Ubicación conveniente, a unos 15 minutos del ferry. La calle donde se encuentra es pintoresca y tiene varios bares y locales de coctelería.

Muy mala aislación acústica; se escucha el ruido de otras habitaciones y pisos, lo que dificulta descansar. No dormimos nada, se escuchan hasta las conversaciones en tono bajo de otras habitaciones. No tiene ventanas Fue el único hotel de nuestro viaje por Asia donde encontramos insectos: había hormigas en todo el baño. En los alrededores hay muchos locales de marihuana, algo que puede no ser del gusto de todos los viajeros. No lo recomendaría para una estadía prolongada, no volvería

Security at the parking no help not willing to help whatsoever make us feel insecure about parking the car there.

Le calme et le confort des lits étaient très appréciable. Le personnel de service était très agréable et toujours prêt à nous aider.

Pas d’endroit pour être en dehors de la chambre si ce n’est le hall d’entrée . Alors que l’hôtel n’était pas complet, aucune possibilité de Check out tardif ou alors en payant quasiment le prix d’une nuit supplémentaire pour 4h de plus. Le petit déjeuner est très frugal et manque de fraîcheur. Pain rassis comme les croissants qui étaient de plusieurs jours. Dommage

Enjoyed everything

The staff was very accommodating and friendly; the room was comfortable and clean. Even though we came a bit earlier than the required check-in time, our room was ready for us to move into, which was great.

I was a bit disappointed that the standard breakfast buffet was not available due to the off-season, and I was only notified upon check-in, but the à la carte menu was delicious as well.

Location is good. Last day to airport, area was was raining heavily & roads were flooded with roads blocked off with no entry to cars. With heavy rain & knee high dirty rainwater flooded roads, Ms Sirivarin Bumrunthin (front desk manager) & 3 male staff carried our 3 luggages & we waded 15 minutes to the waiting luxury 10 seater vehicle. Was an experience for 3 of us. Appreciated greatly the hotel staff & the driver delivering us to airport 10 minutes before check-in gate closed.

Dit hotel ligt midden in Phuket Old Town, maar je hebt geen last van harde muziek etc Je loopt je hotel uit en je zit in de straatjes waar je alles kan vinden eten/drinken/souveniers

De locatie was top, 7-eleven op de hoek en genoeg winkeltjes en restaurants er om heen. Genoeg te beleven als je even lekker wilt wandelen rond de stad.

Het hotel zelf was prima! Helaas paar gillende kinderen om 7 uur met deuren gingen slaan en schreeuwen zorgde voor iets mindere nacht rust.

De locatie is perfect, personeel heel vriendelijk, de kamers keurig schoon, lekkere bedden.

Het ontbijt is vreselijk slecht, weinig keuze voor op brood, en het brood, ondanks dat je het toaste was het zo taai en oud, echt niet te eten.om de gekookte eieren moesten we iedere dag vragen.

Everything was great.

Breakfast was buffet style. With hot food, toast, juices tea and coffe, fruits, cereals etc... The bed was very big and comfortable. The location was very central. Walking distance to most of the attractions.

It would have been great to grab dinner at the hotel. But the cafe closed too early and room service also stopped early too.

L hôtel est idéalement situé, en plein centre des rues bordées de magnifiques maisons aux couleurs pastels. Tout se fait à pied. La chambre est très propre et la literie est parfaite avec un lit immense. Le personnel est adorable. La piscine un vrai + C est un très bel hôtel avec un rapport qualité/prix excellent.

It’s one of those hotels that leaves you feeling like you in a scene of an old Asian movie, I loved it.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, man kommt fußläufig in die Altstadt und wir hatten sogar direkt in der Straße einen Live-Musiker, dem man an einer Bar mit kleinen Stühlen zuhören konnte. Das Zimmer ist wie beschrieben, sauber und vollkommen ausreichend für einen Kurzaufenthalt, für den wir es gebucht hatten. Das Frühstück war gut, für jeden etwas dabei und das Personal war sehr freundlich!

Der Pool ist recht klein, sodass wir ihn nicht genutzt haben. Aber dennoch für eine kurze Erfrischung ausreichend.

Oltre la mie aspettative. Hotel pulito, personale molto gentile, disponibile ad ogni esigenza. La colazione pagata extra, ci è stata fatta pagare per 2 volte la metà visto che io ne usufruivo in piccole quantità, bel gesto. E per pranzo ci è stata offerta una birra. Queste attenzioni fanno la differenza, sentirsi coccolati dal personale fa' sempre piacere. Stanza ampia con tutti i confort. Bella la piscina. Ottima la posizione. Voto 10.

The property is very central in old Phuket town. It is so close to the ferry, about 10min drive. The staff were so friendly and helpfull and the pool was super clean. It was refreshing to go from the busy and dirty street to the calm and clean hotel.

The location was great, on a quiet street. In the evening, an outdoor café opened on the street and there was live music, which made it a really nice place to be. Breakfast was tasty. The pool area was small, with few lounge chairs, but the pool itself was fine.

The room had two small windows overlooking the roof. It smelled of dampness and mustiness. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, which made it uncomfortable to stay there.

Très bon hôtel, bon emplacement. Personnel très souriant et disponible. Bon petit déjeuner buffet. La piscine à débordement est très agréable après une journée de visite.

Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage für einen Altstadtbesuch so wie wir ihn geplant hatten, war auch gut. Es war Nachts ruhig. Äusserst schneller Check in, sowie auch Check out. Wir konnten sogar früher als zu den üblichen Check-in Zeiten auf unser Zimmer.

Beim Lavabereich im Badezimmer dürfte etwas mehr Licht sein.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρισκόταν μέσα στο κεντρό της παλιάς πολής και δίπλα σε όλα τα μαγαζιά. Η τιμή του ήταν εξαιρετική. Το πρωινό ειχε μόνο τα βασικά.

Prima locatie om een paar dagen in Phuket te verblijven vlakbij Old town

Door de trammelant in het midden Oosten konden we pas een dag later vertrekken, dit hebben we 2x via een bericht via Booking.com proberen door te geven maar geen antwoord gekregen.

The swimming, the spacious bedroom and the localisation.

The gym was pretty limited, the breakfast was not very tasty.

Good location in a very quite alley a few steps from the old town. Comfortable and large modern room (Deluxe). Good shower. Helpful staff with 24/7 presence at reception. Pool towels are provided.

Die Lage direkt in Old Town,großes Zimmer und sehr sauber ,Taxi Buchung für weiter Transport hat gut geklappt

Durch die Lage allerdings sehr sehr laut,bis Mitternacht Musik,und wir sind mitten im Flugchaos,Emirate und Luftraum gesperrt,da hätten wir uns ein bisschen mehr Hilfe und Unterstützung gewünscht sie hätten wenigstens fragen können wie sie uns helfen könnten

The location made getting around very easy. Everything we needed was close by but we didn’t feel like it was too busy. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and staff friendly. Pool area was quite relaxing.

It might be weird thing to mention, but the door of bathroom shouldn’t be so transparent. I stayed with my dad and I would feel uncomfortable while showering and I could hear all sounds coming out of bathroom while it was used. It has large gaps. Why would someone use this door for bathroom where privacy should be respected?

Przy zameldowaniu okazało się że pokój jest bez okna. Tej informacji nie było zamieszczonej przy opisie pokoju. Reszta jeśli chodzi o wyposażenie pokoju zgadzała się. Po reklamacji w recepcji początkowo poinformowano mnie, że nie ma innych pokoi, a następnie sprawdzono, że faktycznie nie było informacji że w pokoju nie ma okna- otrzymałam inny pokój z oknami. Niedogodnością było to że znajdował się na 6 piętrze,winda była do 5p. Żeby dotrzeć trzeba było wejść z walizkami po schodach i przejść przez parking dla samochodów. O ile przy zameldowaniu pomógł nam z walizkami personel, to przy wymeldowaniu już nie. Problem okazał się również na śniadaniu bo na liście nie zmieniono numeru pokoju. Pan kazał nam płacić za śniadanie, które było opłacone przy rezerwacji. Trzeba było wyjaśniać w recepcji.
