Reviewed Sep 15, 2026ユングフラウヨッホに行く前日に宿泊しました。 グリンデルワルド駅からもそんなに遠くなく、アイガーエクスプレスが出るグリンデルワルドターミナルまでは、宿泊者が使えるバスのフリーパスを使って行く事ができます。 部屋の中も清潔で、エアコンなどなかったですが、適温でした。 朝食に数種類のチーズがあってとても美味しかったです。

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026お部屋から見えるマウンテンビューが素晴らしい。駅から徒歩8分、少し坂道だけどもかなり近いのでインターラーケンやブリエンツロートホルン、ローテンボーデンに行くのに便利でした。 日本人慣れもしていそうでした。宿泊税は1泊5.2フランほど。お湯と水が一階の蛇口からもらえます。モーニングのパンがとても美味しい！ エアコン、冷蔵庫なし。(これはスイスの他の施設も同じですね) 私たちの不手際で、寝てる間にバスルームの窓を開けっぱなし＋電気をつけていたために朝にはコバエまみれで目も当てられない惨状になってました。スタッフに相談したところ、甘いものや電気には寄ってくるよと…クリーンスタッフには伝えておくね！と言われて本当に掃除してくれるのか？とも思いながら帰宅するとコバエが殲滅されてました！本当に快適なホテル生活をありがとうございました。

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Wow! What a view from the room. I could literally at that view from the balcony every day. The room was nice if not a bit basic but we weren't there for the room we were there for the location and view and our expectations were exceeded. Not tea or coffee facilities in the room but we did use our own tea/coffee and the hot water tap in reception. Staff were very pleasant and they did offer us use of the breakfast facilities from 7:30 instead of 8 but we chose to leave at 7:20 as had a busy day ahead of us.

No fan/AC...very noisy from road of a night. The Bed linen doonas whilst probably great in winter were too warm and unusable in the heat of summer and no sheets for sleeping under made sleeping quite difficult.

The Hotel was very beautiful interior. rooms was very clean and beautiful. the bathroom was ok. the staff was very welcoming. The best part was the breakfast. it was very tasty and amazing breakfast menu. we all had somuch fun there.
The hotel does not have ac and only provides one small fan. if you going in aug summer then its better to ask for two fans in advance.

L'horaire du petit déjeuner est très limité, du 7h30 au 10h seulement. Pour ceux qui partent plus tôt pour la visite, il faut commander le petit déjeuner la veille avant 18H. Wifi faible.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Die Lage des Hotel Hirschen ist top und unweit gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Busshaltestellen, Freizeitaktivitäten wie Minigolf oder Bars und Restaurants. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen.

Kooky ornaments in the dining room channelling the Swiss vibes with brekkie being standard but decent food. Room facing mountains was a good size. Extremely clean.

冷房がなく、20時過ぎまで部屋が蒸し暑かったこと。エレベーターが故障してしまい、4階から大きなスーツケースを下ろすことが大変だったこと。

Stary budynek, okropny smród na korytarzu na naszym piętrze, poza tym w całym hotelu smród obornika, bardzo surowe wnętrze jakby z lat 80tych i nieremontowane. W pokoju brak choćby butelki wody. Sniadanie słabe, mały wybór, parę serów, chleb, jajecznica chyba z proszku. Okropny stosunek jakości do ceny - cena jak za porządny hotel a jakość prawie jak w hostelu albo schronisku.
