Very nice hotel for a stay in the superb Otronto. We didn’t use the spa but the lotions and towels in the room were excellent. Excellent receptionist who kindly recommended and booked us evening meal.

Personale davvero super gentile e disponibile, la pulizia e' ai massimi livelli e la struttura e' molto bella e caratteristica. La posizione e' top, nel centro cittadino.

Quando si innaffiano le piante di sera tardi, si dovrebbe utilizzare un tubo senza il terminale a pressione, per evitare rumore inutile. Alle 7.30 puntuali la colazione deve essere pronta e completa, incluse le uova calde.

La plage privée et son accès en petit train, la grande piscine et les transats . Les pizzas sont bonnes et la deco générale de l hotel. Il y a un musicien différent tous les soirs c est sympa.

La qualité du petit déjeuner , il y a beaucoup de choix mais ce n est pas bon. La chambre est tres primaire pour le prix, digne d un ibis pour presque 400€ la nuit avec vue parking!!la nourriture du restaurant n est pas terrible.

The property was so clean and so quiet it was like a sanctuary, beautiful well manicured, easy access via elevator to the rooms, breakfast, lobby, spa. I loved how there was cucumber water available for us to replenish after we walked to the center. And there was always availability to have a snack, aperitivo, or bagged lunch to take with you if you were going to the beach. The staff were helpful and absolutely amazing. I really appreciated how there was a massage therapist and expert esthetician available by appointment and she was so skilled and knowledgeable. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, varied, healthy, if you needed gluten-free, if you need a protein, if you needed vegan, it was all available. Love the simple jazz music that played subtly on the ground and it was about 15 minute walk over the bridge to the historic center and castle entrance. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

It would’ve been great to have a pool or access to a pool because it was pretty hot and sticky and it really wasn’t walkable to the beach. Maybe there should’ve been signs for beach departure and the times and that could be arranged, but it shouldn’t have been something that we had to wonder about.

Location ottima, a due passi dal centro storico e dal castello di Otranto. Ottima anche la convenzione con il parcheggio privato a 100 metri dalla struttura. Servizi e pulizia ok

Camera al piano terra leggermente umida dovuta alle pietre della struttura.

all the staff were really nice and helpful. I loved the spa and that you could share it with a group of friends like a private thing. I loved that there’s fruit water everywhere on the property.

Not all the rooms were the same size, the shower we had was much smaller than our friends who had the same type of room. Our shower also tend to get water all over the floor. Minor issue tbh cause they’d replace all our towels often.

The room was big, and the shower was very nice. They pay attention to the details to make it comfortable. The parking was near and easy to park, also the distance from the center was not too far. We appreciate a lot the kindness of the staff, as they let us to take a shower the last day when we have already left the room and come back from the sea. We didn't use the Spa, but taking a shower there at the last day, we saw how nice and cute the structure was.

Esperienza fantastica !! La struttura è incantevole, curata ed eegante. Vicinissima a centro. Le camere sono luminose, pulite e lo spazio esterno privato per ogni camere è delizioso. Il personale è stato gentilissimo. Adele ci accoglieva a mattoni con una colazione varia e ottima e con cosigli utilissime alle nostre giornate. Tutto lo staff è stato gentile nel accogliere ogni nostra richiesta. Grazie ancora. È stata una vacanza meravigliosa

No sea views. Curtains outside rooms on upper floor seemed a bit pointless.

The hotel was originally a farmhouse though it is hard to tell as it has been thoroughly modernised. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and the shower was very good. Each room has its own outside seating area. We didn't want a full breakfast (though it did look good). However, we appreciated that we could just order a coffee and a pastry and just be charged what we had. They will also provide a packed lunch for days out. The walk into the old town takes about 5 minutes. The hotel has an arrangement with a parking lot a few minutes away at very reasonable daily prices.

Esta muy bien ubicado, a pocos pasos del centro histórico. No tiene parking pero hay uno a pocos metros donde se puede dejar el coche toda la noche por 5 euros. La habitación esta muy bien decorada y tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía confortable. Me encantó que cada habitacion tenga una pequeña zona exterior. El desayuno tiene buenas opciones. Eñ personal fue todo muy amable.

Gediegenes und sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit charmanten Zimmern. Hier fühlt man sich wohl. Zentrum zu Fuss rasch erreichbar. Parking in der Nähe. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wir würden wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

Le spa et les soins avec Alessandra hyper compétente et surtout très gentille Les équipes aux petits soins , serviables, souriantes. L’emplacement très proche du cœur historique et des remparts et à 10 minutes des plages de ville

The room was nice but the kind staff, spa experience and location were perfect. We even had help from the staff when we couldn’t get a ride back to our next hotel the day after we checked out! We are forever grateful for their kindness and for making our trip extra special. We will be back ❤️

The air conditioner could not be used. Very hot in the room.

Very convenient location close to the castle and old town. Good breakfast, friendly staff and clean. Relaxed atmosphere.

Noise could be heard from adjacent rooms and those above. There was private outdoor space for our room surrounded by curtains which felt claustrophobic.

Jolie chambre bien que petite, terrasse et l’établissement décorés avec goût. Parking à 3 minutes pour euro 5,-. Centre historique à 5 minutes à pied. Déjeuner très bien.

Centre wellness était sur réservation et prix trop élevés. Notre chambre nous a parfaitement convenue mais beaucoup de chambres donnent sur le passage pour rejoindre les autres chambres donc aucune intimité.

Great location for exploring Otranto - only a 5 min walk into the historic old town. The hotel itself is lovely, very clean and laid out, with great bedrooms and breakfast facilities. Our bed was extremely comfy. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

If the hotel had a pool it would be perfect!

Excelente localização, estacionamento bem próximo por 5 euros a diária. Suites grandes, limpas e com tudo de primeira linha.

TUTTO! Dalla attenzione dello staff, la ubicazione da dove si raggiunge tutto a piedi facilmente, la colazione spettacolare, le stanze, il design e gli arredi di tutto l’albergo. È citatissimo. Ne vale veramente la pena. Ci tornerei sicuramente in questo posto senza pensarci. Non volevamo andare via.

from a to z - all perfect and very good. awesome and very nice as well as very spacious rooms and the location of the hotel is another big plus!

nothing to commet re the hotel. sometimes, difficult guests can be disruptive to the cosy environment. too many guests who were on a cycling tour thought the own the breakfast room for themselves - and talking/giggeling till after 1 am in front of the quest rooms is not what i expect from cultivated folks and people with a kind of a smart brain. again, this is not about the hotel but about guest who are just too selfish!
