最初にいたフロントの男性がなんの言葉もなくて 奥から出てきたフレンドリーな方に対応してもらいました。

É um hotel antigo e simples, porém com cama confortável e principalmente com isolamento de som ótimo. Havia uma construção ao lado do hotel, e só escutamos o barulho dela quando saímos na rua, dentro do quarto e até mesmo no corredor do hotel não conseguíamos ouvir nada externo. Internamente apenas ouvimos alguns hóspedes nos quartos, mas falando muito alto ( estávamos no corredor do elevador ). Ar condicionado é bem forte, o que nós adoramos! Mas o ajuste de temperatura é tranquilo também, assim não fica extremamente frio no quarto. O hotel também possui uma lavanderia, o que ajuda muito ao lavar as roupas. Apenas a secadora que usamos não secou 100% nossas calças Jeans, mas, o resto das roupas secou ok. A equipe é ótima! Uma das recepcionistas inclusive nos salvou, recomendando um serviço de entrega de malas de última hora. Além de que, a comunicação é ótima, pois falam muito bem inglês. Além disso, o caminho até a estação é tranquilo também. Caso vá se hospedar aqui, recomendamos pegar a saída C6 da estação (sentido linha F), pois além de ter escada rolante, é só você caminhar reto (sentido 7-eleven) que vai sair praticamente de frente ao hotel. Outra dica é que você consegue ir aos principais shoppings a pé, inclusive o Sunshine City. O bairro em si é um pouco agitado... Afinal, há muitos Izakayas próximos. Caso seja o seu tipo de rolê, é uma boa localização! Há também um restaurante do próprio hotel, jantamos lá e gostamos bastante! Apenas a opção de café da manhã de 600¥ que não achamos tão vantajoso, pois eram poucas opções. Mas o jantar estava delicioso! Em resumo, é um hotel antigo e simples, recomendo para quem vai viajar com o mesmo intuito que nós, que era apenas ter um local confortável para dormir depois de andar o dia inteiro na rua! Foi uma ótima estadia apesar de alguns comentários que já li aqui na plataforma e no Google. Provavelmente voltaríamos aqui em uma nova viagem. :)

Como disse, o hotel é antigo... Algumas partes do banheiro pude enxergar pequenas manchas de mofo preto, mas isso em cantos bem pequenos. E também tivemos um pequeno problema com o ralo do banheiro (que fica embaixo da pia). A saída de água da banheira não tinha uma rede de proteção, então tudo que descia ali acabava entupindo o ralo em baixo da pia, logo, ao terminar o banho, virava uma poça. Mas, ao relatamos isto, a equipe arrumou no mesmo dia!! O que foi ótimo. O elevador é meio bruto também ahahaha Ao entrar nele, certifique-se de apertar o botão de segurar a porta caso esteja com mais de uma pessoa, pois ele fecha bem rápido. Enfim, nós ficamos no hotel onde havia o restaurante em baixo. Única coisa que nos deixou meio inseguros foi o fato de que a porta de entrada ficar aberta 24h. O elevador para os quartos não tem um fator de segurança a mais, como um cartão para usar o elevador e subir. Então tecnicamente qualquer um sobe, apenas entra nos quartos quem tem a chave (obviamente), mas serve de ressalva.

Et l’emplacement parfait , ce sont les seuls points positifs , les toilettes japonaises qui ne fonctionnent pas dans la chambre , une odeur d’humidité de renfermé de moitie attroce dans la chambre , malheureusement j’avais vraiment hâte d’en partir ! Et le petit déjeuner … des tranches de pain de mie c’est pas génial ! Mais il y a plusieurs konbinis à moins de 100m donc un point très bien aussi pour les snacks les petits dej ect

房間比想像中大很多，走道把29吋行李箱打開的話會剛好塞滿，但至少可以打開，而且離池袋站很近，因為在百貨公司丟了東西，請旅館櫃檯幫忙打電話詢問，也得到協助

旅館一樓有些人站在門口抽菸，很臭，希望旅館員工能幫忙管控

夜中にスタッフの方の会話が大きく聞こえて来ましたが、部屋が受付に近くドア近くだったので仕方ないのかも知れません。 私は耳栓で対応しました。 受付スタッフの方も、夜中には話し声のボリュームを落とすなどすれば、更にホテルの高評価に繋がると思います。

希望の女性専用の部屋が安くなっていてお得でした。 駅から近いので便利。朝食のお粥が美味しかった。 館内に提携している(？)東北農場の 薬草などの写真や効能の説明があってきれいだった。

ルームキーがスムーズに対応できない時があって 何度か試みた。

After previously staying at another Sakura property, I was very interested in trying Sakura Hotel Ikebukuro as well, and once again I had a very positive experience with the brand. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and available whenever I needed assistance. This time I chose a private room with a private bathroom and a queen-size bed. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The room itself is not extremely large, but for me that was not an issue at all. I had enough space to comfortably keep my suitcase and move around without any problem. The size was also consistent with what was shown in the photos, so there were no surprises. The room also had a desk, a TV, a small refrigerator, and air conditioning. It was bright, very clean, and I really enjoyed the view from the window. The bathroom included shampoo, soap, and the usual toiletries, which was very convenient. Another thing I appreciated was how quiet the hotel was. I had no issues with noise during my stay, which made it very easy to rest. The hotel also has an elevator and offers luggage storage, which is very useful if you need to leave your bags before check-in or after check-out. For me, the location was excellent. It is conveniently located near public transportation and subway access, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and places to explore nearby. Ikebukuro itself is a very convenient area, so I found it very easy to get around and adapt quickly. One of the things that stood out to me about this particular Sakura property was the restaurant and the events they organized. They sometimes held food events featuring dishes from different countries, creating a nice opportunity for guests to meet, interact, and connect with each other. I thought this was a really nice way to create a sense of community within the hotel. Overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! They seem to offer many thing for their guest for people to interact and meet new people. Therefore, atmosphere of people is very nice!

The location of the hotel seemed to be a bit sketchy. Along it's spaced strange. Check in is in one building and you would have to go across to the other one to actually access and go to your room. The atmosphere of the room itself is very depressing. Feels slightly claustrophobic and the air seemed super dry. Immediately starting coughing a lot entering the room and would be non-stop whole night, both me and my partner. Felt that the place was a bit old looking, giving off a uncleanliness feeling, making it feel super uncomfortable to stay in the hotel.

je connais cet hôtel depuis longtemps et je l'appréciais. malheureusement, les équipements sont très vieillissants et même cassés, réparés avec du ruban adhésif et mal recollés au mur. quand ma climatisation se met en route, j'ai l'impression d'entendre un train passer. je n'avais pas d'eau froide au robinet. bref, ça fait mal au cœur de voir l'établissement dans cet état et de le subir.

While the breakfast was very simple (just soup and toast), I liked it a lot. The location was great as it was in a more relaxed spot of Ikebukuro yet just walking distance from the social side. I liked that there were only 4 beds per room.

受付のスタッフさんがとても親切に対応してくださいました。 未成年の妹を連れての宿泊だったのですが、保護者同意書を持ってきました、とお伝えしてすぐに受け取り･確認をしてくださり、笑顔で対応してくださったのでとても安心感がありました。

この地域の定宿。施設も併設レストランも魅力的です。設備は必要不可欠な設備が揃っていて不自由ない滞在をおくれます。通行人の方々がカレーの広告に興味を持たれていて次回あるならば注文してみたいです。朝食会場での対応、チェックアウト際の対応、とても心地良いです。また宿泊したいと思います。

チェックイン時の対応に疑問が残りました。こんな対応は初めてです。

ドミトリー予約でも朝食付きのため非常にコスパは良いと思います。

Good price for a private room in Ikebukuro. Breakfast is simple, but the bread tastes good and the herbal teas are interesting. Some travellers may enjoy the international backpacker vibe.

Hand soap would have been nice. There was a small beetle-like insect in the bathroom.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly, the place is spotless, everyday there are cleaners in the morning, there is all aplliances that one could need and it is very cozy, calm and near downtown

Posizione molto buona, abbiamo apprezzato la colazione "occidentale" anche se con poca scelta. Ristorante al piano terra, giovanile, e multiculturale. Noi abbiamo però mangiato fuori.

Abbiamo avuto difficoltà con l'aria condizionata in camera che non ci ha rinfrescato. Abbiamo sofferto un po di notte il caldo e la mancanza di aria.

The shower temperature not following what it indicate, but it is not so big deals. Still able to get the hot water.

i liked the location, it's very close to the train station and near restaurants

i think the door. it took me quite a number of tries before i figured out how to use the card. my dormates also had problems. what i didn't like was when they can't figure out how to open it (even though i tried to teach others already), they will opt to put a blockage by the door so it won't lock. i think it's not safe given that there are people sleeping inside at times, and the valuables are at risk of being stolen.

ドミトリールームは、海外の方が多くいる印象で、少し警戒しながら宿泊しなければいけなかったので、休むということで言うと、気は休まらなかった部分がある

Daily cat food: synthetic bread once toasted and marmelade, nothing else, not joking, while lunch and dinner are amazingly tasty, int'l dishes really well prepared and well served with big smile, fair price for quality.

Some guests are from the wild, chromosome damage.

The staff are very nice. Shower here is 500y if you need to take a night bus for budgeting travel plan. They follow up your request and answer quickly. Highly recommended here.

You have to except that some guests will just leave bathrooms or toilets dirty and I don’t complain hotel staff because sometimes other guests just not being nice

Sakura Otel’de 3 kişi 5 gün kaldık. Konumu çok iyi. Çalışanlar çok yardımcı oldular. 5 günümüz sorunsuz ve güzel geçti. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Çalışanlara teşekkür ederim.

・自分の就寝スペースが明らかに誰かが使用しておりシーツも布団もぐちゃぐちゃでした。 ・エアコンの設定が低すぎて寒かったです。（同室の人が外国の方で怖くて言えなかった。）

J’ai beaucoup apprécié le service le personnel qui était plus que sympa et à notre disposition. Voilà c’était vraiment un personnel très très bien.

池袋駅から徒歩10分前後。 ホテルから5分も歩けば地下に潜れるのはありがたい。簡易的な朝食もついており、そんなに食べない自分としては十分だった。

カフェオレが好きで牛乳を買ってきて冷蔵庫の中に入れておきたいんだけど、冷蔵庫の中にストッパーが無いせいで置きにくかった。ペットボトルにコーヒーと牛乳を入れて保存してた。

我住的是，女性專用多人房 1. 住宿的第一天，我在我的床上看到一隻蟑螂，後續在廚房跟淋浴間，也看到蟑螂。我跟櫃檯反應床上有蟑螂，沒有任何退費跟補償措施，只有給我一罐殺蟲劑 2. 清潔人員進房清潔的時候大聲講話（還有人在房間休息），這很令人意外。此外，是「男性」清潔人員，清潔「女性」專用房間，實在有點不舒服

全体的に設備が古い。二段ベッドが軋む音やエレベーターの作動音、寝室ドアの開閉音などがとても響くためゆっくり休めない。布団セット使用時に細かいホコリが舞っていて目や鼻がかゆかった。

Nice location and pretty close to the station, easier to go everywhere around Tokyo. It is also foreigners friendly, so worry not about not being able to talk in Japanese, even the ambience is really homey, comfy and warm. So what you will get is the experience you will never get in such 5 stars hotels I think. Their cafe is also good, they also providing with many foods from all around the world, bringing up diversity and cultures from many places in one corner of Ikebukuro.

位置離池袋站C6出口非常近，差不多5分鐘內能抵達，回去路途會經過不少間超商很方便~ 雖然舊舊的但應有盡有，床鋪蠻舒服的很軟；房間內有小冰箱可以用。需要洗衣也有自己的投幣洗衣機，不用洗衣粉他會提供~洗衣加半小時烘衣才¥400！ 整體上性價比高

廁所可能老舊了也缺乏清潔，馬桶有點尿味；需要喝水需要到對面一樓大廳拿

Très bien situé dans un quartier très sympa. Le personnel était très à l’écoute et très gentil !
