Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Everything was so well planned — right from the late-night railway station pick-up, to the seamless check-in, to a lovely thank you memento at checkout. It was truly fabulous! I don't know what the official star rating of the hotel is, but let me tell you, they have taken care of every minute detail — welcome drinks, complimentary snacks, hair oil to slipers in the room... just everything thought through. And the breakfast was amazing. The only thing I missed was that I couldn't stay for one more day. It was a really cozy and comfortable stay. Great job team Sifat

Schlechte Klimaanlage, besonders im Zimmer. Eine Katastrophe. Essensgeruch ganzen Haus. Alles leicht heruntergekommen. Für diesen Preis gibt es in der Nachbarschaft weitaus bessere Hotels.

First night the AC didn't work at all and we had to be shifted to a new room the next day. The manager was very rude. The hotel says they accept international cards but they don't. This is a common problem in India due to additional charge, so I had asked and they said yes. The staff were apologetic but then they called the manager who kept gaslighting and shouting at us. Finally one of my colleagues could pay with a domestic card. It was embarrassing and strongly recommended to avoid this hotel.

Завтраки очень разнообразные. Персонал отеля очень вежливый и доброжелательный. Я была в Индии девять раз и это самый лучший отель за все время .
Мне бы хотелось москит сетку на окно.

When we first arrived the room was not cleaned to our standard. But we reported to reception and they instantly to the room cleaned and we felt much more comfortable. The hotel is on a road which becomes very busy.

The room serves persons not giving complimentary items like tea bags, water, by themselves for more than one time even if you stay more than one day (I stay 3 days). Even after i request they gave very minimal for 3 occupancy room.
