останавливались в этом отеле недавно. В целом впечатление смешанное. Из плюсов: очень вкусная еда — действительно на уровне, всегда свежая и разнообразная. Сервис отличный, персонал в ресторанах и на ресепшене вежливый, внимательный, к этому нет никаких претензий. В целом цена соответствует тому, что получаешь.

Теперь о минусах. Сам отель и номера уже очень старые: видно, что ремонт делали давно и некачественно — трещины просто замазаны, всё выглядит неаккуратно и уставше. Матрасы ужасно жёсткие — спать на них практически невозможно, каждое утро просыпались с больной спиной. Кофе в ресторане на шведском столе просто отвратительный — пить невозможно. При этом в баре кофе отличный, что наводит на мысль, что в ресторане его либо разбавляют, либо используют кофейный заменитель. Это сильно портит впечатление от завтраков. Детский клуб в целом неплохой, но девушки-няни абсолютно не вовлечены — в основном сидят в телефонах, не занимаются с детьми.

There are sufficient amount for facilities within the complex an aquapark, beach, multiple pools make the stay comfortable and gives lots to do.

There were several things we didnt like: 1. The service, during check in, after travelling for 2 hours with a baby. They left us waiting for over an hour to check in, while we informed them what time we would be arriving and we arrived within the ‘check in’ time meaning the hotel was late with preparing the room. 2. the language of the personnel, there were barely personnel that spoke English 3. Due to the language we got the feeling that as ‘English’ speakers we were left behind and people from other countries were getting better treatment. 4. The food, even though there was a lot of food, it was always the same and not very tasty. 5. Hygiene, during our 7 day stay, it occurred that 2 times babies pooped in the pool and had to be cleaned. On top of that either via the pool or food poisoning our baby got hospitalized due to one or the other. When confronting the hotel, they didnt show any sympathy or trying to help. While we had a baby that was sick, lost a day of holiday and got stuck with an extra hospital bill. 6. Also the check out didnt go well, in 35 degrees we had to walk with our baby and the suitcases by ourselves 500 meters to the reception, while we called the reception to send a golfcar (showed up after 30 minutes). 7. The curtains in the room, we had a swim up room and the curtains were not even blocking any light. 8. The rooms were barely maintained, the shower door didnt close properly. There were random holes in the walls. There was mold in the shower.

Good hotel, with nice set up, nice food, bars, pools, beach. We had s pleasant expiriencr and Gunay was very helpfull.!!

Everything was great. Staff was helpful, food was good and available. I asked for a late check out option, but it was unavailable on our final day, because the hotel was full, but nevertheless staff was able to help us

The room needed some cosmetic repairs, but it was not a problem. The hotel has a somewhat generic name, there is another hotel nearby which has almost a similar name (3 out of 4 words are matching); that's why I accidentally called a taxi to the wrong hotel when checking out :) That was also not a big deal, because luckily the hotels are close to each other :)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The service felt very personal, and I truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
