Loved the location. Room had a small terrace with views of the lake. The restaurant was wonderful and had a quartet playing music.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the best location in Bellagio, close to the ferries and restaurants.

There was no air con in the room which made it too hot in summer. It was also very noisy outside as the hotel is also a popular restaurant and surrounded by other restaurants

No safe, no air-con working, because we were late booking 3 flights of stairs but that gave us the view. Very thin wall to next room, very noisy.

Fantastic location right across from the ferry and ideal for getting around. Superb sunset views from a cosy aperitivo-ready balcony. The recently renovated room was a great surprise, featuring a spacious bathroom with its own sauna! Delicious food at the downstairs restaurant and top-notch service from very friendly, accommodating staff.

It would be great to see updated photos online. Adding nightstand lamps would be a big improvement, as would sheer light curtains. While we loved keeping the doors wide open for the crisp air, having light curtains would offer welcome privacy at night when changing.

El cuarto estaba muy bien

Estaba al lado del personal del restaurante y siempre por la noche habia ruido, musica y no podia dormir. Me parecio una verguenza. Por otro lado habia uno de los mosos que trabajaba en el restaurante que desde el dia que llegue me miro de forma atrevida durante toda mi estadia y me lo hizo notar. Apenas me fui del hotel le avise a la recepcionista. Desastre!!

The view from the room was terrific. The location was perfect. The room seemed new, and there was restaurants and ferry very close to the hotel. Really could not beat the location. Size of room was good as well.

Wi-fi did not reach your room. Electric was constantly turning off and on, therefor so was the wifi. Instead of a lobby it is a restaurant where the male servers were very rude. It did not have any amenities that normal hotels have. The women workers were fine. The door was challenging to open.

Excellent location in the heart of Bellagio, just steps from the ferry terminal. The room was cleaned daily and was always spotless. Considering this is a 1-star hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities: there was a kettle, tea, an iron, and even a US-to-EU power adapter available in the room. You don’t always find these conveniences even in much more expensive and higher-rated hotels.

The only real downside was carrying luggage through the restaurant and up several flights of stairs, which isn’t ideal, especially with heavy suitcases. Also, the Wi-Fi was practically unusable throughout our stay, and that was probably the biggest drawback.

Absolutely amazing experience right in the heart of where you want to be in Bellagio. Everyone and everything was amazing and the restaurant was our favorite upstairs looking over the street.

מיקום מעולה, חדר יפה נקי ומרווח. החדר העליון ביותר שמשקיף לאגם שווה במיוחד, כלל גם סאונה פרטית במקלחת.

אם צריכים משהו בשעות הלילה אז אין במבנה אף איש צוות. למזלנו לא הזדקקנו אז היה לנו בסדר.

Die Lage und die Aussicht des Hotels waren hervorragend.

Leider war das Personal jedoch nicht besonders freundlich, sodass wir uns nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt haben. Zudem sind die Zimmer nur unzureichend schallisoliert. Als das Restaurant abends gegen 23:30 Uhr gereinigt und gesaugt wurde, war der Lärm im Zimmer deutlich zu hören, was die Nachtruhe beeinträchtigt hat.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. Great lake view right in the thick of the action.

It isn’t really a hotel- it’s a restaurant with rooms above it. No reception except the restaurant desk inside, the wifi was intermittent, the power went out in the rooms one night and a staff member tried to sort it, there is no assistance as the only people around are restaurant staff. Not a place for suitcases as no lift and steep stairs, and you have to enter through the restaurant which is quite busy!

We had a view of Lake Como and the promenade of Bellagio. We also enjoyed sipping wine on the small balcony overlooking the lake and promenade.

No elevator was problematic. No refrigerator in the room. The WiFi was the worst part of our stay. We couldn’t plan, schedule or even think about doing anything without internet .

Sve je bilo u redu

El ruido en la habitación era insoportable. El hotel está DENTRO de un restaurante, lo cual no indicaban en la reserva en ningún momento. No solo se escuchaban voces de los clientes durante la hora de comer y cenar, sino que también teníamos que soportar el ruido de la cocina, que está justo debajo de las habitaciones. La banda sonora para dormir eran golpes, ruido de platos, cubiertos y gritos. No exagero.

The housekeeping were excellent, consistent and helpful, the staff were helpful and polite however the hotel itself is not shown accurately, it is rundown difficult to get to and the price is clearly for the location only.

A stairway from hell to get to my room / state of the hotel part, have to walk through restaurant to get to my room.

Clean and great location.

Shouldn’t advertise themselves as a hotel when there is 0 service. The hotel manager was rude and gave us no information about our room, getting around, departure rules, exit/entry, etc. but the staff at the restaurant were great!

Choosing a hotel is always a guessing game and Belaggio was no different. But we chose a winner in booking here. Absolutely in the center of the dining, shopping, entertainment and the waterfront. Anything other than the waterfront is crazy steep stairs. The views from our balcony were priceless, watching the boats on the lake... music from the restaurant below...coffee in the mornings...dining and drinks a few steps below! Our balcony doors remained wide open all night, music filled the room, boats coming and going from the waterfront, truely a Lake Como Italian experience. Easy to get a daily ferry ticket to Como, Varenna or Maraggio each morning with ferries departing from docks within 500' of the hotel. Plenty of private tour boats as well. I did read some of the other reviews, so let me add some color here>. When you arrive, there isn't a front desk or hotel staff per se - and that's the BEST part! Simply look for the host who will hand you the keys to the room (no sign-in, no credit cards) and wish you a fine stay. Early arrival - no issue for us. Clean towels every day - this is rare in Europe! AC worked - what a pleasant surprize! Wine selection - 100's to choose from and a dedicated wine room on the second floor. Overall a better experience than the 4 star Michelin Hotel. Our 4 day stay was not without issues. Lost hot water but that was fixed within hours of reporting it. And we lost all power the last night due to severe thunderstorms. Cellular data service was marginal due to the huge crowds in town. Not much different than America!

Upon arrival we needed to 'adjust' to casual staff and lack of a more formal hotel reception desk, but quickly realized this was exactly what we needed to experience in Belaggio.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. It is also on the main street Infront of Pier making it easily accessible

The balcony is small but also they have a restaurant just below on the first floor and they open it's roof in the evening making it uncomfortable to use

Travesseiros duros. Chuveiro oscila muito tanto na temperatura como na quantidade de água. Muito barulho de prato, panela… acho que pq no hotel funciona o restaurante, acredito que ficamos no andar da cozinha

Incredible friendly and accommodating personal. The location is perfectly placed in the centre, and by the lake. We had a stunning view from our room over Lake Como. The Hotel restaurant served the best dinner I've had in a long time.

The Hotel is not new, but the rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. We had problems locking the door. Also the breakfast contained nothing but sugar and carbs (sweet/white bread, fruit, juice, honey, jam, croissant), No eggs, cheese, milk or ham.

Okazało się że do ceny nie były wliczone śniadania. Trzeba było zapłacić 40 euro po wymeldowaniu Dzwi na balkon otwierały się problematycznie Bardzo słaby wi-fi w pokoju. Przy drzwiach był możliwy. Obiad oraz kolację na 1 piętrze trzeba rezerwować wcześniej.

No lift. Two flights of stairs. Your comments said yea and coffee making facilities- there was only tea supplied- I asked for coffee and was ignored. The TV needed an account to operate. This is not a hotel, it is a restaurant with some rooms. Not a good stay. You should remove it from your listing. Think of your customers not the owning company.

Water was leaking all over the bathrooom. Staff come to clean the bathroom, but didn’t change the room, they say no more room available. We have to stop the water during the night.

Upstairs over very nice restaurant. Perfect spot when visiting Bellagio.

When booked, it showed as Ristorante Suisse. Couldn't contact via our US phone. Directions (the only road) lead us down a closed, cobblestone path into a very cool piazza. We were the only car in a sea of tables and people. After locating the restaurant and getting the key, I was told there would be parking along the road. There was none and had to walk a loooong way to find a spot. The noise from the kitchen went on well into the night. Did have the best steak. I enjoyed the two day stay, but it wouldn't be for everybody. TV didn't work.

El lugar tiene muy mala señal y el wifi no llega hasta la habitación por lo que no tuvimos señal durante la estadía. El drenaje de la ducha estaba tapado y se empozaba todo.
