Reviewed Sep 16, 2026グリンデルワルト駅から徒歩数分にありお土産物屋が集まるメイン通り沿いで便利だった。利用はしなかったがバス停も目の前です。朝食は決して豪華ではないが十分。部屋の広さも2人分の大型スーツケースを広げるスペースがあり十分。
シーツに髪の毛がついていたのでもしかしたら見た目に綺麗であれば交換されていないのでは？と少し不安に思った。ただ決して高級なホテルではないのと目立つレベルではなかったので日本と比べてこんなものかなと思えるレベル。部屋のそのほかは十分清潔なレベルです。

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Perfect location with a clean newly remodeled apartment with a gorgeous view just off the balcony. The apartment has everything you need and there's a supermarket at the ground level. Convenient to cook meals instead of paying an arm and a leg for mediocre food. There's one gentleman in particular at the front desk who is super helpful and nice and can direct you towards local attractions and experiences.
Sorry guys, global warming sucks and you gotta bite the bullet and install split units. It's getting hotter and hotter.

Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und wunderschön. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen! Die Lage ist super zentral in Grindelwald. Parkplätze wurden uns ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben sehr geschätzt, dass man bei uns auch auf spezielle Bedürfnisse eingegangen ist. Herzlichen Dank dem ganzen Team!

Julius and other staff were super helpful and always great to chat with. The bus stop right outside the hotel was very convenient.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026交通便利，门口就有以这家酒店的名字命名的公交车站，但是距离火车站其实也不远，我和我的妻子非常愿意悠闲地通过散步方式出游。距离first山缆车站也很近。酒店窗外风景非常好，如果没有一棵巨大的树那就更好了。对面巨大的树下面是迷你高尔夫，会有很多家长带着小朋友在对面玩。前台接待我们的老先生非常有趣，也非常细心，告诉我们白天务必拉上遮阳帘，以防室内温度过高，因为室内并没有配备空调来降温，但我们觉得可以接受。

加的床很小 浴室沒有對外窗、也沒有通風設備，很潮濕。

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026ビル自体は古いですが、お部屋はリフォームされていて綺麗でした。ロケーションも駅から徒歩5分ほどで便利です。 スーパー、レストラン、ショップ等も近隣にあります。 ホテルからアイガーが見れます。
丁度冷倉庫が壊れていたので冷たい飲み物を入れる事が出来ませんでした。ただし、近日中に新しく交換する予定ではあるそうです。 冷房は完備されていません。スイスでは普通。たまたま猛暑日に宿泊したのでお部屋は少し暑かったです。ただし、ここまで暑い日が続いたのは珍しいそうです。

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026The staff was very nice and the location was very good. Nice view from our room as well.
The hallways and elevator smelled like 50 years of accumulation of smoke or stench.. it was extremely bad! Also the blinds to the patio didn't stay up, so that was annoying.. the bed was also too hard.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Perfectly located, very nice staff and manager, super comfy beds, beautiful view, great breakfast... 10/10! The rooms have just been renovated and are very clean and modern. There was a storm the night we stayed in Grindelwald and the entire street was flooded. The staff was super reactive and after a few hours it was like it never happened. They were extremely helpful and professional.

Also have to add the staff were exceptional, helped us more times than I can remember, gave us more scenic ways to see places and helped us with itinerary and activities based on the weather!
