Ich hatte ein grosses, sauberes Zimmer. Die dazugehörige grosse Terrasse war wunderbar. Die Lage (5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt) ist natürlich ideal, wenn man mit dem Zug ankommt oder abreist. Das Frühstück war gut, das Abendessen im Hotel sogar sehr gut. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Das Zimmer ist gross, aber ein wenig spartanisch eingerichtet. Da der Bahnhof so nah ist, hört man das Zugsignal im Zimmer. Aber ich fand es nicht wirklich schlimm.

The staff are such lovely and kind people. We had to extend our stay and they accommodated our request without any issues. The room is very clean and the bed is super comfortable. The breakfast provided has a great variety of food and the best was the freshly made uttapams and dosas! Yum, yum, yummy! I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Surat.

The railway station is near to the hotel and the train horn is quite loud, but we got used to it. It's not a major issue but may be a little annoying for someone sensitive to noise.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with cozy beds and modern amenities that made it easy to relax. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile and responding promptly to any requests.

The internet connection was somewhat slow, which proved frustrating at times, particularly when trying to work. It would be helpful if the hotel offered a paid high-speed Wi-Fi option for guests who require a more stable connection.

My two week stay at Budget Inn Bellevue was perfect. The rooms seem to have been recently refurbished, with a very comfortable bed, clean & modern bathroom and other facilities such as aircon, tv were all in excellent (as new) working condition. The room was quiet & peaceful, and I enjoyed excellent sleep every night. The restaurant is a delightful room with views into a luscious courtyard. I enjoyed head chef Amar's daily regional cooking every morning for breakfast, with every meal a new experience for me (as a travelling Australian). Concierge and room staff were excellent and I always looked forward to a warm welcome from security guard Unum every evening. I wish my stay had been longer, as this is a high quality hotel experience.

Nothing at all. I have travelled for business frequently for many years and usually stay in 5 star hotels, but this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I have experienced.

Room with terrace is just amazing. Place is near to station and you can directly go to station from hotel is added advantage. Staff was good and masala tea was fabulous

Very pleasant and trouble free stay

Room was nice, but there was areas on the wall that were dirty and black. Shower head needing cleaning, as half of this had grime on. Bins bags and toilet paper were not replaced until asked, this happened on many occasions. The room was very noisy at night with trains horns easily heard.

It's a very comfortable hotel, just 5-6 mins walk from the railway station. Very pleasing , customer friendly & forthcoming staff . The room was very neat , tidy , clean and felt very fresh . The bathroom was very clean & fairly equipped . The room service was very prompt & the food quality & quantity was excellent . The price for the room is a surprise at which it is offered. I am not happy with quality of hotel. Facilities are not available as per three star category. Ac was not working during my two days stay .
