Shower slow, aircond tak berapa sejuk, makan sarapan pagi biasa jer. Kalau add on individu rm48. Tapi makanan agak biasa . Kurang memuaskan.

Good location. The staff were friendly.

The breakfast. The food were just so-so. Food were slow to replenish. The venue for the breakfast was so inconvenient, had to walk far to get to each food counter. The room was comfortable but lack power outlet to charge phones.

Almost all Breakfast dishes are local. Widows glasses are not sound proof. Level of maintenance is low, you can notice slow motion of water flow in strainers , low presser from taps and fungus in silicon at the edges of the sink. Although it's a walking distance from the market, it's a quiet dangerous to cross the in-between roundabout.

Everything was wonderful , we love staying here . All Staff were friendly & very helpful...None stop smiling faces! the Teh Tarik at the cafe was good!

The breakfast...did not meet our expectations (eg. the fried beehoon was too dry - 'keras'). Need some improvement on the breakfast menu. Once improved, the hotel is superb!

Friendly concierge and reception staff. Very large room with comfortable bed and pillows and nice views of the limestone mountains. Room slippers on request, tea and coffee refilled with ironing board and safe. Smart TV with apps. A little cut off from the old town, but easily reachable under 15/20 mins in peak traffic, less than ten mins int he night. A surprising find was the the Kin Loong Ipoh Whjte coffee located in the next building to the Hotel. The beautiful Chinese temples is also a short ten min Grab ride away.

The Ac in our room 822 was playing up, but because it had a lovely view of the mountains we stayed. The shower is really poor with pathetic water pressure, this was the worst part of the room. The soap dispenser was also not working or the product had finished, and since it was a bathtub this will not be senior citizen friendly.

При заезде уже предварительно мною оплачено за отель, включая все дополнительные сборы (туристический налог, налог местный и тд), однако с меня еще раз удержали эти сборы при выезде, удержав их с возвращаемого депозита. Из 500 ринггит 117 ринггит удержали и не вернули. Получилось все налоги и сборы мною оплачены дважды ! Это незаконно

Almost every year we would stay here. Especially during eidulfitri season. As our parents kampung is here in Ipoh. We truly enjoyed the stay that is why we kept on coming. The food was nice and served hot. 2025 The lift was under maintenance, but the staff was hospitable and showed us to the staff lift. Overall was a nice stay. But came again this year (2026) , the new kid's pool is filled with bird excretion, the food was mediocre and there's not much choices. Even the hot water on the thermos isnt hot. The restaurant is under maintenance, thus they had to use the first floor lounging area for the buffet set up. But the food got easily cold beacuse of the air cond temperature. The amenities in the room had no slippers, nor laundry bag. We had to ask the staff to provide it for us. Please improve. We used to love coming here and enjoy the varies food from nasi lauk kampung with ulam2 to western cuisines..

Hated the dirtiness of the pool. It might cause an outbreak within kids using the pool if you dont take action. The fifth floor reek of the cigarette smell. Food and hot drinks are not hot. Carpets not clean

The quality of food - room service & breakfast buffet need improvement. It was good before the coffee house renovation

The facilities were outdated especially in the room. Due to the usage of carpet, it was not really clean as carpet attracts dust. And the bathroom facilities were outdated too! The hair dryer was not functioning properly. Please consider to upgrade the facilities!! I had a great expectation with Impiana.

It is clean, comfortable and quite nice for a re-furbished old hotel. Everything is pleasant. Check-in and out were very smooth. Unexpectedly, the pool is quite big and the kids have 2 pool choices. The breakfast choices are not bad at all. Love they have made on site roti canai, love the scones, etc.

There is a bath tub in the room but it does not filling up. Something about the drain is leaking and water just stays at your ankle level no matter how long you're filling up...

The staff is good. However the baby cot only arrived after the 3rd time i asked

The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the coffee house everyone was helpful, courteous, friendly making us feel at home. Even the guard was courteous. The food was value for money and tasty. The pasta was amazing.

Truthfully speaking? Nothing really. They are undergoing a renovation. They apologised about it. And it was understandable.

The air condition - it was not as cold as it should be based on the max fan and coldest setting. The setting of breakfast venue was inconvenient - going round in circles.

ROOM 729 1 - the sink was dilapidated - water outflow was obstructed with very slow drainage 2 - the drainage from the shower was also going the wrong way towards the bathroom door with again slow drainage 3- one week earlier, we stayed in ROOM 419 - it was good

Hotel is old but they are working on modernizing, Staff were great & rates were cheap for a Impiana!

Breakfast was cold every morning lids open on all serving station "early or late sitting were the same" only thing hot to eat was toast & freshly cooked eggs everything else in the Bain-maries "COLD" every day. On our last morning my wife's chicken was'nt even cooked, "Raw dumb sticks" it was quite horrid and unfortunately ruined our whole stay. Really poor.

Hospitality, location and comfort

Ideally situated near the town center, this hotel offers excellent connectivity. I found the underground parking very convenient, and the front desk staff provided a prompt check-in. There was a great variety of breakfast options to choose from

It was difficult for my wife to use the bathtub safely as there weren't any handrails installed nearby. The lack of safety rails around the bathtub made it quite challenging for my wife to enter and exit the tub safely.

Very nice hotel and clean... recommended

Away from tourists trap area

And need car or transport to travel for local food. The bathroom wasn’t renovated properly with a lot of mold or dark stain on silicone sealant on the edges and rust on the bathtub. The gym bicycle was not functioning properly.

Comfortable room, soundproofing is good enough. Buy far this is the best hotel I have stayed at this price point and if i were to come to Ipoh again, I will come back to this hotel.

Basement carpark has no lift link to the hotel lobby. Not a big problem, just recommended to drop off elderly or luggage at the lobby first before going to basement parking.
