Needs a little bit of maintenance

The location is excellent

It is very old and run down, water stains, broken windows, wallpaper peeling, windows that don’t close or seel properly, stains on chairs.

location was good. The chalet was very dated however cosy enough for 2 people with only 2 chairs to sit in.

Het is een heerlijke ruime studio waar je met 3 personen kunt verblijven. Aardige eigenaren, dagelijks legen van afvalbakken, vragen of we wat nodig zijn. Geweldig!

Location was amazing and I enjoyed a sunrise walk each morning with a coffee on my way back to the unit. Our family live in Shelley Park so location was perfect

I thought the cleaning could have been better. We appreciate its an old facility and dust and grime does build up but could have been more attention paid to detail.

Really quiet, comfortable beds and had all we needed for our 2 day stay. Really appreciated that our dates could be moved at the last minute when we had a medical issue and could not travel. Great communication, no problem and so accomodating. Great location to go to Waiheke Island for the day. Bus stop a short walk that takes you right to the ferry terminal.

The room was very heavily perfumed with strong air freshener on arrival. Overpowering and set my hayfever off. I spoke to the manager and on servicing the room the next day, no further spray was used which I really appreciated. Thank you. No other issues with the room.

Grounds were unsafe for elderly. Uneven ground and no rails in some places.

Lovely position. Parking outside unit. HUGE bed! Comfortable. Great shower. Very effective heating.

The space for the toilet was very snug and to get outside around the bed was very tight

Loved the heat pump, soft towels and electric blankets. The beds were comfortable and the room was stocked up with everything we needed for our stay...

The pillows were a bit flat. The tv was a bit close to the end of the beds, maybe it should have been put a bit higher on the wall, so you could walk past it a bit easier

Clean, good location, nice view from bedroom. Beds were clean and fairly comfortable. Staff helpful and polite. Quite at night. Parking available in site. Shower has a good water pressure. New heat pump in the living area. Short drive to shops cafes in howick and botany Mall etc

Windows single glazing=condensation. Some electrical issues, plugs and towel heater falling apart. No heating in bedroom.

Location to the beach was great. It was quiet through the night even though the motel was next to the road. There were two restaurants within walking distance.

It was tired looking. The bathroom’s floor was wet and slippery, even outside the bathroom, due to a dripping water line behind the toilet. There were patches in the wall behind the handbasin.

We usually stay here when we are in Auckland...the location is perfect for us....close to family. The view and the pool are a bonus.

Die Lage ist super, Zimmer mit Meerblick.. die beiden Einzelbetten waren ehrlich gesagt sehr unbequem, das große Doppelbett war bequem. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ideale Lage um mit der Fähre zur Insel Wahiki zu fahren

Fantastic location, beachfront, with awesome views. Good kitchen, really comfortable king bed, and good size table and chairs in the dining room, which doubled as my office.

The unit had everything that we needed for a short 2 night stay. Communication with the owner was good. Nice location. A front unit would be nice if we stay there again to be able to enjoy the beachfront view!

Studio Room was cramped, bed too big for space, tiny bathroom and kitchenette. Will book a bigger room next time on waterfront.

It was wonderful, we stayed in a very beautiful room looking out to the sea, short distance from the takeaways, shop and a restaurant. I will definitely do it again next year

Up stairs above our room was a little noisy but I didn't let that affect my hoilday away. I will still book the same room.

Looking very tired, the room we were in had tape holding one of the windows. Charge you for toothbrush, sanitary products if needed. Windows lots of condensation

Because, the rooms are double deck, the noise of upper rooms could be heared clearly. Also we forgot our headset in the room and we couldn't retrieve it.

It was in a great location and was easily accessible by bus.

It was quite run down and could go with a huge renovation/do up and repairs.

-A lovely beachside location. - A very spacious King studio room with a sea view. -Shaded private patio -The only motel we stayed in which had an OVEN as well as electric rings and a microwave. The owners should publicise this more! Be sure to drive to the beautiful head of the peninsula for excellent views.

We liked everything. It’s not anyone’s fault that there was a bit of a language barrier which slightly affects the welcome.

Waterfront location, parking for each unit, and short distance to ferry that goes to downtown Auckland. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Very large, comfortable units with full kitchen including oven.

The elf catering unit had everything you needed . Great for a family, great facilities and close location to the beach.

Great location with a lovely view of the harbour and glimpses of the sky tower. The suite was perfect size for the 4 of us and very comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we had a great stay.

Room is quite dated which wouldn't really bother us but it was also not very clean (hairs of cleaner in the bathroom, sticky bench top in the kitchen, etc... those kind of things you only see at a second glance).
