Sea-batical Retreat

Location was great. patio and ground were nice and relaxing with a nice view. Accommodation was well laid out and very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Complimentary continental breakfast was a bonus. Hosts were very helpful

Wifi a bit iffy. little cool in winter but good air conditioning kept place warm

Friendly host, available by txt anytime not that we needed anything because there was everything and more available, it felt like home

There is a new build going on next door, which the host and accommodation could do nothing about .

We loved being at Sea-batical - so well-equipped and nicely decorated, with a lovely and helpful host. The location was good for us, as we didn't want to be close to the CBD, but we were still within easy reach of the various motorways and the airport. We liked the privacy and the outlook.

Very clean, had everything you need plus more, Having the breakfast items supplied was a real treat. So lovely and quiet too.

Es gibt keine zwei Schlafzimmer. Es gibt EIN EINZIGES Schlafzimmer. Das zweite Bett steht im großen Raum, in dem sich das Sofa (kein Wohnzimmer) und die Küche befindet. Also kann man in Kochdünsten schlafen. Außerdem befinden sich ZWEI Baustellen direkt am Haus. Davon wurde nichts mitgeteilt. Dies war mit viel Baulärm verbunden. Die Toilettenspülung war defekt. Der Handwerker kam an unserem Abreisetag. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in keiner Weise. Hier wird mit falschen Tatsachen gearbeitet.

The property is in a beautiful setting overlooking the sea. It is spacious, spotlessly clean and has everything there that you would ever need. The owner Beth is lovely and provided all kinds of extra goodies like a welcoming bowl of fruit, breakfast cereals, jams etc

We had an awesome time at this little apartment.. there is everything you could ask for.. if you want a few quiet days around Auckland this is the place to be ! Thanks for everything :-)

Exceptionally comfortable and well equipped property - including complementary continental breakfast, fruit and Nespresso pods! The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of appliances and a washing machine - very handy for us as we have travelled from the UK! Very close to Bucklands Beach also

It was a little awkward getting heavy cases across gravel path to front door

Really comfortable with off street parking and the bed was so comfy in the main area.

Unfortunately it can be a little noisy with the doggo and ppl walking upstairs but that only affect the second bedroom not the main sleeping area and lounge area

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and comfortable. Well appointed accommodation, kind and caring host. Spotless rooms. Lovely touches.

The only minor problem was the hallway light being a sensor. Very very minor!

Lovely place to stay. Views of the ocean wonderful. Tony and Beth have made the access to the unit so peaceful. They have thought of everything.
