El hotel es tal y como se describe en Booking, incluidas las fotos. Habitaciones amplias con buena distribución de cajones y repisas...buena iluminación y cargadores USB, con camas grandes y cómodas, muy limpio y sin ruidos. El hotel aunque está a unos 3kms del centro está bien situado porque es muy fácil llegar por transporte público. De hecho, pensábamos utilizar taxis pero no fue necesario porque el metro está a 100 mts y te lleva hasta la catedral de San Estaban y aún precio ¡¡muy económico!! El personal de recepción muy amable, nos indicaron sitios para ir a cenar y hasta la dirección de una clínica dental que necesitábamos. Por la noche tuvimos un pequeño problema con los enchufes que se quedaron sin corriente y rápidamente fue resulto. El desayuno está bien con variedad de dulce y salado y además estaba incluido en el precio de la habitación por cortesía de Booking, lo cual es de agradecer. Totalmente recomendable.

Thank you Elyza. The girl on the reception helped us alot. Whenever i called she immediately came and solved the problem on her own. Others aren't that much smilely face or friendly.

We wanted the room to be cleaned. However, we told them in the afternoon. They warned us😀 anyway reception said ok but they didn't clean the room. Elayza quickly understand the situation with a lovely smilely face she helped us. Others should learn from her.

Direkt am Wiener Prater gelegen - nur ein paar Gehminuten ins Schweitzer Haus ;-) Eigene Tiefgarage für 25€ am Tag. Nach dem Auschecken und Bezahlen der Tiefgarage konnten wir noch bis zum Abend das Auto in der Garage stehen lassen.

Für mein Befinden habe ich das Bett etwas zu kurz empfunden. Das Kopfpolster war mir zu groß und auch zu hoch. Damit konnte ich nicht ordentlich schlafen. Ansonsten war das Bett beqeum. Die Nachttischlampe war leider fast unbrauchbar. Je nach Stellwinkel hat sie mich entweder geblendet oder die Funzel war zu lichtschwach um damit in einem Buch lesen zu können. Im Zimmer gab es eine Verbindungstür zum benachbarten Zimmer - darum konnten wir die Geräusche aus dem anderen Raum ungefiltert mitanhören.

Die Lage ist super. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Hat uns auch gleich mit Getränken bedient. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Ottima struttura situata in posizione super strategica vicino al Prater ed al campus universitario. La zona è servita da due linee di metro facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Nel parco sono disponibili diversi ristoranti aperti fino alle 22:00. Le camere sono arredate in stile moderno con tutti i confort (ad eccezione del frigo in camera). La pulizia della camera è ottima e va richiesta al desk. Staff professionale è disponibile. Ottima e varia la colazione.

Very nice and simple hotel just close to Prater. Room was clean and bathroom spacious enough. I also had nice view from the window.

Un soggiorno semplicemente meraviglioso all’Hampton di Vienna! Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza, professionalità e un sorriso sincero. L’hotel è moderno, elegante, molto pulito e curato in ogni dettaglio. La camera era confortevole, accogliente e perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa alla scoperta di Vienna. Una menzione speciale va a tutto il personale: disponibile, attento e sempre pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. È proprio questa attenzione che fa la differenza e che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Anche la colazione è stata davvero ottima, con una buona varietà di scelta e tutto il necessario per iniziare la giornata nel migliore dei modi. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati e a nostro agio. Cisza mimo bliskości do Prateru. Bardzo dobra komunikacja-stacja metra 5 min piechotą. Jak ktoś lubi dłuższe spacery to do cenrum jest ok 30-40 min piechotą. Miłaa obsługa i dobre śniadania.

Parking płatny niestety

Hotel czysty, śniadania bardzo dobre, dużym plusem jest parking podziemny (za dodatkową opłatą). Hotel znajduje się w pewnej odległości od centrum, dlatego polecam przemieszczanie się metrem (stacja matra jest bardzo blisko). Ogólnie - polecam!

We liked that breakfast was included as options to eat out in the area seemed limited. It was very handy to the fantastic underground system. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when we asked to change rooms. It was clean and the rooms are comfortable.

We did have to ask to change rooms after our first night. Our room faced Prater theme park and it was quite noisy even with closed windows. The bed also rolled into the middle and was quite uncomfortable (we moved rooms and the bed in our new room was comfortable). This made for quite a bad night's sleep. There were only news channels available on the tv and we couldn't stream anything.

Nice hotel if you have to be near the Messe or stadium

At first we didn’t have hand towels in the room, we had to ask the front office .There is no refrigerator in the room, no complementary water, as an Hilton hotel this is not suitable! Breakfast was ok, but the breakfast room is very small for so many rooms.

The location was suitable for our needs. Everyone from the staff spoke very good English and was very helpful. It was airconditioned.

There is no refrigerator in the rooms, and there is no restaurant in the hotel. We were with kids and asked if we could check in a bit earlier; it was declined. The bathroom/ toilet door is a sliding door that does not even close completely. There is no ventilation in the bath/toilet, and no privacy as well.

Zimmer waren nicht sehr sauber, Frühstück war in Ordnung, zu viele Leute im Hotel und der Frühstücksraum war überlaufen, Personal war bemüht aber nicht in der Lage den Run in den Griff zu bekommen. Sehr gestört hat das Konzept die Zimmer nicht zu reinigen während des Aufenthalts....genau das unterscheidet doch ein Hotel von einem RBNB

Hotel veľmi príjemný, na recepcii nás rýchlo vybavili, vysvetlili. V izbe nás čakala zapnutá klimatizácia a ticho, čo bolo vcelku prekvapením, keďže hotel je v blízkosti zábavného parku. Zatemňovacie závesy a pohodlná posteľ- vyspali sme sa výborne. Raňajky boli podľa očakávaní-vajíčka, výber salám, syrov. Rovnako výber slaného aj sladkého pečiva. Čerstvá zelenina a ovocie. Chutné lievance a veľmi dobrá káva. Nemôžeme sa sťažovať.

It could be more generous in terms of room facilities such us hand/hair towels and sleepers.

It was clean, the staff was quite friendly. The breakfast was nice, there were enough options. Nice location near the Prater and a metro station. The bus to the airport is about a 15 minutes walk away. If you’re with kids there’s a very nice playground nearby as well.

The handheld shower head didn’t work properly (very little water was flowing) and unfortunately it was fixed on our last day there. We did have a head shower as well so it was possible to take a shower although quite inconvenient if you don’t want to wash your hair. If your room is looking at the Prater you will need to keep your windows shut as the noise from the attractions is loud but when the window is closed, it’s fine.

ZSeniális a hotel a felszereltség, tága szoba, szuper fürdőszoba, szupe francia ágy, kényeles, nagyon jó volt benne pihenni. A reggeli szuper volt és választékos! Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!

Minden nagyon tetszett! Mindennel teljes mértékben elégedettek voltunk!

Közel volt a metró. Kértem csendes szobát és kaptunk is. Práter is pár perc gyalog. Nagyon jó, változatos reggeli. Poggyászt is megőrzik ingyenesen, ha szükséges.

Lehet én néztem el, nem tudom, de sajnos mozgáskorlátozott szobát kaptunk, ami azt jelentette hogy nem rendes zuhany volt és WC. Nagyon rossz volt, mert nem mi irányítottuk a WC lenyomását és nem lehetett normálisan használni. Nem is érthető miért nincs lenyomó gomb vagy bármi amivel mi szabályozzuk.... Nagyon figyelni kell milyen szobát foglal az ember ezek szerint. Kellemetlen volt igy sajnos a mosdó használat. Alig van akasztó a fürdőben, nincs törölköző tartó a kézmosó mellett, nincs nagyon hova rakni a vizes törölközőket.

Die Änderungen bei den Zimmerreinigungen sind im Ansatz gut, in der Umsetzung sind noch Reserven. Vielleicht sollte man hier bissl anders an die Einsparungen von Material und Personal ran gehen. Einziger wirklicher Kritikpunkt >>>> ein kleiner Vergrößerungsspiegel wäre für uns Mädels sehr hilfreich.

Das Zimmer roch unangenehm. Das Bett ist sehr weich und die Kissen zu hart. Es gibt keinen kleinen Kühlschrank und sehr wenig Stauraum für Kleidung.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 5 giorni la posizione anche se un po' in periferia molto comoda perché vicino alla fermata U2 della metropolitana con poche fermate si raggiunge il centro. Molto pulita e colazione davvero ottima. Staff disponibile efficiente e gentile. Apprezzabile il checkout alle 12

Molt bona ubicació però haurien d'avisar que està a tocar (literalment) de la pista de karts del Prater. Tot i que hi ha molt bona insonorització es podia sentir de lluny el motor dels cotxes. Neteja i esmorzar excel·lents.

Falta una nevereta a l'habitació i no m'agrada que la neteja de l'habitació sigui a demanda.

Zimmer war überkomplett ausgestattet. Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett habe ich schon lange nicht mehr in einem Zimmer gesehen. Kleiner Kaffee oder Tee stehen im Zimmer kostenlos bereit. Frühstück echt Klasse...

Tiefgarage Parkplatz ist überteuert.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. The hotel gym was also well equipped for a hotel gym, which was a nice bonus. The location was very convenient, with the U2 metro line about a 5-minute walk away and the U1 around 15 minutes away, making it easy to get around Vienna.

The only minor downside was the lack of a mini fridge in the room, which would have been a useful addition.
