The host was in the reception

There were really noisy guests on the floor above. Sounded like they were deliberately thudding their heels and stomping around incessantly but this was no fault of the host or property.

The apartment was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and very well stocked with cookery.

TWICE during our stay, the property ran out of oil meaning that there was no hot water to shower. Even worse, when we called the management to discuss the reoccurring problem, they were rude, dismissive and blamed others for the situation. Their "apology" was a cheap box of chocolate from the COOP.

Sehr schöne große Wohnung mit viel Platz für 6 Personen. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Kurze Wege bis zu den Bergbahnen. Praktischer Brötchenservice (im Winter).

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Aufenthalt im Saaserhof war sehr angenehm. Das Personal super freundlich. Gerne wieder.

convenient clean flat with everything you need. Loved the fact it's practically on the slopes, and the big ski room to leave your ski gear. The entrance/lobby of the flat is really nice and welcoming. The 2 people managing the place were very kind and communication was easy.We had an amazing time.

The location of the property is good, also the spa rooms.

The property has no Check in desk or reception. We were completely confused where to get the keys for the apartment from, started asking around, asked at the restaurant. Waited for 30min before the cleaner called the host. The room was ok, however, the bed lininen was absolutely disgusting - the bottom sheet was made of some rough hard synthetic material, not meant for bed sheets. The duvet was also made of synthetic unbreathable material, causing constant sweating during sleep. It seems ridiculous that the host decided to save cost from such important comfort things. Departure was abrupt - we were asked to dispose of the rubbish, which was shocking considering the property charges 90CHF cleaning fee. Additionally, the total payment included £186 fully refundable damage deposit according to the invoice, which was not returned, although no problems at check out.

Tolle Lage. Sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Schöne, grosszügige Wohnung.

Sauber, Lage, zweckmässig eingerichtet, Abwaschmaschine, Mikrowelle/Backofen, Wellnesslandschaft mit Saunas, Dampfbad und Whirlpool, Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, schnelle Antwort über Booking nach Buchung und auf Anfragen.

Skiraum war nicht abgeschlossen, Taxi-Service vom Parking zum Hotel nicht inbegriffen (wie bei anderen Hotels/Appartements in Saas Fee bisher üblich), Kosten Fr. 20.-- pro Fahrt und nicht wie im Hotelbeschrieb angegeben zur Verfügung. Hatten den Eindruck, dass der Gastgeber diese Fahrten nicht gerne übernimmt (verhalten freundlich). Für die Rückfahrt mussten wir ein Taxi buchen. Küchenausstattung z.T. mangelhaft: zerkratzte Teflon-Bratpfannen = unbrauchbar, fehlende Trinkgläser, abgelaufene Lebensmittel im Schrank = wir hoffen, dass die Gastgeber diese Mängel beheben für künftige Gäste

Location was amazing. Apartment was large and roomy.

Staff were hardly in office and sometimes hard to get ahold of. Washing machines and dryers on site but were at an extra cost. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable

The location is OK

The service. The service was rude. I was told several times that it was not a hotel. This was whilst trying to arrange taxis and check in.

Excellent location. Visited in summer and from our 4th floor balcony views were beautiful. peaceful and spacious. beds comfortable.

A few practical points - no shelves in oven so couldn’t cook a meal, shower arm was loose so couldn’t easily shower without holding hose, no spare bin liners (should be a basic for an expensive property), no instructions for microwave so could t use it.

Spacious, comfortable apartment in stylish skandi design. The large kitchen area is well equipped with everything one needs. Walk-in shower area, comfy beds. One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Fabulous! We’ll def be back!

Good facilities

Apartment was a bit spartan

Superb location to ski in / out and close to bars and restaurants. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant with great service. Spa facilities were great and welcome after a day on the slopes. Apartments were well equipped.

Location is the best feature of this apartment. Very easy for kids as they can be on snow right after they leave the apartment.

Kitchen equipments are more or less minimalist. We should have brought some of our own (like kitchen knives). Heating is perhaps done by heat pump and as such the radiators can not be made to become hot enough to dry wet clothes etc. quickly (the rooms are dry and overnight all wet clothes will get dried). There was a free transport (by electric cart) from the parking to the apartment. But after 18H, one has to hire a taxi (CHF26). When leaving, the apartment offered transport at CHF 16 each (we needed two rides).

They were always available for all kinds of issues.

Location and facilities

Everything was smooth, the flat was clean and well insulated. And the little things, Apple TV and Netflix working and you can use Spotify on the speakers of the flat. It took less than 2 mins to feel at home in the flat.

It was little bit chilly during the nights. Heating system is centralized so you cannot adjust it.

The room we had was obviously totally and recently refurbished. Everything was new and showed no wear and tear. Location was great .

Clean quiet and so comfortable

Service was below average

We got an apartment with two bedrooms and a large common area with open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped. There is everything you may need to cook a simple dinner while on vacation. The kitchen has fridge, cooker, and even the dishwasher. The kitchen had also some basic cooking ingredients (salt, oil, sugar, spices, tea ...) and many cleaning tools including a fancy vacuum cleaner and detergents. The bathrooms are clean, and look recently refurbished, everything looks very nice. The apartment had a large terrace all around it, and lots of light, it was really nice. The building is well organised, it has a ski room to leave your skis and boots. The ski pistes are really close, it is really ski-in ski-out. Awesome ! In the basement there is also a washing machine that guests can use (not well advertised). In the building there is a restaurant which is one of the best restaurants of Saas Fee. I have ordered some food and taken it to my room, this was also possible. I have also asked the cook for some extra cooking equipment and they were very kind to help me out. Some of the facilities are not well advertised when you check in. When you check-in they give you a QR code which will grant you some reductions on the parking cost and on other activities. Saas Fee is a car-free resort. There is a big parking at the entrance of the village with a so called exchange area. It is a 15 minutes walk from the apartment. The owner of the apartment can come and pick you up at the parking exchange area, with all of your luggage and skis and drive you to the apartment with an electric van if you arrive before 6pm or leave before 10 am, otherwise you must call an electric-van-taxi. All of our ski equipment and luggages plus ourselves (we are 4) could fit in one of these electric vans ! It was a great stay. We will surely come back.

It was not clear to me from the emails that I got from the owner that even the transport organised by them was an extra cost, even if less expensive than the public one, they said.

Location is fantastic, right next to the slopes. Apartment is very comfortable, with everything you need.

A few of the saunas were not on or not hot. The children's pool was closed for a few days.

Excellent location, very close to the ski lifts/hiking trails and town center. Modern apartment, very clean, small but cozy and it had all you might need. Plus wonderful spa facility and lovely view from the balcony (I was staying in the studio apartment). Excellent communication with the hosts. I will definitely book again.
