Perfect location spa bath amazing comfy beds clean unit lovely staff

lovely room, very quiet, unfortunately, we arrived late after a long flight, so pretty much slept, and left, next morning.

Good location, large room, comfortable. Did not use the spa.

Spa bath, location, spacious

Stairs

Room was exactly like the pictures, nice and clean, and good facilities. Staff were also very friendly

The bathroom drainage could be better, after showers the bathroom floor was quite wet.

Big rooms and amazing spa

The location

Nothing

My Partner and I LOVED the spa bath, the recliners in the room, the overall space of the room for us and the comfort of the bed.

The pillows were a little thin for our liking. We would have liked to have had thicker pillows. Also, being a tall bloke, the bath wasn't quite as big as I would have liked.

Loved the location, it was so close to the city centre. It was soo clean and the kitchenette was well appointed with utensils, cooking items and serving bowls etc.

A bit of noise from cars (laps etc on Sat PM) on the main road, but nothing too awful or late. The light in the bathroom initiated a fan after about 30 seconds which was a bit noisy in the night when you just need the loo or to brush your teeth!

Location close to the shops

Everything

Nothing

I always try and stay here as I enjoy a relaxing spa and it's close to the shops.

Nice Guy at the front counter, Bed very clean. Pleasant stay, Facilities close by. will stay again. It was very central and I did not hear any noise.

Location was great , very spacious room and very clean

The old fashioned put the key in slot for lights

Tidy, clean and comfortable rooms in a great location with friendly staff!

Open space, spa, comfy bed

We celebrated Valentine’s Day there and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the accommodation was spotless. We were almost disappointed we only stayed one night, as it has everything you need: cooking stove, fridge, and all the kitchen essentials. The upstairs spa is next level 🤩 Being able to watch TV from the spa was such a cool touch. The bed was extra comfy too! The location is perfect, close to the plaza. Check-in and check-out were super easy. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The only downside for us was the road noise, as we’re used to living in the country, but to be honest, it was much quieter than we expected, and nothing compared to some places we’ve stayed at in Wellington. And Parking can be a bit tight with a ute in some spots, but still manageable.

Well presented unit, very clean and walking distance to town center

This was right opposite the plaza very handy

No toilet up stairs for in the night. This would only be a problem if your older thi we managed. Very happy with the place tho

Very helpful staff, great spa bath

Just the traffic noise at night

Location is excellent. Room was perfect.

The little packet of cookies on the coffee/tea stand was opened.

Very accommodating for me and my little family. The room size is huge! The separate rooom for us to have our children in was peeeeerfect. The spa bath was enjoyed by us all and the rooms are thoroughly clean! Would 1000000% recommend and if we're ever these ways again I'll definitely be booking with yous again😊

That we didnt stay longer 😂

Super staff, location, very very clean.. Great value.

Within walking distance of the Mall and Supermarket. Even though I only stayed 1 night, I can't fault it at all.

Great service

This is one of the nicest and cleanest motels I've ever stayed in. The motel was fully booked the night I was there including a couple of groups. All other occupants were quiet evening/overnight - possibly due to the fact the room information sheet has well worded guidelines for occupants to follow so everyone's stay is pleasant. Fantastic location too - can walk to plaza, supermarket and several evening meal options.

Nothing

I stayed in a spa room, which was very nice. Even though I didn’t use the spa, it was very clean and nicely positioned. The room itself was comfortable and well maintained.

The bathroom was really nice — a good size and very clean. The only downside was that it was located downstairs rather than next to the bedroom.

It was spacious and staff were friendly

Friendly management and staff, spotless and good size room, great location. Yummy breakfast.

Spa and proximity to Irish bar.

It is a little pricey.

Location, clean, tidy, spacious, everything you need. Excellent communication and wonderful people

Nothing, it ticked all the boxes, would stay again without hesitation

Staff greeting was with a smile and kindness , room was superb watch TV while in spa, rooms very clean inside and out, located well

Can't say anything was wrong with the place

Lovely owners Great room

Traffic noise really bad

Breakfast was fine and arrived on time. Eggs a little over cooked but still fine. Water pressure in shower was fabulous.

We could have stayed longer

We loved how clean it was,and how spacious the room was,the managers were so friendly and willing to help with anything you needed, the location was super close to everything including the shopping mall directly across the road.

We liked the location, the staff were awesome, and the prices were reasonable. The room was great for a family with small kids..

The carpet needs attention and may require professional cleaning. Kids have been walking on it in socks, and it appears very dirty—so much so that it leaves marks on their socks..

Quiet spacious very clean and spa is amazing

I have no complaints

The rooms was clean visually and smelt clean as well

That vehicle had to be parked further away from room would not be able to hear or see if something happened to it

friendly helpful owners

I love the fact that I can go there and feel safe especially when traveling alone and need to escape

Great location, fantastic tv and reclining chairs. We loved the spa. Also a very comfortable bed. Our room was away from the road so not noisy. We were very happy.

Nothing

Everything

Didn’t have breakfast, so can’t rate that, the staff are amazing, so easy to talk too, and the motel is located to within walking distance to anything you want.

We couldn’t fault this motel

We had a 2 bed apartment with good size rooms and a large bathroom.

The apartment had little or poor natural light into the sitting room / kitchen area so that area was quite dark. There was little shelf space in the bathroom for toiletries (we had 2 adults and 2 late teens in the apartment) and no hooks for clothes or towels.

Customer service Tidyness of room

The property was very welcoming everything was there which we needed I would say super the host Jacki and husband was so welcoming and they agreed for late check out very friendly

Nothing

Loved the spa bath!! My 4 yr old & I were in need of a cool down after a 3 hour drive - it was perfect! 🤩 Very clean & well equipped! Easy access! Comfy beds, plenty of towels & on top (2nd) floor very spacious! Nice decor! Right across the road from K Mart, Countdown & shopping mall! ✅

That I didn’t get a room right at the back furtherest away from the main road - although our room was right next to main road, still managed to get to sleep & wake up around 6.30am 😌

Great size and very comfortable 👌

Great location for shopping

Lovely

Nothing about this venue i didn’t like
