Hotel eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista, assolutamente da consigliare. Un plauso speciale va alla direttrice, straordinaria per la sua totale disponibilità nell'accogliere ed esaudire ogni singola richiesta con grande cura e attenzione. Un ringraziamento di cuore va anche a tutto il suo staff: sempre gentilissimi, solari, pronti al saluto e a dare una mano in qualsiasi momento della giornata, dimostrando una dedizione e una disponibilità al 100%. La colazione è semplicemente strepitosa, ricca di scelta e servita sempre con estrema gentilezza. La zona piscina è bellissima, estremamente ben tenuta e molto controllata, ideale per momenti di puro relax in totale sicurezza. A completare un soggiorno perfetto c'è anche un'ottima SPA. Un punto di riferimento impeccabile per vivere appieno la magia di Otranto. Consigliatissimo

Struttura molto bella e curata,ampi spazi,stanza molto grande,molto pulita e profumata con un bel balcone. Posizione ottima,a pochi passi dal centro e dal lungomare. Possibilità di parcheggio interno gratuito;teli forniti per la piscina e possibilità di stare in piscina anche dopo il.check out. Colazione ricca e varia,personale molto gentile.

Aria condizionata nelle camere gestita centralmente dalla reception. Per spegnerla/accenderla è necessario rivolgersi sempre al personale.

L'emplacement est idéal. La piscine très agréable et le personnel à l'écoute et très sympathique. A noter que le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel.

Les places de parking un peu limitées mais un parking de secours au dessus l'hôtel complète l'offre.

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa in camera c’era una lucina lampeggiante durante la notte, proveniente dal display del climatizzatore, il terzo letto aggiuntivo un po’ più scomodo.

Je kan duidelijk merken dat het einde seizoen is, het onderhoud laat veel te wensen over. Onze grote kamer en duurdere kamer had veel gebreken, lampenkappen kapot, losse douchekranen, kompleet verdort gras rond het zwembad, en geen 4**** waard. Bij voorbaat al niet mogelijk om te dineren omdat er geen volpension is geboekt, dit kan echt niet voor een 4 sterren hotel

Meraviglioso! La gentilezza dello staff, la posizione strategica che permette di raggiungere il centro e il lungomare a piedi in pochissimi minuti; la camera molto spaziosa, pulitissima e silenziosa, il letto super comodo e con delle ottime tende oscuranti; circa il clima si poteva far regolare in base le proprie esigenze ed abitudini, in qualsiasi momento. Colazione varia e con prodotti di qualità. Piscina ben curata, con bar accanto. Torneremo al più presto!!! Consiglio vivamente!

A hotel stay should be a place where you can relax, feel safe, and enjoy your time away without worrying about your personal belongings. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was the complete opposite (!!!) After checking out, I discovered that a jewelry box containing all of my jewelry had disappeared from my room. I had last seen it on the morning of our departure. The loss included not only valuable items, but also pieces of sentimental value that can't be replaced. What has stayed with me most is not just the loss, but the deeply unsettling feeling that my belongings could disappear from my room during my stay. As a guest, you trust that your privacy is respected and that the room you are paying for is a secure space. Having that trust broken left me feeling shocked, vulnerable, and extremely uncomfortable. The hotel's handling of the situation only made matters worse. Rather than taking ownership of a serious incident involving a guest's missing property, I was repeatedly told to call back later for updates and was left chasing the hotel for answers at every stage. There was no sense of urgency, accountability, or genuine concern for what had happened. I would never stay here again, and I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe and enjoyable stay. The disappearance of my belongings was bad enough, but the loss of trust and feeling of safety is what will stay with me long after this trip. If zero stars were an option, that is what I would give!

Struttura molto bella e situata in una posizione al top per godersi Otranto. La pulizia è impeccabile e lo staff si è dimostrato davvero gentile, cordiale e accogliente. Ho saputo inoltre che la struttura ha da poco cambiato gestione e sta già lavorando per sistemare e migliorare alcuni aspetti della camera.

Trattandosi di un 4 stelle superior, ci sono infatti alcuni dettagli da rifinire (su cui mi è stato detto che stanno già intervenendo): l'asciugacapelli è poco potente, il frigorifero è un po' rumoroso, le tende non oscurano del tutto la luce del mattino e i balconi comunicanti non divisi tolgono un po' di privacy.

Struttura molto bella, curata e ben organizzata. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la piscina, gli spazi esterni e l’atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere Otranto e il personale è stato gentile e disponibile.

Nel complesso mi sono trovato bene. Come piccolo aspetto da migliorare, alcuni dettagli della struttura potrebbero essere curati maggiormente, ma nulla che abbia compromesso il soggiorno.

Posizione ottima, colazione variata sia dolce che salato, tutto pulito, stanze e bagni ampie, personale gentilissimo, accettano cani.

Visto che è pet friendly potevano includere nella stanza qualche piccola servizio per loro, tipo una ciotola e una cuccia.

The pool and bar next to it was very convenient and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was wonderful, nice to have it open until 10:30 so we didn't ever rush .

The option to replace pool towels daily at no extra cost would have been a nice touch .

Pool area was lovely and well equipped. There was a quiet and restful vibe mist of the time. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located close to the old town but far enough away to avoid vehicle noise and chatter. There's ample Parking and the hotel is easily accessible.

The music at the pool was very repetitive and a little too loud at times. Sometimes other pool users spoke very loudly, it would have been appreciated if the pool staff asked them to be a but quieter. The shower head was a bit blocked so it squirted in different directions. TV didn't have any news channels and there was nowhere to catch up on World Cup football or Wimbledon, which would have been nice.

I’m not sure why this hotel doesn’t have a higher rating—it was absolutely fabulous. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Otranto. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, the pool was beautiful and refreshing, the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel also offers dinner in its restaurant for a very reasonable price, which was a great option after a day of sightseeing, with nightly live music. Not loud music. Just nice layback music. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Otranto. Highly recommended.

O funcionario que veio resolver o problema da TV a noite, contaminou o quarto com seu cheiro de cigarro e tive que deixar uns 10 minutos a porta do quarto e da varanda abertas p/ diminuir o cheiro. Não conseguiram resolver o problema da TV nem no dia seguinte e fiquei sem ver jogos da Copa

Hotel très bien situé avec une belle piscine et un joli environnement pour etre en ville. Par contre,un petit peu daté, baignoire abîmée... Parking,chambres spacieuses.

Vraiment dommage que les petits déjeuners soient servis a l intérieur ,alors que l espace extérieur pourrait être aménagé et très sympa. Pas de cafetière dans la chambre ni de bouteille d eau de bienvenu.

La cena e il climatizzatore la prima notte che non funzionava (restava fisso a 22 gradi), poi è stato riparato.

Great location, just a short walk from beach and town. A bit dated, but super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a variety of items to choose from. Hotel has free gated parking on-site. All staff were extremely friendly and super attentive. Overall a great stay.

Lokalizacja super, w odległości krótkiego spaceru do starego miasta. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Bardzo czysto, pokoje codziennie są sprzątane. Wygodne poduszki (2 wysokości do wyboru). Pyszne, urozmaicone śniadania. BARDZO POLECAM!

De ligging dicht bij het centrum. Het bed en de kussens erg comfortabel.

Gezien de prijs en het feit dat het hotel volop reclame maakt voor het zwembad (zit zelfs in de naam), is het een enorme tegenvaller dat er half mei terwijl het lekker zonnig weer is geen gebruik gemaakt kan worden van het zwembad. Hoewel het er uitnodigend en gevuld bij ligt, mogen we alleen op de bedjes liggen maar niet zwemmen. Verder is de inrichting gedateerd, oud, en summier. Geen koffie/thee faciliteiten, alleen plastic bekertjes, douchen in bad (hoge instap, gevaarlijk), de schuifpui sluit niet goed, er stond nog een bekertje peuken van de vorige gasten op het balkon, kleine tv met beperkt aanbod. Kortom absoluut geen vier sterren waard.

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig, komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Jene zum Garten sind auch ruhig gelegen.

Hotel vicino al centro di Otranto, offre tutti i servizi possibili dalla piscina alla sauna alla palestra, con giardino grande dove poter stare la sera e balcone che corre lungo tutto un lato e colazione con a disposizione molte cose, parcheggio interno

L'unica pecca è il ristorante che ha solo menu fisso, non so se in estate offre anche la possibilità di scelta

Tutto è stato davvero ottimo! Stanza ampia, elegante, pulitissima, silenziosa, letto molto comodo e confortevole. Colazione abbondante e buonissima.Da tanto non assaggiavo dolci così buoni. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, pronto a darci qualunque indicazione. Ci si sente coccolati in questo Hotel. Da ritornarci sicuramente!

4 Sterne. Als SPA Hotel beworben. Beim einchecken wird einem gesagt das 90 Minuten Sauna 30€ Euro kosten. Abzocke vor allem im November bei 6 belegten Zimmern.

La posizione della struttura ottima

La struttura non rispecchia i canono di un albergo a 4 stelle.... pulizia non soddisfacente anche all interno della spa....personale poco accogliente

Wir waren zu dritt unterwegs. Für zwei Nächte war dieses Hotel unsere Unterkunft. Für den jugendlichen Sohn wurde eine mobiles Bett aufgestellt. Das Zimmer war geräumig. Auf dem Balkon befanden sich zwei einfache Kunststoffstühle. Die Matrazen waren komfortabel. Im vorhandenen Kühlschrank konnten z.B. Getränke vernünftig gekühlt werden. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls geräumig. Dennoch sollte eine Teilsanierung erfolgen. Die Gummidichtungen der Duschkabine waren zu unansehnlich mit "Schimmel-/Sparkflecken". Fußläufig ist das Zentrum innerhalb von 3-5 Minuten und die Altstadt innerhalb von 5-8 Minuten erreichbar. Das Früstück war aus unserer Sicht für italienische vielfältig. Die von Booking ausgewiesenen 7,0 Punkte aufgrund meiner Bewertungsauswahl ist gefühlt nicht zutreffend. Ich würde insgesamt 8,0 -8,5 Punkte vergeben.

Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls geräumig. Dennoch sollte eine Teilsanierung erfolgen. Die Gummidichtungen der Duschkabine waren zu unansehnlich mit "Schimmel-/Sparkflecken". Der vorhandene Beistelltisch wies im Fußbereich unansehliche Beschädigungen auf. Obwohl das Hotel gefühlt nicht ausgebucht war, musste man für einen Parkplatz auf dem Hotelgelände 10 Euro/Nacht bezahlen. Der Pool war bereits winterfest gemacht. Im Garten bzw. am Pool bestand trotz des ungewöhnlich guten Sonnenwetters keine Möglichkeit auf einer Liege zu verweilen, da sich diese auch schon im Winterlager befanden.

El lugar es cómodo y se encuentra cercano al centro

Nos cobraron la estadía para 5 personas a pesar que habíamos cancelado esa reserva y avisado que solo seríamos 4. Incluso nos ubicaron en dos habitaciones dobles, aunque nos cobraron una triple. Habíamos leído que el hotel tenía acceso al spa pero ahí nos enteramos que era con reserva previa y pago.

Hermoso hotel, habitación muy espaciosa y decorada con buen gusto. Desayuno muy bueno..Personal muy atento , dispuesto a resolver cualquier problema.

Rokende buren op balkon dus deur van ons moest dicht. Airco werkte niet. Douchen in bad. Parkeren 10,- per nacht.

Nagyon kozel volt a belvaroshoz. Gyalog par perc alatt a varhoz lehetett erni. Ingyenes parkolo volt a hotel melletti utcaba. Kedves szemelyzet, boseges reggeli.

Ci è piaciuto tutto, ma in particolare abbiamo apprezzato molto: 1) la camera che ci è stata assegnata, che era grande ed accogliente; 2) il materasso, la ciotola e il tappetino che ci sono stati forniti per il nostro Cane, davvero pratici, comodi e di qualità; 3) l'ottima scelta a colazione e l'ampia e spaziosa sala dedicata; 4) il comodo parcheggio, subito all'ingresso, dopo la sbarra.

Peccato per le macchie che abbiamo trovato all'arrivo sul pavimento del bagno che non si riuscivano a pulire. Il supplemento di €30,00.- che abbiamo dovuto pagare per il nostro Cane ci è sembrato eccessivo.

Nem no app, nem nas instalações do próprio hotel tem o aviso que a piscina nessa época do ano é fechada, e que nessa época do ano o ar condicionado não funciona para refrescar o quarto abafado.

Struttura a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico con ampio parcheggio gratuito sul retro oltre a quello a pagamento nel cortile dell'hotel. Camere spaziose e pulitissime. Colazione a buffet varia ed abbondante con personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato

Super Lage im Zentrum des Ortes. Geräumiges Zimmer mit gutem Komfort. Sehr sauber und ruhig. Parkplätze sind gegen Gebühr von 10€ pro Tag direkt am Hotel vorhanden.
