수영장 물온도가 다소 차가웠던것. 실외 수영장이 사라진것

환경과 View는 명불허전 입니다.

욕실 샤워기가 빙징 돌아 조금 불편했습니다. 5 스타 호텔 답게 좀 수리하시는게 좋을거 같습니다.

서울 도심에서 살짝 벗겨난 위치도 좋았고, 서울 가운데에서 이런 쾌적하고 한적한 호텔에서 쉴 수 있다는 점이 무척 좋았습니다. 골프 약속 잡으면 라운딩 가는 날까지 기분이 참 좋잖아요. 친한 친구들 가족들과 라운딩 가는 것처럼 클럽하우스에 도달하는 것처럼, 즐겁고 재밌는 여정길이었습니다. 직원분들도 하나같이 너무 친절하시고 호텔 자체의 인구밀도도 낮아 교외 리조트 온 것 같은 기분이었어요. 정원에 고양이들이 많은 점도 참 기분 좋은 추억이 됐습니다. 콜버트의 랍스터 작품이 설치돼 있는 게 인상적이긴 했으나, 메이필드의 분위기와는 조금 동떨어져있지 않나 생각도 들었어요.

단순히 저의 불운이었지만, 한일중 동화교류대회라는 나름 교육부의 큰 대회 일정과 투숙이 겹쳐서 체크인이 굉장히 정신없었습니다. 아이들의 소음이 복도까지 들려와서 아쉬웠습니다.... 하지만 귀여운 아이들을 볼 수 있던 건 좋은 점 같기도 하고.. 차치하고, 욕실의 청소상태가 아쉬웠습니다. 구석 곳곳에 머리카락이...ㅠㅠ 리노베이션된 스탠다드 더블룸이 기대가 컸는데 옷 보관 공간과 세면대 공간이 간살문으로 구분이 되는데 이것 때문에 셀프바를 이용하다 세면대를 이용하고 이런 점들이 정말 불편했습니다...... 아울러 모든 피트니스 시설이 빌라동에 있어서 이동 동선도 아쉬웠는데.. 비가 오거나 눈이오거나 할 때는 이동하기가 정말 쉽지 않겠더라고요. (그래서 다음 숙박을 하게된다면 빌라동에 묵으면 좋겠구나 생각하긴 했습니다....)

가성비 좋은 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 아침조식을 이용했는데 모든 재료가 신선하고 맛있었습니다.

Incredible green surroundings of the hotel, where you don't feel like you're in a big metropolis. Extremely polite and helpful staff, excellent restaurants.

The mattress was a bit too soft for my sore back, but I was able to work around that. Those beds are definitely fine for normal people.

there was a confusion in regards to the location of the hotel, we had chosen it because of the proximity to Incheon airport but it was far, it was closer to Gimpo, therefore there was no shuttle bus and we had to take a taxi to and from the hotel. There should be more clarity in regards to the real location of the hotel in reference to which airport, Thanks!

森の中のホテルで、ソウル市内とは思えない優雅さです。 部屋も使い易く、ベッドは快適でした。何より、定評ある食事が流石でした。

金浦国際空港近くなので、飛行機の音は聞こえます。昼寝をしたい人には少し辛いかもしれません。

I liked the amenities.

First, the room was very outdated and really in need of renovation. For what I paid, it was really not worth it at all!! The mattress should also be replaced to memory foam and not the hard spring mattress. There’s also no coffee maker and their room service was not very tasty.

조식 맛있어서 딸내미가 아주 맛있게 먹었어요 조식 때문에 다음에 여기 호텔 또 이용하자고 할 정도로 만족스러워했습니다. 직원분들 친절하시고 응대 빠르게 해주시는것도 좋았어요!!

Overall, we would recommend this hotel to those looking to step away from the fast-paced city life and enjoy a peaceful environment.

Our stay at the Mayfield Hotel Seoul was impacted by several issues, mainly related to communication and clarity of services. Some facilities (like the sauna) were not included without clear prior information. Access to the hotel from public transport was also unclear, leading us to enter through the car entrance, which felt unsafe. In the room, the bathtub was not practical to use. We also experienced difficulties with staff communication. As first-time guests in a five-star hotel, we expressed that we were unfamiliar with certain procedures, but did not always receive clear guidance and sometimes felt uncomfortable or judged. Ordering food via phone was particularly frustrating, with language barriers and interrupted calls preventing us from successfully ordering. Similarly, information about the airport shuttle was unclear, and we had to search online ourselves. There were also inconsistencies regarding amenities: although a fridge was provided, outside food restrictions made it unusable for personal items, and we received no clear answer about using the in-room washing machine. The laundry service process also felt inconvenient. Overall, we felt that the lack of clear explanations made the experience difficult, especially for guests not familiar with this type of hotel.

결혼기념일이라 처음으로 방문했습니다. 다음이 정말 좋았습니다. (1) 친절한 스태프 분들 (2) 맛있는 조식 (3) 환상적인 조경과 산책로 (4) 로얄마일에서 안주와 함께 한 잔

スタッフの対応が良かった。

空港へのシャトルバスの開始時間が遅かった。

The location was nice. The scenery was beautiful. The receptionists and door men were really helpful and kind.

I couldn't work the DND button. The toilet stopped working properly midway through. House keeping was insistent evening though I refused and asked if I knew one of the guests on the floor. It was odd.

The room is very clean and the interio wa exactly my taste. The concierge recommneded a delicious Korean style barbecue restaurant and it was very nice.

방 내부는 좋습니다. 침대도 편해요.

손에 비누칠하고 조작이 힘들 정도로 샤워기 faucet이 잘 잡히지가 않는 디자인으로 불편했습니다. 정원은 사진에서 보이는 것과는 좀 다르게 연수원 느낌에 가까워요

А вы знаете, скажу что достаточно хорошо. Персонал отзывчивый, поменяли номер когда пожаловалась на шум от дороги, территория отеля очень красивая. Можно поиграть в гольф или сходить в шикарный Онсен за дополнительную плату. Еда вкусная в ресторане, хорошая кондитерская со свежей выпечкой, и в целом просто иногда тяжело донести на Английском, ( но английский хромает во всей Южной Корее) поэтому отель тут ни при чем. Все возможно согласовать при желании. Мне всегда открывали дверь в такси, помогали трижды с багажом, в комнате было чисто. Комнаты большие и светлые. Чуть доработать звукоизоляцию окон - двойные стеклопакеты - и будет совсем хорошо.

주말 연휴에.수영장을 회원2레인으로 해둔건 아무도 이용하지 않아서 객실사용2레인만 넘쳐서 불편했어요.

Hotel is big and give feeling like resort. They have good buffet breakfast but no Halal Meals.

Big spacious grounds with a convenience store also on the property. The pool was big and indoors and the gym well equipped.

For a 4/5 star hotel our room could have been a bit cleaner- the bathroom needed to be wiped down better and hair on the floors from previous people. It’s close to Gimpo if you need that but for the money I’d probably not stay again.

Выбирал исходя из близкого расположения к аэропорту Гимпо. Очень удобно было добираться , рядом много достопримечательностей , моя цель был концерт группы Оазис - за 20$ без проблем добрался на такси до стадиона где проходил концерт. Есть спортзал и бассейн, есть сауна но за это надо платить отдельно. В сауне я хорошо восстановил свои силы, понравился открытый бассейн на природе, птички летают , смотришь наверх зеленая листва и запах осени.

Все ОК. Надо знать что есть кондо есть suites . Я жил в здании Suites - внизу 7Еleven , все можно подкупить если не хочется 120$ платить за местный буфет или 27$ за 1 спагетти. Именно в этом здании спортзал, сауна и бассейн

食事がとてもおいしかったのと、ホテル内にコンビニがあり便利でした。洗濯機が使えて便利でした。

ベッドの周りに電源がなく、携帯の充電ができなかった。USBソケットもない。またチェックアウトの際に、ルームサービスの利用料がフロント届いていなかった。また、月曜日はスパが休みだったので残念だった。

Great service, wide breakfast selection, nice versatile gym. Pool was under maintenance so that was a bit disappointing. Other than that enjoyed the stay.

空港から近く便利である。部屋の大きさは広くゆったりできた。バス室も広く快適である。一方で、シャトルバスが１日当たり５本しかなく、かつ朝早い便に対応するシャトルバスが全くなく、不便である。空港に近いメリットが活かされていない。

アクセスに関するアナウンスです。 私は一人旅で公共機関でしかホテルへ向かうことができませんでした。事前にソウル市内からの行き方を調べホームページにアクセスしたのですが、ホームページの情報が重すぎて何度もフリーズして閲覧できませんでした。 Googleマップやネイバーマップを使ってホテルへ向かったら地下鉄からバスを乗り継ぎ最寄りのバス停からスーツケースを引いて坂道で悪路を歩きやっとたどり着きました。 ホテルを見学してやっと知ったのが、金浦空港からシャトルバスがありました。 このアナウンスは分かりにくいです。 また、広大な庭園などを見学しながら過ごせると書いてあったので、旅行最後の日は早めに行ってゆっくりと過ごそうと思い１２時過ぎに着いたのですが、２０分もあれば見学は終わるほどです。 シャトルバスで金浦空港に行く事が出来れば時間も潰せたと思いますが、私の拙い英語が伝わらなかったのかタクシー以外に行く方法は無いと言われました。 時間もあり、パスで行ってみようかと思いましたが、また長い坂を降りなければいけないと思い断念しました。 それ以外はとても快適でしたが、短期滞在の旅行者にはあまり向いていないホテルだと思いました。

Personal Top. Leider war das Zimmer nicht das was ich gebucht habe. Haben ein sauberes aber altes Zimmer bekommen. Für Sauna muss man extra zahlen. Personal war eine 1A
