プール、卓球、ビリヤードなど子供と遊べるので楽しくすごせました。食事は、モーニングのオムレツとフレンチトーストがとてもおいしくて何度もおかわりしました。夕飯も海老天や小粒ですがいくらか食べ放題なので最高でした。スタッフの対応もスピーディーでよかったです。ありがとうございました。

エレベーターの待ち時間と中の蒸し暑さが我慢できませんでした。

２年ぶりのリピートです 昨年は都合で間際にキャンセルで今回は二泊でゆっくりと過ごしました 宿は畳と小さめの冷蔵庫と浴衣の勝手なイメージでしたがアップグレードの家のようで良いです スタンプラリーなど楽しみ方は年代にもよると思いますが細やかです ブュッフェや無料サーバーなどありますが居心地が良いです 目的地と宿が一致して決めました 上手く伝えるのはできませんが旅行が楽しめました ３０周年おめでとうございます

部屋が綺麗で景色も素晴らしい 卓球とビリヤードが無料なのがありがたい プールも無料な上に清潔で楽しかったです 温泉の質もよかった このクオリティでこのお値段はとてもお得だと思います

今回は朝食バイキングを付けてみたが、2800円の割には美味しくなかった… あと混んでるため1時間制限をかけられて、1時間ぴったりになると感じの悪いおばさんが食器をさげにくるのが残念でした 他のスタッフさんは感じが良いのにおばさんだけ感じ悪かったです

Everything. We loved our stay. It was well laid out and nice location.

Chambre spacieuse, vue splendide, literie confortable, y compris futon. Prestation de très bon rapport qualité/prix. Piscine et onsen également avec vue et bien équipés (prêt de bonnets de bain, essoreuse à maillot).

Rapport qualité/prix du buffet du soir décevant, prix élevé (notamment enfant) sans rapport avec les propositions culinaires.

部屋も広くゆっくりくつろげました。

チェックインの仕方がわからず車の列に並んでいたこと。案内があると良かったです。 卓球の終了時間が違っていたこと。

受付のスタッフ（四宮様）の対応に感謝します。 また機会を作り利用したいと思います。 今回の目的は久しぶりに家族4人とワンちゃんでの旅行でしたので、ほぼお部屋でゆっくりと過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

特にありませんが、前回利用した時に一部のお部屋の改装工事を行なっていて、今回はその回廊後のお部屋だったような感じでとても新しく綺麗でした。

We had a top floor delux apartment ahd the views were great and we had plenty of space.for the 4 of us. The onsen was lovely and plenty of parking.

The apartment whilst generally clean wasn't spotless with dust on the window sills in the bedroom. The hotel is a bit dated and needs some updating in some parts. The apartment kitchen toy get some random selection of items but you gave to hire bowls and plates or anything really when for the simplest of meals which whilst not expensive was rather odd and not something I've come across before. I suppose they want you to eat in their restaurant which we did one night. Food was OK but some of it was luke warm and didn't really think it was value for money if honest. The location needs a car to get around and there isn't much nearby in terms of resyraurant etc although the Indian resturant around the corner was really good. We did enjoy our stay though.

Big rooms Well prepared for kids

The room was huge with 2 separate bedrooms and a living and dining area. The bathroom had windows overlooking the sea but it was cloudy on the days we stayed there so missed out on the view. The onsen was nice and wasn't crowded when we visited. The reception also provided very helpful tips on dinner options and we ended up having the best handmade soba noodles for our Japan trip. There was plenty of parking too.

The property was a little dated but the views make up for it.

天気が良くなくて、せっかくの景色を満喫することはできませんでしたが、お部屋も広くて大満足でしたし、朝食も美味しかったです。 プールなどの施設もあって、また行きたいと思いました。

Een hele rustige locatie, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Alles is er goed georganiseerd. Prachtige locatie op een halfuurtje wandelen van Mt. Omuro en de Izu Shaboten zoo. Gratis shuttlebus tussen hotel en station Izukogen.

お部屋が広くてお洒落で、コンセント刺すところが沢山あったので良かったです！ トイレが2つあったのも助かりました。 父は部屋のお風呂からの眺めが良かったと喜んでました！露天風呂も最高！ ケーキもしっかり協力していただけて、とてもいいお祝いができました！ありがとうございました！！

枕が1つ汚れてました。 コンビニが中に入ってたら最高でした。 売店ももう少しおにぎりやお菓子系、タバコなどあったら良かったなと思いました。

An excellent hotel for a family vacation. The view from the room was absolutely stunning. Great value for money, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

長く歩けない高齢の母と、孫（三か月の乳児）を連れての家族旅行のため、部屋で調理できたのがありがたかったです。調理器具（炊飯器や鍋にもなるホットプレート）や食器も安い価格でお借りできました。 また母の94歳の誕生日会を兼ねての旅行でしたので、誕生日ケーキも注文できましたし、ケーキを食べるまでフロントでケーキを預かっていただけるサービスも、冷蔵庫が満杯でしたので、とても助かりました。

I want to preface this by saying that we only stayed one night here and this was meant to be a transit hotel for us. When we booked it, we didn't pay too much attention to the details. It looked clean, the reviews were good and the price was great, so we just reserved it without looking too much into it. + The staff was very polite and helpful. They all spoke good English and check in was fast + The hotel is huge and has a very interesting vibe to it. It feels like one of those never ending resorts. It's so huge that the staff gives you a map of it alongside an explanation on how to reach your room + We got the Vista Bath Suite with Ocean View room. When we finally arrived at our room we were confused for a few moments as we thought the staff mistakenly gave us the wrong one, but then looked at the booking again and realized that no, this is what we reserved. There's no other word that can be used here besides humongous. It was literally a never ending apartment. We found it funny considering we just needed a place to sleep and that we'll be there for less than 13 hours. You can easily fit multiple people in here and space would never be an issue. + The beds were big and comfortable, so no complains there. + While we didn't pay too much attention to this, the place seemed to be very clean. We didn't find anything problematic in this regard + The breakfast was quite varied and very good! I highly recommend this hotel!

For as huge as the room was, I believe not having a washing machine in it is a big oversight as there clearly is space for it. I'm assuming that most people that visit this place come in big groups and stay for longer periods of time so including one would make a lot of sense. There is a laundry room somewhere in the establishment but it's paid and depending on how far your room is from it, you might have to spend some time getting to it. Our room was fully opposite to it so we had to comically run around with our laundry in the hotel as it took 5 minutes to reach it

It was beautiful and quiet with an amazing view

It was very secluded and the shuttles didn’t run late enough for us to get dinner in town. The dinner buffet was not impressive.

まだ滞在中ですが、今までキッチン付きのホテルを幾つか泊まってましたが、過去最高でした。多分　ここ以上のとこない。キッチン自体もIHで普通に料理ができる。立地も海を高台から眺望できて、お風呂も温泉で露天風呂、サウナ、水風呂付き。部屋はスタンダードスイートでしたが、高級リゾートマンションの体験ができるほどの贅沢感。またスーパー銭湯にあるような館内着も用意されててめちゃリラックス。早めの３泊予約だったので一泊一人9000円の計算でありえんほどのコスパ。素晴らしいホテルです。 注意点としては、伊豆高原周辺は車がないと観光は厳しいのてレンタカーをお勧めします。 最後に　サランラップだけは置いてほしい🙏🙏

L’hôtel à Izu Kōgen est superbe. La chambre était très spacieuse, de type appartement, avec vue sur la mer. L’endroit était très calme et les lits très confortables. Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié, c’est l’accès à l’onsen, une expérience inoubliable.

L’hôtel est éloigné de la gare, mais il propose un service de navette avec un chauffeur très professionnel et agréable. Ce service doit normalement être réservé à l’avance, mais à notre arrivée à Izu Kōgen, nous avons appelé l’hôtel et, bien que nous n’ayons pas effectué de réservation, ils sont venus nous chercher immédiatement.

Room is very spacious & comfortable. The facilities are also very good & useful. The staff working on the evening shift on 18/5/26 - a man and 2 ladies were excellent. They were caring, very helpful and went out of the way to help me find the fastest & easiest way to Kawaguchiko. They guided me every step so I was able to make it there on time for my appointment. Kudos to them👍👏👍👏. My heartfelt thanks.

The building clearly needs a refurbishment. But that didn't deter from how amazing it was.

이즈반도 특성상 주변에 뭐가 많이 없지만, 이곳은 호텔에서 모든걸 해결할 수 있을 정도로 시설이 좋았어요. 특히 일본같지않게 큰 객실이 맘에듭니다.

Village Izu Kogen was a pleasant stay with plenty of attractions nearby to plan a few days worth of excursions. Especially with the accessibility and accommodations for families (traveling with an infant and 3 year old). There are trails available a short walk away from the station, Shaboten Zoo, Mt. Omuro, Gran Pal park with special discounts for hotel guests. The views available were also enjoyable from our room.

We are a family that loves food. Our rating would be higher if we could have experienced some variety in the dinners. The food was great though! Especially the selection of fish and other items during dinner. Breakfast was no complaints with omelets and French toast chef. Given the location, it is not easy to find dinner without a car (an infant and 3 yr old as well that need to feed constantly/sleep early) We chose breakfast and dinner plans for our 2 nights and 3 day stay for those reasons. We were a little disappointed on that point that most of the food was the same as the previous night with 2-3 exceptions. We made most of what we thought was good the previous day and sampled the new items. It is a buffet, so it’s we understand a business will run with what makes sense for them. Keep in mind we are an international family that resides in Japan, so it may be different for international tourists experiencing the variety of Japanese cuisine served.

駐車場のスペースが狭い（幅）、雨の日だったので特に駐車場と入口が遠い。玄関でチェックイン前に荷物を降ろさないよう指示看板があり、離れた駐車場から荷物をもって、裏の入口に入ろうとしたらロックがかかっており、電子キーもチェックイン前なので持っていないので、坂を下って元の玄関まで荷物をもって移動せねばならず、足の悪い家内はつらそうであった。

2回目の利用でしたが、やはりお部屋は広く景色も良かったです。ボードゲームや卓球、ビリヤード、プールなどいろいろ遊べました。

朝食会場が狭いので待ちが発生していました。私達は朝一番に利用しました。

3世代旅行で宿泊させてもらいましたが、部屋が広くて眺めもよく、清潔感があり、食事も美味しく、みんなが満足できました。

Der Onsen war sehr schön und sauber. Das Buffet war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und interessant gestaltet.

基本宿泊料金を、もう少し安価で提供して欲しかった。 カラオケを大江戸温泉のように無料で出来るようにして欲しかったです。

Staff are welcoming and assisted us to order food since we couldn’t book the restaurant for dinner. The suite is huge with sea view and close view of Mt Omuro. Stunning view for sunrise.

Couldn’t accommodate for dinner as booking was full. The corridor to hotel room was outdoors and it’s freezing when we wore clothes for onsen.

最初ビュッフェを希望していたのですが空いていなかったため、やむなく部屋食にしたところはあったのですが、結果、時間を自由に選べるメリットを感じました。とくに、孫が小さいため（3歳・7歳）、この自在さは新しい発見で、おかげで娘家族が満足して、一緒に楽しむことができました。

Enjoyed the facility, the staff, the pool and the onsen. Our room was large, spacious and comfortable. The view is stunning.

I was disappointed not to have any dishes or cooking tools in the kitchen. When traveling, its nice to have the flexibility to have a bowl of cereal, boil some eggs, etc. We had a very nice kitchen without any bowls, plates, pots, etc. Also, appreciated the coffee, but the cups were too small to make the coffee. Not a big deal since you can get from the vending machine or in the lobby, but still would have been nice to have in the room.

Quarto enorme ou melhor, será que era um apartamento? Sim, tinha cozinha e sala, onde pudemos juntar duas famílias para o café da manhã. Linda arquitetura, pé direito altíssimo, cachoeira, jardim suspenso, enfim tudo de bom gosto.

Nada. Mas se você não tiver alugado um carro terá um pouco de dificuldade, pois o hotel se localiza quase no topo da colina, porém será recompensado por uma vista maravilhosa.
