I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax. The location was also excellent—very convenient and close to the places I wanted to visit. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I look forward to coming back again! 😊

The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. The quality was decent, but the variety was somewhat limited. It would be great to have more choices and a wider selection of dishes, especially for guests staying for several days.

the location is at the centre.

i booked the room with 1 single and 1 double bed. i even call the hotel before coming just to confirm. however as we got there, it only 2 single bed. the toilet has a really bad suffocating smell. the housekeeping come after an hour of waiting. they are unable to change room due to fully book. disappointed.. and the next day, we ask for more mineral water, also didnt come.. very disappointed bcs this hotel used to be our fav.

The breakfast was superb! Easy parking & nearby to the shopping malls

The spray bidet sometimes hard to use especially for the elder & the internet connection is poor

Its nearby to bintang mega mall - timesquare - food stalls etc. This is my third time staying here

1) The bidet spray. Sometimes the spray is not flow to my target. It might be better if a handheld bidet was provided too; and also 2) The internet connection is very poor. I have to use my own data

Room seems renovated, more bright, size excellent, clean, city view and location just nice I decided and paid at the reception counter, for another 1 night stay (same room) with breakfast Hotel breafast was very good with plenty of choices

After our day outing we arrived at our room at 9pm, our key was not updated to enter so have to go to reception again 2. Entering the room at 9pm, our room was neither made up nor cleaned so again have to call reception 3. Wifi was almost non existent / no connection 4. At breakfast time, we were not registered even though we have paid for it, so again have to go to reception

From the moment I checked into this Mega Hotel, there was no running water — from the night I arrived right through to my check-out the following morning. The hotel was aware of the water issue, yet made absolutely no effort to assist their guests. For instance, they did not even provide complimentary large bottles of water to affected guests — no effort whatsoever. I went the entire night without a shower, managing only to wash my face using water from bottles I had to purchase myself. I was also forced to use public restrooms outside the hotel. A truly dreadful experience — especially as a visitor to Miri.

Location was good. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Although there were 3 lifts, one was not in service. The toilet smelled bad when we checked in. Basement parking was dirty.

The parking lot space is quite small. The toilet bowl very dirty. Non smoking room smell like smoking room. The tv channel is not likeable. My previous stay have Google tv.

The staff were very helpful.. the elevator was spacious and bright. Love it so much!

It is not "I don't like" but something the management can look into. At the restaurant, perhaps no need to wheel the trolley coz it kind of giving "food court" vibe and the sound was a bit disturbing while the people still eating

Breakfast.

1.we have to await too long lift time. 2.i booked executive suite, in the middle of the night leaking of water at 2 am infront of television was unexpected and uncomfortable. I had to call maintainance and disturbing my children sleeping time. 3.toilet door keep on making noise in our room. 4.the light in bed side is not function well. 5.wifi was too slow and keep on stoping. 6.no water hose in the toilet. We dont like using badet.

Fast check in, Parking provided and shopping mall can be reached by walking.

Found insect and cockroaches.

Great location, spacious comfortable rooms and a superb breakfast. Very good value. Close to Bintang and Boulevard shopping malls.

The space of the room, i think its the biggest room in Miri.

The toilet sink n the floor hole always block...the water doesn't drain normally n also the breakfast of kuah LAKSA very not recommended.

It’s very noisy at night because it’s close to a KTV lounge, making it hard to sleep
