We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the centre of Phuket Town, and you can easily walk to all the main attractions. For the Big Buddha, we took a Grab and it took around 40 minutes, which was very easy and convenient. The breakfast was really good, with lots of variety and everything was delicious. The staff were also very friendly, helpful and attentive. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very beautiful hotel with nice and comfortable rooms and spacious bathroom, well air-conditioned. Excellent location next to the old Phuket town. Nice pool with enough space around the bar area and several sunbeds. Coffee served at breakfast was top quality.

The food served was not as tasty as expected for its class. No variety for European style breakfast.

We had a lovely 2-night stay here in mid-August: Papa and two sons (15 and 11). We'd visited Phuket town many times in the past, but this was the first time since the hotel had become a Courtyard (with Marriott), so we were keen to try it out. The location is great, with a 7-11 about a hundred metres away, and many other attractions and things very nearby. The building and decor are lovely. We had a family room, which was clean and spacious, and very comfortable. The pool was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were excellent! Overall, an outstanding stay! We'll be back. Recommended!

If I had to pick something it would have been the shower water being very temperamental but that was it. Everything else was great

It was nicely located, near old town with a lot of food, boutique, shopping options, everything was 10 mins walk away. Room size was good, view was also good from our window. Room number was 1515 i think. The lobby entrance, restaurant and breakfast areas were really nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. 7- 11 was 2 minutes walk away. A nice peaceful hotel. Will definitely stay there again. My son loved the pool, there was also a kids play area. Its a great choice for family.

Except for being renovated, extra clean, fresh and pleasant, this hotel was my best sleep, due to extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The staff is amazing. The pool is great! As is expected from such a respectful chain. This was a remarkable stay!!

Minor: Put a line in the bathroom to hang wet clothes. We went swimming at the pool and to the beach quite often. This would be great to have.

Fantastic breakfast, so many options both local and continental and international. Great coffee and eggs to order specifications. Staff very professional and knowledgeable. English speaking is very good and much appreciated. Also ate in restaurants, very good quality for value and service was outstanding. Wines were very nice.

I cannot think of anything as the hotel is one of the best I have stayed and enjoyed in 45 years of international travel. Well done Courtyard by Marriott.

As a frequent international traveler and Marriott Titanium Elite member, I recently stayed at the Courtyard Phuket Town and found it to be an excellent upscale hotel that exceeded my expectations. Although I did not get everyone's names, every staff member I encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. I would especially like to recognize Nami at the reception desk. Her attentiveness, warmth, and sincere care for guests were truly outstanding and reflect the very best of the Marriott brand. And the consigere names which I was able to get and I would like to mention are Tide and Not. The hotel's service and cleanliness are worthy of a five-star rating. The rooms are cleaned daily and maintained to an impeccable standard. Each morning at breakfast, I was greeted with a smile, and the staff consistently provided attentive and friendly service. The breakfast offerings were fresh, well-presented, and featured a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. The reception and concierge teams were always helpful, professional, and eager to assist with any questions or requests. Their dedication to guest satisfaction made my stay especially enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend the Courtyard Phuket Town to both business and leisure travelers looking for a comfortable, well-managed hotel with exceptional hospitality.

We are lucky to stay here, right on the edge of the Old Town. All the attractions are within walking distance. On arrival to the hotel, we were greeted most warmly at the front desk by JB, who proceeded to check us in very swiftly. She was helpful and gave us tips on what to see around the hotel. The room we were assigned to was spacious, and had all the amenities that we required for our stay. The bed was especially comfortable. I corresponded with the hotel prior to arrival for an airport transfer and the transaction was seamless. The room rate was inclusive of breakfast and we had it on the 2nd floor. The spread was adequate and had a mix of Thai and Western dishes. I also found time to dip in the pool and I realise the water was slightly salty. It was different from the chlorinated water found in most pools. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Old Town Phuket, beyond the beach.

Love the location and the breakfast is superb. Staff were all very friend and helpful.

The toilet roll is too thin and shower gel wasn’t topped up. But not a deal breaker. Just small issue that is easier solved.

Nothing. I checked in here and didn’t feel safe so checked out two hours later and they wouldn’t give me a refund on any of my booking. I understand paying for the first night as a cancellation fee but I requested a partial refund and they refused.

Very first time staying at the COURTYARD PHUKET TOWN, though being to Phuket too many times we were new to this Hotel. This hotel gives you the vibe of a true Heritage Feel and amazingly so well maintained especially when the Building is not New,clearly shows a Good Housekeeping Team and Engineering Team. The moment we arrived we were greeted by the BellBoy “TIDE” who helped us immediately with our bags and luggages. Tide was very resourceful in giving us all the information we needed and more,this guy could really speak good fluent English. Thank you TIDE, you did Great!! Courtyard Phuket Town has a great wonderful lobby with a fantastic Front Office Team, we were Checked In By “JASMINE” whom was so sweet and helpful in all ways. Front Office upgraded our room,thank you very much. The Huge Highlight is the Room,well what can I say such a Beautiful room was allocated to us and well it was so Spic and Span clean and it really felt like we were in a true Heritage Hotel. The Bathroom was huge and it had an enormous hand basin which I personally loved. The Bathroom floor was not like most hotels in dark color it was in pure white flooring and it was so well maintained and super clean not a strain of hair or dirt on the corners.A Huge Salute to the HOUSEKEEPING TEAM for keeping the rooms so well, thank you guys! The food in their restaurant tasted so good and their Thai Fried Rice was one of the Best we had in Phuket. The Breakfast consisted of good spread of Dishes and not forgetting the good service of thier F&B crew “FAH”, “MAS” and “PLOY” they were always eager to serve with a SMILE. Thank you CULINARY TEAM and F&B TEAM. We actually booked only 2 days in this hotel but ended up extending our stay another 2 days because of their SERVICE and STANDARDS. VERY STRONGLY RECOMMENDED HOTEL for those whom appreciate SERVICE and STANDARDS. Thank you so much for making OUR stay such a wonderful one COURTYARD PHUKET TOWN.

Noise coming from other rooms through the paper walls and ceiling made it impossible to sleep. Ear plugs provided for a reason. I wish we could sleep with those plugs in.

Wunderschönes und sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit perfektem Service. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, hatte ausreichend Auswahl bei nur geringer Abwechslung. Dies hat uns aber gar nicht gestört. Der Pool und die Poolarea mit Pool Bar waren traumhaft. Das Essen an der poolbar hätte kaum besser sein können und der Preis war ebenfalls top. Wir haben auf Grund unserer Honeymoon ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen. Das Zimmer war groß, toll ausgestattet und immer blitzsauber. Zusätzlich sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig und man hört absolut nichts von den Zimmernachbarn. Auch die im Hotel gebuchten Ausflüge waren perfekt, sowohl vom Ablauf, als auch dem Angebot mit Beratung sowie Preis/Leistung. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

The restaurants in hotel and the pool should have been open for a little late. They close too early.

Fantastic location, good breakfast, great pool and satisfactory gym. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy to get Grab, food central and shopping. All amenities were great. Room had shampoo and conditioner, ear plugs and bottled water. It was expensive but in comparison to where we moved on to, much better value!

The gym could do with a revamp and that’s being picky. It had everything I needed to do a solid workout.
