The beds, got a double bed but it was 2 singles together which were uneven in height. The fridge did not work and smelled when opened. Our bed sheets had a mysterious stain near pillows, the windows did not open screwed shut. Shower wasn’t the best, bathroom was dirty when we checked in

The property is super clean. The staff are amazing. It really is a hidden gem.

I really liked the location of the hotel. It was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants, which made getting around simple and enjoyable. The central position made it a great base for exploring Phuket.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The beds were not very comfortable, which affected the overall quality of sleep. The breakfast selection felt quite limited and could benefit from more variety. The hotel itself seems a bit outdated in certain areas. Additionally, it’s a shame that the rooftop restaurant isn’t better promoted, as it has great potential and could really be a highlight of the property.

Good location in Phuket, calm and with Easy access, the staff was very welcoming, breakfast was tasty.

The hotel has seen better days, some things felt a bit old. The shower drain was blocked, so the bathroom would get flooded all the time, We informed the staff but not much was done, and after one day it was the same, hopefully this was fixed, because we told them again upon check out that this should be looked into.

It was an overall great experience

It was good value for money. Staff was very friendly and supportive. There was a lady named Nani, she guided us well about where to visit and how it can be cost effective. Although it was a peak season but still she always went out of the way and supported us. The place was exceptional.

Lage war top, sehr zentral zur Old Town. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr gut und groß.

Der Pool war an sich schön, es waren aber zu wenig Liegen und er hat einige Renovierungen nötig. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet, aber leider doch schon viele Gebrauchsspuren. Leider gab es keinen Safe im Zimmer.

A személyzet rendkívül kedves és aranyos volt, már miattuk is megéri itt aludni, bejárati 0-24 felügyelet is volt, extra biztonságérzet. A gyöngy lakosztályt foglaltuk, olyan volt mint a képeken, nagyon tágas, kényelmes tiszta szoba, szuper fürdőszobával, szép kilátással, légkondi is szuperül működött. A medence részleg is tetszett, nem voltak sokan és hangulatos volt, tetszett hogy elszeparált volt. Volt lehetőség napozni, és abszolút kényelmes volt arra, hogy pihenjen az ember. A tisztaság nagyon kiemelkedő volt, minden nap friss ivóvizet hoztak nekünk, az ágynemű friss volt mindig. Fürdőszoba is tiszta volt, ajánlani tudom. Lokációban is tetszett a hotel, jókat lehetett sétálni a városban, akár éjszaka is, és könnyen megközelíthető volt.

A reggeli lehetett volna változatosabb, kevés volt a választék.

Breakfast at Pearl Hotel Phuket was fair. It was served as an open buffet with a balanced selection of local Thai dishes alongside standard Western options. The variety was adequate for most preferences, though not extensive. Overall, it was a decent and convenient breakfast, without standing out as a highlight of the stay.

We requested an iron to prepare our clothes, but one could not be provided on New Year’s Eve. The staff explained it was unavailable at that time, which was inconvenient given the occasion, though the explanation was polite.

The house keeping could be better. Don't understand wrong, the room was very clean, but first day they forgot to top-up the shower gel and cotton buds, next day forgot to top-up the coffee capsules. Small things, but inconvenient.

Bis auf die Lärmbelästigung von der Straße und das leere chinesiche und überteuerte Restaurant im obersten Stockwerk, war alles okay- für Kurzzeitaufenthalt gut geeignet.

The atmosphere here is truly wonderful, and the people are warm and welcoming. Their behavior toward customers is genuinely kind and attentive. When it comes to food — I’m speechless! The property was very nice. We did not use the pool, but it was beautiful. The staff was exceptional. Room was clean, short walk to old town. The food shops along the street were very good. Short walking distance from bus terminal. Traffic and street congestion all throughout. Phuket was very rough. Just driving in the area be very careful every second there’s another motorcycle passenger on your right and your left. We’re getting back to the hotel excellent.

Location was good.

In the room, it was Not as quiet because of the Traffic from outside the Hotel. The poolarea was okay, but there we're only 3-5 deck chairs.

Very central hotel to explore the old city, very near to restaurants and shopping area; breakfast is average, but has a variety of options, rooms are okay, but room cleaning is not efficient and unpredictable. Reception in staff is very helpefull for all matters.

Great location, friendly staff, nice breakfast

Le temps d’attente pour l’enregistrement est assez long, il y’a plusieurs personnes mais qu’une seule personne fait le Check in. Ensuite la chambre est correct, mais le lit est horrible, les ressort font très mal au dos. Malheureusement la piscine ferme assez tôt, on aimerait en profiter plus.

It was a very nice pleasant stay. Close to Phuket old town and also my favourite restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend this place. I will come back here again.

Great location 5.minute walk to the market on the old town. Very friendly staff and great value for money. A little tired but I believe been here for years so expected really.

Sun loungers were very sparse (3 in total) but brolleys and tables when you got one and the pool was clean and not cold.

Beautiful hotel and insanely good value for money. Pool area lovely, very comfy bed. Great location in old town, easy walk to the Sunday night market
