the room was small,even we were and paid for 2 persons in the room was only one chair;the toilletries don't include body lotion and conditioner and for the price we paid we were expected to have.

* Good location, within a short walking distance from the city center and Aristotelous Square. * Friendly and helpful staff. * Very good and rich breakfast, with a nice variety of food. * Free luggage storage, which is very useful before check-in or after check-out.

* The room is quite small, especially the bathroom and shower area. * The water pressure in the shower is weak. * The TV is old and does not have Netflix or Smart TV features.

Zasadniczo znakomity hotel. Trzy gwiazdki, ale jak dla mnie 4. Idealna lokalizacja 1 km od portu, w otoczeniu wspaniałych restauracji i barów. Wszędzie blisko. Hotel ładny, nowoczesny, Uruchomiony około 10 lat temu, ale ciągle dość stylowo. Wspaniałe balkony i wino na powitanie. Miła przyjazna obsługa, a drobiazgi jak w 5 gwiazdkach (kapcie, czepek kąpielowy, powitalne wino, lodówkana wino). Generalnie super!!!

Śniadanie mogłoby być trochę lepsze, łazienki dość małe, ale to w sumie nic w relacji do reszty. Generalnie super!

The location was ideal: charming restaurants and cafes in immediate neighborhood, short walk to central square & waterfront promenade, and felt safe for a solo female traveler, both day and night. Staff was very professional and helpful, even answering my Greek grammar questions :)

L'hôtel est très bien situé à proximité du forum romain. L'hôtel est moderne, bien équipé. Le petit déjeuner buffet est bien garni et varié. Le chambre est équipée d'un grand lit.

La chambre est petite, le lit prend toute la place et il reste peu de place pour les bagages. La douche est équipée d'un simple rideau peu pratique. Dommage car la salle de bains est plutôt moderne et agréable.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und das Frühstück ist gut.

Wir waren bereits viele Male in diesem Hotel, da es sehr Zentral liegt, aber es war nun auch das letzte Mal. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer sind nicht mehr schön. Die Bäder in den günstigeren Zimmerkategorien sind sehr klein und in dem Zimmer selber fühlt man sich nicht wirklich wohl. Für einen Städteaufenthalt, in dem man sich nur zum Schlafen in dem Hotel auffällt ist es in Ordnung, aber für eine längere Zeit nicht zu empfehlen. Die Parkplatzsituation hat sich in den letzten Jahren auch sehr verändert, da nur noch ausschließlich Anwohner in der näheren Umgebung parken dürfen. Das hat aber nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun.

Hotelul este amplasat pe un bulevard important, aproape de obiective turistice si magazine pentru cumparaturi.Camera in care am stat era spatioasa si placut mobilata. Baia, de asemenea, era mare. Personalul hotelului a fost foarte prietenos iar micul dejun, excelent.

Zgomotul generat de trafic si parcarea destul de scumpa.

The location is excellent, staff is nice and helpful, breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Bed was super comfortable. We loved staying in the heart of the city surrounded by bars and restaurants.

The room we booked was very small (standard double with interior view), with even smaller bathroom. This was fine for a one night stay, but would be definitely an issue for a greater number of nights. Parking is at around 5-6 minutes walk from the hotel which might be an issue if you have a heavy luggage (noting that a drop-off is possible in front of the hotel). The garage cost is 18 EUR for a night.

Grisinele de la micul dejun

Faptul ca am cautat singuri parcarea care e la 4 minute de mers fata de hotel. Mizeria din jurul hotelului si de pe strazi, mirosul persistent de gunoi. Am platit o camera tripla pentru 3 adulti, am primit o cameră dubla cu doua paturi de adulti si un fotoliu extensibil pentru un copil, nu pentru un adult, asa ca m-am sacrificat si am dormit eu pe fotoliu.

Breakfast is nit excellent as stated. There is minimum for breakfast without any vegetables, bacon, sausages, salami. Very poor and cheap breakfast.

Desi este mentionata in descriere la facilitati existenta unei parcari, aceasta inseamna o parcare publica la 5 minute distanta, cu plata 20 euro/zi. Cafea de foarte proasta calitate la.mic dejun.

We hebben hier één nacht verbleven. Voor €77 inclusief ontbijt was de prijs zeker niet slecht. Het bed was heel comfortabel en we hebben goed geslapen. Er waren helaas ook een aantal minpunten. Persoonlijk vind ik een douchegordijn niet erg hygiënisch; het gaf een wat vuile indruk. Ook het ontbijt viel tegen. De pistolets waren erg hard en de eitjes vonden we echt niet lekker. Het personeel kwam helaas niet erg vriendelijk over. We voelden ons niet echt welkom, omdat sommige medewerkers boos of wat scheef naar ons keken. Ook de stad zelf viel ons persoonlijk tegen, omdat we ze behoorlijk vuil vonden. Voor één nacht en gezien de lage prijs was het verblijf oké, maar op vlak van ontbijt, hygiëne en vriendelijkheid is er zeker ruimte voor verbetering.

Camerele foarte curate,micuțe dar bine organizate, pat foarte confortabil, terasă generoasă la camerele standard cu vedere la forumul Roman. Mic dejun gustos și variat!

Singura mențiune e ca nu am avut gel de duș în cabină. Recipientul era gol, probabil personalul de la curățenie a omis să îl reumple. În rest totul a fost perfect, cu absolut tot ce ai nevoie!

Otel çalışanları gerek aracımızın içinin temizlenmesinde gerek kırılan camın onarılmasında her türlü desteği ve yönlendirmeleri yaptılar. Sayelerinde tatsız başlayan günümüz kolaylaştı. Tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz

Location, lobby, breakfast and view was perfect. Room was a great size. Finally saw Thessaloniki from a wonderful spot, walking distance to everything we needed including shopping, coffee shops, markets and tour pickup spots. Staff are exemplary and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

We booked 6 rooms for three families 11 people in total. The rooms were clean and a bit small, but they provided the comfort we were looking for.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. Everything is relatively close. Breakfast is varied, staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean, comfortable and pets are allowed for an additional fee of 10€. Which is totally ok for our pet cat. A perfect ten and a warm recommendation if you are visiting Thessaloniki.

Excellente situation presque à l'angle de l'Agora romaine. Parking couvert tout proche ( KARAVAN SARAI) Etablissement moderne, esthétique, très bien agencé et décoré. Très belle salle de petit déjeuner, buffet hyper complet, on peut même y faire son propre café grec ! the room was very small & on the 1st floor with a view for a wall. a/c wasn't working well until they fixed it on 23:30pm, TV didn't work too. rate was very high in compare to the service I got.

Υπήρχε πρόβλημα με το air condition ing το οποίο δεν λειτουργούσε. Η κυρία στη ρεσεψιον δυστυχώς δεν θυμάμαι το όνομά της προσπάθησε να βρει λύση με πολύ μεγάλο ενδιαφέρον και ευγένεια. Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν γεμάτο. αν και είχα πληρώσει δίκλινο δωμάτιο βρήκε ένα μονόκλινο στο οποίο λειτουργούσε το air condition και δέχτηκα να μετακινηθώ καθώς ήμουν πολύ ταλαιπωρημένος και χρειαζόμουνα έναν καλό και δροσερό ύπνο. Το μονόκλινο δωμάτιο με ικανοποίησε πλήρως όπως και το πολύ καλό πρωινό. Λίγο πριν την αναχώρησή μου ενημερώθηκα με γραπτό μήνυμα ότι έχω αποζημειωθεί πλήρως χωρίς καν να το ζητήσω. Έχετε κερδίσει πλέον έναν πολύ πιστό πελάτη. Δεν έχω λόγια για να ευχαριστήσω το εξαιρετικό προσωπικό σας . Σας ευχαριστώ και πάλι. Να είστε όλοι καλά.

η κουρτίνα στο μπάνιο δεν είναι πολύ βολική και δείχνει λιγο ρετρο σε αντίθεση με τη συνολική εικόνα του ξενοδοχείου.
