I notified the hotel we would be arriving after 2230hrs & no issues whatsoever. I also left my watch in the room. We drove back after picking up the car & it was behind reception for me.
Wish we had had more time there.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Excelente ubicación y precio. Yo fui de compras y el lugar está a 40 minutos del sawgrass. Tiene parking gratuito. El wifi anda excelente y está a una cuadra de la playa de Hollywood y es ideal para salir a caminar por la costa ya q está lleno de bares y lugares para comer. Lo recomiendo sin dudas. La habitación era enorme incluso con dos camas extras.
El chico de la recepción podría ser un poco más simpático

I did not like that They did not have blackout curtains because the outside has lights that are continuously on so your room is never dark.

The rooms were a bit on the smaller side, and we didn’t realize parking would be an extra cost, but it didn’t take away too much from an otherwise positive experience.

I would have liked a small 4-cup hotel style coffee maker in the room with coffee making supplies. There was a large coffee maker but no coffee supplies and we didnt know to bring our own. The coffee in the lobby was so terribly strong that it wasnt drinkable, and I usually like strong coffee.

Reviewed May 2, 2026We love the proximity to the boardwalk. We also loved the patio room in Building C. Everything is very cute and clean. We were provided with fresh towels in our bed was made every day. Overall it was a great stay with friends!
The only thing we didn't like was being at the top of building k. We had requested no stairs however we had to go up three flights every day to get to our room. We realized that was the only double Queen available so we accepted the room. We were told that there was a balcony in the building K room however when we got there it was closed. We were also looking forward to being close to the Taco Shack, because we had been there before and it was great. However we went there on our first night and the drink of the day was not very good and waitress had a really bad attitude. We didn't go back for the rest of our trip.

Reviewed May 1, 2026This was our fourth stay and, as always, everything and everyone was exceptional. The staff, especially Pam and John were extremely accommodating and kind. The room was spacious and very clean. The location couldn’t be better…one block from the beach and boardwalk. The boardwalk offers many diverse restaurants (our favorite is Mamacita’s) and entertainment abounds from Wednesday evening through Sunday. Everything was just terrific!

I didn’t get a rental bc the prices for parking at the hotel aren’t included but if I did I think that would be the only downside of this location. Granted you have to pay every where to park in Hollywood. It was an awesome stay!!

The bathrooms were a little small but that wouldn't stop me from staying there again!
