Hotel staff were excellent, even parking my car for me as I could not get in when we arrived due to a coach loading up with passengers. Room was fabulous, my wife enjoyed a wonderful spa massage. Perfect place to spend our 40th wedding anniversary.

Mam podejrzenie że na parkingu hotelu zarysowano moje auto. Chcąc wyjaśnić sprawę poprosiłam na recepcji o spr kamer. Recepcjonista przekazał że już za późno, kamery są wykasowane ( 1doba po ) a na parkingu nie ma kamer. Ponieważ nie odpuściłam, okazało się że są nagrania i jest również kamera na parkingu, której ostatecznie nie udostępniono zastępując kamerą na zewnątrz która była fatalnej jakości a czas rozmowy poświęcony na to by cokolwiek zobaczyć to 2 godziny . Żałowałam że nie zrobiłam zdjęcia przed oddaniem kluczyków auta kiedy miało zostać wprowadzone przez pracownika hotelu na parking hotelowy .

Excellent location, nice staff.

Beautiful hotel but very old fashioned inside. Breakfast was ok but again a bit disappointing on choice and quality. the size of the room for 3 people (2 adults and 1 child) is small and the extra bed was very small for my 14 year old.

The hotel was very nice and in a great location! Check in went smoothly. We had a great room with an amazing view. Breakfast was included and there were plenty of choices and it was very tasty. They had really yummy chocolate croissants! We had dinner at the hotel one night (outside on their patio) and it was a wonderful experience! Great waiter and waitress that night. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The first morning at breakfast we encountered a very rude young male waiter which totally turned us off. The other person working that morning was friendly enough but we had to ask a few times for the tea we ordered. We are fairly easy going, but all in all, with the rude waiter it left a bad taste in our mouths. The next morning, it was different staff and they were great!

Very comfortable beds. Great location, very close to the centre but far enough for a peaceful sleep. Lovely spa and very satisfactory breakfast. Would return and I would recommend.

We felt it was over priced for a very small room. Struggled with space to look in suitcases.

Excellent location on the road into the centro storico. The hotel has classic charm and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Good AC. We were able to utilize the free and convenient parking each day of our stay. The hotel’s gelato store next door was very good.

Shower was a little tight but not a reason to avoid.

We were very impressed with the valet parking as it took the stress out of negotiating an unfamiliar basement car park . Also we arrived at 10pm as the restaurant closed but they still managed to make us something . Great location with nice easy 10 min walk to town centre .

Disappointed there was no pool and that use of spa was charged extra at significant hourly rate .

The location was fabulous and so great it came with parking.

It would have been nice to have somewhere to sit in the afternoon like a terrace. The rooms were small so it would have been more relaxing to have a terrace to sit on

The hotel was beautiful, nicely decorated and clean, with friendly staff. We had an amazing view of the old town from our room. It was very convenient to have on-site parking with great proximity to the old town. A beautiful viewpoint was always across the street from the hotel. A lovely breakfast served the next morning.

The bathroom in our room was slightly dated. The bath drain was very slow during our stay, we asked for it to be fixed but it remained the same.

Contesto molto elegante, accogliente e di alta qualità. Personale ineccepibile e gentile, colazione ottima. Accanto all’hotel c’è una gelateria di proprietà dell’albergo ma aperta al pubblico che fa il gelato più buono che io e la mia famiglia abbiamo mai assaggiato, e posso davvero dire che siamo intenditori. Complimenti davvero. Unico spunto di miglioramento: la spa non era accessibile perché prenotata. Probabilmente è piccina, ma vale la pena scriverlo sulla descrizione dell’hotel che l’accesso va prenotato con ampio anticipo o comunque che non è garantito come servizio incluso. Grazie del bel soggiorno!

It’s a great location, very close to the town but just outside the driving restrictions so there’s no problem getting there. Olu’s there’s space to park your car. Lovely elegant hotel with attentive staff. Superb breakfast and great dinners and evening drinks.

da sfeer van het hotel .....een zekere grandeur....charmehotel.....alles piekfijn verzorgd......de ontbijtruimte en het ontbijt, er ontbrak niets en het personeel professioneel.... de sfeer s avonds buiten op het terras en lekker gegeten....zeker zijn sterren waard. .. wij waarderen de stijl van dat hotel

Cet hôtel est très bien situé, les accès à la ville de OSTUNI très proche, un cadre parfait, la chambre parfaite le personnel très accueillant, souriant et très à l’écoute. Le déjeuner en suffisance et très copieux. Nous avons pris un spa , pure merveille, une détente parfaite, un travail très professionnel. Parking à disposition, un vrai plaisir.Nous avons été conquis du lieu et de l’établissement, à refaire très très volontiers

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was easy to reach by car, and the complimentary underground parking was a huge plus. It’s located less than a 10-minute walk from the historic center, offering a nice, quiet retreat from the busy crowds. I loved the breakfast, which had a wide selection of fresh produce and a special corner for local Puglian dishes. The made-to-order omelets were great, as was the coffee. The entire staff was very welcoming and ensured a comfortable stay. I would love to stay here again when I return to Ostuni.

Restaurant excellent et les belles chambres.

La sécurité n'était pas à la hauteur - un sac était volé dans l'une de nos chambres. Nous étions remboursés seulement pour une partie de la perte et notre demande pour parler avec la directrice était refusé.

Lors de la réservation, j'avais signalé 3 couples et sur la confirmation de booking, vous avez mentionné 3 adultes, alors que j'avais indiqué 6 adultes, comme toutes les réservations faites cette semaine avec nos amis. Heureusement, le personnel de l'hôtel est intervenu auprès de booking pour faire rectifier cette erreur.

The hotel is within walking distance of the mail city square with numerous bars and restaurants. It has on site parking. The hotel is well maintained and clean. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel staff were excellent. The restaurant in the hotel was outstanding, great food and service. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding. Definitely a good place to stay while in Ostuni.

I have just returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel as part of a 22 person group tour with One Traveller on an evening meal + B&B basis. The Ostuni Palace hotel is a really beautiful hotel in a great location. The rooms are delighful, the staff polite and helpful and the beds really comfortable. The breakfasts were good with plenty of choice. Unfortunately our stay was spoilt by the really rotten food we were served during our evening meals. The food was poor in terms of quality, quantity and presentation. Something which is very unusual in Puglia. Even though our tour guide complaned, there was no impovement in the food. Our last meal was a starter of roast vegetables or bland vegtable soup and then one greasy chicken thigh and some soggy potato wedges. Another evening a vegetarian option of turnip top omlette (photo below) was sent back to the kitchen by several guests as it was dry, unappealing and there was only a dessert spoonful of mashed potato. Each evening guests were given one tiny slice of bread and had to ask for more. We took to eating well at lunchtime as we knew we were going to be left hungry in the evening. Our meals bore no resemblance to the hotel's evening a la carte menu which was on display. On the last morning I told the hotel manager exactly what I thought about the evening meals we had been served and he just looked away. One Traveller have assured guests that the budget allocated to the hotel was good and that the decision to undercut was purely down to the hotel choosing to serve substandard meals. I very much hope that One Traveller review their contract with The Ostuni Palace given this experience by 22 guests.

Beautiful hotel, pleasant and professional staff and excellent location. Walking 10 minute distance to the centre of Ostuni and a fantastic view point on the door step of the hotel.

A pool would have been a wonderful addition to the hotel

Le personnel vraiment serviable, le petit déjeuner assez varié, l’hôtel est plutôt bien placé, même s’il faut marcher 10 minutes pour être au centre de la vieille ville. Un parking gratuit est disponible ce qui est vraiment appréciable.

Le bruit de la rue est absolument insupportable. Ce sont des pavés juste devant vos fenêtres. Vous ne pouvez pas dormir de la nuit à chaque fois qu’une voiture passe sur les pavés. La climatisation ne peut pas être mise en marche de la chambre, il faut à chaque fois contacter la réception pour l’allumer ou l’éteindre. Les oreillers sont beaucoup trop durs et pas d’option possible d’avoir des oreillers plus souples. Les portes de la douche ne fermaient pas complètement, des gobelets en plastique dans la salle de bain. Ce n’est pas à la hauteur d’un quatre étoiles à mon avis.

A beautiful hotel located in a perfect area of Ostuni close to the old town. The staff was amazing and we’re very accommodating and helping us find even setting them up for us. A lovely day lovely hotel and lovely staff.
