Es ist dringend eine Reparatur nötig. Die Möbel sind mehr als kaputt und es gibt nicht einmal genug Geschirr für 4 Personen. Die Reinigung erfolgt extrem oberflächlich. Wir würden dort nicht noch einmal übernachten.

Room was very cold, no aircon, only 1 portable heater which i used in the bedroom as it was very cold even with the window closed. Toilet window and bathroom window when opened there is no privacy when people are walking past. Furniture and room quite outdated, pricing i believe a little high for the room

It was cold! There was a single heater that warmed up the 2 rooms after 15min or so. The bathroom, was clean & modern, but the sectional glass bath/shower door is a potential safety hazard. I think 1 panel would be much better

Right beside the water and easy access to boardwalk to walk through to Bucklands Beach. Very private and quiet location.
The bathroom was a bit weird, with strange set out - but was still tidy and good to use. But had to step up into shower - would be no good for people with difficulty climbing.

Outside of room, the place is run down to the point we tought it was abandoned. Found no one to checkin. And then the person didn’t speak any English, only Chinese.

Bed was slightly too firm for me. Pillows comfortable. Heaters supplied due to no air conditioning. Only 3 towels supplied when there was 4 of us staying. Kitchen supplies a little under-stocked as far as utensils etc. Could only hang one towel on the rail in the bathroom as it was broken and fell off the wall.

The room was never cleaned during our stay , we even found toys under the bed, i guess not vaccumed well after last ocupants , towels were changed every day, but nothing else.

The room was in need of TLC and upgrades. A few small things that would be an easy and relatively cheap fix: 1. Broken curtain hooks resulted in the curtains drooping, and easy and cheap fix. 2. Only "two" of each in the kitchenette (ie: crockery, glasses, cups and cutlery) and no tea towels to dry dishes. 3. We ran out of 🧻 on day 2 of our 3 night stay 😕
