The room was a very good size for 3 people

Great location, on one of the historic narrow streets and lots of restaurants nearby. Straight down the steps (maybe 30 steps) and you're on the lake front. It's 9 minutes walk from the Bellagio ferry stop. The main square is about 15 steps upwards and 2 minutes to the right. There are eateries and gelato all around 🙂 We stayed in the apartment with a double bed and sofa bed, small table and kitchenette, with a private bathroom. The beds and linen were lovely quality.

The room itself has air conditioning, but it's not in the best working condition, and 17 degrees is definitely more like 26 degrees! There are a few things that need attention, such as the boiler being noisy when you want hot water, lights above the basin in the bathroom not working, and if you were really wanting to cook yourself you might struggle with the amount of pots, pans and plates. We ate out, so it didn't bother us. Everything was reported to the owner and they got back to us immediately and apologised and said they were aware. We didn't have the coffee machine as indicated in the inventory and you just CAN'T have Nescafé sachets (as provided) when in Italy so I asked the owners if they could provide fresh coffee from their adjoining restaurant, which they were happy to do, free of charge. Thank you so much for that - it was fabulous 🙂

everything perfect! staff was extremely friendly in helping us store our luggage before check-in time and sorting out questions with appliances, location, clealiness, room size all super! we regret not having stayed longer!

The location was great, very convenient. The staff was very helpful with any questions and requests. Appreciated the discount when dining downstairs. Kitchenette came in handy as well.

We knew there were stairs, it was stated in the booking but was surprised there was no handrail. Made going up and down difficult for some people.

La hotel se ajunge urcand scari multe. Camera intunecoasa, in baie lumina era defecta, baia mica. Pretul e fost mare fata de calitatea camerei.

Amazing location, so close to the ferry port and it’s right in the heart of bellagio. Staff were very nice on check in. It’s above a restaurant but it closes at 10pm so we didn’t have any issue with noise. Aircon worked well

Great location, very close to the ferry terminal. However, there are many steps to get to the accommodation and there is no elevator to the room - beware if you have a large/heavy luggage. However, staff is nice and will help luggage to the room

Location and staff was amazing

Not much. After having to climb the steep steps in Bellagio streets with a 29kg suitcase the room was up a 3 more flights of stairs.

The room was quite basic for the price. It was not serviced daily. The lake view was over rooftops so was misleading. The air conditioning did not work very well at all in fact we had to get a second key card to leave in all day to keep the room coolish . It was set at 17 degy but got nowhere near thatIt was really poor. The staff in the restaurant were lively and did their best to help. Overall it was overpriced Ed in my opinion. Anyone who is not fit would be advised not to book it.

L’emplacement est top. Il s’agit d’appartement et donc la taille est généreuse mais l’équipement modeste. La Clim fait du bruit, tout comme le refregirateur. Le personnel, du restaurant, est très agréable. Le restaurant est de très bonne qualité. Un très bon rapport qualité prix et un emplacement idéal … sans vue mer, cependant.

Localizado na parte alta da cidade, difícil chegar com muitas malas ! O colchão estava gasto, com uma depressão no meio.

We loved Bellagio. We walked all over the town and swam at more than one beach. Our room was very centrally located and convenient to all the restaurants and the ferry.

Le coin cuisine

The apartment was the most centrally located. The Resturant was one of the best with excellent food and some of the best house wines by the glass. The place very comfortable. Within steps of all shops and restaurants right in the middle of Bellagio. The ferry was just steps away. If you are not looking to stay pool side and place to explore and visit other villages than this is the place to rest comfortably and safely and spend the money everywhere else.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cosy apartment, it really met our needs. The location is perfect, very central and lots of Movement and businesses nearby.

Something for everyone to be aware is the fact that our apartment was on the second floor and it does not have a lift, you would need to carry your luggage up the stairs. Also, there was no air con in the room itself, it has a few windows which was great, the air con in the living area was enough for us for this time of the year.

The location is lovely (just be prepared for steps up to get to the accommodation!) The room was spacious and clean, good facilities and the towels were lovely and big.

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable at all, very hard sadly.

Great one room apartment in a lovely location

The location is just fabulous, 1 minute from the lake and at the cutest stairs next to many beautiful boutique shops and good restaurants. The staff are just amazing, very helpful & professional. Gave us the best recommendation to enjoy the lake like a local. Can’t recommend this place enough

Appartement spacieux (parfait pour 3 personnes) situé en plein coeur de Bellagio, dans la vieille ville. A 5 minutes à pied du débarcadère. Idéal si on vient en transports publics (bus ou bateau). Literie confortable. Très bon restaurant au rez-de-chaussée du même bâtiment.

Situé juste au-dessus d'un restaurant avec terrasse, donc parfois un petit peu de bruit, mais ça reste tout à fait acceptable.

Très bon emplacement. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant.

Un peu bruyant, mais de 22h à 8h du matin il n'y a pas de bruit dans les rues donc ce n'est pas trop gênant.

Was easy to find - there was a lot of steps but I knew in advance. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean, kitchen facilities good enough for what we wanted and we had two bottle of water in the fridge that was nice. Bathroom was clean - hair dryer available and small toiletries. Great location - near everything we needed but not noisy.

The bed was NOT comfortable at all - it dipped din the middle so myself and my parter didn't sleep great for the duration. No iron - there was a steamer which did us fine

Located right in the centre of Bellagio yet quiet and comfortable. Very clean with excellent facilities - fridge, cooking facilities, toilet roll and toiletries provided. Beds very comfy and staff helpful. A real gem of a find!

Gostei de tudo! Quarto bom, pra duas pessoas foi ótimo! Banheiro e chuveiro bons tbm, roupa de cama e banho boas, tinha um pequena cozinha com frigobar. O café da manhã bem servido e fresco, amei! Não estávamos com mala grande, o que ajudou muito, pois pra chegar no hotel são muitas escadas (como quase tudo em Bellagio) Venham com malas pequenas!

Lovely apartment right in the centre of the old town

It was comfortable here - not fancy however in a good location (up the stairs) and it was quiet and big. The restaurant is lovely.

Very spacious room and comfortable beds. Loved the loft style room with windows looking over the rooftops. The very friendly staff who were happy to carry our bags and served us delicious meals in the restaurant.

The location was perfect as was the restaurant, we ate there three times, after trying other nearby restaurants. Helpful hint: Dont try to take your luggage up the steps, they are almost at the very top, walk around the side road (left side when facing the steps) its a smooth path all the way around, no steps. I broke my suitcase pulling it up the steps

We were on the top floor, but unfortunately our room didn't have any views. A balcony would have been amazed, but then not many apartments do

this apartment was in an excellent location. it was clean, roomy and the staff was great! i stayed in the double bed room with a sofa and the sofa served as a nice second bed option. the breakfast was light fare but it got the job done (fruit, morning cake, meat and cheese, yogurt, coffee).

We had booked a room with lake views. It exceeded our expectations. The location was right in the heart of Bellagio. The breakfast each morning was generously portioned and we ate at the apartment restaurant twice … it was so good! The staff were next level friendly and helpful. They even packed us a takeaway breakfast on our early departure morning. Exceptional service. We would stay here again!

Location was great - right in the middle and near the boat stations. Room was spacious & comfortable and had everything we needed. We ate in the restaurant for both nights of our visit - great food and friendly atmosphere. Would recommend as a place to stay.

The steps to the apartments are steep from the boat stations - be prepared! Nothing to fault at the apartment.
