정원뷰로 예약했는데 창 밖으로 정원이 너무 좋았어요. 웰컴 커피를 주셨고 과자도 서비스로 주셨습니다.

아쉬운 건 없었습니다.

La posizione è ideale perchè in prossimità di metropolitana per aereoporto e di linee metro necessarie per chi vuole muoversi in una città come Seoul in cui le tante cose da vedere sono spesse volte molto distanti. Colazione cara ma c'è di tutto. E buono!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, making checking in/out very quick and easy. The location of the hotel is great - right on the edge of the park and very close to the subway, LG Art Center, Magok COEX and lots of cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. My room was clean, spacious, with high quality furnishings and decor, including an air purifier and clothes styler (to steam and dry your clothes to remove wrinkles, odour, and bacteria). I will definitely stay here again!

The view from the rooftop bar was fabulous but drinks were a little overpriced.

Breakfast was good but felt a bit crowded and rushed. No opening windows. No free bottled water.

Loved this place - close to the airport (Gimpo), so a perfect place to land and get rested before heading into the main part of downtown Seoul. We actually stayed there on the way out from Seoul to Jeju, and decided to stay another night on our return from Jeju to Seoul. The hotel is adjacent to a lovely park and some reasonable restaurants. The staff were exceptional, and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Lovely bathrooms. The breakfast offers many choices, but can be very busy at peak times.

Nothing negative to say. Our first night the toilet was flushing constantly when we arrived into the room - one quick call and it was fixed with their maintenance staff resolving the issue in less than 15 minutes.

Everything was lovely! The location was a tad out of the way if you want to explore popular tourist spots, but has plenty of nightlife, cafes, excellent restaurants, and the Botanic Park for a sufficiently rejuvenating stay.

The taxi rides out to other city spots were a little long, but I was already aware of this when I booked, so it was not a surprise. In fact, I almost forgot to mention that the subway station for Magongnaru is almost literally right next to the entrance to the hotel, so getting around by subway was 100% compensatory for the fact that the hotel was a little out of the way of major tourist hubs.

Disclaimer: I usually leave reviews when positive, since I know how they can affect property business, however this stay warranted a negative review due to their admittedly discriminatory & odd behavior. I am a foreigner living in Seoul, however needed a place for 3 nights due to personal circumstances. I booked here due to its price and location, and didn’t expect any issues to arise. In 24 hours, I had two very small asks of the staff, which resulted in horrible response. 1. A bit of soy milk for my morning coffee due to being lactose intolerant. Asked at the coffee bar and was told they did not carry soy milk. I wanted to double check, so I asked Emily at the front desk, and she told me that no where in the hotel did they have soy milk, and to go purchase it myself at the local convenience store! This is a full service hotel…that had soy milk at breakfast that I saw with my own eyes. 2. To change the equivalent of $10 USD into singles so I could do my laundry at an outside facility. When I asked at the front desk, I was told yet again that this was impossible…& to go to the convenience store! I’ve lived in Seoul for 6 years and not once has a convenience store changed money. The girl told me she does it all the time, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt & went to the convenience store (in the rain without an umbrella), the clerk showed me the register and said they don’t keep a large amount of cash there for safety reasons. Even if I purchased something, it would be difficult. I went back to let them know, and the same girl told me that the hotel could not change the money, since they had NO small bills. I waited to speak to the manager, and looked to my right, and the staff was literally exchanging about $50 into singles for a Korean guest. When I mentioned this to the girl who told me, she had nothing to say but “I’m sorry”. The manager, Olivia Kim, came over and apologized, saying neither the soy milk issue or the money change that I was told to do was in their policies, and that I was not treated correctly. She offered a suite, which I declined, since that was not the issue, and refunded the next two nights. They also awarded points due to their discriminatory treatment. When I asked if they would ever treat a Korean customer like that, and they said no, I asked why then, did they do it to me? All they said was they were sorry and wanted to make it right. I am an Asian presenting American living in Seoul, and am not one to quickly jump to race/ethnicity/language barriers as the cause of a negative experience, but there was no other explanation given and none that I could logically come up with.

Everything was good for a family vacation.

Great staff. Comfortable. Good location for Gimpo airport if you’re getting a Cab. The park is a good walk for combatting jet lag.

Nice hotel but local restaurants and bars not great and location not ideal for walking access to the major temple and palace sites. Handy if you are flying out from Gimpo

I chose the Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Botanic Park hotel for my last two days of my three-week stay in Seoul to relax in beautiful green surroundings, with all the comforts of self-care. From the booking till the end, I enjoyed my stay to the fullest. The beautifully decorated room, stunning garden view, and room service were the absolute highlights of my comfortable stay. Not to forget the nice and very friendly staff, the early check-in, and the option to store my luggage until my late flight. It was all very clean and soundproof. The amenities were perfect for making my stay more comfortable.

Really nice location with a room overlooking the park. Our 2nd visit and as good as the first. Large room, immaculately clean. All staff very helpful and friendly. Really comfortable bed and fantastic shower.

Although expected as a hotel the restaurant was a tad expensive.

広く快適な空間だったことと、部屋からの景色が緑も感じられてよかったこと。

チェックインの時に対応してくれたスタッフは、とても感じがよく日本人に対しても真摯に対応してくれたが、チェックアウトをしてくれた人は愛想がなく、必要最低限以下の会話しかしない人だったので、それが残念だった。 また、静かな場所でロケーションもよかったが、都心部へのアクセスが50分程度かかってしまうこと。

Nothing I didn’t like

Rooms are nice, modern looking, not real spacious. There is a table next to the bed that is too big, it makes it hard to move by and sit in the chair. Cleaning staff was great on point, front desk very helpful. Breakfast buffet is ok does the job, dinner buffet not good at all and way too expensive. The food was dry looking, not hot and desserts are room temperature. Unfortunately, I ate late so maybe earlier was better. It wasn’t crowded barely anyone there. The service is excellent, plates picked up promptly, restaurant is very clean. All in all, nice hotel. I’d stay here again!

Zeer comfortabele kamer met prachtig uitzicht. Ontbijt buffet was uitgebreid en goed. Voor mij was de locatie, vlak bij Gimpo Airport ideaal.

Upon check-in we were greeted by Tay who provided us with exceptional service and completely shifted our mood after a long 13hr flight. The room was immaculate and had everything we could have wanted and more! Every single detail was thought of and placed meticulously in the room. We also loved the view of Seoul botanic garden. My only regret is that we only booked 1 night here! I will definitely be coming back to the Courtyard Marriott Seoul botanic garden.

It's just outside the train station, ample to park too (we rented a car as we came from outside Seoul but decided not to drive within Seoul due to the jam) so location is really convenient. Lots of eateries nearby. The room is spacious and comfortable. The park view is stunning. Special shoutout to the receptionist, Jackson, who was very kind and helpful. He speaks good English too!

Service was good. The staff was very attentive and welcoming. They also spoke English well.

The location was a bit too far from the activities that I had planned. The pillows were either too soft or too hard. The bathroom had a window that you could see through from the room itself. There were window blinds, but that was not comforting. Breakfast was not included. Also, I was going to be charged for parking when I was leaving. I was already at the parking garage gate. When I pressed the call button, I was told to come to the front desk. I declined and pleaded that they lift the gate. Finally the gate was raised.

출장 목적으로 비정기적으로 자주 이용하고 있고, 최근 근처에 머큐어 호텔이 새로 생기면서 경쟁열위(?)를 면하고자 일부 시설을 개선하려는 모습이 보였습니다. (예를 들면 객실에 공청기 등)

그런데 여기 몇가지 단점이 있는데요. 최근의 일회성 경험이 아닌 최소 5회 이상 묵어본 사람으로써 경험치입니다. 1. 지하 1층 피트니스 센터 시설이 노후하였습니다. 특히 트레드밀 (러닝머신)은 소리가 너무 나고, 교체 또는 관리가 필요해보여요. 2. 객실에 공청기를 설치했음에도 불구하고, 먼지가 너무 많습니다. 매일 룸메이크업을 해주심에도 불구히고 먼지까지 케어는 안되는듯 합니다. 덕분에 공청기가 불철주야 열일하고 있지만, 진짜 먼지가 너무너무 심해요. 3. 욕실 수압이 약한것은 둘째치고, 하수구 냄새가 너무 납니다. 그래서 매번 메이크업 할때마다 물 내려가는 곳을 막아놓으시고 변기도 뚜껑을 내려놓는것 같던데, 정말 이해가 안가지만 변기에서 나는 냄새인것 같기도 합니다. (그리고 변기가 물탱크가 없는 모델이다 보니 보기에는 깔끔할수 있으나 물이 진짜 잘 안내려가요)

마곡나루 지하철역 바로 옆에 위치한 호텔입니다. 주변에 카페와 식당이 많이 있으며, 식물원도 있습니다. 산책을 위한 걷기 좋은 길도 있어 가볍게 운동하기에도 좋습니다.

직원 친철은 그닥이었고 커피 컵이 설거지가 덜 되어 커피자국이 남아 있었음

전철역과 공연장에서 가깝고 무엇보다 앞에 식물원이 있어서 가을을 흠뻑 만끽할 수 있는 점이 이 숙소의 가장 멋진 점입니다. 직원분들 다 친절하시고 도움을 주시려고 애쓰시는 모습 좋았구요. 시설도 깨끗하고 침구가 너무너무 폭닥해서 아주 편안했어요. 가격은 친절하지 않지만 여러모로 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 위치가 다한 것 같아요.

갈때마다 친절하신 직원분들.. 쾌적한 조명과 실내 온도~ 저랑 딱 맞는 침구~!~! 넘좋아요

도어락 배터리가 나가서 문이잠김...(처음있는일), 크롬캐스트 배터리가 나가서 교체받음.... 1029호였는데 변기가 곧 막힐거같아요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ그전에 쓰시던분들이 뭘 넣으신거같아요...ㅠㅠ 이러니 저러니 해도 재방문의사는 있답니다~!

객실 내 정수기가 구비되어 물을 살 필요가 없이 편안하였으며, 2025년 들어 공기청정기가 새롭게 객실에 구비되어 만족도가 더 높아졌습니다. 특히 서울식물원에서의 피크닉도 좋았지만, 서울식물원이 한강으로 이어지는 덕에 체크인 이후 한강을 따라 런닝하기도 좋았습니다. 원래도 주변 식당가가 많았는데 케이스퀘어와 원그로브 건물 개장으로 투숙하면서 원그로브 라빈리커 와인샵 & 트레이더스에서 여러 다양한 주류를 사올 수 있어 기존보다 더 편리해졌다고 느껴집니다.

フロントの日本人スタッフの方がとても親切にしてくださり、ウェルカムスナックなどのサービスをプレゼントしてくださいました。 今回初めて空港に近いホテルに宿泊しましたが、少しセントラルから離れている分、自然が豊かで穏やかな休暇を過ごせてとても良かったです☺︎ 弘大などにはすぐに行くことも出来ましたし、買い物をするのにも特に不便は感じませんでした。 朝食も種類豊富で美味しく、ホテルでは静かに過ごしたいタイプの方にはとてもおすすめのホテルです！

호캉스를 위해 혼자 방문했다. 객실의 청결 상태는 좋았고, 우드 컬러 기반의 단정한 인테리어가 돋보였다. 객실 내에 비치된 공기 정화기, 캡슐 커피 머신, 정수기 덕분에 쾌적하고 편안한 숙박이 가능했다. 프론트의 직원은 매우 친절했다. 매트리스가 좀 더 푹신하면 좋았겠지만, 가격대를 감안하면 훌륭한 호텔이었다. 원래 다른 호텔로 갈 생각이었지만, 다음에 또 여기로 올 예정이다.

Great view of the Seoul botanic garden and having a filtered water dispenser and electronic toilet with WARM seats is definitely a HUGE plus!! Super satisfied with the level of service from hotel staff , food quality , room amenities , locaiton is great too, there are bakeries, eateries nearby and definitely should be on your list to live away from the hustle and bustle of city and a close gateway to Gimpo airport. Also really loved the fact that the hotel's mobile convenience store has a robot employee that is at your disposal 24/7!
