Close to the Arena

Other people staying were loud and stayed up till 1am most of our stay

We liked everything about the Arena Lodge, conveniently located within minutes of walking distance to the Palmy Arena where we attended an event. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for our overnight stay. Staff were wonderful from initial communication right through to check out. We were grateful to being able to check in early so the children can have a place to re-charge and get ready before heading to the event. The welcome chocs were a hit for the crew too. Thanks again

Comfortable warm clean spacious had everything I needed for both cooking a home meal writing desk. Spa bath was Gr8 quiet private location beautiful friendly warm staff very hospitable.

Was perfect nothing I didn't like thanks!

Manager kindly upgraded our room at no extra cost, as hadn't got back to confirm needed 2 beds. Great little kitionette area. Comfortable beds, warm, shower was great. Location good, quiet over night. Very large separate bedroom.

Can't think of anything.

Arena Lodge was great value for money. Very clean and host was friendly and helpful. Quiet location and well equipped unit.

Tony and team were excellent with their service and responses.

A place to put your own toiletries and hanging hooks in the bathroom.

Locality

Was pleasantly suprised to have been upgraded without asking on my arrival.A very quiet stay, comfortable sleep and friendly staff. Good price and location.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le propriétaire a été très compréhensif car nous avons eu des problèmes d'avion et sommes arrivées un jour plus tard. En compensation, nous avons eu une chambre plus grande.

Warm, comfortable, easy location

I booked this for my parents, they had the best stay recommend.

The hole lot

Didn't have breakfast as had brought our own food. The cleaning staff were lovely and the manager helpful. I really appreciated the fact that when I said I slipped climbing out of the bath he bought a mat to put in the bath to prevent this.

As many of the units had a shower over the bath, it made things a bit difficult for short people. A couple of bars for balance would help. Just those stick on ones from Mitre 10 or Bunnings would be adequate.

Customer service is key. Owner was mindful and checked in with me prior to arriving that the space was going to be comfortable enough for me and bubs and family. The room itself was lovely comfortable clean and tidy

Handy to arena

Only one comfortable chair. Peculiar shower head.

Close proximity to the venue I was officiating at. Was nice clean comfy bed and actually warm blankets. Great communication from the owners highly recommend staying here.

Clean, friendly staff, warm and great location.

Nothing I can think of.

Location and friendly staff. The place was spacious and comfortable

It was a bit dated but it was comfortable and homely

Good location had everything we needed

As an IT Consultant I've stayed in a lot of places up and down NZ. This is one of the better ones. I needed somewhere close to town (Walkable) and also to the location of my meeting. This place came up trumps, and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Great location and price for an overnight stop.

Main light did not work properly, flickering and annoying. Kitchen area and general surround surfaces needing a deep clean.
