I WILLADVISE THE MANAGEMENT TO INCREASE THE RATE FOR TEA BUT GIVE BISCUITS OR COOKIES WITH IT

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Hotel is nice well maintained clean. Rooms are well furnished and good interior design with cozy bed. Restaurant is nice and there are so many menus in the breakfast including juice & fruits. I suggest for half-plate foods like Biryani Pulao subzi the quantity is more which a single person can't eat. Reduce the quantity and reduce the rate proportionately.
A running live TV if installed in the reception area would help the guest to watch TV after check out & who wait their train departure time is beyon 11 AM.

Reviewed Dec 14, 2025All staff from doorman to waiters were extremely friendly and helpful. I was looking for an ordinary item of which was apparently not available in any nearby stores. The reception desk took the time to look for it and had it delivered to me. One of the most helpful staff I have ever experienced.
Building on the outside looks modern. But the insides are a bit old and could use a renovation. But then I might just be asking too much as the prices were reasonable.

The room size is quite small, making it difficult to do yoga or any exercise inside. Additionally, the fixed operating hours of the fitness centre are not suitable for us, as we travel for business and need more flexibility.

Reviewed Nov 7, 2025A clean hotel, the staff are very polite and friendly, making you feel right at home. The restaurant has delicious vegetarian food at a good price. Upstairs there's a terrace with swings and a gym.For me, the beds were very comfortable. I stayed for several days and if I return to Surat I'll definitely stay here again.
It had a window overlooking a building and I couldn't see the city, just a wall.

Reviewed Mar 11, 2025Hotel staff were really helpful, efficient. Check-in process was super fast. For a 3-star hotel, they offer surprisingly a lot of different food for breakfast, which was also tasty.
Wish that ventilation in the room is better. Without AC it gets very hot and stuffy within minutes, while with AC it quickly becomes too cold since room is small, even if AC is set to 28 degrees.

Besides the expected furniture, there was a very comfortable rocking chair in the room along with a separate coffee table with 2 chairs The AC functioned very well in maintaining the desired temperature and there was also a ceiling fan in the room. Clean spacious bathroom with all amenities including dental kit, shaving kit, shower cap, etc Tea and coffee facilities provided in room 2 large bottles of water were provided as part of the room amenities The bed was very comfortable. Plug socket available was international type multi-socket. Wifi info was sent by sms on mobile and the wifi functioned quite well. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful Breakfast selection was good. Note that the restaurant a vegetarian restaurant with Jain food options available. We had dinner included in the rate, so we could chose any and every item in the menu to eat at no additional charge. The hotel is very conveniently located close to Surat Railway station, although we had to board our train from Udhna due to ongoing renovations at Surat station.
The light in the bathroom is on a timer, so kept going off from time to time, but it was never really an issue.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2025The hotel is in a very convenient location l, just a 2 min walk from the Surat railway station. The staff is extremely helpful, courteous and very accommodating. The room was clean and their breakfast spread is a must try. Their post check-out services are just equally great. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a decent stay in Surat.
The only issue I faced was not getting hot enough water in the shower. However, the staff was really helpful by providing it in a bucket whenever we requested. They even fixed the issue by the second day.
