Excellent location. One of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed at. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was spacious and if you’re there to ski, lots of room for your ski equipment. The owner was very helpful and accommodating.

The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been access to a washer / dryer in the apartment or building. The owner facilitated a wash but I like having access to a washer / dryer since we travel a lot and I don’t pack a lot of clothes.

Schon im Vorfeld unseres Aufenthaltes pflegten wir einen äusserst angenehmen Austausch mit dem Vermieter. Fragen über die Ankunft mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und die Wohnsituation wurden zuvorkommend und freundlich beantwortet. In Saas Fee angekommen wurden wir am Busterminal vom Vermieter herzlichen empfangen und mit dem Gepäck zur Wohnung geführt. Die Wohnung war überaus gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber, ruhig und zentral gelegen. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt und erholten uns super in angenehmen Betten. Die Abreise war wieder bequem mit dem Transport zurück zum Busterminal. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir konnten kurzfristig die schöne Dachwohnung mieten. Alles war vorhanden und sehr sauber! Die Betreuung und Organisation durch den Besitzer klappte - vor und während den Ferien - ausgezeichnet. Das Haus liegt zentral an einer ruhigen Lage und die Skigebiete sind zu Fuss rasch erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Der Gastgeber hat uns vor unserem Aufenthalt wertvolle Unterlagen, Gästekarte und Tips gemailt. Dies hat unsere Vorfreude gesteigert. Am Anreisetag wurden wir am Parking von Saas-Fee per Elektrotaxi abgeholt - bei der Abreise profitierten wir vom gleichen Gratisservice des Gastgebers persönlich. Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet, sodass wir gut kochen konnten und uns rundum gut gefühlt haben. Der Gastgeber war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns gut beraten. Wir werden diese Ferienwohnung bestimmt im Sommer nochmals wählen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Unser Aufenthalt in den Helvetia Apartments in Saas-Fee war rundum sehr positiv. Das Apartment war ausgesprochen sauber, ordentlich und gut eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass viel Wert auf Pflege und Details gelegt wird. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war jederzeit freundlich, persönlich und zuverlässig – alles lief unkompliziert und reibungslos ab. Auch die ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Helvetia Apartments wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Es war eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Zentral gelegen, geräumig, sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und es fehlte uns an nichts. So macht es Spass und wir kommen gerne ein andermal wieder. Top und sehr empfehlenswert 👍.

Schöne Appartement Wohnung, sehr sauber, Top Lage. Der Gastgeber, Herr Bumann ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat den Transfer zum Parkhaus selber gemacht.

A solidly built hotel with elevator and ski room, centrally located with easy walk to everything. Quiet and comfortable apartment with amazing views, a tub to soak sore muscles, and a well-appointed kitchen, one could easily stay long term!

The location is great, in the proximity of the shops and ski facilities. The apartment was made ready in the way exceeding our expectations by far. Extremely clean - feel better than at home. Host (Johen) more than friendly - this is such a guy you do want to rent the vacation apartment from. If you go to Saas Fee - Helvetia Apartments is the place to be.

Perfect location, near main lift and multiple grocery stores and restaurants. Directly located across the street from Sport shop and ski rental. The apartment owner has an amazing host and was very attentive to everything I needed. The apartment was very clean, new and very good quality interior. Shower and bath was spotless and update with high quality fixtures.

Location, Quality of furnishings, cleanliness, smart tv and the variety of kitchen equipment all really added to the quality of our stay.

Now that the pandemic is over a minor improvement to provide a little salt, pepper and cooking oil to the kitchen really saves some hassle on a short trip.

The location is perfect. Close to lifts and right off the main street of Saas-Fee and close to grocery stores. Plenty of space for our group in the apartment. I appreciated the dish washer and well equipped kitchen as we prepared a number of meals in the unit.

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful apartment in Saas-Fee. The host is incredibly friendly, speaks excellent French and did everything to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself is spacious, very well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable. The location is ideal, providing easy access to all the facilities of the village, while still offering a peaceful retreat. Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, this place is perfect—I highly recommend it!

What makes this property stand out is it's exceptional host, who clearly loves his guests and makes sure they have most amazing holiday. We were warmly welcomed by Jochen and felt taken care of for the duration of our stay: from welcome and parting gifts, abundance of information and advice, anticipating our needs and willingness to help with any requests to free transfers to the bus station is his electric taxi whenever he can. Our studio was peaceful, quiet, safe, perfectly clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Many thanks for your kindness, graciousness, cheerful spirit and enthusiasm in taking care of us, Jochen!

Communication with Helvetia was excellent, we felt very welcome here! The apartment has two bedrooms, everything is exceptionally clean. The kitchen is small but well-equipped with basic cutlery, a dishwasher, a fridge, and a coffee machine. The location is well centered, 5-7 minutes walking distance from two ski-lift stations, surrounded by restaurants and shops. Highly recommend staying here if you want to spend time snowboarding or skiing.

100% Recommended! We spent one Winter Week and we were delighted with the experience. - The apartment is well equipped and you will not miss anything (a full fondue kit, a colander, washing machine powder, oven paper, enough toilette paper for a week, etc.). You only need to buy your own shower soaps & shampoos. - The location is very convenient as you can perfectly walk to the ski slopes, Coop/Migros, après-ski options, coffee shops, etc. - The apartment is warm and quiet. The beds are comfortable and you always have heating and hot water. Internet works very well and the smart TV is a huge plus. - There’s an additional (shared) room with plenty of space to leave your skis/tables and boots. - You get picked up and brought to the entrance of the village (see video of the parking) by the owner, on an electric taxi. - The owner of the apartment is the most caring and devoted person we’ve met. He will make sure your stay is as excellent as possible. We hope to repeat next year.

Good location in the town centre with 5 minutes walk to the ski points or supermarket. Nice and cozy apartment for the families. Convenient with the apartments own shuttle from the parking lot to apartment.

This was an amazing place to stay, great location, beautiful property and the host was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was very well set up for our family.

Very central location, super convenient. Ski lifts 5 mins walking, good Asian restaurant next door, lovely coffee shops couple of minutes away. The apartment is cozy and spotless; big flat TV, game console, books for reading, number of leaflets with the info on the Saaf Fee activities. Very well equipped kitchen. Big size sunny terrace, clean and nice shower room. But above everything - the host, attentive, helpful, thoughtful. Dear Jochen, I felt at home at your place, thank you for the hospitality.

For our family with two small children the apartment was absolutely great! It’s spacious (two big bedrooms, separate living room & kitchen), well equipped (kitchen / smart TV / baby bed & chair / clean) and in a great location. The ski school and lifts are a 5 to 10 minute walk and the supermarkets & restaurants are right around the corner (though now noise pollution whatsoever). Prior to our arrival as well as during our stay, the host Jochen was extremely helpful & flexible to ensure we had a great trip.

The location of the apartments is perfect, easy walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, scenic walking trails and the ski lifts. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious enough for a family to stay comfortably. The views of the alpine mountains is spectacular, although this type of view comes expected with the region in general.

The apartment was categorised on Booking.com as having a clothes dryer (no washing machine), however the apartment did not have one. We specifically booked this apartment as it was one of only 8 properties listed with drying facilities. The owner told us that there used to be one but it kept getting broken. Whilst handwashing clothes is not a concern for us (we do it often when travelling), drying is almost a necessity partcularly in the snow or cold regions when certain items of clothing will get wet and washing will not dry efficiently outdoors. Our booking also showed a breakdown of our payment indicating inclusion of all fees. The apartment owner stated we needed to pay a local tax of 4.50 CHF per per person per night directly to him, however we were confused because our payment showed it as included. Whist the payment of the 40.00 CHF to us was certainly not a problem, this along with a query about heating and clothes drying, the owner treated us like we had high expectations exclaming that we made him feel obligated to do our washing, drying, telling us he would specially arrange us an electric heater and also pay our tourism tax on our behalf!! Whilst the above may simply seem trivial, we felt that the way we got treated could have been handled much better. Perhaps it was a language barrier issue, either way, in any case we certainly didnt let this bother us during the rest of our stay though.

Our host was very friendly and helpful. This studio apartment is situated in the centre of the village, has a nice patio, was very clean and very well appointed. We found that every corner and little space was well used, the kitchen and the bathroom had everything we needed. The bed was tucked in a corner of the studio, away from the kitchen and lounge which was well appreciated. There was also a lot of information about the village and excursions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to rent a small place for a great holiday!

Good size appartement, clean and quite confortable. Very good central location. Host was professional, warm and helpful. Took our luggage in a little electric car from parking to the appartement.

The bathroom was a bit small, functional though. The mattresses were not very supportive.

Jochen is a superb host who will do his utmost to ensure you have a great holiday. The apartments are clean, spacious (having stayed in extortionately priced French shoe boxes) and very well equipped. The position in Saas Fee was perfect for us, a little quiet oasis but very close to both the centre of town, shops and skiing. We hope to return.

We enjoyed the hospitality of Jochen Bumann. The place was perfectly clean and well equipped. We loved the location with everything within a 5 - 10 min walking distance. Jochen can be strict but that comes with the Swiss culture (friendly wink). The result however is reliability and tranquilituy when staying at Haus Helvetia. He is very proud of Wallis and rightfully so. Let Jochen surprise you with sound advice and little treats. During the Corona crisis he was very flexible in moving our booking avaoiding lock down periods. I thank you and hope to see you soon in good health!

I've been a long week end with friends: 2 couples. We rented one apartment for 3 nights, with 2 bedrooms and one toilet. The apartment was perfectly prepared and clean when we arrived. Plenty of space available, nice kitchen with all necessary tools. Nice living room with big screen TV and spacious toilet. Really nothing was missing. The position in Saas Fee is also perfect, close to centre and to all facilities. Jochen, the owner, was always available on the phone for any question, very kind and supportive. I will definitely contact again Jochen next time i will go to Saas Fee. Highly recommended.

Very much enjoyed our vacation and the stay at the Helvetia. Owner took care of every little detail. Loved Saas Fee, the mountains and our apartment. Best of all, transportation up the mountains was included in the rent. Although we had a great kitchen, we always enjoyed the restaurants. Prices do compare to those in the U.S..

House Helvitia is a fantastic property in a great location. The Bumann family are the perfect hosts and very helpful. The apartment was modern, very clean, very spacious and very well equipped and in the perfect location in close proximity to the cable cars, restaurants and shops. Overall a first class experience.

Very nice apartment house conveniently located in the center of Saas Fee, a bit on the side of the center, not on the main road, close to the lifts and the main square. The house keeper is extremely friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and apartment spaces are well thought out.

For a short stay for relax, that was an excellent choice. I loved the space and the comfort. I was given a very big apartment for myself alone. Kitchen was fully equipped, the room full of comfort. Bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. I was almost lost in space. It was great.

A perfect location for hikers with and without a lot of experience. Saas Fee is a small but beautiful village that has a lot to offer everyone who enjoys being surrounded by nature.

We stayed here for ten days for a skiing holiday. Saas Fee is a great place for a holiday. A high resort so good for late season skiing. Haus Helvetica was a great apartment. Very clean with everything you need. Our host was very welcoming and gave us a thorough introduction to the resort and apartment. I have no hesitation in recommending.

We have stayed here twice now and have had no complaints. Very good location, v friendly owner, clean and warm apartment, simple but comfortably appointed. Highly recommend. Nice new pod coffee machine this year too.

Haus Helvetia is a great place to stay in a great location near a popular local bakery and a short walk from the ski slopes. The apartment was well equipped, and the owners were very welcoming and helpful throughout, even lending us a hand-wagon to help us get our older son around after he had an accident on the slopes. We plan to go again next season!
