Surrounded by nature felt refreshing and relaxing. A bit far from town but it's a must stay resort.

Staff were beyond friendly, especially the young lady on the desk who arranged transport for us and helped us book excursions. Staff in the restaurant and massage section were great.

You will be surrounded in nature

Private pool water was not clear even after they cleaned it. After paying a good amount of money, one cannot expect such type of disappointment.

Excellent resort with all features helped by Nice supporting staff. The food has a nice variety and the buffet also has nice spreads. Snacks kept are overpriced.

Spa has a limited operation timing which doesn't suit the traveller convenience, which needs to be improved.

Made for nature lovers. Boutique, Authentic and Cozy. Excellent food and service.

Gorgeously located in what feels like the middle of the forest. The dinner was great (would recommend including it in booking) and the staff were attentive.

Spa and pool facilities were underwhelming but these are of course optional.

The location is very pleasant, offering a calm and silent atmosphere, with the exception of the cicadas though we enjoyed their music . The food was excellent, and the staff provided very good service. A unique selling point is the temperature-controlled pool in the pool villa.

The gardening and surrounding areas could benefit from additional attention, as they do not currently evoke the ambiance of a resort. It is possible that this is an intentional choice to create a jungle-like atmosphere, but I had anticipated a more tranquil setting.

The staff were wonderful - kind and attentive. We also loved the quality of the rooms and the peacefulness of our room’s veranda. Great pool too.

We had an amazing room ( a cabin) with a private pool and a view directly into the forest. The shower had the same view. It was all very comfortable. The location is literally within the forest, with amazing plants and birds all around. The staff were super helpful and attentive. The food offering was good too.

Nothing of note. It's on a very steep hillside with steps to all rooms. Not for those with frailty or mobility issues.

Staff were very kind, large rooms, good breakfast and dinner. The spa offerings looked good and they’re very helpful in arranging excursions for you.

This is expensive in comparison to what you get - it doesn’t really have the feel of a 5* place as it’s classified on here. The location was quite out of town, which makes it difficult to eat elsewhere for dinner as you need to arrange transportation. Rooms are quite basic and dated. Our room was also very damp and we could see mould on the ceiling.

I am very disappointed with the property. The toilet facilities were utterly inadequate, especially the closet which was uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the bed and bed sheets were not sufficiently clean, causing my family to experience itching. I spent around 18,000 INR for one night including food, but feel it was not good value for the money.

Sehr schöne Lage am Rande einer Pfeffer- und Kardamom-Plantage, hübscher Pool der zum Verweilen einlädt, sehr bemühtes und nettes Personal, dass uns bei der Buchung der Aktivitäten (unbedingt den Night Walk „Jungle Scout“ buche!) liebevoll unterstützt hat.

Alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, an zwei Abenden gab es Buffet statt a la Card, sodass wir diese dann lieber in Kumily verbracht haben, was aber mit dem Tuktuk gut zu erreichen ist.

Très bel endroit avec plusieurs bungalows très confortables dans un très joli jardin. Le restaurant est très bon aussi.

The 10% discount on food and drinks is non existent. Its a scam, they refused to discount our drinks. Some of the plugs in the room dint hold our converters, the receptacles are used and should be replaced,

Restaurant un peu cher mais très bon

- Lovely jungle setting is peaceful and full of birds. - Room and bathroom are a good size, and large bed. - Nice hot water shower (but hot water does run out). - Beers available. - They helped us book a hike into the reserve and even made us a packed breakfast due to the early start. - Although initially worried about only buffet and no a la carte for dinner, we needn’t have worried as the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Breakfast was also great and even though they had omelettes available they went the extra mile to cook us fresh ones. - Tea and cookies is nice in the afternoon. - Staff were friendly - especially the kind and helpful manager (?) at the buffets who was friendly to everyone and clearly worked hard for his guests’ comfort - Pool clean and good size.

- There were some wear and tear/maintenance issues around the grounds/room - Would be nice if the pool was heated! - No A/C but this is not really needed in this location so it didn’t affect us. - Banging noises in the evening/night from adjoining staff building. - No curtain on the small window in our room let in light in the morning. - Power cuts, but not really an issue.

واجهت مشكلة واشتكيت ببوكنق احجز ويلغي حجزي ثلاث مرات ويعطيني رابط بالواتساب يقول حولي عليه ورفضت، لاني لا اثق بروابط خارجية، وكانت اخر كلامه وحججه الكثيرة تطابق يوزر البوكنق مع اسم البطاقة بينما الاكل بالمطعم متاخر و قليل جدا مقابل التكلفة، روب الحمام والفوط مستهلكة، لايوجد مناديل ورقية كافية

La location è molto bella immersa nella natura, le stanze sono spaziose e pulite. Lo staff è cortese e disponibile. Il ristorante e accogliente e il cibo è davvero buono.

La stanza era molto umida ed il condizionatore nella funzione di riscaldamento non funzionava.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, mitten in einem natürlichen Dschungel. Das Hotel ist umgeben von Palmen und Gewürzpflanzen, Obst- und Kakaobäumen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Am Nachmittag ab 16 Uhr bietet das Hotel Kaffee - und Tee kostenlos an.

Die Zimmerreinigung kommt ab 15 Uhr- das ist eine ungünstige Zeit wenn man nach einem Ausflug zurück kommt und sich ausruhen möchte. Warmes Wasser läuft nur ca. 2 Minuten und dann muss man 15-20 Minuten warten bis wieder warmes Wasser kommt. Das Frühstück war für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht sehr vielfältig . Im Spa konnte man nur nacheinander Termine buchen weil es nur ein Raum und eine Therapeutin für die Damen vorhanden ist. Am Abend wird es sehr kalt in den Räumen ( Es regnete durchweg und die Temperaturen waren tagsüber maximal 23 Grad), erst nach dem ich gefragt habe, hat man mir einen kleinen Heizlüfter zur Verfügung gestellt- das gehört eigentlich zu einer Grundausstattung. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

The room was very low maintenance, ghe towels, sheets was very old ,and they haven't cleaned the room after the first night. This is really not 5 star hotel

Very clean, good location

The hotel is good but it is not 5 stars as it says on booking. It is very clean but the restaurant is very fair: it is expensive and the dishes are small. There is no western option. The lady at the reception cheated us: in a relaxed conversation we told her that in another hotel they had made us spend all the cash and that we did not have any and the next day she made up that an additional 3% would be applied to us if we paid by card. Very dishonest. Obviously, the bill did not show anything about the 3%, they wrote everything by hand.

Ambience was very good. Staff very helpful and polite.

Food. For 950 per plate buffet items were very less. It was worth 450 maximum. So do not have food here. Standard of food was also not 4 star.
