Ontbijt veelste duur voor wat je krijgt. Bijna alles gerucht op Chinezen. Er zijn ook bijna geen andere nationaliteiten te vinden. Prijzen van het eten en drinken veelste hoog!

Beautiful rooms and common areas including nice pool and beach area

Lack of WiFi drove me crazy. I needed to do some work and business calls but could not because the WiFi weak or dropping out. Hotel got their IT person to check it but final result was that the system was not up to handling the guest needs. This was my 1 main criticism.

Zwembad is fijn en zeker de zwembaden bij het complex ernaast zijn leuk. Mag je gebruiken als gast van het hotel.

Housekeeping was ons vergeten, de wc was stuk en in de badkamer is alles wel toe aan een renovatie. Er staat veel schimmel in de voegen. Ontbijt is ter plekke zeer prijzig, zeker voor wat je krijgt. Het zijn Europese prijzen (of zelfs duurder..) Checkin was ook bijzonder: eigenlijk mochten we pas om 15.00u de pasjes krijgen. Echter.. de kamer was al klaar. Na wat aandringen kregen we toch de pasjes

It was very comfortable and conveniently located close to the airport. It provided all the facilities required for our short stay in KK.

我們以 週五､週六 2晚 房價入住，想續訂 週日一晚，發現 房價上漲較多，就放棄續住。

The place is so run down and the room was dusty. Aircond was not cool as my previous stayed

Clean and beautiful

The room that i was given was super spacious and the view is amazing! Its definitely worth the price for the amazing view despite some other issue with the room.

There's 2 TV in the room but none were working. A few of the lamps in the room were not working too, making the room a bit dark. There was suppose to be a hairdryer in the room but we could not find it, so we tried to called for room service using the room's phone, to which, was not working as well! So we called the hotel using our cell, telling them that the phone was not working and we needed a hair dryer. 20 minutes later, the technician came but only to fix the phone. I had to call the hotel another 2 times (using my cellphone once and the fixed room phone another time) and waited about an hour before the hairdryer arrived. That experience was terrible as it was about 11.45pm when we got our hairdryer. Also, the room's electric sockets are all located at unreasonable places & height, you cant charged your phone next to the bed unless you unplug 1 of the lamp (which the room is already dark enough) and the socket is too low, which is a bit hard to reach.

The lighting in the room is poor.

Great location. Away from main town strip. Quiet, great harbour. Easy to get about. Staff were fantastic. Rooms fairly standard, clean, functional. Big hotel, with modern facilities.

Small beach was unusable - the amount of plastic and rubbish in the water is a disgrace - Kota Town / City authorities should be ashamed. The sea was just awful with the amount of floating trash. And, no one seemed to be that bothered or doing anything [ from the Hotel ] to clean the small beach. So sad. Top floor [ 12 ] near the rooftop club / bar could get very noisy at night.

Je kon niet met je gezin even ‘s avonds chillen met een drankje in the lobby. Er was wel een bar boven op de 12e maar dat was alleen 18+

room service. 2 hrs is too long to wait. Only one disability toilet in whole hotel. we stayed for 10 nights & our sheets didnt get changed once

The property is gorgeous. The beach was so so but nice to be able to see the sunset. We were upgraded to a Jr suite. It was nice but a bit too large for us. We appreciated the gesture. The room was clean and airy.

The location although was nice it was difficult to just pop into town for food or groceries unless you drive. The light at the entrance of our room could not be switched off. Upon return to our room on our second night, some of the lights decided not to work and both the TVs in the room also did not work. Since it was our last night and was late when we returned we decided not to make a fuss over it. Some of the room facilities were not very intuitive.

booked stay with family, 2x executive room for 3days and 2 nights. both of the nights, there was a small event happening with singing and loud noise. our room is at 6th floor. it was uncomfortable sleep for both night, and the last night was the worst as there was an Annual Company event from brunei. as their theme was CIRCUS and yes that includes LOUD NOISE OF BANGING DRUMS. i dont mind of the screams. but it was the DRUM BANGING AT 11.30PM. and it last for almost half hour. i do not understand on how this top hotels allowed such noise to happen in the late night.

Perfect place to see sunset and enjoy music at rooftop 🌅 !! I definitely recommend this place to visit when you are here KK👸🏻🖤 Also I wanna mention “Attrah” !!! She’s very kind, adorable and friendly :)) 🙌🏻 But, of course the other staffs as well hahah ✨ Thank you for your service guys !

Located in Sutera resort, marina nearby, convenient to take boats. Poor service without telling anything to caution, wall paper peeling off cuz wet weather, sanitary bag can’t open, two caps no comb, dirty cup and desk, hair dryer not working, staff send me a portable one, can’t turn off the night light, phoned reception, but no one come, no socket at both side of beds. Noisy and not soundproof, especially flights at night and cleaning in the morning. Rooms at average size, friendly environment outside doors, swimming pools and function rooms are playable, sea view and bar at the top floor can enjoy the sunset.

So far the place nice of course the view the sea breeze but not ask lah old hotel lehh.friendly staff comfortable all thingss the food 4starr i can afford not all sedap some nice but some nit bad lah

The window is too grainy, where is my sea view?

This was a very disappointing dining experience. The seafood soup contained only three shrimp, along with a few pieces of mushroom and cauliflower, which was far from what one would reasonably expect from a seafood dish. Even more concerning, there was a hair found in the oxtail soup, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. Overall, the food quality and attention to basic cleanliness were extremely poor. I would not recommend this place and hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

체크인을 오후 3시에 하는데 1시간 이상 줄서서 기다렸고, 카운터에서 체크인하면서 방 청소가 안되있어 30분이상 기다려야 한다고 했슴. 항의하니 다른 방을 배정해 줘서 방에 입실해 보니 청소상태도 불량이고, 방에서 와이파이가 안되 카운터에 얘길하니 카운터에서 컴퓨터로 조작하고 나서 와이파이가 작동하길래 방에와서 와이파일를 켜보니 작동이 안됨. 그래서 다시 카운터에 가서 애길하니 똑같은 방법으로 컴퓨터 작업을 했고, 카운터 앞에서는 와이파이가 작동돼 방에와서 와이파이를 켜보니 작동이 안됐고, 이러한 행위를 3회 반복해도 안되어 카운터에서 사람을 불러서 결국 방 천정속에있는 어떤 장치를 조작한 후 와이파이가 작동됌. 또한 아침식사를 하기 위해 식당에 갔는데 테이블도 치우지 않고 음식물 찌꺼기가 널려있는 테이븐을 이용하라고 해서 더럽다고 항의하니 그때야 테이블을 치웠고. 이런 호털이 무슨 5성급 호털이냐, 동네 여관보다도 더 못한 숙박시설이다. 이런곳은 절대 이용하면 안된다.

Due to the weekend the breakfest restaurant were to crowded and no alternative restaurant available. The pool restaurant opened at 1100. And then, with European menu only. It would be nice to have asian food available when you you travel to Asia.

Excellent service, great food, and amazing views of KK at sunset!! The staff including Zulfikri, Azrai, Syarif, Ain, Debbie, Kristen, Asry, Leona were all excellent hosts and provided a great overall experience!
