Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole e confortevole. La camera era pulita e dotata di tutto l’occorrente per vivere il soggiorno in tranquillità, senza farci mancare nulla. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la colazione, varia e di qualità, con diverse possibilità tra cui scegliere. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff, che è stato sempre disponibile, gentile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Il loro supporto è stato davvero fondamentale e ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e consigliamo sicuramente questa struttura a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Mui Nè! 😊

Such a great place with a nice location. Great staff, super friendly and accommodating.

It needs a lot of upgrades. The robes has holes in them, some of the furniture is falling apart. The owner needs to invest in upgrading or replacing some of the stuff. We have been going to White sand resort since 2020 and it the exact same and we can see nothing has been upgraded or replaced in a while.

Het is een mooi resort, lekker zwembad en opties tot spa / massage. Personeel is behulpzaam, al is de communicatie soms wat lastig ivm gebrekkig engels. Het ontbijt had meer dan voldoende mogelijkheden en was keurig verzorgd. Fijn dat het zo aan het strand zit, met lekkere ligbedden.

De bungalows zijn wat verouderd qua meubels en de douche is erg minimaal/zacht.

Sehr schön angelegtes Hotel mit sauberem Strand. Sauna und Dampfbad wurden auf Wunsch angeschaltet. Das Restaurant war auch gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Der Poolbereich ist schön angelegt. Sehr besonders war die Überraschung mit dem leckeren Kuchen zu meinem Geburtstag vom Hotel

Peaceful! Property was immaculate and grounds were beautiful. The beach front was lovely for walks and collecting shells. My older boys liked playing in the waves but it was too rough for my younger one. The staff were always willing to help and always had a smile. We were also gluten and dairy free. They were very helpful and typed up a sheet of what we could/could not have. So thoughtful! The lovely front desk ladies arranged drivers for us which was better than the packaged tours. The grounds were looked after every day from early morning to night. They work so hard! The laundry service was fast and clothes were great! The kids also loved the pool table! The property is great and we were okay with the location. The Grab was about 60k and we went out to eat on the Mui Ne strip closer to our end. The Italian was good.

The pool is gorgeous set in amongst the grounds (don’t worry it’s in full sun for most of the day!) and all 5 of us played in it for hours! However, it needs a little work on some of the tiles. My son cut his toe. The staff attended to him quickly and the next morning they were out replacing the tile. It did not stop my 3 kids and they were back in the pool the next morning! Bring swimming shoes if you are worried.

Det ligger lidt langt fra alt andet. Jeg havde nok valgt noget 5-10 km tættere på Mui Ne hvis jeg skulle vælge igen.

Персонал отзывчивый. Очень спокойное место. Сразу за выходом из номера начинается пляж. Народ (местные) собирается на выходные, а так не многолюдно. В пешей доступности ресторанчики пообедать и небольшой магазинчик со всем необходимым. Очень спокойное место для размеренного отдыха

Skønne bungalows lige ved stranden. Poolen var lækker og maden på hotellet rigtig godt. En fordel, da det ligger helt i udkanten af mui ne. Med taxa er man dog inde på “gaden” på få minutter.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war auch vorzüglich. Und die Lage und das Resort ein Traum!

Uns hat alles gefallen, nur das Bett war ein wenig unbequem.

Een heerlijk resort direct aan het strand. Super vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten. Heerlijke tijd gehad. De kinderen hebben dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de pooltafel en dartbord. Met scootertjes die we via het hotel gehuurd hadden, lag de rest van Mui Ne binnen handbereik.

The beach is clean and private

The bed linen is old and not comfortable. There were alot of mosquitoes. The resort should have incense for the mosquitoes. Breakfast is minimal.

Lage Strand

Absolutely dog-friendly with incredibly kind and welcoming staff. Dogs are allowed in all areas except the restaurant, which is completely fine. Amazing facilities including a beautiful spa, sauna, steam room, great gym and jacuzzi. We felt truly comfortable and would definitely come back.

One small thing to mention is that because the property is beautifully set in nature and surrounded by a lush garden, there were a lot of tiny roaches around and inside our bungalow, especially in the early morning times. The hotel provides good mosquito nets and this did not affect our stay, but it is something future guests should simply be aware of as part of the natural setting.

Biggest plus is that it’s pet/dog friendly with beachfront location. Friendly staff.

I recently had the misfortune of booking a stay at this property, and I cannot emphasize enough how horrific the experience was. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was not maintained or safe. First, I was absolutely devoured by mosquitos. It felt like I was being eaten alive! The room was a complete nightmare, with every imaginable creature invading our space. We couldn’t even enjoy breakfast because what little food was available vanished before 9 AM, and it was never restocked. By the time we got down there, everything was gone. To make matters worse, our room leaked terribly. All of our possessions were left drenched, and we discovered that the curtains were ripped and useless. The mosquito nets? Full of holes! They did nothing to protect us from the swarms of insects. Additionally, the pool area was downright dangerous. My daughter slashed her foot multiple times on the dilapidated surroundings, and the beach loungers were falling apart. To add insult to injury, I placed a coconut on the table, and it collapsed right before our eyes! In sum, this property is in a state of serious disrepair. It’s not just outdated; it’s outright risky. We truly felt lucky to escape without serious injuries. I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and enjoyable stay. Stay far away!

The location is exceptional for travelers who need an absolute private atmosphere. The beach is so clean, thanks to being distant from other resorts. The staff is super friendly. My dog was allowed to access almost all corners of the resort, and all the staff was so friendly to him.

The facilities are old. They've tried to maintain and make them new but the bed was still a bit uncomfortable. And I think they should try better to control mosquitos and lizards. Eventhough they cannot be 100% avoidable but they were a bit too many. I hope they would improve because I'm sure to visit this resort again next time I travel with my dog.

Good place for a retreat in Phan Thiet, good location, easy to access the city and visit Ham Tien/ Mui Ne. I like the staff, quiet and peaceful of the place, and a good beach also. I want to checkout late for 2 hours for a personal reason and the staff was very helpful and nice. I will re-visit next time.

The White Sabds Resort really exceeded my expectations in every area. I went mainly because it's pet-friendly and I wanted to take my two small dogs, but the resort itself is tastefully luxurious and beautifully kept. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to check out an hour and a half later with no extra charge and really helping us with anything we needed at any time. The resort are right on the beach, in an area that is uncrowded and genuinely of white sand. This really was one of the most beautiful beach resorts I've stayed in.

The shower system is a kind of weak. Hope that they will improve soon.

We loved it here. Such a relaxing place to rewind and enjoy by the beach or pool. The staff is amazing and friendly. They keep the grounds clean and the beach is also kept well maintained and cleaned. The food is great as well. The breakfast buffet on Sundays has a lot of varieties to choose from. What I loved most is how pet friendly they are. They are true to their words of being pet friendly. Many hotels will claim they are pet friendly but limit to certain weights, breeds, as well as charge a lot extra for your dog. This hotel is a hidden gem.

Some reviews say that it’s outdated and needs upgrades which I can see why they might think that, but the furniture and rooms match the ambiance and surroundings of a hidden jungle/beach vibe. I didn’t have a problem with the design of the place. I liked the aesthetic of it.

This was possibly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed , we only booked because it was dog friendly During the night there were frogs coming up the toilet and running around the bathroom , the bed was so hard it was impossible to sleep , the bars were not stocked and if a drink was required a waiter was dispatched to somewhere else to get it Would never go back

Perfect location for a relaxing break from the city. Staff are excellent and a dog friendly hotel is a real bonus.

Buffet breakfast changed items slightly each day, which was very nice. Staff was helpful, and location was at very end of the private beach, so more secluded than nearby resorts. Food quality was also fairly good.

Didn’t like that the free water bottles they gave you each day was so small.

Great location close enough to town but right at the end of the beach. The beach was very clean. Parasols with own beach loungers and towels provided. Great staff in the hotel and food was of a good standard. I would definitely return to this hotel. Recommend beach front bungalow rooms. All so it was a dog friendly hotel.

Really friendly staff and breakfast and other food off the menu was quit good. Locations on the beach were perfect.

We stayed for 2 nights, three of us: myself, my wife, and our 9-year-old daughter, along with 2 dogs. Received a lovely welcome by the staff on arrival. We had a wonderful bungalow right on the beautiful beach where we spent most of our day, which we had mostly to ourselves. Because we arrived on New Year's Eve, the hotel offered a New Year's Eve buffet for a very reasonable price, which we took. The food was delicious and excellent value for money. Because of its location, you would need a car or motorbike to reach any outside facilities, as it is about 7 km away from the main street. But if you want a quiet, relaxing break at a place that welcomes dogs, this is it. Overall, we had a great stay and felt really well looked after by all the staff. A special mention must go to Mr.. Chau Du Long the general manager who was so attentive throughout.

Very nice and friendly hotel - some of staffs English was difficult to understand but they were very friendly and service minded. It had everything we needed but some parts (in the gym for example) were outdated. The hotel were very relaxing, located in the outskirts but as taxi is very cheap so it’s not a problem to go to the more ”busy evening area”.

So Dog friendly and safe :) morning omelette, running on the beach, kind staff, beautiful sunsets, for sure we are coming back :)

Beach front bungalow was spacious comfortable and very clean. Every member of staff we dealt with were excellent. While we chose this primary due to dog friendly policy, I would also be very happy to book here again if travelling without our dog.
