Reviewed Aug 28, 2026C'est un établissement bien, sur tout le plan. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. C'est un établissement très bien sécurisé et calme. Le service de nettoyage était très régulier et très professionnel.
Apparemment, le personnel n'est pas disposé à aider ses propres clients habituels, en cas de difficultés de paiement. J'avais oublié, cette fois-ci, mes cartes bancaires; le check in n'a pas été facile; j'étais au bord d'une humiliation, pendant qu'ils avaient la possibilité de prendre directement l'argent online, dans ma réservation (je pense); mais, hélas!

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026I could easily walk to the mall from hotel. But other if not most still offer shuttle to the nearest malls and other places. On this hotel the help desk were just rude and simply told me I dont need a shuttle to go to the mall. In a nonchalant and rude way.
Staff were in general not friendly at all. Some were rude at times and not helpful. The TV is small and not HD channels. The room was simply underwhelming.

Je suggère qu'ils améliorent un peu la lumière des chambres; car, certaines ampoules n'éclairaient pas très bien.

Breakfast was cold on the first day , service is slow with some of the waiters in the breakfast restaurant.

Insonorização no quarto nao existe, ouvi os carros na rua. Incompetência total dos empregados do pequeno almoço. Um dia o pedido veio atrasado e frio, outro pedi sumo de laranja que nunca chegou, falavam ao telefone na sala... podemos nao saber fazer bem, mas isso não justifica a indiferença com os clientes.
