The breakfast area, room, and pool were all very comfortable, clean, and easy to access. The facilities were beautifully maintained, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The pillows were too high for my preference, which made them slightly uncomfortable to sleep on.

Absolutely loved this resort. I am a former travel agent and this is easily one of the best places I've stayed in. Every detail was brilliant. The staff were brilliant, from house keeping to the food & beverage staff, nothing was short of amazing. My room was near the adults only pool, which was fantastic and quiet, with views over the entire resort. The entrance was delightful, with a welcoming greeting and drink upon arrival. Staff sat me down to run through the facilities across the resort, including transport to/from accommodation, maps, restaurant bookings and the spa. The views from the restaurants and main pool were exceptional. The sunsets made this place extra special, and you can't go past the brilliant breakfast buffet. From a cheese wall to pastry selection and juice bar, everything was what is expected of a 5* resort and more. I love the area too, being so close to the airport, a quiet and clean little town, it truly did make the stay one in a million and I can't wait to come back.

The coffee at breakfast was a little disappointing - either too watery or too strong. The food at the Italian restaurant could be improved. While it was lovely, the restaurant would benefit from more traditional dishes, rather than the upmarket menu that was on offer. The room needs a wider range of pillows. Most of them were too buffy - I prefer a smaller flatter pillow. The air conditioning in building 8 could also benefit from an upgrade.

We had such a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and looked after. We were greeted by the most beautiful, warm member of staff Hukwang who immediately made us feel at home. That first impression really set the tone for our entire stay — the service throughout the resort was exceptional. A very special mention has to go to Andy as well, the breakfast chef. He was absolutely wonderful! So friendly, attentive and always happy to help. Breakfast became something we looked forward to each morning, not only because the food was amazing, but because of the lovely service and atmosphere. The general manager Brett was extremely helpful and friendly providing us information for the next part. The resort itself is stunning. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and incredibly comfortable for our family of four, the views are breathtaking, and the whole property feels luxurious while still being relaxed and welcoming. Naithon Beach is gorgeous, and we loved being able to enjoy such a peaceful location while still having everything we needed at the resort. What really stood out to us, though, were the people. The staff made our stay feel special rather than simply being another hotel holiday. Those little personal touches make such a difference.

We recommend your own transport or day trips from the hotel of your choice wanted to go out. It’s beautiful but secluded.

Понравилось абсолютно все! Шикарные виды на всей территории отеля. Завтраки на свежем воздухе с видом на море, питание. Огромная территория и у нас был самый дальний домик от лобби, мы ходили каждый день пешком то в горку, то с горки. Но именно это нам и надо было) чтобы растрясти вкусные завтраки. По вечерам живая музыка. Рядом с отелем много ресторанчиков и массажных салонов по очень дешевым ценам.

Vue incroyable, service aux petits soins. Tout est parfait dans les moindres détails. Massage, cocktails gratuits au bord de la piscine. Serviettes et sacs de plage de grande qualité. Menage très bien fait et petits animaux fabriqués grâce aux serviettes. Les piscines sont splendides. Petit déjeuner très fourni et varié (bar à jus, pancakes à la banane). Le meilleur hôtel que nous que nous avons fait en Thaïlande (et ailleurs).

الموظفين لم يخبروني ان المني بار فري بالغرفه ولم يخبروني بالاماكن القريب من المنتجع طلبت منهم الذهاب لبحر بنانا قالو بعيد وبالتاكسي وللاسف توقعته بعيد جدا واهو 10 دقايق او اقل عن المنتجع ،، ايضا اكبر مشكله الفطور لكل غرفه المفترض لشخصين بالغين انا دفعت مبلغ 800 ريال للشخصين لغرفتين لمده 4 ايام ولم يقبلو تسجيل الفطور باسم غرفه واحد وادخل شخصين بالغين فقط.. واغلاق المطاعم مبكر جدا ولا يوجود اي فعاليات بالليل ولا حتى لونج

فندق رائع بكل معنى الكلمة! يقع على شاطئ نايثون الهادي والنظيف، بعيد عن الزحمة وله طابع خاص ومريح. الغرف واسعة وبتصميم عصري وأنيق، وحوض السباحة من أجمل ما يميز الفندق . التصميم العام للفندق متناسق وراقي من أول لحظة دخول. تجربة أنصح فيها لمن يدور على إقامة هادئة وممتعة على شاطئ خاص في بوكيت.

The Naithon Beach.

The location misses surrounding facilities.

We stayed at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach as a family for one night before our transfer to the airport, which was only around 15 minutes away, making it a very convenient location for our last night in Phuket. The hotel is huge and built across a hillside. Although there is a buggy service to take guests from the lobby to their rooms, we found that a surprising amount of time was spent getting around the resort. The rooms also felt quite far from the pool, restaurants and other facilities. Our room was functional, quiet and comfortable, with everything we needed and a very comfortable bed. We had a lovely pool view overlooking the sea, and the sunset from the terrace was absolutely amazing. There is also easy access to the beach, which was a real plus. We had lunch by the pool and thought the food was good quality and reasonably priced. Dinner in the main restaurant, however, was just okay and felt quite expensive for what it was. The desserts were particularly disappointing. Breakfast was a completely different story and one of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced. There was a huge variety of food, everything was delicious, and the whole family really enjoyed it. We didn’t use the spa as we felt the prices were too high, although there are plenty of massage places opposite the beach if you’re looking for more affordable treatments. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay, particularly the views, room, beach access and excellent breakfast. The size and hillside layout of the resort can make getting around a little inconvenient, but its proximity to the airport makes it a great option for a final night before flying.

The check-in process was super easy and the premise is gorgeous. Clean, tasteful, beautiful. The view from my room was spectacular. The room itself is beautiful with a huge, very comfortable bed. My only regret is not taking the advice of the front desk and eating dinner at the restaurant instead of ordering room service. I wish I had more time to spend in that room. The breakfast spread was vast. Fresh fruits, and a huge choice of everything else. The pool looked stunning, again, wish I had longer to enjoy the facilities.

공항에서 가깝고 깨끗했어요. 낮은 층을 배정받았지만 바다가 보여서 괜찮았어요. 시설도 깨끗했고 조식도 맛있었어요. 룸서비스도 편리하고 맛있었습니다. 수영장 뷰도 넘 예뻐서 좋았고 바다로 이어지는 길 덕에 해변도 쉽게 다녀와서 좋았어요.

개선점은 아니고 궁금한 점이 있어요. 티비가 놓여진 테이블이 휘어진 것이 원래 가구 모양인지 티비가 무거워서인지 궁금했어요.

لم يعجبني البوفيه غربي جدااا وهناك اهتمام بالغرب اكثر والفيلا طلب السايق كمان متعب جدااا تنفع الفيلا لشخصين فقط ماتنفع للعايله

The room was very comfortable, everything looked super clean, stylish, brand new! super friendly staff. The view to the sea from the room was outstanding! The resort was and relaxed quiet, nice options to sit and enjoy the views. The beach is nice and has small cute cafes and restaurants tucked behind some trees. At the beach, it was Quiet, relaxed, good options to eat - and a super fancy cafe with excellent coffee. An elephant camp is close. I took a taxi to Bay View Cafe (1h drive) which was more than stunning - long tail boats at Hin Rom bay are more than recommended

The food was quite expensive (I paid btw 40-50 euro for a dinner for 1 person without any alcohol). The restaurant (all day dining) didn’t convince me and the other option- Italian - was something that I didn’t want to have in Thailand. I had Thai food at the beach - easy to reach.

Lovely pools, rooms are lovely and big and plenty of food and drink options. The breakfast was exceptional with everything you could possibly want.

The hills! We stayed in a room that was higher up and it did get tedious walking up the very steep Inclines. You can order the buggy but it is a bit of hassle using it all the time.

ماحبيت البحر و طريقه النزول للبحر لان المنتجع مرتفع على جبل و حاطين درج ننزل للبحر و ماعندهم بحر خاص فيهم البحر الي ننزله عام و اي احد من برا يسفط سيارته و ينزل معاكم بصراحه ما ارتحت لان خفت على اغراضي مافي خدمات على الشاطي

Absolutely perfect! One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Amazing value for money, outstanding staff, and excellent service throughout my stay. The internal shuttle service was always fast whenever I called. The live music in the lobby created such a great atmosphere, and it was the perfect place to spend my last two days relaxing before my flight without ever needing to leave the resort. Every corner of the hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is incredible, and the adults-only pool area with its two stunning pools is amazing. Highly recommended!

Traveling around needs a buggy and something it takes a long wait, walking is an option but the ways around are tooo steep and not friendly for strollers or elderly . There is nothing nearby but that's the idea of this resort!

When we arrived we had to wait for our room, so did not get in it until 4.15pm even though check in is 3pm. The staff were nice and offered us a drink while we waited. The room was excellent and very clean with an amazing view of the ocean. Lots of mosquitoes around outside, but they had provided mosquito spray and a plug in repellent. There was not a lot of hanging space for clothes as we stayed 9 nights. The breakfast is the best breakfast we have ever had especially the choice and most of the staff were extremely nice and very accommodating especially when breakfast was nearly ending and checking if we needed anymore coffees etc. to have in the restaurant or take away. the evening meals were nice at the Thai and Vero but we were very disappointed with our steaks at Vero's as our daughter who had been 3 years earlier was raving about them and especially the food in general at Vero's. Not sure if the chef's have changed but we were disappointed with our next meal there as well, so only visited twice where as my daughter and her partner went nearly every night for 2 weeks! The pool and facilities are excellent. At the bottom of the drive up to the resort there is a lovely Thai restaurant and a supermarket. We would definitely return and would recommend this resort, an amazing place to recharge your batteries.

The food at Vero's was disappointing and also we turned up on our 2nd night without booking at 7.50pm, unfortunately according to the staff we couldn't get a table until 8.30pm even though the restaurant was only a 1/4 full if that?

A most extraordinary resort architecture. The lobby, two restaurants, and the wrap around (a tree) pool is a masterpiece. We stayed in the 300 section with full seaview and crushing waves beneath. The beach was well accesible and rejuvenating.

The staff was a bit pushy during the last hour of breakfast. A bit of consideration would be helpful.

Ми проживали в цьому готелі з 9 по 17 травня. Загалом відпочинок був хорошим, і до останнього дня у мене залишалися дуже позитивні враження про готель. Ми оплачували сніданки за весь період проживання — 8 сніданків, оскільки заїхали 9 числа ввечері, а виїзд був 17 числа. Відповідно, 17-го вранці ми ще мали право на сніданок. Після check-out ми пішли на сніданок, набрали їжу, і вже з повними тарілками посеред ресторану до нас підійшла працівниця та почала говорити, що у нас “немає сніданку”. Потім підійшов інший працівник, і вони почали з’ясовувати це прямо посеред ресторану при інших гостях. При цьому персонал сам не розібрався між собою та з рецепцією, але замість цього зупинив нас у дуже незручній ситуації. Для мене це було дуже неприємно і навіть принизливо. Особливо через те, що це сталося публічно, посеред ресторану, коли ми вже сиділи з їжею. Складається враження, що рівно в ту секунду, коли гість робить check-out, сервіс і ставлення різко змінюються: зникають посмішки, увага та повага до гостей. Це залишило дуже гіркий післясмак. Особливо прикро, враховуючи, що ми залишили в готелі значну суму грошей: проживання, ресторани, вечері, покупки та додаткові послуги. До цього моменту я хотіла рекомендувати цей готель друзям, але останнє враження повністю перекреслило весь позитив від відпочинку. Дуже шкода, що саме в день від’їзду ставлення до гостей настільки змінюється.

The property is set in a vast landscape with lot of green cover and right next to the beach. Also the beach right outside the property is very quite , clean and private in terms of its location due to its natural set-up and beach access. Perfect sunset spot !

Breakfast spread was quite mundane with similar dishes and predominantly oriental cuisine with very limited Vegetarian options at the mains !

Очень классный отель с продуманной концепцией. За счёт холмистой территории всё грамотно встроено в ландшафт — выглядит красиво и логично. Много настоящей «дикой» природы: птицы, насекомые — создаёт ощущение полного уединения и отдыха. Номера отличные: просторные, с большими террасами и хорошими материалами. Понравилось, что кровать направлена на балкон — просыпаешься с видом на море, это прям вау. Завтраки шикарные: огромный выбор, фрукты, соки, хороший кофе и чай. Лобби и зоны отдыха тоже продуманы — есть где поработать, почитать или провести встречу. Рестораны хорошие, хотя вечерняя кухня не прям топ-уровень, но всё равно достойно. Бассейн большой, с красивым видом на море. Само море отличное, спуск не напрягает. В целом — очень комфортный и атмосферный отель, куда хочется вернуться. Оценка: 9,5/10.

Чай надо заваривать и приносить в чайнике в ресторане, а не просто пакетик и чашка.

Хорошие номера. Место красивое. Природа красивая. Ну и всё.

Номера хорошие, но далеко. Пешком ходить невозможно, постоянно скутеры, машинки едут прямо по тебе. Не сделаны отдельные тропинки для гостей, для пешеходов. Паркинг сервис не работает. Мне сказали иди сам за своей машиной на парковку. При этом регулировщик движения командует как ходить пешеходам возле ресепшена где можно стоять и где нельзя. Очень смешно было))) Завтрак сказали 1200 бат, в итоге накинули +17%. Почему сразу не сказать итоговую цену? В номерах убирались поверхностно. Везде лежат черные волосы, хотя у нас нет черных волос нигде из членов семьи. За такую цену есть прекрасные отели с личным бассейном и выходом на пляж. Сервис я не почувствовал.
