Dynasty Hotel Miri

Located in the middle of Miri City. Very convenient to me to go to the Mall near by, Mosque & Banks.

Neat and organized, excellent value for the price, and effective communication with the staffs.

The location was good

The smell of the room..

I am a malaysian living in Brunei. However, I was charged extra RM 10.00 for booking via the app/overseas. Suggest that these websites/app/platforms need an option to tick if the person is a malaysian??

Bilik mesra muslim.

I would likw to especially thank the hotel staff for the outstanding customer service! Every staff member was welcoming, courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Check in was smooth. Speacial thanks to one of the male staff members (picture attached) who assisted our group during our stay. His profesionalism, kindness and willingness to help made a lasting impression. Thank all the hotel staff for warm hospitality and always greeted guests with smile. I would definitely stay here again.

Middle of town. Room was big.

Wrong timing i guess. Arrived in miri and the hotel had no water supply for 1st two days of stay. Was just given some mineral water bottles to compensate the no water supply. As a hotel, I feel the management should be more proactive in managing the water crisis rather than the staffs answering " whole miri there is no water supply."

Staff mesra

Breakfast is ok but not much choice, the hotel location strategic which walking distance to the UTC and police station.

To give more choice of breafast

For the price you pay it is reasonable value.

The hotel is old and the rooms are tired, carpets are in need of a good clean the shower door leaked so the bathroom floor was flooded after each shower. And for some reason although there is electrical cables each side of the bed going into a bedside table there were no sockets meaniyou had to unplug a kettle or a lamp to charge your phone.

Room was spacious. Clean. Housekeeping staff are very friendly.

During my last stay in the hotel, the toilet was blocked. I reported to the housekeeping, but it was not fixed when I went back to my room. It was quite disappointing.

Strategic location. Room is spacious. Toilet is clean.

Limited options for breakfast

Location, good room size. Sunday buffet lunch. Booked 3 rooms, one of the room air con malfunction. Promptly arranged room change at same floor.

Didn't get to eat Sunday buffet as full house. None

Spacious room, clean, good sheets, great shower, friendly staff, well supplied.

Breakfast average, lots of fried food and terrible coffee. No filtered water available - over reliance on plastic bottles. Steam room was advertised but not working. Sauna was available but not on. Gym great to have but only open in the afternoons and some equipment quite old.

Bilik yg sgt selesa.. Sarapan pagi yg sgt sedap dan staf yg sgt mesra.. Dpt tgok sunset dr tgkap bilik

All of the things

Room air cond was right temperature

F&B, Day shift oorman needs to smile, greet, speaks. Night shift doorman was friendly & chatty. Housekeeping team superb. Room was clean, stock up. Coffee house staff werent sales oriented and lacks custmer service.. It was 4pm but we were told they are busy for dinner ... seriously. Tables was empty ...pure laziness. Front Office lacks friendlyness ... no greet, no smile except for staff who assisted with my checkout - greeted with a nod and smile. Hotel is badly in need of upgrading, renovation.

I couldnt comment ciz am only staying for a night

The room is very clean. The amenities inside the room are adequate. Additionally the room is spacious.

The lift indicator at the ground floor is less sensitive. I have to press numerous times to get the lift door to open.

Close to town

Old and shabby, rooms need to be refurbished

I have nothing to say, everything is absolutely excellent.

I like car parking, breakfast, and very nice room!

Good location. Introduced by Joe Pui

Nothing

room clean, and facilities and staff was good.

During breakfast service, the staff at the counter displayed an unfriendly and dismissive attitude. The interaction appeared discourteous and gave the impression of discriminatory behavior, which was not appropriate for a hospitality environment.

My family said the room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious

Parking a bit limited at hotel

The room that we stayed quite spacious enough, the cleanliness is good
