Spacious room, very clean, nice view from the room. Quiet surrounding.

I liked the help from your front guards

The staff at your breakfast were not helpful and the hinges on the kitchen door created so badly I felt like I was in a horror movie. The tables at breakfast were not set and the staff could not even set it when they knew a guest was about to sit at a table.

Rainfall shower, great location to the place I needed to go early the next morning, good breakfast selection, quiet room. Very helpful front desk and security in getting a parking spot after returning late from dinner.

Parking situation - the basement car park is limited, and the ground-level car park fills up quite fast when there are functions at the hotel. Suggest airing the bed pillows more to reduce the risk of bed bugs.

Price is very affordable. Room was spacious, comfortable. Bed was amazing. Has a nice coffee shop at the lobby. Lobby is also beautiful. Also hotel is close to attractions.

No elevator from parking to lobby.

Location

Patking spot

Room very clean and the location is good.

Comfortable ,

Crowded area

Well maintained and located property

Not much, except no Bar available

View from room and helpful staff.

Cleanliness of the room. Breakfast spread. Parking available.

Breakfast menu didn't serve local dish. One or two menu is enough.

Clean and spacious room.

Good price. Very clean & modern. Bed was very comfy. Interconnecting rooms worked well. Quiet location, & only short/cheap taxi ride to town centre

More choice at breakfast would have been good. Pool was small/uninspiring & no towels. We found out after that we were supposed to ask at Reception for them

Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable

Not bad but getting on

Staff could not help with maps etc Bit worn out

Location is in calm area

Nothing

was pleasantly surprised, the size of the room, decor and modern lighting for one to customise the lighting level for some serious zzzz time. Top marks for toiletries and included amenities provided in the room.

Breakfast should be included for top-tier members, and the basement parking lots are kind of cramped for bigger cars.

一直都是我的首选

我觉得一切都很好👍，就是不知道是什么问题鼻子会敏感感觉鼻子里有灰尘！

I like the location and hospitality of the staff. Room was also very clean and spacious.

Door lock battery needed to be change halfway during my stay, had to go up and down to concierge a few times as I thought there was issue with key card, so that wasn't a smooth experience. Some lights in the room were also not functional and I didn't want to change room or have any stranger in the room (again) to fix that, so I decided to just let it slide this time.

Lovely staff, great breakfast!!!

Spacious room, clean environment, friendly staff

Swimming pool not attractive

It was an excellent family room, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious, with a wide variety of food options to choose from.

This was a last minute booking but was a good choice. Great room, clean, modern, well equipped. Location was quiet & only shirt taxi ride into town centre. Breakfast choice was a bit limited. Only real downside was the pool... tiny, right on the road & no towels available there. We found out after that needed to ask at reception, but there was no sign to say this at the pool. Overall though, a really good hotel. Great value.

My second time here and it will not be my last. So clean. The minimalist feel to the hotel is classy, the rooms are super comfortable and even the toiletries are lovely. It is not 5 star - but it feels like one.

Nothing at all.

Room and breakfast.

Outside pool. Very small. Luckily i dont like to swim. 😅

all good

nothing

Bed and pillow too soft

Location, size and amenities

Multiple choice and the service is fast .

I need to get help for carry the bags from my car to concierge and many cars was line up behind .the security was helpful and help us to unload the from car boot

Good location with friendly staff

No drawers in the room

No comment as we only stayed 1 day. Location was close to all restaurants and amenities. Ambience was good and staffs are helpful. Clean and well maintained building with good parking facilities.

The parking allotment was very tight and narrow to turn the car for the entrance and exit. No lift for getting our suitcases into the lobby.Carrying up the stairs can be a struggle especially for older people.

Big space good aircon and beds

Food was pretty poor especially the breakfast2/5. Dishes were cold and uninspiring, ala cart was overcooked on weekend and no flavour. No up to date appendium. No space to put clothes, so suitcase on floor

Love the last minute setup - towel decorations. I've requested thru call, 3 days before. The parking, location, facilities, all superb.

For the first timer staying at the hotel, we appreciate if the receptionist mention/inform us on how to us the lift. Basically we need to touch your room card every time you use the lift.

I stayed there for one night during a business trip. The place was very clean, good, and reasonably priced.

Location is convenient and within proximity of tourist's attractions and good foodie places.

Strategic location

The location and the room size is a clear bonus

When we were there it was full house which meant that breakfast was badly stocked. Took a very long time to replace any type of food. Tables were dirty, insufficient for the crowd. Not a good experience when there is insufficient food and area is dirty. More staff needed when you run full house!

Perfect venue for our 3D2N Church Family Camp! We recently stayed at Travelodge Ipoh for a 3-day, 2-night church family camp, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was incredibly accommodating for our large group. The function rooms were well-equipped for our sessions, and the staff did a fantastic job helping us coordinate our schedule. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. After our sessions, the kids loved spending time at the swimming pool. The location is also excellent—very central and close to Ipoh's famous food spots, which made planning group dinners a breeze. Thank you to the team at Travelodge Ipoh for your warm hospitality. We had a blessed time and highly recommend this hotel for family events and group stays!

酒店地点不错，对面就是赛马场，可以逛逛。厕所，冷气等等的房内设施都不错。

床型只是queen 不是King 的。厕所抹脚布只有一条。然后隔音效果也还有待提高。

Location and facility provided, friendly staffs

Car park exit very narrow. I am driving Alphard

Good

Bed is so comfy

Small swimming pool & separated

Is near to the Ipoh Tuft Club, not far also going out to different tourist attractions or local eateries. Hotel is refurbished. Waken up by their coffee smell. Nice view to the tuft club. Basic amenities all are available and working.

Need to improve abit more on the cleanliness Visible dust on the headboard. Stain on curtain, chair, window glasses and bathroom door.

I think the front counter is very good, i ask for some restaurants and they provided me with one of the best choices. The Room is big and cozy.

The swimming pool is bad location. Maybe there should be some place private for the hotel guest as the hotel has too many students and locals who are using the gym. Also theres nothing much to do around. like no mart or vending machines.

Great place & location
