Quite resort nice to relax

Resort refused to issue commercial invoice for rooms claiming that it's because of booking through Booking.com..

Property was super quiet and very relaxing. As a family, it was great for us

Everything is a bit old. The kid pool needs has missing grout between the tiles and my son cut his arm on the tiles.

Hồ bơi và bãi biển rất đẹp. có safeguard mỗi khi có khách tắm biển, đây là điểm cực kỳ thích. Bãi cát trắng và hàng dương được chăm chút rất đẹp.

cần nhiều ghế cho bé hơn. mình có bé 11 tháng tuổi nhưng bị thiếu ghế cho bé. Khu vực beach bar hầu như không ai muốn sử dụng. Bữa ăn sáng bình thường.

The park is very beautiful and the pool was empty most of the day

The private pool dont have filtration system so a lot of dust and flowers by the end of the day. The main pool is very shallow. The breakfast was ok but not great.Also II had to pay again because I didn’t have the Visa card I made my reservation with

Vi hadde en deilig villa ved stranden med egen pool. Fantastisk beliggenhet! Litt slitt av tidens tann, men alt i alt en deilig og rolig resort som passet for voksne. Flott strand som nesten var folketom. God service og veldig hyggelig betjening!

Litt skuffet over renholdet og restauranten. Litt støy fra anlegg ved siden av, ikke sjenerende.

Udsigten er skøn, dejligt med egen pool og maden er god.

Villaen var en af de ikke renoverede og virkede slidt, den lå desuden op af en kæmpe byggeplads, så der var en del støj.

Nice hotel, beautiful view,spacious room, nig swimming pool, clean private beach. Very friendly and supportive employees.

However, it is not center of the strip so not many choice for restaurants nearby. The menu of hotel restaurant has limited western food and servings per person dishes.

Vị trí ổn, có xe điện đưa đón, nhân viên từ lễ tân đến nhân viên xung quanh đều rất nhiệt tình và lịch sự. Quầy ăn sáng đa dạng và ngon theo khẩu vị của mình. Sẽ quay lại lần nữa.

Die ganze Anlage ist echt schön, groß, mit vielen Möglichkeiten zu wohnen. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich, alle... Es liegt sehr weit außerhalb der Stadt. Für uns hat es gepasst, man sollte es vorher wissen, dass man ca. 25 Min. mit dem Taxi in die nächstliegende Stadt braucht. Hinter dem Hotel hört die Straße auf - Sackgasse!

Man kann nicht im Meer baden Nachts war es teils laut vermutlich irgendwelche Pumpen...

The hotel is in perfect location away from the hustle and bustle, the hotel has a wonderful beach, beautiful garden and clean swimming pool. Rooms are facing east - amazing sunrises over the sea. Breakfast with a large selection, staff absolutely impeccable.

Super Freundliches Personal RECPTION außergewöhnlich Hilfsbereit Sprachbarriern wurden mit Hilfe von moderner Technik überwunden auch bei Null Englisch Kenntnissen. Ist sehr ruhig gelegen, und alles im resort Was mann benötigt ist zu finden auch bei längeren Aufenthalt. Ich bin Abgereist und werde auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

I recommend this place, the hotel is beautiful also the beach is amazing because it feels like very private because there is only romana hotel in the area. The hotel zone is very green and beautiful. There is a large swimming pool area with clean water. The stuff is very nice and helpful despite the low English proficiency they try to help you so don’t be afraid of this fact.

I think there should be more options for breakfast. Maybe be some dishes is not so tasty but an omelette zone served tasty egg options. I think some furniture is a bit old and should be replaced and the hotel room is not as beautiful as in the pictures

The resort is is in major need of refurbishing. Very dated and food just ok

Værelset med privat pool var lækkert.

Det var meget støj på værelset uden privat pool. Mange Russiske turister på stedet. Der var larm og opkast på gangen. Langt til andre restauranter. Hotellets mad var lidt dyrt i forhold til standarden på maden, der var middelmådig.

Le lit est confortable et la piscine assez calme. Le personnel qui s'occupe des chambres est agréable et souriant.

L'absence de propreté, le personnel porte des vêtements tachés (au restaurant, ça craint...), difficile de communiquer avec les serveurs qui sont peu avenants et enjoués. Il n'y a pas de bar à la place ou à la piscine, le pourtour de la piscine ne semble jamais nettoyé. On se retrouve les pieds collés en certains endroits où des boissons ont été précédemment renversées par d'anciens clients...

*Из-за удаленности отеля ,никто чужой не ходил по пляжу. *Хорошая большая зеленая территория. *На ресепшен приветливые девушки,готовые помочь.

*На завтрак был отвратный кофе,чистый деготь. Сколько не просили персонал ресторана заваривать для европейского контингента,ноль. Равнодушие полное. *Не хватает лежаков на пляже,при наличии огромного пространства.

Great location and pool.

Bit tired. Breakfast disappointing, coffee too strong and tea too weak (one tea bag). No cereal apart from children’s type.

Wir haben Villa mit privaten Pool am Strand gebucht. Wir wollten uns einfach entspannen und waren von der Lage überwältigt. Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ziemlich abgelegenen wenn man länger sich da aufhalten möchte. In unserem Fall war es aber eher ein Vorteil :-)

I wonder why receptionist there annoying requested to check my visa which other hotels/resorts in the same county didn't. Breakfast was not worth with the price. Cutleries was old and looked cheap. Photos provided by the resort are much different to reality. Location could be ideal for some people, far away from the center and quite, however, the food there was unpleasant, so I must travel to the downtown everyday to fill up my tummy. I might be over worry, but I felt unsafe while staying there. There are so many ways and easily that a theft can get inside my villa. I left after 2 nights stay, although booked 3 nights. Think carefully before book this resort.

Noisy corporate event spoilt this place. Don't risk it. They don't tell you until after you arrive and were making so much noise setting up and doing soundchecks before the event even started.

Stumbling upon Romana Resort & Spa on New Year's Eve? Talk about a lucky find! 🎉 Especially for our first time in Mui Ne! 🌴This place is seriously charming: lush green grounds, a secluded beach with hardly anyone around... it's like paradise found! 🤫The breakfast buffet is off the hook, and the pools? Picture perfect! Don't forget to snap some pics for the 'gram! 😉

Not recommend

The surrounding of the resort is very pleasant and nice. It's rather outside of the main road and farther from commercial district. The private pool of villas are very nice. The staff are very friendly.

The resort is rather old and not the cleanest. We had to ask for the relocation as ours wasn't in the best shape when arrived. Main doors were with holes and no isolation. The price is rather high as you can get for similar value of money in better accomodation.

Everything was great, just like last year :)

Rooms are too old, private pool was dirty-couldn’t swim Bed had a bug in the morning and filled with blood. Don’t know what was that :( Dinner was ok and breakfast was so so

The staff doesn`t speak English. Breakfast is poor, if you are used to eating western breakfast.

- The resort is very private, good location. Us 2 couples booked 2 villas and they put us right beside each other so it was very convenient and private. - There was also a path to the private beach of the resort from the villa. So beautiful! - The pools were clean. - The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and they provided prompt support.

- There’s a construction nearby and it makes really loud noise but you can call the staff to help anytime. - Too many mosquitoes at night even with closed doors.

Property surrounding is beautiful but rooms need upgrades

This is my 2nd stay at this resorts, the property's condition is very bad, needed renovation. I am from here don't want to leave the nagative review but this property needed renovation immediately. We booked private villa with swimming pool, the downstairs room is not suitable for staying with the horrible smell and the electricity is not working property. Please renovation and clean the property.

The staff are excellent at this resort. The resort itself is a little tired. The breakfast buffet was a let down, especially for a 4* resort. The area was beautiful though inside the resort. Phan Thiet and Mui Ne just a short taxi ride away in different directions. Mui Ne had restaurants and shops and beaches. Great for a 3 day relax if your travelling lots.

Large, clean and secluded beach. Great garden with lots of trees and flowers.

Some mosquitos at night, but there is a mosquito net in the room, and we use repellent.

We had problems with the cleaning service, They knocked on the door at 07.30 in the morning, when we were sleeping. The couldnt clean later than this time, also not like 15 or 30minutes later, i dont understand this?. 2 days our room were not cleaned because of this. (They could clean our room the whole day, only not before 08.15 in the morning because my husband only can sleep a bit longer in the morning during vacation.

The bungalows with each a private swimming pool are great, it is near the beach, correct breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful

The family bungalows with 3 rooms are just bungalows with 3 different separate rooms not like a house or villa where you can all have good time together, just change for another room as they gently offered us...

The location was remote, we arrived late in the evening and checked out first thing in the morning. Felt sorry for the staff, they couldn’t speak much English.

What couldn’t be better….. I am surprised the resort was open. We arrived, it was empty, no other guests staying (. Booking.com) said it was booked out when I checked. There was not much available on the menu. There was one 2014 bottle of white wine, and one bottle of red wine that had been corked. We asked for something else to drink, nothing available. We went to our 3 bedroom villa. Each room was separate with a key, and only accessed externally. The third room down two flights of stairs, external from the room. The gardens were poorly maintained with broken lights, weedy paths and bits of ply covering pits.

Staff were Friendly and working very hard, given the difficult environment they work in. Hotel Management did react to come concerns raised during this unfortunate stay.

This hotel is very very tired. It is not clean, not kept well and the safety of guests is not a priority to the Management. I wrote an email to the Management during my stay, with a list of worrying observations. The list contained many factors around upkeep, cleanliness and safety. It is my opinion that this hotel needs to close for a full renovation pre reopening it's doors. Booking.com should send an inspector there too, as Guests really are at risk accidents and possible danger.

Check in was very slow. This resort is old. It was raining on the day we checked in. The roof in the reception was leaking ever where. It was so bad that we keep on having to move around so we don't get wet. Ads is very misleading. We booked 2 villas which has 3 rooms each with pool but it's not really a villa. It was 3 separate rooms in the same area. Its does NOT have an indoor living area or kitchen or common area.

Overall not happy with this place. Building is old, definitely not a 4 star. We booked 1 villa and 6 rooms. Check in took so long because they only have one person working and she was not a happy person. Maybe over work? Staff from the breakfast were ok. Breakfast was also ok since it was included. We are gold member with Hotels.com and we were suppose to get free room upgrade, early check in, late check out and they did not honour any of these. Even those they had lots of vacant rooms (during COVID). Indeed they called an hr before check out to remind you not to be late checking out. Very unprofessional. I spoke with the manager Hai, he said they didn't sign up with Hotels.com for this promotion. I showed him the Hotels.com app and he still argued with me. He was trying to help but I guess this is the way low-medium end hotel/resort operate in Vietnam.
