Great place to stay. Close to airport and with a nice beach. Good restuarants and atmosphere at hotel and in surrounding area, including the beach.

Everything been there a lot with my husband and took is ashes there to scatter the location is great and hope to go back

Nothing great

This was a beautiful hotel directly across from the beach. There are lots of restaurants along the street as well as grocery stores. There was a choice of swimming pools, the room was large and spacious and the breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful and allowed us a 6pm checkout (1000 bhat) as our flight wasn't until 10.30pm. There was a shuttle to the airport at a cost.

Charging for a shuttle at 200 bhat per person was expensive as other hotels offer this for free. Unfortunately when we walked the beach we ended up with thick grease all over our feet and thongs. We have no idea how as we never saw anything to avoid.

This is a big and busy hub in the middle of Nai Yang beach. The lovely beach with ‘on the sand’ restaurants, is across the road and convenience stores, massage spas, souvenirs and street food are at the front door. The hotel is modern, rooms have a balcony and there are three pools. Two for children and a deeper pool for swimming. It is very popular with Russian holiday makers.

Take away the Thai staff and Thai beach and this hotel could be a modern hotel anywhere.

This is a lovely resort right on the beach in the heart of Nai Yang village. Convenient to the airport, we discovered it by chance many years ago and it is now our firm favourite in Phuket. Very good breakfast. Wonderful staff. Great swimming pools. Very clean. Comfy beds and spacious rooms. It has a special charm because of the people who make you feel so welcome. We highly recommend it.

We arrived in Phuket after a long flight. An easy 5/10 minute Grab taxi ride from the airport. Stayed for one night. Two connecting rooms. Roti pancake and smoothie stalls outside hotel. The beach which has a row by of restaurants on the sand is across the road. We spent some time in the pool the following morning before checking out. Had a cheap 7-Eleven lunch sitting on the beach before ordering our onward Grab taxi to Ao Nang beach pier for our Railay Beach stay. Highly recommend.

Our trip wasn't for fun but for a family medical situation. We were fortunate enough to meet the one of the owners on one of the nights and he couldn't have been more caring and helpful. Brian, you have no idea how much comfort you have us. We only wish that we had more time to enjoy your beautiful resort. We will do our very best to get back. Thank you from Lynda & Debra

Честно говоря на фото номер светлый в голубых и белых тонах. Даши но не темный в домике. По фото я поняла что это в высотном здании номера. Но так как у мужа было плохое самочувствие и попросили поскорее заселить. То рады были тому что быстро дали. Расположение очень удобное. Не шумно но море близко.

This is is low budget accomodation and you get what you pay for.

Great location. Incredibly clean. Really comfortable beds & the pillows were amazing. Good size room & bathroom. Loved the choice of swimming pool’s & complimentary pool towels. Breakfast buffet was good choice & very well organised.

The surrounding restaurants and it’s quite humid maybe because of the forest it’s in- also I was upgraded which seems good but I was there for a transit flight and the upgrade placed me at the back of the complex away from everything but also annoying because I had to walk so far at 5am for airport transport so it was good and bad, good it was a massive room but bad it was so far from pools and restaurants

So easy to get to. We came from the ferry terminal. Very close to the airport on the beach. Three well maintained pools. Rooms were very spacious, an extra living room. The beds were fantastic for our taste. Like lying on a fluffy cloud.

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks in April. Everything was convenient. Arrive, and within 10 minutes you're in a wonderful hotel. Donna, Pan, Miu, Nisha, and Cherry greet you in the lobby, answering all your questions quickly and with a smile, checking you in, and assisting with any requests throughout your stay. The breakfast is hearty and caters to every taste. The stunning sea is just across the street. There are four swimming pools to choose from. The rooms also cater to every taste—the more expensive, the better. Daily cleaning, cleanliness, and comfort. Nearby are shops, cafes, restaurants, a pharmacy, massage parlors, and currency exchange offices with a good exchange rate. There's a market nearby that has everything you need. I love everything here; it's my third time here. It's the perfect place for a relaxing and peaceful getaway.

Schöne Anlage mit großen alten Bäumen mittendrin. Sehr schöne Pools mit viel Grün. Mein Zimmer im Bungalowstyle war auch sehr schön, gleich neben dem Pool aber doch mit Privacy

Frühstück war nicht angenehm, seltsame Auswahl, wohl auf das sehr Russisch geprägte Klientel. Personal dort auch sehr gleichgültig und unmotiviert

Полная стоимость суток проживания в отеле с завтраком 2200 Батт. Возвращаясь с пляжа, та же менеджер отказала нам продлять проживание без объяснений. После долгих разговоров и потраченного на это время , она предложила продление за 2000 Батт. Конечно это возмутило и огорчило. Вряд ли мы вернемся к вам ещё…. Ведь есть и другие отели рядом, например Белла Нара… Очень жаль…

Absolutely amazing stay! The room was spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommended! This is not first time here but many time and continue to visit here again and again.

My room was in a building right at the rear of the property so quite a walk to the street. Did not like the smoking around the swimming pools

I had a very pleasant stay here. I truly appreciated how the staff handled my concerns and were always willing to assist with my requests. Overall, the atmosphere is wonderful. I especially liked that the resort has many trees, creating a relaxing and natural environment. It’s very nice to sit by the pool and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The resort also has three pools, one of which features a water park theme, which is a great addition. I will definitely come back again.

Very nice hotel, recommend to book a little houses with a pool, the staff did for me a free upgrade in this kind of bungalow. It has a private entrance to the pool.

I have planned to stay here with my family and informed the hotel one week in advance that we needed an extra bed. However, upon check-in, we were told none were available due to a first-come, first-served policy, which was disappointing. Additionally, a staff member named “Cherry” spoke in an unfriendly and unprofessional manner, which negatively impacted our experience. The hotel should improve how advance requests are handled and ensure staff provide better customer service.

I couldn’t give this place full marks. We had a single storey room close to one of the pools with a private patio at the rear. The room was spacious well laid out, clean and attended to each day. Staff are lovely and friendly. Of the four pools many of the beds are in the shade due to the trees. We used the one pool with sun most of the day. Now for the downside the breakfast, not what we are used to. There were a choice of two juices orange or pineapple and both were watered down. A small salad selection but no cold meats or cheeses. Eggs were either scrambled or fried. This is the worst selection for breakfast we have seen. On a positive note Nai Yang beach is great.

Ligging

This hotel has a good location, but the staff are quite rude and they expect you to pay all sorts of deposits on arrival by cash. The breakfast was like a school canteen with plastic glasses and mediocre food and the rooms were basic. The best part was the pool near the bar, if you could get a space. The staff there were lovely.

Chcek in o 15:00 a o 15:00 nam povedali, ze izba este nie je pripravená. Dostanete kupon na welcome drink, s obrazkom krásnych drinkov a realita: dostanete na výber zo sladkych nealko nápojov (icetea, icecoffee, juice) zabalených v plastových 0,2dcl flaškach a to si máte vyliať do pohára s ľadom. O chuti radšej nehovorím.

Tolles Resort, was ich bereits zum dritten Mal besucht habe. Man ist direkt am Strand, kann aber auch die tollen Pools der Anlage nutzen. Generell ist das Resort sehr sauber und natürlich gestaltet. Die Zimmer bieten viel Platz und der Service ist sehr gut.

Keine negativen Anmerkungen.

There were a lot of people at breakfast :( you feel like you're in a cafeteria, the selection is generally okay, but a bit simple

The location is convenient — about 10 minutes from the airport, which is practical for early or late flights. The territory is very beautiful and well maintained: lots of greenery, trees, birds, butterflies, and several pool areas. The resort feels calm and visually pleasant. The staff was friendly, smiling, and helpful. The beach is located across the road, which is convenient.

If you are looking to sleep well before or after a flight, this is not the right hotel. The soundproofing is practically non-existent. You can hear everything — neighbors, outside noise — and your comfort fully depends on how quiet other guests are. The air conditioning is very old, extremely loud, and barely cools the room. It felt like staying inside an airport rather than resting. It is impossible to make the room completely dark. Light from outside comes through the bathroom window and cannot be turned off, which makes sleeping uncomfortable. Overall, the rooms and facilities are very outdated. While the exterior and landscaping are well maintained, the interior comfort is poor and clearly neglected. Despite being positioned as a resort complex, the lack of privacy, noise insulation, and basic comfort makes it unsuitable for rest.

A lot of the sunbeds were under cover by trees. Other than that could not fault the hotel

Very noisy hotel, because near works beach club coco. Room category sea turtle suit. And bad smell on the balcony (see foto) The safe may be taken away by somebody. Breakfast 🍳 is good and cleaning also. The weather was fine, seashore very well.
