Reviewed Sep 7, 2026La colazione è grandiosa, e la location della stessa è molto suggestiva. Posizione conveniente, ma da tenere in conto che per visitare il centro di Ostuni è tutto in salita. Io cercavo una location un po' esterna, facile da raggiungere e facile per spostarsi, che non fosse troppo isolata e con parcheggio: ha funzionato benissimo.
Purtroppo mi hanno dato una stanza vista strada, che fortunatamente non era estremamente trafficata per la maggior parte del tempo e io non ho molta sensibilità al rumore, ma durante la notte e al mattino presto può risultare un po' disturbante.

Een vrij kleine kamer en het hotel is verouderd.

Iniziamo dal mea culpa. Ho sperato di trovare un 4 stelle in 18 metri quadrati. All’entrata della camera (matrimoniale vista mare) scoprì che ti devi fare una scala con bagaglio e 6 metri quadri son il bagno. L’acqua calda della doccia praticamente assente, il segnale wi-fi ballerino e i canali tv in freeze completano il soggiorno. Nel bagno hanno costruito un mobiletto senza pensili (atroce).Colazione buona ma alle 9.55 la responsabile di sala invita tutti ad alta voce di levare le tende. La simpatia del personale non è il punto forte dell’hotel. Un ottimo 2*, un buon 3* ma le 4* sono una presa in giro per la concorrenza. Ah, il mare si trova a 5-6 km dall’hotel per cui la vista mare andrebbe modificata in lato mare…

L’unica nota negativa riguarda la parete del box doccia, che era rotta e avrebbe bisogno di essere sistemata. Per una struttura a 4 stelle, ci si aspetterebbe una maggiore cura e attenzione anche a questi dettagli.

Il non problem solving nel far parcheggiare l'autovettura all'interno e lasciare alla fortuna il trovare posto all'esterno. È successo una sola volta ma non deve succedere mai. Lo staff poteva prendersi carico di lasciare l'auto parcheggiata in modo non perfetto in struttura e farsi lasciare le chiavi per l'eventuale esigenza di spostare l'auto

For some reason they were painting the outside of the building when we were checking out. Not an issue but we haven't seen something like that, maybe something unexpected happen.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Ein wunderschönes Hotel in bester Lage! Der Frühstücksraum ist besonders schön! Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt! Rikscha Taxis stehen vor der Türe bereit!
Die Betten, also die Matratzen sind total durchgelegen und gehören dringend ausgetauscht! Die tolle Terrasse wird nicht richtig genutzt ! Es fehlt an Personal im Service! Alles ein bisschen seelenlos! Schade, es wäre wunderschön!

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026This is a lovely hotel just outside the main area of Ostuni which meant a lovely peaceful night in a room with a sea view, although the sea is a distance away. The terrace on the top of the hotel was a great place to look at the view which is of the white city shinning out above and the coast. Rooms are comfortable and have all you need, bathroom was shabby but lots of hot water and a great shower.

Kleine renovierungsbedürftige Zimmer; wir waren das erste Mal vor sieben Jahren in der Unterkunft und es hat sich nichts geändert. Alte kleine Duschkabine. Zimmerservice ist verbesserungsfähig- zwei Tage wurden die leeren Flaschen von der Minibar nicht weggeräumt und auch nicht aufgefüllt.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026la proximité immédiate avec la très belle vieille ville d'Ostuni on laisse sa voiture au parking de l'hôtel et soit à pied soit en tuk-tuk on visite la ville. le personnel est charmant, l'hôtel très confortable et magnifique, le petit déjeuner somptueux, notre chambre avait vu sur la mer.
Dans ce 4 étoiles, il manque un mini plateau de courtoisie dans la chambre. mais c'est un détail au vu de l'ensemble de l'établissement.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026La struttura è vicina al centro abitato più caratteristico, è confortevole, la colazione è varia. La nostra camera purtroppo era a bordo strada e non era proprio silenziosa. Ho apprezzato il parcheggio interno. Buono il rapporto qualità /prezzo.

La chambre minuscule, la salle d'eau avec une douche de taille ridicule et un filet d'eau sortant du pommeau, le mobilier défraîchi, le tout composant un ensemble sinistre. Question : où sont les quatre étoiles ?
