Die Lage im selben Gebäude wie das Konferenzzentrum ist superpraktisch. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet mit ausreichend Ablage und Sitzecke. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, außer dem Brot, aber das wird in Korea normalerweise nicht konsumiert, ebensowenig wie Wurst und Käse. Dafür aber quasi ein sehr leckeres riesiges Lunch-Buffet mit Suppen, Currys, Salaten und anderen koreanischen Speisen zum Frühstück, auch wenn es mehr oder weniger immer das gleiche oder ähnliches gab. Der Kaffee ist auch super. Wer lieber spartanisch frühstückt, sollte eher ohne Frühstück buchen. Es gibt auch ein Restaurant und eine Bar im Hotel, beides zumindest optisch ansprechend, aber teurer als die Restaurants in der Umgebung. Der Pool ist sehr angenehm, allerdings sind die eingeschränkten Öffnungszeiten manchmal etwas nervig. Achtung: Badekappenpflicht! Die Lage ist zwar außerhalb des Zentrums, aber die Anbindung mit der Metro und auch mit Bussen ist hervorragend, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Und fussläufig gibt es auch genug Restaurants, Bars und Nachtleben sind weiter weg. Auch zwei SevenEleven für die Notversorgung sind im Komplex, allerdings teuer.

Wenig Negatives. Die eingeschränkten Öffnungszeiten des Pools. Und der Saft am Frühstücksbuffet war nicht gut. Aber sonst gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Atmosphäre.

따뜻한 물이 안나와서 깜짝 놀랐어요, 찬물에 샤워 이틀하고 감기 기운이 있습니다.....

Cosy room and bed, swimming pool was amazing and available to use for free both on the night of the stay and the next morning, location was so convenient with a shopping plaza connected to the hotel on the basement floor of the elevator with 24 hour convenience store, shops and restaurants. Hotel is very baby-friendly. Our 9 month old was able to use the pool and they supplied a baby bed for us. Would love to stay again ^^

Could sometimes hear loud vehicle sounds and sometimes other people in the hotel from our room. Soundproofing the rooms would make it even better! Would have preferred a room with a bath tub.

The front desk guy, who checked me in, was not even focused while working with me. First, he was telling me my Visa card doesn’t work. I showed him the card was just charged by taxi. He swiped my card so many times… one time he almost doubled the amount I was suppose to pay. Good thing I caught him earlier enough to prevent the overcharging due to his careless attitude. The plus of this hotel is the location, very close to the Gimpo Airport. Plenty of restaurants near by, also a great shopping plaza in B2 level. The facility is just okay. I don’t find it’s worth the amount they charge for.

We had to wait for ages and ages to check in. Also staffs are unable to communicate well with English so there was a constant discrepancy No bath tab in a room and was told that I have to be executive to have a room

飯店地點就在地鐵上上面，出地鐵站稍微找一下就可以找到飯店電梯入口。 coex中心一樓有多家韓式餐廳也有一間非常漂亮的早餐咖啡廳以及很大的大創可盡情採購。 離市區稍遠但可以搭機場快線前往弘大入口站再轉往其他地點 距金浦機場只有一站，是出入境前後很好的選擇。 房間極大.乾淨明亮，飯店周圍感覺是新興重劃區，道路寬敞且建築新穎。

Die Klimaanlage war zu schwach, um bei den herrschenden Temperaturen das Zimmer noch wirklich zu kühlen.

It was as I expected from a Mercure Hotel. Easy to get to from the Metro and there was plenty of food options. The central bar and dining area are both excellent for breakfast and a drink or 2 after a long day walking the city.

Das etwas umständliche System um im Pool zu schwimmen. Erst reservieren und dann Badekappe kaufen. Aus hygienischen Gründen aber nachvollziehbar, allerdings bei den meisten Hotels nicht erforderlich.

Good location, hotel easily accessible via public transport. The hotel offers an early luggage storage service before the actual booking dates. Travellers do not need to take bulky luggage with them when going away to other places for a day or two.

Rooms for improvement: I booked two rooms and stated the preference for rooms to be close together during booking, but unfortunately the hotel failed to do so. The two rooms were located not even on the same floor but on different floors.

Zimmer groß und gut eingerichtet. Bett - King-Size - war besonders bequem.

Alles war sehr gelungen. Die Nutzung des Schwimmbads ist auf einmal pro Übernachtung beschränkt.

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Ambassador Magok. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Seoul!

One thing to note is that the bed was on the firmer side, but that seems to be common in Korea and other parts of Asia where many people prefer firmer mattresses. After getting used to it, I actually slept very well. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

Comfortabel hotel met een ruime kamer met uizicht op het LG center. Was een leuk uitzicht om even de wereld aan je voorbij te zien trekken. Gewoon een voldoende maar ik kom niet nog een keer.

Eigenlijk alles wat je extra nodig zou kunnen hebben kost geld. Zoals een deken voor ons kleine kind. Een extra deken zou omgerekend 35 euro per nacht moeten kosten. Belachelijk. Ook het zwembad was dicht. En de dag dat het open was lastig te reserveren in het Koreaans. Uitgerekend in een hotel zou je mogen verwachten dat ze op zijn minst een vertaalde optie bieden. Ook waren er allerlei werkzaamheden rondom een beauty evenement in de hal beneden bezig. Dat was duidelijk belangrijker dan een betalend gezin met een klein kind dat ook graag lekker slaapt. Overigens is het ook nooit opgelost. Jammer en een gemiste kans.

The air conditioning system cannot be adjusted by the customer. It is set by the hotel. Was too warm for sleeping.

Great variety at breakfast. Clean comfortable room. The best thing was they agreed to store a bag for me in between stays - very helpful.

The location is perfect.

Overall, my stay was good. However, there was a noticeable smell of food being cooked coming into the room, and the housekeeping service was often delayed. Most days, when I returned after going out, the room had not been cleaned yet. Aside from the room cleanliness and the odor issue, everything else was generally satisfactory. If you are sensitive to smells, I would not recommend staying here.

Everything. This is the hotel i will stay if I come to seoul. What you want is within your access. Super convenient. Love it very much. Highly recommended. You won't regret.

Insgesamt sehr gutes Hotel. Lage etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, allerdings sehr verkehrsgünstig direkt an zwei Metrolinien und mit sehr guter Anbindung zu beiden Flughäfen.

特にありません。 お値段はそこそこでしたので、コストパフォーマンスと言う意味では難しいかもしれませんが、中心部の名も知れたホテルはもっと高かったので個人的には非常に満足です こちらの方が周辺の人も多くなく、圧倒的に静かですし
