Лучший отель на Пхукете где я была . Случайно о нем узнала . Брали большой семейный номер , очень комфортно с детьми. Интересный дизайн, большая территория . Потрясающий завтрак. Чисто . Приветливый персонал . Детский клуб с различными программами активности . Предусматривает отдельные Активити во время дождя . Само здание детского клуба маленькое , однако мероприятия проходят по всей территории отеля . Включает и фильмы , и тренировки и игры и мастер классы. Есть где погулять , несколько бассейнов , тренажерный зал . Все красиво и спокойно. Есть выход прямо на пляж Наянг и к магазину . Очень удобно . Рядом есть все .

Tolles Personal, wunderschöne Anlage und ein gigantisches Frühstücksbuffet, was keine Wünsche offen lässt! Das Black Ginger ist wirklich ein Besuch wert!

Tatsächlich sind die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ein neuer Anstrich würde nicht schaden.

A stunning place with excellent breakfasts; the hotel is clean, beautiful, and set on vast grounds. The room was large and spacious. The hotel staff were highly service-oriented, courteous, and professional. Dining at the hotel's "Black Ginger" restaurant was a great experience. It is close to a stunning beach and delicious local restaurants.

המקום מיוחד מאוד. אדריכלות הנוף והצמחיה משגעת. בריכות נהדרות שבהן ניתן למצוא את העדפת השקט והרגיעה הרצויה. שירות נהדר ממש. גם הקרבה ל nai yang beach נהדרת.

החדר טיפה מיושן. המיטה קצת לא נוחה המזרון שקוע. הטוש המרכזי בחדר לא עובד. הייתה תקלת מזגן שנפתרה.. שורה תחתונה. נדרש שיפוץ שדרוג בחדרים קצת.

Schitterend complex met goede faciliteiten. Direct aan het strand en met 3 verschillende zwembaden. Uitstekend ontbijt.

Breakfast was great and pools were clean. Beach was okay and not that great compared to other beaches in Krabi or phuket. Would love to visit again with family

Это просто потрясающий отель. Рядом спокойный пляж, а сама территория отеля - просто фантастика. По территории хотелось гулять каждый день, и каждый раз находишь для себя что-то новое. Интерьеры - это отдельная история. Все продумано до мелочей. Как будто оказался не просто в отеле, а в настоящем музее. Спасибо огромное сотрудникам за незабываемый опыт!

הדבר היחיד שאולי פחות מוצלח זה שהקידס קלאב יחסית בסיסי, והמזגן בחדר כושר לא מקרר מספיק.

Sehr stylisches Boutique Hotel, mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Öffentliche Bereiche und Zimmer sind sehr hochwertig und ansprechend. Abgerundet wird das ganze durch freundliches und aufmerksames Personal sowie gutes Essen.

Beach front location

The property is becoming dated

Insane property - do not hesitate to book this!! Every part of this is incredible, a huge resort, multiple beautiful pools, staff are amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Our room was so spacious and clean and the grounds of this resort are so magical. It is very green and authentic and you feel like you are in paradise! The most beautiful resort I have ever stayed in by far. Everything was clean, architecture and design was so beautiful. No need to step foot outside of this resort once you arrive.

Unser erneuter Aufenthalt im The Slate Phuket hat einmal mehr bestätigt, warum wir zurückgekehrt sind: eine ruhige Oase mit außergewöhnlicher Architektur, wunderschöner, gepflegter Gartenanlage und stilvollen Zimmern (Building O war traumhaft). Besonders hervorzuheben ist der aufmerksame Service – Feedback, etwa zur thailändischen Speisenauswahl beim Frühstück, wurde direkt aufgenommen und spürbar verbessert. Das Resort ist ideal, um vor dem Heimflug noch einmal vollkommen zu entspannen, nicht zuletzt dank der Nähe zum Flughafen (nur ca. 10–15 Minuten). Ein herzliches Dankeschön auch an Peter Wagner, den wir persönlich kennenlernen durften und der sich mit großem Engagement um Details und das Wohl der Gäste kümmert – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wichtig zu wissen ist die bewusst sehr offene Bauweise des The Slate Phuket: Restaurants und Gemeinschaftsbereiche sind nicht klimatisiert, was bei hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit und Temperaturen entsprechend spürbar ist – genau das gehört aber zum besonderen Designkonzept des Hauses. Wer durchgehend klimatisierte Räume bevorzugt, sollte das im Vorfeld bedenken. Für uns war es beim zweiten Aufenthalt absolut stimmig, da man sich darauf einstellen kann und die Zimmer selbst bestens klimatisiert sind.

An exceptional hotel where design meets truly thoughtful engineering. Even one night here made me see service in a completely different way. As you walk through the property, you naturally notice how every space flows effortlessly into the next — relaxation areas, layout, atmosphere — all perfectly aligned within a unique design concept. Nothing feels random; everything has its place and purpose. The Slate exceeded all expectations and leaves a lasting impression long after you leave.

Family room is a bit dark being on a ground floor so no view but you just need to reach the beach in 5 min to watch beautiful sunsets

Excellent food and service

Es war von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise perfekt! Unglaublich freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, alles sehr sauber und die gesamte Anlage einfach wunderschön!! Der Strand ist nur durch eine Straße getrennt. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen sehr ruhig. Unbedingt den Sonnenuntergang am Strand genießen!

Beautiful grounds and pools

Beach wasn’t as good as the one in phi phi where we’d come from. Probably spoilt in phi phi to be honest! The hotel was outstanding. The happy hours were really worthwhile

Belles infrastructures, personnel très professionnel et agréables et magnifiques piscines pour adultes et enfants. Petit déjeuner incroyable ! Bien situé il y a tout à proximité, laveries, restaurants et plage. De plus, l’aéroport est pas loin ce qui est pratique !

The property was very beautiful, spacious and quiet. The pools were very relaxing. We enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfasts. We appreciated the gate to the beach area and that the beach was near the property and walkable.

The beds were way too soft.

Конечно некоторые вещи требуют ремонта и реновации. Постоянно не хватало полотенец у семейного бассейна.

Der Strandabschnitt könnte schöner sein

This is our 2nd time staying at The Slate, and it didn't disappoint. it's a beautiful hotel and the grounds are perfection. Unfortunately this time we were put in the I wing, which is a little older than the A wing which is where we were placed on our trip last year. The rooms in I wing seem to be a little older and smaller, but still equally as beautiful with decor, comfort and luxury. We love the location, with the beach and village of Nai Yang straight out the back gates, and we loved the big breakfast buffet and the pool area. The Reception team were very helpful in helping secure us a late checkout this year, which was very helpful as we had a 9:45pm flight and it made the world of difference. It's a shame they couldn't confirm this upon our check-in three days earlier, but at least they found us a room and even though we paid for the late check-out hours, it was great that they could provide this as guests in their hotel - it makes a big difference before a long-haul flight to have a room/shower, re-pack etc. the hotel has strong Wifi, three pools to choose from, is in a great location, and the rooms are comfortable, and smell amazing - so much so we bought three vials of their room essential oils to take home with us. Little things to make our stay slightly better would be to provide more tea/coffee in the rooms, and to offer a pillow choice, as they only have one big large flat/floppy pillow on the beds and when I asked for other pillows they only had one other choice with was hard memory foam pillows - so that would have made our stay much better to have had a comfortable pillow. The bed was also a little old and wobbly and the mattress was a little old/flat - but the pillow would have made a world of difference. Other than that - it's a stunning hotel, so we will be back!

Would be great to have a pillow option other than the big Euro pillows on the beds. When i asked the staff to bring another pillow option, i was given a really full plump memory foam pillow - you don't seem to have something in between.

A bit far from the centre

Прекрасный отель. Нам очень понравился уникальный дизайн отеля. Не банально. Постройки отеля - арт объекты. Гулять по территории отеля , наслаждаться видами - отдельное удовольствие! Прекрасные большие и чистые бассейны. Красивый сад. В отеле много ресторанов с разной кухней на любой выбор. Очень дружелюбный персонал.

ОЧЕНЬ ШУМНО. Номер находился в корпусе Е Рядом с корпусом через забор находится фабрика или завод, на котором включается мотор иногда в 3 AM, иногда среди ночи. Гул и шум не давал уснуть

Очень тесная и неудобная ванная комната , нет душа, только ванная со шторкой. Дверь в ванную комнату сделана в виде амбарной -задвижная и тоже неудобная, на второй день содрали ею кожу с пальца. Вся территория с большим количеством лестниц, отсутствуют лифты в корпусах отеля - приходилось подниматься на третий этаж пешком с больной ногой. Все это испортило первоначальное хорошее впечатление от интерьеров отеля и живописной территории .

Grosszügige saubere Zimmer, tolles Frühstücksangebot, wo man draussen sitzen kann. Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Aufmerksames Personal. Eine grüne Oase mit vielen Pflanzen, wodurch man die Grösse der Anlage weniger verspürt. Unterkunft in verschiedenen Gebäuden.

Excellent location, especially if it helps you to be closer to the airport. Beautiful setting and gardens with fabulous lush vegetation. Very lovely staff and well run hotel.

Nothing to dislike per say, but it’s looking slightly ‘tired’ in places.

Красивая территория, шикарные номера, удобная кровать, персонал профессиональный, удобное зонирование детских и взрослых зон.

Очень тухлая локация вокруг (в 22:00 все закрывается). Море грязное, много лодок(( В номерах ужасно громкий кондиционер, как в самолете летишь - ужас!!! (в отеле такого уровня прям удивило)

We stayed at the Slate for our honeymoon and it was absolutely fantastic, lovely staff who added lots of extra touches, especially Allen, highly recommend this amazing place
